l, and my wife Sarah and I owe so much of that to the incredible team—especially Taylor Odom, our wedding planner, and Cassidy K., our day-of coordinator. Taylor was an absolute dream to work with. For over 10 months, she guided Sarah and me through the planning process with her uplifting energy, positive spirit, and wealth of experience. What could have been an overwhelmingly stressful journey became both fun and enjoyable because of her. One of our biggest worries was finding time to connect with all our guests without derailing the day. Taylor came up with the brilliant idea of a “photo dash”—a quick, organized way for us to mingle briefly and snap a picture with each guest. It was such a special touch, letting us share a moment with everyone while staying on track. She offered thoughtful advice like this throughout, listened to our vision, and made us feel so supported every step of the way. We absolutely adored her, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to future couples booking this venue. Taylor is a treasure! On the big day, Cassidy was our day-of coordinator and kept everything running like clockwork. Her precision and care ensured Sarah and I made it to the altar in one piece lol. From the moment she arrived in the morning, Cassidy was the first one on-site, coordinating the venue staff and vendors with expert precision. She made sure every detail was set up to our liking and jumped in wherever we needed extra help—even going as far as to personally move big, bulky, and heavy barrels exactly where I wanted them. Considering those barrels were three times her size, we were blown away by her go-getter attitude and determination. And when the bar line got crowded, Cassidy didn’t hesitate—she stepped in to grab an extra bartender to whip up drinks for Sarah and I so we wouldn’t have to wait, letting us keep enjoying our big day without a hitch. Her dedication was unwavering. What truly stood out was how both Taylor and Cassidy constantly checked in with Sarah and me throughout the entire experience—often grabbing us drinks whether we were on the dance floor, taking photos, or seated at our table. They didn’t just care about the logistics—they cared about us. Their attentiveness made us feel so valued and at ease, allowing us to fully soak in the joy of our day. The Milestone at Boerne is lucky to have such an exceptional duo, and Sarah and I are so grateful they were part of our wedding. On our wedding day, Cassidy was there at every step of the way calming our nerves and making sure it all went smoothly. I didn't think we were going to be able to do the livestream we wanted, but Cassidy helped make even that happen. Taylor even showed up and helped out on our wedding day. I don't think our event would have been nearly as magical without their expert help. Cassidy even went out of her way to deliver the engagement ring we left behind on accident to where we were staying in town. She really went the extra mile. We looked at a few potential venues. This one was the cheapest and most beautiful venue we came across. The decision was easy! I can confidently recommend The Milestone | Boerne fully.

But with so much anxiety and overwhelming stimulation, I decided to let Mia Villegas take the the wheel as that is what we paid and signed up for. She was A👏MAZ👏ING👏!! From the first meeting, rehearsal, to our grand exit, she was the most attentive, patient, professional, and kind person we could have asked for to coordinate our day. How she was able to tend to us AND make sure everything runs how it’s supposed to is beyond me. It really does take a special person to do this job. I throughly enjoyed my day as did my now husband. Which I don’t think would have been possible without someone like her. Thank you so much Mia for everything you did to make our night enjoyable, and unforgettable in the most wonderful way.
