The Minny Planner ethos centers on removing the stresses facing to-be-weds as they plan their dream day. The Minny Planner offers three wedding packages to prospective newlyweds. Whether you are seeking on-the-day coordination, partial planning, or little extras that will make your day shine, Kristin is on hand to help. A snapshot of services includes unlimited contact via email and phone, in-person consultations, and vendor liaisons. On the day, she oversees every detail for between nine and 12 hours, making sure that things run smoothly. Kristin covers weddings throughout her home state and across the US.

Kristin is absolutely amazing and helped make our wedding day perfect! Before the wedding we met with her one time in person, and a couple times via zoom. In between she was easy to communicate with through email and had answers/suggestions to all my questions. Kristin created a timeline of our day, contacted all the vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. In addition she could not be sweeter and so easy to work with. I will recommend Minny Planner to anyone I know getting married!
Kristin and Erin were fantastic! Our wedding stayed on schedule as they worked tirelessly behind the scenes and leading up to wedding day! We (and our families) were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was taken care of. We could not recommend them enough or imagine our wedding day without their help and expertise!!
Kristin and Amy were amazing to work with leading up to and day of our wedding. They were very organized, friendly, fast working and professional. I had two personal zoom one-on-one meetings with Kristin prior to the wedding. Within the meetings Kristin created a personalized timeline for us, went through day of details, and was open to answering questions we had. She also reached out to all our vendors with pertinent wedding details the week of the wedding for us. Amy and Kristin allowed to us to relax and enjoy our wedding day as they took care of all things big and small. Also helped us reuse our ceremony flowers for our reception space. Very efficient with set up and clean up. Everything ran smoothly with their help! We would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding.
Kristin and her team are INCREDIBLE! From the early planning meeting, to the scheduled check-in calls, to the flawless day-of coordination, The Minny Planner is worth its weight in gold. Kristin is incredibly organized and even though we only hired her as a “day-of coordinator,” her process kept us organized throughout the entire planning journey. We entered our wedding day knowing we were in great hands, and we barely had to lift a finger once we got to the venue, they were on top of everything! Our day-of lead was Shelby, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met her in the planning process to the end of the night there was never a doubt in our minds that she had it all under control. Everything on our wedding day came together perfectly and we can’t thank The Minny Planner enough.
We had the honor of having Kristin and Dana at our venue and they definitely made their way onto our Preferred Vendors list! They were very communicative prior to the event as well as throughout the night which made the entire wedding so smooth! In addition, they were a ton of fun and thoughtful of their clients. We can't wait to have them back at The Aisling!
Kristin was so amazing to work with. She was so flexible and patient with our unique needs as an interabled couple. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her attention to detail is unmatched and we HIGHLY recommend her! She made sure our day was perfect. 10 stars!
If we could give 10 stars, we would! We are so grateful to have worked with the Minny planner for our wedding. Kristin and Amy coordinated an unforgettable day! From arrival to close, these two coordinated set up/take down with all the vendors, decorated the venue so beautifully, kept us on our timeline and executed an amazing room flip! The meetings leading up to the wedding were helpful and necessary to calm our nerves as well. Looking back, I'm not sure how we could have had a wedding without Kristin & team!! Kristin truly thinks about every detail to ensure everything runs smoothly. The day of was 90 degrees and The Minny Planner crew smiled the whole way through. The professionalism and helpful nature cannot be matched. Run don't walk to book this team.
I can’t say enough good things about Kristin! She was so so fun to work with and get to know throughout our planning process. I am so thankful she was there the day of our wedding to manage everything, I know she was always busy doing things as people told me she was literally always running around! Nobody came to bother me with something that went “wrong” or anything! All of my wedding party commented on how smoothly the day went, and Kristin and her assistant Amy were a HUGE part of that! I’d recommend Kristin to any bride!
We hired Kristin for our day of coordination and would 110% recommend for anyone looking! From the first time we met to go over our day we knew she had everything under control. She asked all of the right questions, helped us with our ideas, gave us access to her planning resources and ultimately knew our day better than we did! On the day of, they made all of my decorating dreams come true, were available for questions, and did so many things behind the scenes to make the day run smoothly. All of our other vendors said how amazing they were to work with! If you’re debating getting a coordinator, the organizational assistance and peace of mind Kristin and her team give for our day were without question worth it!
The Minny Planner team was FANTASTIC! From the first meeting with Kristin, my mom and I felt we were in good hands with pulling off this wedding! As the bride, I was so grateful to have Amy and Melissa running in the 90 degree weather for us to get us through our whole day! They took care of so many little things that we didn't have to ask for (helping our servers cut cheesecake). They even brought us a cocktail while we were socializing! I will always recommend a day of planner, especially The Minny Planner to all of my "bride-to-be" friends!

Kristin was our day of coordinator and we could not have been happier!! We did not have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding, and we are so thankful to Kristin for making sure everything ran smoothly. She was so organized, professional, and fun to work with! She also set up all of our decor and we were so happy with how everything turned out! Kristin was also very helpful in the months leading up to the wedding in keeping us organized and telling us exactly what we needed - which was so helpful for us! Having been in the wedding industry for 11 years prior to being a bride myself I knew a critical piece of bringing my vision to life would be the person executing everything the day of the wedding. I met Kristin a few years back at a networking event, and having loved her energy and calm demeanor, kept her in my back pocket for when it was finally time for my own wedding. I didn’t need FULL planning services, so Kristin’s approach of jumping into the conversation 3 months out from the wedding (through virtual visits), and then taking over the reins the month of the wedding is exactly what I was looking for. She was so responsive, understood the timeline and everything that needed to get done, and her spreadsheets were very helpful. Not only was she there the day of the wedding, but she brings an assistant so that she can be with the bride and groom, while the assistant made sure all of the setup goes according to plans. I am AMAZED at how calm I was the day of the wedding, and how little my groom and I had to worry about. Our wedding was literally perfect, and we have been getting so many positive comments on the flow of everything, and we could have not done it without The Minny Planner!
Our experience with Kristin ended up being a little non-traditional as we decided last minute to change plans and go for a destination wedding. Although we did not make it to the actual wedding with Kristin, I was so impressed by her organization and thoughtfulness with all of the wedding details. From the start everything was great! She asked a ton of great questions during our first phone meeting and sent me several wedding guides that she curated herself. I would highly recommend Kristin to any couples planning a wedding. She is organized, professional, and on top of things. Had we gone through with our traditional wedding I know she would have been an absolute life saver!!
