I mean it was dumping buckets on buckets of rain nonstop all day, and my husband and I did not have to think or worry about a thing. The grounds, gardens, tent, and manor house are absolutely stunning here. The food was incredible, and again the entire day could not have ran more smoothly. We had a sparkler exit planned for the end of the night, which we were still allowed to do inside the tent and I appreciated that so much. Overall, we had a great experience having our wedding day at Springton Manor Farm, and could not recommend it more!

Due to the weather, we had to resort to the rain plan. It was a seamless transition to do so that sacrificed very little of the beauty that this venue has to offer. We had 200 guests that fit very comfortably for dining and dancing. We could not recommend this venue and Ryleigh and more!!

Your job certainly cannot be easy, but you are EXCELLENT at it and make it look easy. We can't thank you enough for all the time and thought that went into making our cocktail hour and reception so great. We hope you enjoyed our partying and dancing family and friends, the band/DJ/MC and the day/evening, as well. Also, thank you, both, for all the behind the scenes work that went into this, that we probably did not even notice or know about. We will highly recommend the Springton Manor Farm / Queen of Hearts package to anyone looking to get married in this area.

and toured dozens of venues in the Philadelphia area, but all of them seemed to have shortcomings. This is not the case with Springton. The moment we finished our tour we knew that we were in love. The venue is a perfect combination of classic, elegant, and yet still outdoorsy. Additionally, the outdoor tent is beautiful and you won't find a venue with a better permanent tent than Springton. They also have a great rain plan for an outdoor venue (even though we didn't end up needing it!). On the day of our wedding the weather was absolutely perfect and the venue and farm was on full display. The grounds, Manor House, flowers, tables, tent, and overall venue looked amazing as did the landscape and barn. We had multiple guests tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been too. Additionally, the venue is linked with Queen of Hearts catering who are also amazing. Their planner, Ryleigh, is the best and did so much to help us throughout the process. The best part about Springton is also that it is on a park open to the public, and we can go back to re-live the moment whenever! We would strongly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect setting for their outdoor wedding.

We took advantage of the spaces for photos (under tree, by the lake, by the farmhouse doors, in a field, etc.) and for guest entertainment like corn hole and a pizza food truck (which can be booked through the venue!). You need to use Queen of Hearts catering through this venue but don't worry, they're food is amazing! We did a "casual and fun package" with Philly food so we served cheesesteaks and tacos and had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. If you care for more formal food options they have those options available as well. They were also able to cater to our dietary restrictions and personalize the menu to what we needed (the tofu tacos were delicious!). We also felt so cared for throughout the day by the staff. We had apps and drinks delivered to us after we walked down the aisle and food brought to our sweetheart table so we could continue to enjoy the day. We hired the DIY helper to help us set up our decor and break things down at the end of the night which I highly recommend so you don't need to bother with clean up once the night is over or depend on friends or family for the setup (although it did help us to have a couple of friends briefly help the DIY helper!) Our coordinator Ryleigh was so organized, communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were impressed by the level of detail and consideration for the event through a specialize collaborative spreadsheet, how the venue worked with the vendors directly, and email, phone, and meeting communications. From start to finish this venue was a perfect fit for us and we highly recommend other couples to explore this venue for a unique setting, helpful support, and fun vibes

The catering staff at the venue also created an amazing French fry bar per our request that our guests loved and haven’t stopped talking about since the wedding! Our event had a million moving parts as we had many rentals and ideas we wanted to see come alive. We toured many venues that were very adamant about how they do every wedding the exact same way with little flexibility. Springton Manor and the team there are the exact opposite. Of course they have the typical way they run weddings but they are so open to new ideas. In all of our conversations, Rebecca, our lead coordinator, always listened to our ideas and immediately jumped to say “let me see how we can make that work!”. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the team perfectly professional, and the entire planning experience phenomenal. To say that the venue was the talk of the night is an understatement. Weeks after our wedding and we are still receiving comments about how gorgeous the venue was. We had a threat of bad weather the week leading up to the wedding and, despite a welcomed sunny day the whole day of, a sudden threat of a storm rolling in right at the start of cocktail hour. Rebecca and her team were on it! I was quickly reminded to let them make the call as they are the professionals and I have never felt more confident in stepping away from the decision making. The strong breeze that came along with the passing storm created a challenge for our hand-made place cards. Rebecca immediately pivoted and thought of an alternative way to display them so they wouldn’t blow away and all was saved. We are so happy that we chose Springton Manor Farm and so impressed by the team we had the pleasure to work with there. Thank you all so much!

s. Having a back up option of the tent and indoor cocktail hour space was also key (even thought we didn't need to use it). They provided a golf cart for our elderly family, since there is some walking required. The reception area looked stunning. Our guests were so happy to have room to spread out and do different things: dance, chat, go to the bonfire, or photo booth. We heard from countless guests that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. What a perfect day!

We really enjoyed the outdoor cocktail area that allowed for yard games and mingling under the string lights - wonderful aesthetic! Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was. Queen of Hearts Catering (Springton's preferred catering vendor) was excellent to work with as well - the staff were friendly & attentive, and the food was delicious! The only constructive feedback I would provide would be recommending a better way to schedule the rehearsal. We could only schedule the rehearsal a month before the wedding due to a Friday wedding being scheduled, which is understandable, but also really tough for planning a rehearsal dinner and for those in our bridal party traveling out of town who have to scramble a month before the wedding to make travel arrangements if they want to attend the rehearsal. Other than this small inconvenience, we loved everything about Springton Manor Farm as our wedding venue & would highly recommend!

We are so happy that we found Springton in the midst of re-planning our wedding and wish we had known about them sooner! Working with Charlotte and the rest of the Queen of Hearts team was so easy, she was incredibly supportive and responsive to all our needs. We ended up with fairly mild weather for our April wedding and were lucky to be able to have our wedding under the beautiful linden tree as planned. We were able to have the heaters turned on as the evening progressed to keep all our guests comfortable. The backdrop of the park and the beautifully landscaped grounds made for beautiful pictures and all of our family who came in for the wedding kept remarking on how picturesque everything was! The food was fantastic and we only heard rave reviews from all our guests. Even the filet mignon, which in our experience tends to be overdone at weddings, was perfectly cooked. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and wish we could relive it all over again.

Absolutely love the new lights in the walnut grove and fire pit area--made everything more special and magical when it got dark. Charlotte was our planner. She was very easy to work with during the planning phase and on the actual day. She is conscientious, professional, poised and gracious.

this visit could really compete, and when we had our Spring wedding, the flowers, the sunset, the weather, and the staff all came together for a picture perfect evening. If you are looking for a picturesque outdoor venue, the combination of the high end tent for the event with the fire pits and well lit grove, all in addition to the beautiful Manor House, should be at the top of your list. The bridal and groom suites are great for getting ready, and even though we had our ceremony elsewhere (in a church), the grounds seem to be as perfect for this as they were for the reception.

t to even consider an outdoor wedding because I do not want the weather to be a concern. I did voice this to Scott who assured me they were equipped to handle it. After meeting with him and going over what a wedding day looks like there, I feel extremely confident in their set up. It is clear that he is an expert in wedding preparations and provided us with resources we need to make things less stressful. Needless to day, we will be getting married here in May 2022 and are very excited about it!

I have heard a number of horror stories in the past few weeks of other venues forcing their couples to change their date, demanding them change their event to a week night so they don't take away next year's business, or even slapping new fees onto their bills. Ashley kindly reached out to us, told us our options and left the rest entirely up to us. She was calm, understanding, and still wants to make sure our day is just how we envisioned it. We now have a perfect back-up plan and I am stress-free! They certainly take care of their customers and value their input. I am so thankful that we chose Springton Manor for our venue and cannot wait for our big day, whether it's in June or August! Scott and Rachel made the initial planning, and now re planning very easy. They have been so accommodating every step of the way. Every phone call has left me feeling at ease, and I completely trust Springton Manor with our wedding. They are very professional, supportive and understanding. We have told them countless times how much their support, flexibility and calm demeanor has helped us with this rather crazy and anxiety provoking situation, and they always respond by asking if there is anything else that they can do for us. This is the kind of vendor you want on your side when planning your wedding! Also, we wanted to give a special shout out to Rachel! She is 1000% making this process smoother and is always on the ball. She is professional and knowledgable about all things wedding, and truly cares about how we are doing with this situation. s, and bumps in the road thus far. With the outbreak of Covid-19 unfortunately we were left without work, and unable to keep up with our payments. We reached out and they didn’t even hesitate to try and work something out with us, and have done everything possible to help get us back on track! Even with working remotely we’ve been able to keep up with solid communication, and all of our questions and concerns have been answered in a timely manor. With how helpful, caring, and understanding they have been during this time, we can’t wait to be able to work with them for the rest of the time remaining until our big day, and especially on our big day!

They offered no help with last minute changes due to weather, I, ( the mother of the bride, had to do that) as a result of that, I ended up not having any time in the Bridal suite with my daughter. Also, the day before the wedding, I was told that because PECO was doing work on the road, there would be no electricity at the venue until 3:00. When I said that this was unacceptable, THEN the manager called PECO to make arrangements to change the timing of the outage, There was no reason for him to have called me in the first place, he should have just done his job and took care of it. But the biggest disappointment was that the venue supervisor did not allow my entire family to be seated because they were a few minutes late coming from out of town, the wedding march had not even begun, my sister-in-law in tears, begging, she even put hers hands on her to stop my sister-in-law from walking towards the ceremony site and blamed it on me, saying that this was the mother of the bride strict request, which was totally not true. They used me as the excuse later when a friend of mine asked if they were going to turn heat on in the tent, saying I said no heat, totally untrue! I am being 100% honest, my daughter and I cried over the family missing her ceremony as we will never get that back. Again, a judgement call.

A recently engaged friend at our wedding said that she also wanted to be married there. The natural beauty is unmatched. The food was delicious. There were thunderstorms on our wedding day, and without us even asking, they rearranged the ceremony site twice so that we ended up being able to get married in our desired location when there was a respite from the rain. s it. While it was a little over our budget, in hindsight it was worth every penny. Scott was super helpful and patient from day 1, and then onward Mary Elizabeth was an absolute joy to work with. She was so easy to communicate with, either via text or email, she was patient, honest, and very friendly. Day of my wedding, I had full confidence she was gonna pull it off, and she did. Oh, and the food; our guests are still talking about it. Queen of Hearts was so good. The salads were super fresh, meat was juicy, and the wait staff super nice and polite. All in all, even though it was a torrential downpour our entire wedding, it was so perfect.
