The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm

We wanted to thank you, again, for EVERYTHING. It was such a great day and night and we've gotten so many compliments from our guests on all aspects of the evening; the beautiful setting, the decorations, the farm tables, staff, the cocktail hours, bar service, the FOOD!; you name it, it was all amazing. And we stayed on schedule and got everything on the list accomplished (all by 7:30 like we planned) and could enjoy the rest of the evening without worry! Rebecca - Thanks so much, going back to last summer, for meeting and speaking with us, several times to help us see the vision and for completing our booking. We definitely came to the right person! Ryleigh - Where do we begin?! You worked SO HARD for us since you took over our planning, many months ago. Replied to every email (timely), answered every question, offered great advice and made the experience a relaxed, enjoyable, fun and memorable one for us. Your job certainly cannot be easy, but you are EXCELLENT at it and make it look easy. We can't thank you enough for all the time and thought that went into making our cocktail hour and reception so great. We hope you enjoyed our partying and dancing family and friends, the band/DJ/MC and the day/evening, as well. Also, thank you, both, for all the behind the scenes work that went into this, that we probably did not even notice or know about. We will highly recommend the Springton Manor Farm / Queen of Hearts package to anyone looking to get married in this area.

My husband and I can’t recommend Springton Manor Farm enough for a wedding venue. This is a Chester County hidden gem. We looked at many venues in the area and immediately fell in love. We loved that it had breathtaking views and a beautiful tented reception space. The grounds are versatile enough that you can really use decor to create any kind of vibe you are going for. We can’t keep track of how many of our guests have come to us saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended and how amazing the food was. We also appreciated all the staff as they were extremely easy and helpful to work with. Rebecca and Ryleigh made us feel at ease and cared for from the start of the planning process to the finish. We truly had the most magical, stress-free day, and it was all thanks to this amazing venue and staff.

Springton Manor Farm is a truly magical place. We are so happy that we chose this venue for our wedding in June 2024. We had a very specific vision for our outdoor, tented wedding and toured dozens of venues in the Philadelphia area, but all of them seemed to have shortcomings. This is not the case with Springton. The moment we finished our tour we knew that we were in love. The venue is a perfect combination of classic, elegant, and yet still outdoorsy. Additionally, the outdoor tent is beautiful and you won't find a venue with a better permanent tent than Springton. They also have a great rain plan for an outdoor venue (even though we didn't end up needing it!). On the day of our wedding the weather was absolutely perfect and the venue and farm was on full display. The grounds, Manor House, flowers, tables, tent, and overall venue looked amazing as did the landscape and barn. We had multiple guests tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been too. Additionally, the venue is linked with Queen of Hearts catering who are also amazing. Their planner, Ryleigh, is the best and did so much to help us throughout the process. The best part about Springton is also that it is on a park open to the public, and we can go back to re-live the moment whenever! We would strongly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect setting for their outdoor wedding.

What an absolutely incredible place to have a wedding! We fell in love with Springton Manor Farm upon first visit and knew we wanted to get married under the big tree. With so much space to venture and utilize, it's a perfect place for an outdoor wedding tailored to your liking. We took advantage of the spaces for photos (under tree, by the lake, by the farmhouse doors, in a field, etc.) and for guest entertainment like corn hole and a pizza food truck (which can be booked through the venue!). You need to use Queen of Hearts catering through this venue but don't worry, they're food is amazing! We did a "casual and fun package" with Philly food so we served cheesesteaks and tacos and had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. If you care for more formal food options they have those options available as well. They were also able to cater to our dietary restrictions and personalize the menu to what we needed (the tofu tacos were delicious!). We also felt so cared for throughout the day by the staff. We had apps and drinks delivered to us after we walked down the aisle and food brought to our sweetheart table so we could continue to enjoy the day. We hired the DIY helper to help us set up our decor and break things down at the end of the night which I highly recommend so you don't need to bother with clean up once the night is over or depend on friends or family for the setup (although it did help us to have a couple of friends briefly help the DIY helper!) Our coordinator Ryleigh was so organized, communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were impressed by the level of detail and consideration for the event through a specialize collaborative spreadsheet, how the venue worked with the vendors directly, and email, phone, and meeting communications. From start to finish this venue was a perfect fit for us and we highly recommend other couples to explore this venue for a unique setting, helpful support, and fun vibes

Extremely professional and were great when the weather wasn’t cooperating. We had to change things last minute and the rain plan was even better than we had expected! Various guests complemented the venue and said how great it was! Each and every vendor we worked with at the venue was top tier and Ryleigh was amazing!! She made our day so special and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding.

We held our wedding at Springton Manor Farm in October, 2023 and it was an absolute dream! Rebecca and her team were incredible through the planning process and with the day of execution. Our wedding venue was truly a dream come true! With breathtaking views and delicious food, it was the perfect backdrop for our special day. Although we had a minor hiccup with different wedding coordinators throughout our planning journey. While each coordinator was excellent to work with, relaying the same information to multiple people proved a bit tricky. The catering staff at the venue also created an amazing French fry bar per our request that our guests loved and haven’t stopped talking about since the wedding! We are grateful for the stunning backdrop, delicious food, and the effort put into making our day unique. If you're seeking a venue with incredible views, amazing food, and a willingness to cater to your special requests, this venue is a fantastic choice!

Springton Manor Farm is easily one of the best wedding venues in all of Chester County! It highlights the history of the region with a breathtaking property. We loved the natural beauty of the surrounding park and the vibrant garden surrounding the tent while we were touring. The team at Springton is truly spectacular. Our event had a million moving parts as we had many rentals and ideas we wanted to see come alive. We toured many venues that were very adamant about how they do every wedding the exact same way with little flexibility. Springton Manor and the team there are the exact opposite. Of course they have the typical way they run weddings but they are so open to new ideas. In all of our conversations, Rebecca, our lead coordinator, always listened to our ideas and immediately jumped to say “let me see how we can make that work!”. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the team perfectly professional, and the entire planning experience phenomenal. To say that the venue was the talk of the night is an understatement. Weeks after our wedding and we are still receiving comments about how gorgeous the venue was. We had a threat of bad weather the week leading up to the wedding and, despite a welcomed sunny day the whole day of, a sudden threat of a storm rolling in right at the start of cocktail hour. Rebecca and her team were on it! I was quickly reminded to let them make the call as they are the professionals and I have never felt more confident in stepping away from the decision making. The strong breeze that came along with the passing storm created a challenge for our hand-made place cards. Rebecca immediately pivoted and thought of an alternative way to display them so they wouldn’t blow away and all was saved. We are so happy that we chose Springton Manor Farm and so impressed by the team we had the pleasure to work with there. Thank you all so much!

SMF did an absolute amazing job for our wedding! There was a horrible rain storm 2 days prior to our outdoor wedding, and they were able to ensure that the grounds were ready for us. Having a back up option of the tent and indoor cocktail hour space was also key (even thought we didn't need to use it). They provided a golf cart for our elderly family, since there is some walking required. The reception area looked stunning. Our guests were so happy to have room to spread out and do different things: dance, chat, go to the bonfire, or photo booth. We heard from countless guests that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. What a perfect day!

Springton Manor is the absolute perfect wedding venue. Between the beautiful gardens and rolling hills of Chester County, Caitlin the absolute best day of planner and the rest of the staff, we truly had our dream wedding.

Springton Manor Farm was a dream! Caitlin was our coordinator and she is an absolute rockstar. She ensured everything went smoothly and it did! We were married under their famous linden tree and partied under the large reception tent the rest of the night. The staff does an excellent job keeping the grounds maintained and beautiful. People were taking pictures at every angle all night long! Everyone raved about the live cheesesteak station! We were so happy to have our wedding at Springton Manor.

Springton Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding vision. I loved that guests were mostly outdoors, the tent felt airy/spacious, not to mention the grounds are absolutely gorgeous!! It was the ideal space for our October wedding, and the Linden tree was such a beautiful spot to get married. We really enjoyed the outdoor cocktail area that allowed for yard games and mingling under the string lights - wonderful aesthetic! Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was. Queen of Hearts Catering (Springton's preferred catering vendor) was excellent to work with as well - the staff were friendly & attentive, and the food was delicious! The only constructive feedback I would provide would be recommending a better way to schedule the rehearsal. We could only schedule the rehearsal a month before the wedding due to a Friday wedding being scheduled, which is understandable, but also really tough for planning a rehearsal dinner and for those in our bridal party traveling out of town who have to scramble a month before the wedding to make travel arrangements if they want to attend the rehearsal. Other than this small inconvenience, we loved everything about Springton Manor Farm as our wedding venue & would highly recommend!

Springton Manor was absolutely perfect for our wedding. It was the perfect amount of rustic/farmhouse vibe without being in a legitimate barn. Having the Linden tree and rolling hills of Chester County as the backdrop to our wedding was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our wedding venue. Working with Rebecca was an absolute pleasure throughout the entire process. The food provided by the Queen of Hearts was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Springton Manor Farm is a beautiful venue to have your wedding. When my fiance and I first stepped foot on Springton Manor Farm we were amazed by the backdrop scenery and the scenic garden area that they have (perfect for a first look!). Queen of Hearts Catering is the preferred caterer at Springton Manor Farm and they have shown nothing but great service, friendly staff, prompt communication and also being very flexible during these tough times. We were blown away by all the options Queen of Hearts had to offer in comparison to other vendors we had seen. Scott and his staff are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his catering services at any wedding!

Everything about our wedding day at Springton Manor Farm was an absolute dream! As with many other brides & grooms, our wedding planning during the 2020-2021 pandemic was far from ideal, and we actually found Springton by way of our "pivot" wedding plan after our original venue was unable to accommodate all the Covid restrictions. We are so happy that we found Springton in the midst of re-planning our wedding and wish we had known about them sooner! Working with Charlotte and the rest of the Queen of Hearts team was so easy, she was incredibly supportive and responsive to all our needs. We ended up with fairly mild weather for our April wedding and were lucky to be able to have our wedding under the beautiful linden tree as planned. We were able to have the heaters turned on as the evening progressed to keep all our guests comfortable. The backdrop of the park and the beautifully landscaped grounds made for beautiful pictures and all of our family who came in for the wedding kept remarking on how picturesque everything was! The food was fantastic and we only heard rave reviews from all our guests. Even the filet mignon, which in our experience tends to be overdone at weddings, was perfectly cooked. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and wish we could relive it all over again.

This venue was amazing. We fell in love with the place the minute we walked on the grounds and it was perfect on our wedding day. On our day we had rain so we weren't able to get married under the tree as planned, but the venue's planner and their team implemented the rain plan perfectly and honestly it was still perfect. Our guests raved about the location. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony and reception, we could not recommend this place more highly - it was simply the best.

Thank you for a wonderful wedding at Springton Manor. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful setting and delicious food. We got lucky with the weather--unusually warm for May and a little overcast but it didn't stop anyone from enjoying the stunning scenery, blooming lilac bushes, iris in the perennial garden and sunset! Absolutely love the new lights in the walnut grove and fire pit area--made everything more special and magical when it got dark. Charlotte was our planner. She was very easy to work with during the planning phase and on the actual day. She is conscientious, professional, poised and gracious.

This venue was everything and more than my wildest dreams. Everything about this location is stunning, and made our wedding vision come to life, even grander than we imagined. The views all around the property are breathtaking -- we got SO many compliments from our guests. The staff were all incredibly nice; our wedding coordinator, Charlotte, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The food was so delicious. 10/10, highly recommend this venue!!

We looked at 7-10 different venues during our search and the only one that literally brought my wife to tears with excitement was Springton Manor Farm. Nowhere that we looked after this visit could really compete, and when we had our Spring wedding, the flowers, the sunset, the weather, and the staff all came together for a picture perfect evening. If you are looking for a picturesque outdoor venue, the combination of the high end tent for the event with the fire pits and well lit grove, all in addition to the beautiful Manor House, should be at the top of your list. The bridal and groom suites are great for getting ready, and even though we had our ceremony elsewhere (in a church), the grounds seem to be as perfect for this as they were for the reception.

This property, home, and customer service at Springton Manor are impressive to say the least. The grounds and house are extremely well kept and just so pretty. I was very hesitant to even consider an outdoor wedding because I do not want the weather to be a concern. I did voice this to Scott who assured me they were equipped to handle it. After meeting with him and going over what a wedding day looks like there, I feel extremely confident in their set up. It is clear that he is an expert in wedding preparations and provided us with resources we need to make things less stressful. Needless to day, we will be getting married here in May 2022 and are very excited about it!

The team at Springton Manor Farm has been nothing short of flexible, accommodating, and very easy to work especially during these uncertain times. Rachel, and Scott have answered all our questions along the way, putting us at ease knowing our wedding will happen exactly how we’ve envisioned it. Having your wedding at Springton Manor will enable you to know that regardless of what is going on in the world you have people on your side who want to give you the wedding of your dreams, and they are supportive in all of your decision making. From the beginning of our planning process to now both Scott and Rachel have been extremely easy to work with and we are at ease with putting our wedding day in their hands. Every bride should have a coordinator like Rachel who is always demonstrating calmness, and ease in her words. Rachel was excited and beyond flexible to accommodate all our requests. Every call with the team at Springton Manor Farm has given my fiancé and I full trust in them and we can’t wait to dance the night away in their breathtaking venue and enjoy all the AMAZING amenities they have to offer.

Although my fiancé and I have not yet gotten to celebrate our wedding date (planned for June), we have received nothing but amazing support from Ashley at J.Scott Catering through this whole pandemic. I have heard a number of horror stories in the past few weeks of other venues forcing their couples to change their date, demanding them change their event to a week night so they don't take away next year's business, or even slapping new fees onto their bills. Ashley kindly reached out to us, told us our options and left the rest entirely up to us. She was calm, understanding, and still wants to make sure our day is just how we envisioned it. We now have a perfect back-up plan and I am stress-free! They certainly take care of their customers and value their input. I am so thankful that we chose Springton Manor for our venue and cannot wait for our big day, whether it's in June or August! Don't even think twice, book your wedding at Springton Manor Farm! Right from the start, we knew that this venue was right for us. Scott is very professional, knowledgable about all things wedding, and enthusiastic to make your day special and to bring your vision to life. Not to mention that the grounds are absolutely stunning, and the rain plan is flawless! If you want an outdoor wedding with a foolproof and beautiful plan B, this is the place for you! Our wedding was planned for next month, and now we've had to postpone due to COVID 19. Scott and Rachel made the initial planning, and now re planning very easy. They have been so accommodating every step of the way. Every phone call has left me feeling at ease, and I completely trust Springton Manor with our wedding. They are very professional, supportive and understanding. We have told them countless times how much their support, flexibility and calm demeanor has helped us with this rather crazy and anxiety provoking situation, and they always respond by asking if there is anything else that they can do for us. This is the kind of vendor you want on your side when planning your wedding! Also, we wanted to give a special shout out to Rachel! She is 1000% making this process smoother and is always on the ball. She is professional and knowledgable about all things wedding, and truly cares about how we are doing with this situation. My Fiancé and I are getting married at Springton Manor Farm in October of next year(2021). They have been nothing short of amazing when it has come to all of our questions, concerns, and bumps in the road thus far. With the outbreak of Covid-19 unfortunately we were left without work, and unable to keep up with our payments. We reached out and they didn’t even hesitate to try and work something out with us, and have done everything possible to help get us back on track! Even with working remotely we’ve been able to keep up with solid communication, and all of our questions and concerns have been answered in a timely manor. With how helpful, caring, and understanding they have been during this time, we can’t wait to be able to work with them for the rest of the time remaining until our big day, and especially on our big day!

My daughter's wedding was Oct.4, 2019. Wind gusts around 20 miles an hr. or more. The food and servers were excellent! The venue beautiful! However, the venue management was horrible! They offered no help with last minute changes due to weather, I, ( the mother of the bride, had to do that) as a result of that, I ended up not having any time in the Bridal suite with my daughter. Also, the day before the wedding, I was told that because PECO was doing work on the road, there would be no electricity at the venue until 3:00. When I said that this was unacceptable, THEN the manager called PECO to make arrangements to change the timing of the outage, There was no reason for him to have called me in the first place, he should have just done his job and took care of it. But the biggest disappointment was that the venue supervisor did not allow my entire family to be seated because they were a few minutes late coming from out of town, the wedding march had not even begun, my sister-in-law in tears, begging, she even put hers hands on her to stop my sister-in-law from walking towards the ceremony site and blamed it on me, saying that this was the mother of the bride strict request, which was totally not true. They used me as the excuse later when a friend of mine asked if they were going to turn heat on in the tent, saying I said no heat, totally untrue! I am being 100% honest, my daughter and I cried over the family missing her ceremony as we will never get that back. Again, a judgement call.

We had our wedding reception with Queen of Hearts at the beautiful Manor House at Springton Manor Farm on July 27th, and we cannot begin to express just how perfect our day was, thanks to Rachel and the entire Queen of Hearts staff. From the moment we first began working with this team, a year prior to our wedding, Scott and Rachel made sure to answer every question we had and accommodate our every need. The planning process was so smooth, thanks to their attentiveness. Rachel executed every detail flawlessly and captured our vision for our wedding day perfectly. Our guests have been raving about the delicious food, the wonderful drinks, the impeccable service, and absolutely breathtaking venue. Everyone loved the stunning views of the farm and the opportunity to explore the gorgeous grounds. We could not be any happier with our decision to have our wedding reception at Springton Manor. It was, without a doubt, a dream come true!

My husband and I were married this May. We could not be happier to have found the Springton Manor. We came across it after many detailed searches online and once we visited, my husband and I made the easy decision on the spot. It is the most beautiful wedding venue I've ever been to - and many guests said the same to us. A recently engaged friend at our wedding said that she also wanted to be married there. The natural beauty is unmatched. The food was delicious. I still cannot believe how perfect and beautiful the whole day was. We wanted an outdoor, relaxed setting, and it was more than we could have dreamed of. I hope to be back for another wedding soon!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding at Springton Manor Farm! The team at Queen of Hearts Catering was amazing to work with - very responsive, patient, and experienced. The grounds of the Manor House are stunning - they've done a beautiful job with landscaping. The reception tent is gorgeous, and feels light and spacious even with a large guest count. The Queen of Hearts team did a great job setting up all of our decor on the day of the wedding, and kept things running smoothly throughout the whole evening. They were working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect. There were thunderstorms on our wedding day, and without us even asking, they rearranged the ceremony site twice so that we ended up being able to get married in our desired location when there was a respite from the rain. The bridal and grooms suites are spacious and newly renovated. The food was AMAZING and we had so many guests tell us how delicious it was! Thank you to the entire Springton team for the best day!!

The venue alone is gorgeous and extremely picturesque. Then add in an incredible staff and you have the perfect day! The staff was extremely attentive and everyone was so nice. We were blown away with everyone’s level of professionalism and kindness. They catered to our every need without us even asking or knowing what we needed! The perfect day at the perfect venue!

I want to express how delighted we were with how everything was handled by J. Scott Catering for our daughter’s wedding last week. We have been told by countless friends and relatives that it was absolutely the most magnificent affair that they had ever attended and we of course agree. Rachel was fantastic, she fielded every question and concern with absolute compassion and didn’t question the reasoning behind any special request she simply made it happen. From our first meeting with Scott to the loading of the truck at the end of the evening everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and proficiency. J. Scott Catering has exceeded our every expectation with regard to the planning the cost and the quality. The meal was exquisite, equivalent to something that you would expect from a Michelin rated restaurant, and the service was second to none. Needless to say we couldn’t be happier and when daughter #2 becomes the Bride to be we will be call J. Scott Catering and no-one else.

Springton Manor Farm was a dream and the perfect venue for our day. The weather lucked out in our favor and the weather plan our amazing wedding coordinator Tessa had was perfect just in case. This venue was absolutely amazing. I was just married there September 15, and it was the day of my dreams. I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. We had the cheaper food package, from Queen of Hearts, and it was spectacular!

I work in the wedding industry and have set up and witnessed so many beautiful weddings. Mine blew everything I’ve seen out of the water! Working with Talia at queen of Hearts was such a pleasure. She was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t stop replaying the whole day in my head. Springton Manor was the utmost perfect venue for us. We knew we wanted something outside, away from noise, and on a beautiful expansive piece of land, and not super cliche. This was it. While it was a little over our budget, in hindsight it was worth every penny. Scott was super helpful and patient from day 1, and then onward Mary Elizabeth was an absolute joy to work with. She was so easy to communicate with, either via text or email, she was patient, honest, and very friendly. Day of my wedding, I had full confidence she was gonna pull it off, and she did. Oh, and the food; our guests are still talking about it. Queen of Hearts was so good. The salads were super fresh, meat was juicy, and the wait staff super nice and polite. All in all, even though it was a torrential downpour our entire wedding, it was so perfect. Our friends and family still talk about how gorgeous and stunning this venue is, even in the pouring rain with dark skies! If anything it made it more special :) definitely recommend! M&M

We had our wedding at Springton on June 29th. It was perfect. Queen of Hearts catering and all of the staff were extremely professional and took care of us so well. They were there for us throughout the entire planning process and were extremely professional. The day of the wedding was flawless. Our guests loved the food, staff, and bartenders! The venue itself was beautiful and we received SO many compliments. Between the sunset, animals, tent, and just gorgeous back drop, we couldn't have been happier. It truly was a magical night. I highly recommend this venue and catering company to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful venue with a great team of staff to work with! Many of our guests commented that this was the most fun wedding they had ever been to, between the fire pits, the dancing under the tent, and the great food provided by Queen of Hearts. I would highly recommend The Manor House at Springton Manor and Queen of Hearts Catering to anyone looking for an amazing venue. We got married on October 6th and it was PERFECT! We worked with Amy during our whole engagement and she was wonderful!! Amy answered my millions of emails right away, she was so organized, professional and just amazing at her job! She really made our wedding flawless! She is the BEST! We worked with Rachel the day of the wedding too and she was just fantastic as well. Everything was so beautiful the night of our wedding, the food was great and the catering staff rocked! Our friends and family still tell us how amazing our wedding was and how much fun they had! It really was the best night ever!!!!

Our wedding was on June 2nd and everything was beyond what I could have imagined. We worked with Rachel, who made sure that every detail was perfect. She thought of things and came up with ideas that I would have never thought of and was on top of everything from the beginning until the end. The rest of the staff that worked with us and our guests on the day of, were all friendly and helpful. They did a great job of helping to make our day special. I must say though that the best part was how easy the entire wedding planning process went. J Scott has so much included, so we didn't need to worry about having to upgrade to nicer chairs or linens, because what they offered was already the upgraded option at most other places. We were shocked when we saw the mahogany chiavari chairs automatically included, because at other vendors, they were always considered a very expensive up-charge. Plus, they gave us great contacts for flowers, alcohol vendors, djs, etc. that they had worked with many times in the past. These people offered us fair pricing and knew Springton Manor well, so everything came together seamlessly on the day of. My parents even kept saying it was such a stress-free wedding, and they couldn't believe it. Another big thing for us was the food and I have to have that J Scott nailed it! I knew that I had a lot of foodies coming and it was important to me that the food wasn’t just okay. I have been to weddings in the past where something was under-cooked or bland, and everyone would say that it was probably from the catering company having to mass cook for all of the guests. I can honestly say that EVERYTHING they served was delicious. Our guests STILL rave about how we had the best food. From the macaroni bar, to the kobe beef apps, to the chicken that melted in your mouth, we were very VERY pleased. I’m not even a vegetarian, but we tried the vegetable risotto at the tasting and all talked about it up until the wedding date – it was that good. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about Springton Manor and J Scott Catering. I normally never write reviews, but was so blown away by everything that I had to share. I would (and already have) recommended this place and catering company to everyone I know.

I got married at the Manor house June of 2016, so this review is long overdue! I do not have one negative thing to say about our overall experience. Scott and his team are obviously experts when it comes to putting together a seamless event that accommodates all your visions for your special day! The venue itself speaks for itself. The natural beauty of the grounds make it difficult to not be in awe, but then the staff make it that much better. The waitstaff, the bartenders, and coordinators all were professional and extremely helpful. The venue provides a lot of different options and add-ons to work with your budget, which is an added bonus. The overall size of the grounds also allow for different ceremony and cocktail options, which was also something that I really liked. We chose to have our ceremony under the 100+ year Linden tree in the front and our cocktail hour in the grove of trees behind the house. Being part of a public park, it is also special that my husband and I will be able to go back to the venue from time to time to picnic and revisit that same tree we said our vows under. That being said, during our event there wasn't any interference at all from other visitors in the park. The Manor House is very separate and feels very private. I DIY'd a lot of my decor including flowers, signs, candles, etc. I provided my coordinator, Amy, with an itemized list and she was wonderful with making sure everything got where it needed to go and was returned after our event. Because of Scott's experience in the business, he has a strong understanding of the best options for your needs and this made all of our decisions very easy when choosing outside vendors. Scott and J.Scott Catering went above and beyond with our delicious menu. We had about 160 guests and literally everyone raved about the food. There was not one complaint that I was aware of. The tasting event before our wedding was a great time! It was hard to choose because everything was so good, but Amy's knowledge for what guests tend to gravitate towards made our decisions easier. When it comes to an outdoor wedding, you definitely need to be prepared for potential wet/hot/cold weather. Scott and his team are prepared for anything! Their alternate rain options that were included in the package made me not worry about if it was going to rain on my big day. We added the fire pits and it was a great touch for guests to step away from the dance floor. If you are considering an outdoor wedding, I would not look any further. The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm is definitely the best option around!

The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm was everything we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding. Every single person from the chef to the bartenders to the wait staff was phenomenal, and all their hard work was much appreciated by us and all our guests. Our coordinator was Alicia, and she went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning process. She made everything about planning our wedding so easy and straightforward. The food was amazing! And the venue is just breathtaking.

We just had our wedding on Oct 29 2016 at Springton Manor Farm and were blown away by the seamless planning process. We actually live in Hong Kong, and had the wedding in PA where our families are from, so we were planning everything from a distance. The venue looked magical in the springtime when we visited, and even prettier when the autumn leaves started tor change. We loved the rustic vintage touches, the beautiful renovations, and the many intimate nooks for photos, cocktails, and ceremonies. We also felt reassured about the rain plan and heat lamps -- which made an October wedding less stressful. We were also very impressed by the service throughout the entire planning process and the attention to detail on the day of the wedding. My only negative feedback would be that the pricing is based on a basic plan, and the upgrades really do start to feel excessive. Some charges are more reasonable than others -- but to their credit, the team was always open and upfront about costs. We would highly recommend Springton Manor Farm to anyone who wants a rustic, low-key outdoor wedding in a beautiful environment! And the food is AMAZING!

We got married at Springton Manor Farm on Sept. 24th 2016. First off, the venue is amazing! The views are stunning, the tent is perfect, the area where we got married (by the Linden tree in the front) was more beautiful than we could've ever imagined. And we were so lucky to have the most beautiful day! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the amazing property and the gorgeous Manor House. We worked with Alicia and Lucy from J. Scott catering and they were both so great and patient with all my questions. Lucy did an awesome job setting everything up for me the day of the wedding so I never had to stress about all the details. And the food!!! Wow... Restaurant quality, local, farm to table food. Everything I ate was delicious (I only wish I had eaten more of it)! We hit a few bumps in the road during the planning process but the owner of the catering company (Scott) stepped in and was totally professional and accommodating. We really had the best day! The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because the night ended on a sour note when I went to tip the staff and discovered $400+ was stolen out of my wallet, which was in the bridal suite all night. The guests weren't properly directed to the bathrooms so everyone used the one in the bridal suite all night. With only 126 guests there, most of whom were family, I have a hard time believing it was one of my guests (which is what the maitre d had insisted). The staff dressing room happens to be directly across from the bridal suite as well and there were plenty of times that staff were the only ones inside the house (during the ceremony, introductions, dinner etc). We'll never know who cleaned out my wallet and I'll never get the money back, but we still had the wedding of our dreams at Springton Manor Farm. Bottom line, definitely get married here but don't keep anything valuable in the bridal suite.

We recently had our dream-come-true wedding at Springton Manor Farm. The day was perfect from start to finish! Scott, Rachel, and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure the vision we had for our day became a reality. Rachel was especially amazing as she promptly answered all of my thousands of questions and, to be honest, helped keep me sane throughout the process. The venue was boasted by guests as the most beautiful venue they had ever been to...the views are absolutely breathtaking. I had my wedding in September and despite the heat, it was difficult to keep guests seated after the speeches because everyone wanted to be outside to take advantage of the picturesque sunset! Our guests also raved about the food, it was truly phenomenal. We had a rather large wedding 200 guests, but Springton Manor Farm provided an intimate setting with plenty of space for our guests to dance ALL night! We absolutely LOVED this venue. The landscape looking out onto the farm provided beautiful pictures and space for our guests to enjoy. The tent was beautifully set up and seated everyone comfortably (200 guests). For a summer wedding the fans provided attached to the tent are unobtrusive and helped keep everyone cool. The use of the Manor House for cocktail hour, the front porch, and the back lawn give ample space for guests. We heard so many comments of people raving about the venue for its spectacular views and great amenities.

Wow, what a stunning venue! I cannot say enough good things about the space. Our guests were raving about Springton Manor after our wedding. The venue sets a beautiful tone and you can't go wrong with the stunning view. Amy and Scott from Queen of Hearts Catering put on a great affair - and the food was outstanding!!! I usually hate wedding food but I must say they did a great job - even our guests said the food was delicious. In addition, they even accommodated our request for an ice-cream truck. What a hit with our guests!!! The only negative I would say is that everything is an upcharge - even for the flower girls to toss rose petals down the aisle was an additional fee. However, if you are looking for a warm, outdoor wedding venue in PA with a spectacular view - this is the venue for you!

My husband and I highly recommend this venue! We absolutely loved everything about Springton Manor. Our guests raved about the food,venue and friendly staff! It poured on our wedding day but the staff was very accommodating and had an excellent backup plan ready. We had the perfect day and wouldn't change a thing! Thanks so much to Scott, Megan and the entire Springton Manor staff for an excellent wedding day!

We chose this venue because it's a beautiful property with gorgeous fall trees! We also love that it has a formal building and a farm in the background! Just be careful that you know the hidden costs associated with your event-and get them in writing. We were told there "were heaters" but didn't know we had to pay a lot extra for them at the last minute. Also make sure you clarify if you want to bring anything food or beverage wise.

I was lucky enough to have my wedding here over Labor Day weekend and I could not have asked for a better venue. The tent is brand new so its got a fresh, airy feel to it - and the view is stunning from it. The manor has recently been renovated and it adds an elegance to the event (and the bridal suite is beautiful and allows for great pictures!). We had our ceremony on the lawn under the 3 big trees - on a beautiful day (as ours was), there is no better spot. Additionally, the grounds allow for amazing photo opportunities. For those wanting an outdoor wedding, I could not recommend a more beautiful spot!

I would highly recommend the Manor House at Springton Manor Farm and J. Scott Catering! Our experience has been nothing short of amazing!! We first met with Scott in the spring of 2015 and were so impressed with the venue, the wedding packages available and catering options that we booked on the spot for our daughter’s wedding in June 2016. The variety of plans and catering options are numerous and can be matched with your available budget. The venue itself is gorgeous. The Manor house has been recently renovated with period decor which gives it great ambiance. The outside grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We plan on having lawn games at the cocktail hour and fire pits for later in the evening. Scott and his team are wonderful and will work with you to make your wedding day everything you ever dreamed of and more!

We found the Manor House on The Knot and fell in love with the pictures we saw. Although a little bit of a drive, we decided to check the place out and are so glad we did! It is a historic home set within a beautifully maintained county run park. It is set for indoor or outdoor receptions. We had a large wedding, so we had our reception outdoors in their brand new tent, with permanent pad. The tent overlooks a beautiful farm. Our wedding was in the heat of July, so we were a little worried about the smell of the farm and bugs, but neither were an issue at all. One of the farm workers actually invited many of our guest over and introduced them to the animals. The kids and the adults were both thrilled. We also got great use of this spacious setting with lawn games and fire pits. The staff set everything up for us. J. Scott Walsh is the exclusive caterer for this venue. He has two catering companies and can work with your budget to customize a wonderful meal for you. You will be working with his staff regarding every detail of the planning process for your wedding day. My husband and I gave a four star for service because towards the end of our planning we seemed to be working with many individuals regarding the same thing. When we booked, J. Scott just obtained exclusive rights and we worked directly with him up to a few months before the wedding. At that point we ended up being directed to numerous other people whom we had not previously met. We felt like we had to repeat some information already decided or that we had to double check to make sure they knew certain information. The staff was extremely capable and it all worked out the way we wanted it to in the end. Everything was exceptional and we would choose this venue and staff again in a heart beat.

This venue was breathtaking and wonderful. We saw it in December when it was all just a beautiful vision in Scott's head. We trusted that he would make the outside stunning and he did that and more. The views from the venue, the house, the tent, and the landscaping are perfect and my guests are still talking about the uniqueness and beauty of Springton Manor.

My fiancé and I recently booked The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm for our wedding in September of 2016. We visited and booked the venue prior to renovations, and now, having seen the venue post-remodeling, it has absolutely blown away our expectations. Although we are having a church ceremony, the property does have intimate sites–all of them gorgeous–for ceremonies. The large tented area where our reception will be held includes a newly laid cement floor that has ample room for our guests to dine and dance all night. The reception area is surrounded by charming flowerbeds with a larger, whimsical garden steps away. Also next to the reception space is the beautiful Manor House, which was recently renovated as well. They really preserved the Manor’s historic elegance while also adding modern rustic accents. The Manor provides large bridal suites on the second floor, which are totally perfect for pre-wedding photo opportunities. Not to sound cliché, but the views from around the property are absolutely breathtaking. On top of all of the amazing features of The Manor House, we have also had the opportunity to work with J Scott Catering, Springton Manor Farm’s exclusive caterer. Just like the venue itself, the experience working with them has been nothing short of outstanding. I would recommend The Manor House to any couples looking for a rustic, romantic, outdoor wedding venue, and J. Scott to cater!
