We booked at Morgan Creek Barn with the help of Laura. Laura was extremely responsive, answered all my questions and was fully transparent with cost and expectations. We are booking a full ceremony and reception on very short notice and Laura’s no nonsense approach is exactly what we needed; I’d say she can read the crowd and adjusts well to the situation. My time was limited and she was able to accommodate a venue visit within less than 24 hours of my request. We snagged the deal and even after the contract was signed, Laura is consistent with her desire to support us through the process. Highly recommend!

We recently toured several venues in the DFW area (including this gorgeous venue) with Calla, and the experience has been fantastic! She has been incredibly helpful, showing us around multiple locations and really understanding our vision. The tours have been well-organized, and she has always been very responsive to our questions and needs. We’ve been a bit indecisive and have asked Calla for several different proposals and contract redrafts, and she’s handled everything with such grace and patience. While we haven’t booked yet, I wanted to share how pleased we were with the touring process. Calla made it easy and enjoyable, and we’re hopeful that things will continue smoothly if we move forward. I’ll definitely update my review once we finalize our plans, but for now, I highly recommend Calla for anyone in the early stages of wedding planning!

Wow! Is all I can say about this location. The pictures cannot express the true beauty of the venue. It is so peaceful and beautiful. I met with Macie in January I remember telling her that I could sit out there all day and enjoy the view of the grounds. The pavilion is one of the best I have seen. It is completely covered so that your guest are not over heating from the Texas sun. The Barn wow! Who would have thought you could use elegant, and beautiful to describe a barn. It truly is a place that has it all. We did see other Barn venues but what sold me was Macie’s tour and explanation of things to do. She provided so many options. Also the package deals are very reasonable. The things that sold me are Macie’s tour and guidance The beautiful venue inside and out The package that provides all the vendors you need. No need to search for Florist, Bakery, Photographer, DJ, The invitations. It’s like a one stop shop. Less stress for me. Very thankful I found Morgan Creek Barn but most important Macie’s assistance. Thank you

Walter Estates was so helpful, Calla Hamlin especially! We had a hard time planning our wedding until we met her! All the staff are so knowledgeable, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make your vision come true. The open house events are also such a great experience where you meet all vendors and get to ask specific questions! We are so excited for our wedding at the Milestone Mansion!

From the very beginning, all of the people I interacted with were extremely helpful and responsive. Melissa was our venue manager and day of coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of anything and everything you could think of. She was extremely professional and kept everyone on schedule. She made sure everything ran seamless - to the point she knew what I needed before I did. I would absolutely get married at the Milestone Aubrey if I had to do it again (but don’t plan on it ;) ). My only regret is I would’ve used my own DJ, however all other vendors were awesome and took so much stress out of planning.

Beautiful place. Everyone loved it. Melissa was so helpful and flexible. They worked great with our wrdding planners on solving any issues that arrive. I would say make sure you have meetings with them and explain everything you need.

We had a few issues with communication since one of the planners left without any notifications but once we got closer to we wedding and we got a new planner everything got better Will definitely recommend Morgan as the planner she did a good job on timeline and helping us with any changes we wanted to do. Also Melissa our day of coordinator did a great job making sure our day went smoothly and she even help us with ideas for decorations! I will still recommend them since everything turned out beautiful and the nacho bar was a hit for appetizers!

My daughter’s wedding was in December 2023 at The Milestone in Aubrey. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Hallie was easy to work with in the whole planning process and Melissa was so attentive as our day of coordinator. I could not have asked for a better and more professional team…highly recommend!

This venue is absolutely stunning! There was a bit of an issue in the beginning as I went through a few planning people, but overall it was excellent!! Melissa is absolutely amazing and made everything so easy for me! She was so professional but also so sweet and excited for us! You can use all the in house vendors and not have to worry about a thing! Melissa helped keep everything on time and all of the vendors were on the same page! Our DJ Jared was so awesome! He is so friendly and really listened to what we wanted!

My daughter’s wedding so her dream wedding thanks to Morgan Creek Barn! Absolutely the best wedding venue! The planning staff and servers were all the best to work with. You won’t be disappointed.

We are very happy with how our special day turned out. Our day-of coordinator, Melissa, was phenomenal. She made the day run so smoothly, and made the best executive day-of decisions we could have asked (such as changing photo schedules to get golden hour pictures, or placing signs in more appropriate places). We just wish we would've known how on top of things she would be to save us time planning beforehand (type A bride here). Some of the communication between vendors wasn't always communicated the same way during the planning process due to the nature of multiple vendors/planner/day-of coordinator, such as the wedding playlist notes given to the DJ and planners would ask us questions we already answered. But not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. We opted out of doing the videographer and cake with our package, and we did end up having to spend a lot more money and DIY on the florals package. The florals from the venue were beautiful, but super pricey so just FYI. I am still glad they did the more complex florals like the staircase and the cross at the Altar. The catered food was great, we had the honey mustard chicken dish and it was great! Even as honeymoon leftovers. We had Daniel as our DJ with the venue and he was great! He understood our vibe and during the wedding, when we asked him to return to our playlist we had worked hard on rather than one similar, he did so immediately. The Milestone was our dream venue. The bridal suites and additional family suite were amazing and so spacious. We had a big wedding (271 people responded yes to attending), and it wasn't too outrageously packed. We highly recommend this specific venue. As you are going through the package deals (which definitely helped during a 4 month engagement), think about which vendors you truly need. Ask to up front about the ways you can get more hours added to the rental (such as a free hour to do a rehearsal on the day-of) and check the contract for the base hours of bar service because we realized we only had 3 hours to begin with and had to add more. So some hidden fees, but I feel that is with every venue/vendor and we still valued having vendors chosen for us with our short engagement. All-in all, highly recommend, especially for short engagements and big weddings.

We had the most wonderful wedding experience at Morgan Creek Barn! The venue is beautiful, and we loved the ceremony space and the barn reception! But what really made our experience stand out was the wedding coordinators, Morgan, Kaleigh and Melissa. When I tell you I had the most peaceful, happy, non-stressful wedding day... I mean it. Morgan helped us get everything together before the day, she gave us tips and helped me really understand everything so that by the time everything was handed to the day of coordinators Kaleigh and Melissa... everything was handled so beautifully. When I talked to Kaleigh, she treated every single thing like it was important to her that it go right and the way I wanted. I felt like I was in such good hands, like the person coordinating our wedding genuinely cared about us and our experience. Then when the day came and Melissa took over, everything went perfectly. She knew exactly what to do and when, she was calm and had really good advice, she gave us the space to do what we needed and yet we always felt like we had a seamless guiding hand making sure everything went perfectly. The venue is beautiful, but Morgan, Kaleigh and Melissa were worth their weight in gold. The peace of mind, the comfort and the behind the scenes seamless work they did to make everything perfect meant the world to my now husband and I. They gave me the peace of mind I needed to just enjoy and be present with my new husband and our friends and family. I can't thank ya'll enough for the beautiful day you gave me and my husband.

Holy smokes!! I don’t have enough great things to say about milestone, Walters, melissa and Madison. From start to finish they were so responsive, helpful, accommodating and thought of every detail! My only regret-I can’t have a wedding every weekend here. Ps-get the brisket sliders. They are incredible!

Morgan Creek Barn was amazing. My planning rep, Morgan, and my day of coordinator, Kaleigh, were both so helpful and pleasant to work with. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and my wedding day was perfect. My only complaint is that when I had my initial tour, the woman I worked with was very adamant about it being "all inclusive" and I asked specific questions like "are you sure it's all inclusive? We have 9 groomsmen and you're telling me all their suits are included?" and she said yes.... Come to find out after the fact that you are provided credits to different vendors and don't even cover the bare minimum, so there ended up being A LOT of additional out of pocket expenses that I didn't expect. The same thing happened with stationary and floral. On the topic of suits and tuxes, the company that they use is terrible. We were told that the company is only online so the groomsmen could go to any store, like Men's Warehouse, to get measured and look at styles and they would know what they were talking about, and I could submit the measurements and we would receive suits 1-2 weeks before the wedding. All of the boys went to different Men's Warehouse locations and none of them had any clue what they were talking about when they mentioned Jim's Formal Wear, and gave them a hard time about getting measured. I had 0 communication from the company during the entire process. 2 days before my wedding, I still hadn't heard anything and nobody had gotten their suit, so I reached out to my planning rep in a panic and FINALLY the suit person called me. He told me that the suits were "at their headquarters where the boys came to get measured." WHAT?! I am so glad I took off work that day because I had to drive an hour to go pick them up when they were supposed to be shipped to everyone. If I wouldn't have reached out, we would have had no suits. Also, the "all inclusive" suits and tuxes is a $250 credit to this place, which doesn't even cover 2 suits. Luckily, Morgan was extremely helpful with the situation and it all worked out, but it was still very stressful and could have been handled very differently. Everything else was perfect though! I would highly recommend this venue, but get your own suits and tuxes!

Having my wedding at Morgan Creek Barn was the best thing I did. I fell in love with the venue from the moment we visited. They made the planning process so easy because they were always available to talk and always open to hearing what I wanted. The day of was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly. The coordinators were super helpful. The food was DELICIOUS! The DJ was great. It was a magical day and Morgan Creek was a big part of it.

Beautiful wedding venue and offers so many different package options to cater to each couple. We worked with Morgan and she was very detail-oriented and helped ease our minds during a process that can easily get overwhelming!

Walters weddings is amazing. This has been truly an easy process for seeing planning. A one stop shop is what we were going for and thats exactly what we’ve gotten. They allow you to tweak their packages to your needs. Our venue is the Morgan Creek Barn and we fell in love at first site. If you haven’t seen it. Please do. Hallie our planner and she has been amazing. Easy to talk to and has allowed for us to have EVERYTHING we’ve wanted. Very well rounded in the area of wedding planning and I look forward to seeing everything out together. 10/10, I recommend.

We attended a wedding this past weekend of some close friends. The wedding was gorgeous! The venue was a perfect setting for the formal attire. Melanie Anderson was the Planner who did a fabulous job with florals, tables, bars and food and the exit etc. This was a great wedding anc so much fun

As a bridesmaid of a wedding at The Milestone Aubrey this past weekend the wedding was absolutely amazing. Melanie was the planning representative and she did a phenomenal job making the day exactly how the bride was hoping it would be. I know that she took the time to sit down and go through every detail in depth with the bride and her family and went above and beyond to make sure the big day was perfect. The staff on wedding day was wonderful as well. From the day of coordinator, to servers, bartenders, and even the regional manager everyone was so kind and accommodating!

As the mother-of-the-bride, we want the wedding of a lifetime to be an unforgettable event... however, it is unforgettable for ALL the wrong reasons. During our first consultation, we were told we would have a dedicated wedding planner throughout our short process of planning (6 months). However, that was not the case. We were shuffled through 5 different people with details dropped every time the wedding shifted hands. Contractual items paid for (like a dedicated additional attendant for the bridal party on the wedding day, a cocktail bar set up in the bride's room, etc.) was not honored. The Tux order through the venue was botched and we had to go searching for same-size wedding guests who were wearing jackets that would fit and blend with the wedding theme. Pants had to be purchased last minute (which has yet to be reimbursed) and they have still never taken the wrong tuxes off our hands that belonged to some other wedding party. Not to mention, they lost a $16K check, right from the start, so there was that hassle of stopping payment and reissuing. We were assured quick response times, but multiple texts and emails were completely unanswered during all stages of planning making it a total nightmare for vendor deadlines. Our daughter - the bride - has been patient in trying to work with the venue (since her December wedding) before having anyone from the wedding party post reviews, however, there has yet again been no response from the venue or its management company. Bottom line, and in the words of the bride, "Go somewhere else, don't get stuck like I did." We hope someone contacts the bride about this. Once they do, I will update this review.

I was planning my wedding at Morgan Creek Barn and Amanda was AMAZING!! She listened to my ideas and helped me make them a reality. Literally could not have made it this far without her<3

Amanda was absolutely TERRIFIC with planning and ensuring we had an excellent wedding!! My wife and I fell in love with The Milestone the moment we walked in. The entire staff is very welcoming, and they are always excited to talk to you. They never treat you as if they have other clients, or they got done talking to another couple just before seeing you - they give you their undivided attention and it's absolutely phenomenal. Amanda was an absolute God send for our wedding!! We unfortunately had our brass band bail on us last minute that was going to be there for our grand exit. We were a little upset, but we were both just going with the flow at that point. Amanda quickly came up to us saying she had backup options and was able to save the day!! During the planning months, she was always very prompt, very quick to reply, and always knew how to help with our questions. We can't thank not only Amanda enough, but the entire Walters staff for our incredible day!!

My daughter and her husband recently had their wedding at the Milestone in Aubrey. It was a beautiful wedding. We loved the aesthetic of the venue. We also were very pleased with the package offerings. Chelsea Sproles, our planning representative, was very helpful throughout the process. She was also very patient as we HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS. Early, it took a while to get responses to inquiries but the closer we got to the BIG DAY, the more attentive the team was. The service during the event was amazing. We had approximately 150+ guests. The food was good, and the bar was phenomenal. We had a few hitches along the way but adapted. My daughter and husband were so pleased with how everything turned out and that is all that matters. All the vendors included in the package were GREAT! We took full advantage of them all and added our own special touches here and there. The cost of everything was in line with other venues. Maybe even a bit more reasonable. However, we did feel more secure with this option as we have seen so many couples being scammed in this industry. By having most all the vendors coupled into the contract, it was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this venue. HOWEVER, know and understand WHAT YOU WANT and READ AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTRACT. We were very cautious of that. In the end, we got what we paid for and in some cases, even more than what we understood. (All was good, but I can see where one may easily be confused and have expectations that may not be fulfilled based upon the process.)

We had a great experience with The Milestone Estate. Amanda and Melissa were particularly helpful and Chelsea was easy to contact and there to help on the day of! Melissa went out of her way to make sure I had a stress free day!

There were a few bumps in early communication but once we got Amanda everything went so smoothly, she was amazing and helped us plan our dream day. Chelsea and her coordinator Melissa were amazing and helped us any way they could the day of and we are so glad we said I DO with the Milestone team.

Planning with Amanda was hands down so smooth and Chelsea and her crew made everything so easy day of. It was a beautiful day we will never forget.

It was everything me, and my new husband expected and dreamed of! Chelsea, Lauren, Melissa and her crew worked so hard to make my day come to life and their love for it showed although had a few bumps with the florist in the beginning everything turned out beautiful

I was worried when we booked because we seemed to meet someone new every week but then we met Chelsea and all my doubts were gone. She is a pro! Knows what she is doing and took away my daughter and I’d stress. All the vendors were amazing to work with and brought their vision to life.

We had an overall fantastic experience with the staff here! Emily closely walked us through our engagement, answering all the random questions I had and attending to the nitty-gritty details! She has a gentle and calming presence which benefits any bride during the planning process! She was prompt, professional, and detailed in all her responses. We couldn't have asked for a better planning representative through this process. Chelsea was assigned to us for our day-of coordinator as the venue's General Manager! She was fantastic! Chelsea was on top of all the details for our rehearsal and big day. Chelsea went over and beyond to take on any task she could help with. She helped setup our reception and keep us on schedule throughout the evening of celebration. Chelsea was incredibly professional and felt like a good friend as we celebrated. At the beginning of the process on the very front end, there was some miscommunication from the sales representative who walked us through signing our contract. When we shared our concerns, the Regional VP, Daniel, assisted in making it right. He was kind, courteous, and professional through a very stressful part of the process. I am confident miscommunication is not the norm, but also wanted to give credit to Daniel for handling the situation so well. We were able to come to agreements that allowed everyone to leave the conversation with peace moving forward together, which lead to a beautiful planning process and wedding with The Milestone by Walters Wedding Estates.

My husband and I were married at The Milestone Aubrey Mansion in September , and the experience was wonderful. The day of was incredible, and went off without a hitch. The staff was anticipatory and responsive, the food was excellent, and the venue was beautiful. Our DJ Jeremiah was AWESOME! We are still getting compliments on how great him and Chelsea-our day or planner were. It was absolutely beyond anything we had envisioned. Beyond that, Chelsea made the whole process from our many questions, rehearsal, ceremony and reception easy and enjoyable. She was responsive, flexible, and always professional, and went out of her way to accommodate any and all requests. I cannot recommend the Milestone Aubrey mansion enough!

Chelsea and the team at Morgan Creek Barn were hands down the best of communication, explanation, setting expectations, and providing the best customer service to not only us but everyone at our wedding. What stood at to me is when we finished our last dance and I just seen Chelsea continuously working with the same contagious high energy as she started. I asked a question and she answered with a smile and just wanted to make sure we had a great night. The sense of care and servant heart came naturally. This team made our night so special. Hands down recommend.

We had our wedding this year at The Milestone and it was the absolute best choice we could have made. Their all inclusive packages make planning so much easier. Also, their staff made sure our big day was thoroughly planned and went smoothly. The views, building, décor are tasteful and made for beautiful photos. The large spaces were sufficient to comfortably seat and serve our 190 guests. Our wedding would not have been the same without the diligent staff, classic ambiance and beautiful venue.

I had dreamed of being married at this location long before we became engaged and I am so glad we followed through. Our guests repeatedly told us how stunning it was and it was truly the perfect background for our romantic rustic wedding. We chose the exceptional vendor and bar packages and they included almost everything we needed for our dream wedding. Chelsea, Amanda and Melissa were very helpful and extremely communicative during the months leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

The Milestone is a gorgeous venue and the staff and management communicated with us in a timely, honest, & forthcoming manner. The day of the wedding, management and the staff were accommodating and proactive. For the Dallas area of Texas, I would recommend the Milestone as a venue.

We had our wedding at Morgan Creek Barn in Aubrey and couldn't have had a better experience. They partner with the best vendors! We got so many compliments on the food, the flowers, and especially the dessert (even my MIL keeps joking about making our wedding an annual party with the same venue/vendors). Chelsea was super helpful - answering questions along the way. We couldn't give a higher recommendation!

The whole experience with the team at the Milestone Mansion was amazing! The staff was so pleasant to work with and attentive to all of our needs. The venue was beautiful, the food was great, the DJ that is with the venue was excellent. This was our 5th child's wedding and Milestone made it a wonderful experience!!

We got married at Morgan Creek Barn on 4/24/2022. Although there was a huge thunderstorm and tornado warnings the day of our wedding, it was still everything I dreamed of and more!! My husband and I actually booked Morgan Creek Barn back in June of 2020. I fell in love with the venue the moment I saw it. Communication was great! Whenever I wanted to go see the venue I just had to reach out and they would give me dates that were open to go see it. I went quite a few times! I had my details meeting with Chelsea and it was quick and easy. The venue is absolutely beautiful! Our guests loved it! We didn't use their caterer but we used their bar services and let me tell you it was AMAZING! The drinks were SO GOOD! Our guests still talk about it! The only reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is because I have reached out to them plenty of times to see when we would expect our deposit back and I have not heard back from anyone. I was told a few weeks after our wedding date at our details meeting and it's been almost 3 months and we still haven't received anything. So I would be cautious about that. Other than that everything else was great!

We got married at Morgan Creek Barn on 6/4/22 but booked back in July of 2020. Everything about this venue was amazing! Chelsea was my main point of contact and she was always so accommodating and quick to respond to the many questions I had. The venue was expensive but in my opinion it was completely worth every penny. The venue rental price included so much like tables, linens, dinnerware, barware, etc. so I didn't have to worry about finding them through a rental company. The food and bar was one of the best parts, WOW!!! We had a buffet style meal with chicken asiago, broccoli and mashed potatoes as well as a full service bar. The food was absolutely delicious and not cold at all. The morning of our wedding, Jeffery (or Geoffery I don't know how to spell his name) was there setting up our floorplan, linens and chargers. My planner had found dead bugs in the bathroom and he gladly went and swept everything up before guests arrived. I truly believe this venue/company goes above and beyond to make your day flow exactly how you expect it to. I am so thankful for Chelsea and her team! Keep up the amazing work, if I could go back in time I would book this venue 100x again.

We booked at Morgan Creek Barn for our June 5th Wedding. The property is gorgeousssss!! Although we haven't had the wedding yet, the planning process has been so much easier having vendors provided in the package we chose. Chelsea is great too, very helpful and responsive! I would definitely recommend this venue!!

Amazing beautiful venue, has made my life easy. Also the price was great and get so many things to help getting, there vendors are incredible!!!!

I loved this place...it was perfect for the wedding. Outdoor ceremony at about sunset with an indoor reception. The food was delicious, bar was great, the DJ was incredible and the photographer was exceptional. The cake and flowers were really beautiful. All picked by the bride with a lot of help from Chelsea...This manager was totally engaged and everything was onetime. We were reminded and assisted on every aspect of the wedding. I would not do anything different. The whole evening was very special!!! Thanks Chelsea! You're one in a million!

Working this venue has been nothing but a dream!! I truly feel like Chelsea cares for our day as much as if it were her own. She has been so patient with us and is always ready to answer a question. I could not imagine planning our big day without her!!

We thought we were shocked with being blessed by such a beautiful venue, but Chelsea set the bar even higher after our coordination meeting with her. On time, ahead of our questions, and filled with positive energy, Chelsea truly had our timeline set out flawlessly from start-to-finish and all mapped out, literally. I highly recommend The Milestone Mansion in Aubrey, Texas! As they all say, everything is bigger in Texas!! Chelsea will show you from day one what going big really feels and looks like. Chelsea was also our contact person, and she took over management halfway through our planning process. She was great, and always able to answer our questions! She also did everything in her power to help us out with planning and making sure we had time to make our day perfect! We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the barn and pavilion were for our ceremony and reception! Could not recommend this venue more!

Such a beautiful venue! The food was fantastic! The DJ was so fun and got lots of people dancing. The day of coordinator, Chelsea, was so helpful and made our day flow so seamlessly! We are so happy with our choice to use Morgan Creek Barn as our venue!

I want to share how pleased I am with the service received at Morgan Creek Barn for my daughter's wedding. Chelsea, the venue manager was so very attentive to every request and specific detail that we had. On the day of the wedding, there were several other staff members who were quite exceptional as well and they are Jeffery, Liz and Ash. I want to thank these wonderful members of the MCB staff for going over and beyond their duty to make the wedding and reception one that was most wonderful and memorable for our entire family and guests! I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone looking for that special place for wedding/or event. Thank you all for a job well done!

We had my daughter's wedding their last weekend and it was amazing! The food was incredible and the bridal suite is simply amazing if you have a large bridal party. Chelsea, our coordinator, was a dream come true. Amazing communication from start to finish! Beautiful venue!

My daughter got married at The Morgan Creek Barn. Not only was it beautiful but Chelsea was a tremendous help. She was so timely in all of her responses. She had to pick up the event just a few weeks before it happened because they had a change in coordinators. She didn’t ever act like anything was too much to handle, did everything with a smile. She was a God send for us! It was a beautiful day just as my daughter wanted. We especially loved the fact that we could get all of the vendors through them that were already familiar with the venue. LOVED all of them. The DJ was perfect! Joche did a fabulous job with the flowers and I brought all of them home to continue to enjoy! This is the place to have a wedding!
