The Meadow Club

was more than helpful and didn't just give me their standard packages but was inquisitive to what we were looking for and showed me different examples of what we might pick for the wedding if we chose to go with The Meadow Club. Fast forward a few months later to us actually going in and meeting Maryam who is such a sweet, energetic person and exceedingly gifted at her job. She makes you feel like you are the only family she is working with and wants to make sure that the bride and groom get the wedding they want. She was able to meet us at the price range we were looking for and gave my daughter and son-in-law the wedding of their dreams. She works with you to pick the food you would want to have for the cocktail hour and dinner so it's not just a cookie cutter venue. They have packages you can add on with DJ, bakery, florist, photographer, etc or you can choose your own or a mix of both which is what we did. We were beyond pleased with the presentation the day of the wedding! Our guests commented on how there was always a waitstaff team member coming around with hot hordorves. The food we chose to have served was delicious! The day of the wedding Maryam went above and beyond what we would have expected in making sure everything from breakfast in the brides and groomsmen suites to the practice run of the ceremony to the end of the evening packing food for the bride and groom and everything in between. She didn't miss a detail! Maryam, Alex, Inga and the rest of her team were all very professional, very attentive and know their job well. We were able to just enjoy the moment without worrying about things getting done. Everything just flowed and went together as was discussed during our meeting with Maryam prior to the wedding day. Everyone had such a great time! Several of our guests have mentioned to us what a nice wedding it was and how much fun they had when we saw them again. The newly renovated venue is beautiful! I would highly recommend giving The Meadow Club a try for any of you future events from weddings, to bridal and baby showers, sweet 16 parties, etc. There are so many packages to choice from and they are so willing to accommodate things to your preference.

s treated you like a second class citizen if you didn't seem ready to hand over 20 grand. Every other venue I spoke with didn't want to give me a Saturday night in August for the budget wedding I was looking for. I was ready to give up on my dream until I met Kiran at The Meadow Club. From our very first meeting, she made it clear that what I wanted for what I could afford was exactly what I would get, even on a Saturday evening in August. I told her what I envisioned, she quoted it for me, and then she worked with me to get it to a price I could feel good about. I left that meeting feeling like a bride someone cared about! Not only was this venue EXTREMELY budget-friendly, but they also allowed me to cut costs by making my own decorations. There was no pressure to make me use their services or vendors. The Meadow Club is also amazing with deposits and payments. There was a very small deposit required (like $500) and they were very patient even for that. I then made payments whenever I could in any amount until the full amount was due - a week or two before the event. There was never any pressure. There were never hidden fees or unexpected/unexplained taxes. Everything was clearly itemized on the contract and I felt very comfortable with their transparency. After several months (and lots of questions that Kiran always answered immediately with a smile, despite how many I asked), it came time for my final guest count meeting. It was at this time that I realized I was not going to make my contracted guest count by about 30 people. I went to this meeting fully expecting them to hold me to my contract as it was just under a month from my wedding, but I explained my situation and true to spirit, Kiran allowed me to cut down my guest count, effectively changing my contract and saving me almost $3,000. I ended up putting at least $1,500 back into the venue with upsales such as a chocolate fountain and sangria bar. It worked out great because by them allowing me to change my guest count, I was able to save money and then put that money back into the venue. Less than a week after this final meeting, The Meadow Club suffered a horrible fire in which no one was hurt (it happened in the middle of the night) but it destroyed half their building. This happened 3 weeks before my wedding. The Meadow Club immediately went to work making their clients feel comfortable and rest assured that their events would go on. They found me another venue nearby that was willing to take over my contract and honor the price of my contract. Unfortunately I had a poor experience with the venue they had to place me with when I initially visited that venue before The Meadow Club. The other venue was pushy and interested in sales. When I expressed this experience to Kiran, she immediately offered to attend the meeting with me at the other venue to ensure that my contract is honored AND she said she would still attend my wedding the day of to be sure I receive exactly what I envisioned. I will be having my wedding in less than 2 weeks at a different venue (Windows on the Lake in Ronkonkoma) due to unforeseen circumstances, but I felt that it was incredibly important for me to review The Meadow Club so that other brides can see how no matter what, even if their venue burns down, Kiran and her family WILL BE THERE FOR YOU! This was the ONLY venue I visited that truly made me feel like a person and a bride, not just a payout. The Meadow Club plans to rebuild in the next few months and be open for business again. I will never recommend any other venue on Long Island. If you want to feel important and stress-free, you MUST book here! I will continue to review them everywhere I can! e and the entire experience was amazing. The place is so beautiful and they had it set up so nice. Kiran and Celena were a pleasure to book with and work with throughout the entire process. Our Maitre'D Janice was fabulous and was on top of everything the entire night. The food was absolutely delicious! My bridal attendant Angie was also very wonderful. She was so sweet and kind, she eased my nerves I got right before waking down the aisle. My bustle on my dress seemed to fall down a few times in the start of the reception, Janice and Angie were right there when it happened to help me out! They ended up figuring a way to get it to stay up for the rest of the night. Janice and Angie also were right there when my 5 year old niece (the flower girl) didn't want to take part in some of the ceremony, they were so sweet with her and talked to her, she ended up smiling and was then happy to take part in her role... what a lifesaver they were for the night. We highly recommend The Meadow Club for any kind of party you may need. Thank you for such an amazing night that we will never forget!!

wedding! From the time we booked, to the day-of, the service provided to us was nothing short of outstanding. Kiran’s unwavering friendliness and quick response time made the planning process a breeze; she always had an immediate answer to any question or concern we had. The coordination was perfect in arranging everything for our reception right down to the smallest of details. The food was bountiful and unbelievably delicious (we only wish we’d eaten more!). The attention we received made us feel like royalty on our wedding day. Janice, our maître d’, was an absolute pleasure, and so were Cynthia, Camille and Amanda. Everyone at the Meadow Club was invaluable in helping us create an unforgettable night. We have and will continue to recommend the Meadow Club to everyone we know, whether for a wedding or other type of event!
