It was intimate and so romantic because of everything Roland advised and executed. Our pictures came out phenomenal. His words were so graceful, real, unscripted, and from the heart. As a wedding photographer myself, I've seen hundreds of officiants and Roland is the GREATEST! We were excited about his pricing and that he was able to conduct our ceremony in English and Spanish. Roland showed up early and really took time to ask questions and get to know us before our wedding. During the ceremony he was able to brilliantly interject stories and qualities that he found during those conversations and really made our vows seem more personal and genuine. Roland was kind, funny at appropriate times, and really made our wedding day special. Roland's passion for his work is evident! He's amazing and we can't praise him enough.

He stayed in communication with us, made sure that he offered other services available, but was not pushy when we did not go with the extras. He even took a couple pictures for us. He tailored the words in the ceremony to fit us personally as if we were friends long before meeting us literally "On the side of the ROAD". Roland is the absolute best! I don't have enough words to describe how happy we were with Roland's services. Not only was he extremely professional, he had a great vibe and energy and felt like a family member immediately upon meeting him. He comes prepared with everything you need, even helped out my fiance with a pin to tie his bowtie. He really spent time and energy into learning our love story, so that he could incorporate it into the unique vows during the ceremony, completely from memory and without a hitch. Roland took his time to take many (and I mean MANY) photos to capture the intimate moments and everything was professional from the moment I contacted him to inquire about his services to after the ceremony when I reached out to get some photos resent. He filed our paperwork on time and did everything to a T!!! I felt extremely blessed to have found him and he made our day so very special. Cannot recommend Roland highly enough, he is amazing! We wanted a fun Elvis wedding in Las Vegas and he delivered beyond expectations. He was highly entertaining - I haven’t laughed so much in a long time and our guests have not stopped talking about how great he was - but he also managed to make it personal and about our story. Even the Elvis skeptics loved him. Best decision we ever made. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Roland is a very nice guy and goes out his way to make your day special and memorable. Roland is the best! My family is fairly religious, so we decided to have him dress in a suit for the ceremony. He took the time to personalize our ceremony and listened to our requests. The ceremony was very thoughtful, but also light and fun which is exactly what we wanted. Of course we had to find a way to incorporate Elvis, so Roland changed & surprised our guests at the reception by coming out as Elvis for our grand entrance! He sang two songs and everyone was so excited- he was a huge hit!!! Our photos with him are incredible- it really set the tone for our whole reception! Roland was our Elvis impersonator. My husband and I renewed our vows in Vegas for our 20th anniversary. Roland did a great job as our officiant and our Elvis. He made it just how we wanted it, simple and fun. He got the party started and even had my awkward husband up and dancing. He was amazing!!!

Leading up to our wedding, we had lots of life changes and changes of plans. One thing we knew, though, was that we wanted Roland as our minister. We couldn't have made a better choice. We decided on the package where we met with Roland the day before the wedding. It felt like he was genuinely excited for our ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, he was game for dressing in Western clothes to go with our Wild West/American Victorian theme and then came back at the end of the reception a couple of hours later as Elvis! Our guests were delighted and when I got our wedding photos back, I was surprised how many of the guests had posed with him. He's a great guy who loves what he does. My husband jokes that we got married by "The Spirit of Vegas." If you're looking for a Vegas minister, Roland is top notch.

The best one in Vegas. He is very professional, will move the world to make your wish happens, he is a super sweetheart and when impersonating Elvis, he is the best! I had my first wedding made by him and now, in the second one, I am flying to Las Vegas to use his service again. Rodent Married in the most amazing setting In Las Vegas, however the setting was totally eclipsed by our amazing role and was as our minister. Throughout the whole ceremony genuinely meant every word that you said passionate about us being in love and getting married. Roland August is a wonderful person! I Wanted to be outside at night to have beautiful pictures taken beneath Las Vegas lights. He had the perfect spot and set us up with a photographer (who did a great job!) Roland is a sweet sweet soul and wonderful person. My husband and I look forward to renewing our vows in the future with Roland! ♡♡♡♡♡

After a lot of research we chose Roland to renew our wedding vows when we went to Vegas for my 50th birthday. Roland made it both funny and moving at the same time. He is very respectful of the type of ceremony you want and makes a great Elvis!

We went all the way from Spain to have an Elvis wedding with Roland at Viva Las Vegas chapel. It was just the two of us but he made it funny and memorable. Definitely the best choice in Las Vegas, especially if you are looking for a ceremony in Spanish. We will come back for our vows renewal with him soon! Thanks!

Roland is awesome! He married us as Elvis. We rode in a pink Cadillac into the Viva Las Vegas Chapel! So much fun! He’s such a sweetheart. He was so funny as Elvis. He looked so much like him. You have to book him to marry you. You won’t regret it!! Just do it.

Roland performed an amazing ceremony for us in Planet Hollywood Chapel, he made it really personal and funny, all from meeting us for a few minutes prior to our ceremony! i cannot recommend Roland highly enough, so many of our family and friends asked how he knew us so well, which was lovely, and he made the day super special! Roland genuinely wants to bring out the love in the room, and share it as wide as possible, and really has the edge to make it personal, my only regret is not signing him up to be Elvis.... maybe for our renewal in 10 years! 😜

Roland is the best! Biggest heart and best service in Vegas. If I could rank him an 11/10 I would do it in a heartbeat. We drove in from out of town, and had a small wedding party at one of the chapels in Vegas. We had not met Roland before the day of the ceremony, but we had planned everything with him in the previous months. He was always available to discuss plans & was so open to any ideas we brought up. He met with us just before the wedding & got to know us. The ceremony was perfect & exactly how we'd hoped it would be. He was so warm & friendly & we could tell he loves his "job". HIGHLY recommend The Mobile Minister to all couples!! He can't be topped!

Omgosh! We were married in Las Vegas by Elvis himself (Roland August). It was a dream come true. He walked me down the aisle while singing to me, he made the ceremony very personal and then engaged our family and friends too. This man has a gift and I am so happy that he was able to share that with us!!!!

Vegas friends found Roland for us. I called him and we chatted, and nailed down the details. My bride and I were the first ones married on the High Roller, and Roland was almost beyond belief. This man does his homework and I felt that a long time friend performed the ceremony. We are friends, and when we go back to Vegas, try to hook up for a bite to eat or beverage. Roland is Awesome! Truth is, you could not make a better choice to perform your ceremonies.

It was just perfect, and he spoke with us before the wedding so he was able to strike exactly the right note for our ceremony and include personal details and his impressions. We were going to Vegas to celebrate my Step-mother in laws 50th birthday and decided to go ahead and get married while we were there. I had messaged Roland and he was very quick to respond and was able to answer any and all questions. I originally asked about him being Elvis and the cost, but after discussing it my husband and I decided to not have him dress as Elvis. The day before our wedding, he called to verify the time and place. He also stated we were going to have a lot of fun and he was going to go ahead and dress up as Elvis whether we had the money to pay for it or not, he wanted to do us a favor. He definitely went above and beyond to make our day special. We would highly recommend him to any couples getting married in Vegas.

Roland came to our home to officiate the marriage of our son and new daughter-in-law. He was punctual, personable, prepared, talented, and is most definitely a people-person. The bride's parents were elated beyond expectations! Roland did an excellent job of handling a "jittery" groom (3rd marriage). Roland interviewed the couple separately, and injected personal comments into the ceremony...wonderful touch! He Is the best. Gave a great show as Elvis and shared amazing words with us during the ceremony. We were a really big party in the chapel and he got all of us singing and dancing. Don't even consider any options, he is the best.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars as Roland is the best of the best. We still after 5 years look back on our day with such fondness. We were so happy when we realised Roland has been chosen for our diner style wedding where Roland was Elvis for the day. After watching Roland perform other weddings online leading up to our big day, we realised that we wanted him for our big day. Roland thank you for being you and for making our day perfect! Roland made the happiest day of my life even better! He is a brilliant wedding minister, helped ease the pre-ceremony nerves that my bride and I were experiencing, and conducted a pitch-perfect service without the need for any cue cards. We were lucky to have the ceremony at a chapel which streamed the wedding live, our friends from around the world who watched it loved it and many commented on how great Roland was. We often re-watch the service and marvel at our minister. I am positive he would make anyone who is considering him very happy to reside over their wedding. If I ever decide to renew my vows there is only one minister on the planet that I would want to have do it.

Roland was incredible , funny when it was appropriate serious and loving when required , he even went a gold lamme jacket for our wedding day because we requested it . Rev Roland is absolutely fantastic, and being the moderator of The Knot's Las Vegas section of their user forum, I've seen a lot of posts about a lot of officiants for Vegas weddings. After spending a year on the site leading into my own wedding in 2011, I knew he'd be the one my wife and I would want to have marry us, and that is what we did. He is known for doing Elvis themed weddings if you want, but we wanted a traditional ceremony, with a slight bit of religion, but certainly not a lot. He met with us in advance, actually the night before because our schedules just happened to work out for our rehearsal dinner, and again in advance of the ceremony on wedding day. He absolutely nailed the ceremony; exactly what we wanted, everyone in attendance (125 people) loved him. My wife and I really couldn't have asked for more, he's a nice and genuine guy, and we've since met up with him on several trips to Vegas in the seven years since our wedding. Pro tip; you can sometimes catch ceremonies of him if you sneak into the MGM properties video list at https://webcasting.cashmanpro.com/mb/index.cfm Just pick a Friday or Saturday and you'll probably find recent weddings you can watch, which he may be officiating. Not the easiest thing to do but that's how we got to watch a few of his ceremonies before deciding.

We stumbled upon Roland last minute, as we decided to get married with only a couple days notice. Not sure how we got so lucky to get him on such short notice. To be quite honest we had no idea who/what we were getting. We explained we wanted an unstuffy, short and sweet, and likely a bit unconventional ceremony and he delivered. Laughter and tears. He was so much fun.

The all-time best! Although there was a slight miscommunication regarding the time for our May wedding, once we contacted him he raced to our suite at the Venetian (from the gym no less) and performed our ceremony to our, and our guests', delight. Two days later he delivered our certificate personally at our hotel, dressed as Elvis (he's an amazing Elvis) and serenaded us as we had a dance in the lobby. I can't overstate how committed he is to his craft and how special he makes each participant feel. Roland is professional, invested and kind - a truly one-of-a-kind performer. I can't wait for our renewal so we can do it all over again with him!
