I just had a wedding here recently and Michelle who owned the venue did an excellent job about communicating and responding quickly to any questions or concerns I had. In addition, the venue itself was beautiful and the staff for the catering also did a good job from what I heard from my guests. We also received high compliments on the food, which was provided by one of Michelle's restaurants.

There are even retractable screens and a built-in sound system that allowed us to easily play our video presentation! The floor plan allows for versatile set-up and flow. Perfect bar area and space for buffet-style catering. The bathrooms were pristine. M Garden is immaculately maintained and the owners are flexible and easy to work with! Plenty of outdoor parking and the outdoor space is breathtaking- for an outdoor wedding or just as the backdrop for your indoor event. There are even fans on the outdoor covered porch overlooking the koi pond- M Garden has though of every special touch to ensure your event is extra comfortable and special! I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful venue for their special occasion.

From my first inquiry to the very last interaction wrapping up our event, Michelle and ALL of her staff were absolutely amazing to us, the venue inside and out was stunning and the catering with M Kitchen was classy and more delicious thanI had even hoped! great. We paid our $800 deposit within 2 days looking at the venue. When my family came to look at with me a second time that’s when things started to go down hill. We were originally told that they would have enough chairs for the inside and outside for 150 people. When we got there the second time another employee said they didn’t have enough and that we would maybe need to rent them or it would be an additional $500 for them to move them. The 3rd time my father and his I came to pay the remaining balance and Michelle greeted us and showed us around and asked us if we were thinking about booking it. She had completely forgotten that we had already booked and paid her our deposit. She then pulls up our information and informed us that she has me booked for only 1 day when it was supposed to be for 2, the rehearsal and then the ceremony. I pulled up my contract and she stated that the contract was not right and she only thought I wanted 1 day even though I clearly marked 2 days. She told me that “Sometimes you don’t get everything you want the way you want it but be happy you’re blessed”. Also, that her husband and then her didn’t have ceremony and they have been happily married for years. My response was what does that have to with me? She then begins yelling and saying that she was frustrated. As if I cared at this point. I then asked her what did she expect me to do because majority of my wedding party was coming from out of town and they would only be able to practice the day before. Her advise was to just pray about it and then she walked away and said she was done with the conversation and just left us standing there. Extremely unprofessional! When we left she said the she would refund me and I asked her where did she expect me to find somewhere with less than 4 months away from the date. She told me to think about it and let her know. I reached out to her 4 days later and requested a refund which she then told me she would not be able to refund me because she had to turn 2 other people down for the date. I have never been so frustrated in my life. This is bad business extremely unprofessional and this has caused me to move my wedding date because at this point I’m no longer comfortable doing business with her.

According to your booking agreement and text messages, you only booked one day Saturday for your wedding .
We regret that the date before your originally booked wedding date was already taken by another client.
I tried my best to accomodate you , even offered you refund if you chose to cancel . However, you were afraid that you would not be able to find another venue and decided to remain on our booking schedule.
I kindly honored your request and turned down two prospects requested your date.
A while later, you sent me message that you wanted to cancel and look for other venue. I respected your decision and told you we had to follow our cancellation policy as you told me in person on site that you would want to keep your date.
However, one month ago, we received notice from our bank that you processed charge back from our business, to defend our transaction, we submitted your signed agreement and all of our correspondences as proof for our transaction.
We have done everything we can to serve you promptly and professionally like we did to all of our clients. I did not recognize you when I showed you and your father our venue as that was our first time meeting in person. Another manager showed our venue to you and your family in previous time, and I was not present. But our texts and email were very clear showing the date your reserved our venue and discounted rate I offered you.
We have offered you generous discounted rate as you expressed your interest in using our in house catering services, however , moving 150 chairs outside and back inside does require three labors and thus will incur additional cost . Our manager quoted you $500 which is our standard wedding staff labor to set up , serve and break down.

Michelle quickly responded to all of my questions throughout the entirety of my engagement and was there to support me and my other vendors with anything I needed leading up to the day of. The venue is beautiful and was a perfect fit for what we were looking for! I could not recommend Michelle and the M Garden enough!!
