Because of her, we were able to relax, have fun, and fully enjoy celebrating with our family and friends without worrying about a thing. She took such wonderful care of our guests and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. She also made us feel so cared for by providing us with drinks at busy times, ensuring we were treated with utmost hospitality. We would also like to recognize the incredible banquet and kitchen staff. The food was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Wedding food is often forgettable, but our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. The chicken and beef were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and so well prepared that guests repeatedly commented that the meat "cut like butter." We heard over and over again that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The beautiful fruit and charcuterie appetizer display was also a huge hit. It was not only beautifully presented but delicious as well, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it throughout cocktail hour. Since the wedding, our family and friends have not stopped talking about the outstanding service, the incredible food, and the overall experience. Kris and the entire Monastery team made a tremendous difference and helped create memories that we will cherish forever. Her attention to detail on the wedding day was exceptional; she anticipated every need and consistently checked in to reassure me that everything was under control. After the ceremony, she had drinks and appetizers ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us a moment to breathe and soak it all in. She was truly a dream to work with—professional, warm, and incredibly organized. Throughout the day, friends and family kept telling me how much they loved her and how at ease she made everyone feel. She is an absolute rockstar. While I’m sad our wedding day is over, I’m even more sad we won’t get to work together again.

I felt like I was walking around with a new best friend on our rehearsal and wedding days. She was so kind and accommodating to our bridal party and guests. For example, all of us girls were feeling a little nervous to walk down the aisle and she fetched us all a drink just moments before (hilarious)! and don’t even get me started on the owner, Doug. That is who took Blake and I on that first tour, the first day that we stepped foot into The Monastery. Then, months and months later, it was Doug and I setting up my seating charts on my wedding morning - the OWNER of the venue was helping the BRIDE set up seating charts… just incredible. We’ve been told by dozens and dozens of people that our wedding was the best they’ve ever been to. That’s because of the beautiful venue that we chose, and the beautiful people that came along with it 🥹❤️

They made sure our event went smoothly. All of our guests oowed and awed over the venue. It was GORGEOUS!! The staff were amazing, the food was good and Kris (an angel) made sure I had water and that everything was slaying. Our wedding felt so full of love & magic and it would not have anywhere else. On top of that, the Monastery has its own full-service kitchen with an amazing chef. Your guests will love the hot, fresh, and delicious meals catered by the onsite staff, especially the salmon. What we wanted most for our wedding day was to be able to focus on each other, and thanks to the amazing staff at here at the Monastery, we were able to do so knowing our guest would have the experience they deserve. Kris took care of communicating with all of our vendors that weekend and day, it took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders knowing everything behind the scenes was in her hands. The day of she went above and beyond and had an answer/fix for any question we had. We had a 6 month old daughter and so we had to accommodate most of the wedding day around her schedule (and my pumping schedule) and Kris was great with this. As well as all of the staff, from the bartenders to the food staff were so nice and polite.

Even while showing the place off to our family in the months prior to the wedding, they welcomed us and provided special attention every time! Even after this stellar service leading up to the event, they still somehow managed to exceed our expectations on our wedding day with seamless service while coordinating the ceremony, transitioning the venue from ceremony to reception, and incredible service during dinner and dancing! Our guests were in awe at the beauty of the venue, the delicious food (Eden Buffet), top notch drinks, and warm, welcoming, professional and fun atmosphere! At every step of the way, the entire team was there sharing in our excitement. We are so incredibly thankful for their top tier service, professionalism, caring, thoughtfulness, kindness and joy they shared with us. We would choose them again in a heartbeat!
