We had our wedding at The Marriott Ranch on 6/10/23 and it was an absolute dream! First off, the venue is stunning. We had our wedding on Saturday, which meant we could spend both Friday and Saturday night at the venue with our wedding party and family, making it a whole "wedding weekend." Logistically, this made the getting ready time, grand exit, after party, breakfast/lunch throughout weekend, rehearsal dinner, etc. SO EASY. It also helped to spread out the fun over an entire weekend, instead of just the 5-6 hours of the actual wedding. Additionally, the entire staff at the Marriott Ranch (especially Stephanie, their events manager!) were so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I had lots of questions and requests along the way, and Stephanie was so patient and helpful with our planning. Lastly, the food and beverage is included in the package which also helped make things easy for us. Everyone loved the food, and prices for alcohol/dinner were very reasonable! I wouldn't change a thing at the Ranch, and would highly recommend it for a beautiful Virginia country wedding.

This venue is not only beautiful, but you can rent out the entire property and make use of venuew outdoor, indoor, large, medium, and small, decorated as you wish, to make it feel like a decadent vacation or your own home. The staff were so willing to help us with everything and kept a great eye on my husband and I the whole day of the wedding (keeping us from seeing each other until the 5pm ceremony, even!) and the whole thing was more beautiful and low-stress than I ever would have imagined was possible. Thank you so much!!

Nestled in a beautiful, relaxed landscape and filled with quaint charm, this venue is dedicated to providing an elegant, stress-free wedding experience for every couple. They are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Facilities and Capacity Marriott Ranch is a 4,200-acre working ranch that includes a twelve-room bed and breakfast and a riding stable. With a massive stone fireplace, exposed rough-hewn beams, and a uniquely tiled floor, the rustic Marriott Ranch Pavilion can comfortably accommodate up to 140 guests. Flexible to your wedding vision, outdoor and indoor spaces are available. The historic James Marshall Manor House offers fireplaces, sitting rooms, and a large open staircase. The Manor House best suits the needs of smaller events and can seat up to 40 guests. An expansive lawn is also situated in front of the manor house, and can accommodate hundreds of guests for a picnic. Services Offered The Marriott Ranch staff is happy to help plan and design your wedding event. An on-site certified wedding planner is provided for every couple. Our two wedding packages are available to meet the needs of any budget. All packages cover cake cutting services, and an event planner, service staff, and rental needs of standard chairs, tables, chinaware, flatware, glassware and linens. Cuisine Depending on your needs, your reception can feature a cocktail hour, passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, custom or chef-designed menus, and full bar services. Both buffet and plated dining options are available. Pre-wedding menu tasting is complimentary for up to four guests. Any necessary setup and cleanup will be handled by the Marriott Ranch staff. Accommodation An overnight stay at the Inn at Fairfield Farm includes a complimentary tray of cheeses, an assortment of beverages, a hearty country breakfast for up to 24 guests, and scenic views of Virginia. The inn has 12 guest rooms available. Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful and helpful staff. Great food! Everyone had such a great time and the staff was very accommodating. Gorgeous location for a country wedding!
