The Madison Event Center offers a variety of high quality venues for your ceremony and reception. The staff there is extremely helpful and makes sure your event runs smoothly. They do great tastings of the food that they make in house (which was fantastic). This venue is also very close to a major airport which is great for guests out of town and is reasonably priced.

I dont even know where to start with how amazing the Madison was. This was the best decision I have ever made besides marrying my husband😂. 1000/10 highly recommend for your wedding venue. Booking the venue with Zoe, working with Cheyenne/ setting up with Dylan and the Captain on the wedding day was absolutely AMAZING. The food was great- venue was awesome, absolutely perfect. I could go on and on. Everyone was so incredible to work with and I am so grateful for this was my venue.

The Madison is an elegant venue in Covington, KY, conveniently nestled in the historic downtown area right next to Hotel Covington. With over 30 years of experience, you can trust our team with any event or celebration. The Madison offers several ceremony spaces and reception venues of various sizes and styles; you'll have to see them in person! We absolutely love touring each space and imagining how every detail you've dreamed of can be brought to life. With a capacity of 375 guests, the Grande Ballroom is the largest of our spaces and is perfect for celebrating with loved ones. Featuring contemporary decor and an impressive staircase, this space will certainly bring the wow factor to your event. Alternatively, The Royale can seat up to 100 people in a more intimate setting. With large windows and a built-in bar, this space is cozy and inviting. We are just scratching the surface, and together, we will find the perfect event space for your wedding events! At The Madison, our goal is to make your wedding experience seamless. We offer all-inclusive wedding packages covering everything from bar and catering services to table decor and linens. Our professional team will be at hand to take care of all the important details, allowing you to relax and enjoy the celebrations. Oh. My. Goodness. Not one complaint. The Madison was an amazing experience from the day we said yes to them, all the way even past the wedding day. For some people, it may seem pri...

cey - BUT there is SO MUCH included! Appetizers, Dinner, Desserts, Cake, Table linens, napkins, centerpieces, and more! Of course, my favorite part was just being able to have all of that in one spot and working through one person. Makes life so easy. We started working with Ashley, who helped us understand everything we needed to for the big day. We were then turned over to Reilly Clark, who truly made this a one in a lifetime experience. My entire family is sad this day is over because of how awesome everyone was at the Madison. The responses were quick, all questions were answered, all request were made, and everyone felt like priority - especially the Bride (me) and Groom. My parents even thought about renewing their vows just to have another party there! Thank you to the Madison for contributing to the day we will remember forever.

Our wedding day was perfect!! In no small part because of Janet C, our event captain. She checked in with us several times through the morning in the bridal suite, walked blocks ...

to my (now) husband’s car with him to help move parking barriers due to the “great bridal chase” run happening so he could park in the 8th Street lot, the sound system was stuck on Sirius Radio and she worked to fix it so we could connect our device playlist, our photo booth printer wouldn’t recognize The Madison Wi-Fi so she spent well over 30 minutes helping us troubleshoot it and finally got it connected and working. Our guests had a wonderful time and Jason and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The room was decorated exactly how we imagined, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were so kind and gracious. The Madison sells itself as being as an all-inclusive venue and that is 100% what you delivered!! From decor and linens, food and bar options, choices of ballrooms, ceremony spaces and bridal suites, and your impeccable service, The Madison was absolutely the “the complete package” for us! Thank you again for all your help in making our wedding perfect for us!

We are SO glad that we hosted our ceremony and reception at The Madison! Our ceremony was in The Terrace and our reception was in The Emerald Ballroom. What we loved the most about...

working with The Madison is how much stress they took off of the wedding planning process! We worked with Zoe to plan the details leading up to our wedding, and she was so helpful throughout the entire process! She helped us sign up for the Taste and Toast where we got to select items for our menu, she answered all of my questions via email, and she helped us at our details appointment confirm all that we had planned and think of new items that we needed to plan before the big day! When the wedding finally rolled around, it was so incredible to sit back and let their team take care of most of the work! We were able to select items from their linens and decor and then add on our own decor to personalize the environment. We didn't even have to set foot in the reception space until we were walking in for our entrance since they set up the entire room for us! Finally, Patty was our weekend coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing! She walked us through the rehearsal, and she was there every step of the way on the wedding day! Her team kept us fed and got us drinks throughout the night, and it made all the difference towards the day being much more relaxed than we imagined!

For our rehearsal dinner, my wife and I originally had another venue planned which full through due to COVID-19. She originally wanted to consider Hotel Covington for the wedding, ...

so we thought we'd look into it for a new rehearsal venue, and we were very thankful we did! Ashley and Zoe both were wonderful to deal with, and communicated very clearly with my wife and I (while we were living on a separate time zone in San Diego, CA, no less!), and day of we didn't worry about the staff or venue at all. We would happily recommend the Madison Event Center for any and all future clients!
