The moment we walked into the Monastery, we knew we wanted to get married there! To say I was utterly blown away, the day of our wedding and throughout the planning process, would be in understatement! The venue, staff, and execution of the wedding day exceeded every hope and expectation! The venue itself is stunning and the staff is equally as remarkable. We has the pleasure of working with Meg, Ali, Kris and Doug. I can't say enough good things! I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple and wish we could live the day over and over again. Thank you to the Monastery for giving us the BEST day ever! We could not be more grateful!

I can't believe it's been a week since our daughter's magical wedding celebration at the incredibly beautiful Monastery Event Center. Meg, Ali, Kris and Doug went above and beyond to ensure the day went off seamlessly. The staff was kind and efficient, the food was delicious, the setting was spectacular and our guests could not say enough about how special the day was! Meg knew what we needed before we could ask, Kris guided us to where we needed to be and Doug spoke to all our tables to ensure our guests were happily enjoying their evening. From the rehearsal to the sparkler exit it was a delightful experience and I would do it again all over again and only change the passage of time!

The beauty and grandeur of the Monastery is only surpassed by the staff's impeccable service and attention to detail! Trevor explained the entire booking and planning process in detail, quickly responded to every email, and made sure we were happy with every decision. Kris brought our vision to life the day of the wedding and had everything executed precisely. Doug oversees it all and works behind the scenes to ensure we have the best experience ever. Although Trevor, Kris, and Doug were our primary contacts, we believe EVERY member of the staff truly cared about our wedding as if it was the most important event of the year! Thank you so much for a memorable wedding! Our guests continue to tell us how incredible it was and how much they enjoyed it.

Can't thank them enough! They made sure our day was wonderful, and every staff member we interacted with professional and easy to work with. We loved using their in-house planning services, and they were very responsive and helpful with every question we had. The food at our wedding was fantastic, our day-of ran so smoothly, and our guests raved about what a beautiful space it was. I really enjoyed using their AirBnB across the street for an easy home base for our wedding party that weekend. Can't say enough good things!

I cannot say enough about how amazing The Monastery staff is. We got married on 4/20/24 and had the best day we could have ever asked for. Trevor & Kris were amazing to work with - from nailing down a timeline to making sure everything was perfect on our big day, they were just amazing. Kris took care of communicating with all of our vendors that weekend and day, it took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders knowing everything behind the scenes was in her hands. It went perfectly. They have everything you can think of from personalized champagne glasses to beautiful ceiling light colors. Our guests were raving over how beautiful The Monastery is and how tasty the food is. Would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I can't even put into words how incredible our wedding was at the Monastery. Not only is the venue STUNNING, the staff is AMAZING! Ali was incredible to work with throughout the planning stages of our wedding and was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Kris, our day of coordinator, is the sweetest person I have ever met! She made our wedding day run flawlessly, was always there if we needed anything, and was more than helpful. The Monastery staff is top notch! Thank you again for making our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of and more!

I haven't had my wedding here just yet (coming next week), but I just have to rave about The Monastery. Trevor has been incredibly helpful and communicative through the entire planning process; I've been a pretty needy bride with a lot of questions and he has been so patient and just lovely. We met Kris, their in-house day-of-coordinator, at our tasting and she was delightful as well; I just know she'll run our wedding day professionally, smoothly and just as we want! This venue is truly breathtaking (photos don't do it justice) and I can't wait to get married there next week!!

I cannot speak highly enough about The Monastery. Not only is the space itself breath takingly beautiful, the staff there is incredible. We worked with Trevor throughout the planning process and his expertise, organization, and guidance made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Our day of coordinator, Kris, moved the entire event along so smoothly and she was amazing to work with! They have the ceremony-to-reception room flip down to a science and you will be blown away by how quickly and smoothly they pull it off. Food was also AMAZING. Highly recommend!

They made the whole process absolutely painless and magical!! From even before we toured up until week of, Trevor was so helpful in answering literally every question I had (which was many). They were also able to accommodate my husband's military schedule and host our tasting earlier than usual. We did have to book really far out, and with the military, we had no clue if it would work out, but we were so glad it did. Everything is a well-oiled machine there, and there were moments I would think of something, and they already had it covered. Then, working with Kris week of, she handled things before I was even aware of them needing to be handled! The day flowed by perfectly, and anything we could've needed was provided. No joke, I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day, and the Monastery staff was a large part of that. Everyone was raving about the food and the location and said it was the best wedding they've ever attended. I still dream about the filet!

We got married at the Monastery on 1/6/24 and our wedding was amazing! I would recommend this venue to anyone. The building is breathtaking, reasonably prices, and the staff is amazing. We worked with Ali in the months leading up to our wedding and she provided answers to any questions we had very timely. Then the week of our wedding we worked with Kris K. who was SO AMAZING. The day of she went above and beyond and had an answer/fix for any question we had. We had a 6 month old daughter and so we had to accommodate most of the wedding day around her schedule (and my pumping schedule) and Kris was great with this. As well as all of the staff, from the bartenders to the food staff were so nice and polite.

The Monastery team made an extraordinary event seem so seamless and simple. Ali and her team are AMAZING! Everyone worked so well together to pull off the BEST DAY EVER! Thank you!

Kris K. made sure the entire night was absolutely flawless and perfect. She was joyful, accommodating, and communicative. The few bumps in the road we ran into she handled with ease and took everything in stride. This truly felt like the only part in the entire week that we could actually enjoy ourselves because we knew that she had everything covered. As an architect I can also say that the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and will definitely be back for a tour soon! Thank you again for all your help and making sure the happy couples night was truly special!

The Monastery Event Center is a fantastic venue where you can do it all. We photographed a wedding here this past July and it was fantastic. It is amazing to be able to have your ceremony and reception all at one location. This allowed our couple to have plenty of relaxation time together and eliminated the stress of driving around to several locations.The wedding coordinator, Kris, was so helpful, communicative, and kind throughout the entire process from beginning to end. We cannot wait to return back to photograph at this beautiful venue!

The Monastery Event Center made our dream wedding come true! When we toured the facility for the first time, we knew we had found the venue/ people for us! Our jaws dropped with the inherent beauty of the venue only to be outdone by the absolutely incredible staff we were able to work with! From the moment we scheduled a tour, we were the focus of their effort and excitement! They truly made us feel like we were the most important clients they ever had. More than clients, they treated us like good friends. Preparing and planning for our wedding day was smooth and easy with their efforts leaving no stone unturned to make sure everything was accounted for without leaving us with a single ounce of stress. Wedding planning is notoriously stressful, but working with the Monastery actually made it ENJOYABLE! They communicated frequently and clearly when answering our questions, requests, and changes. Even while showing the place off to our family in the months prior to the wedding, they welcomed us and provided special attention every time! Even after this stellar service leading up to the event, they still somehow managed to exceed our expectations on our wedding day with seamless service while coordinating the ceremony, transitioning the venue from ceremony to reception, and incredible service during dinner and dancing! Our guests were in awe at the beauty of the venue, the delicious food (Eden Buffet), top notch drinks, and warm, welcoming, professional and fun atmosphere! At every step of the way, the entire team was there sharing in our excitement. We are so incredibly thankful for their top tier service, professionalism, caring, thoughtfulness, kindness and joy they shared with us. We would choose them again in a heartbeat! From my perspective as the bride, everything unfolded flawlessly- but I am fully aware that there was a tremendous effort behind the scenes to ensure this smooth and seamless experience. Doug Betz, the owner, made a strong vow to my parents during our initial tour years ago - a commitment to treat our wedding with the same attention as he would his own children's weddings. It instilled trust and admiration for The Monastery from the inside out. I can genuinely affirm that Doug and the entire team not only upheld this promise but surpassed it. My husband and I are confident that any couple who chooses The Monastery is in for a once-in-a-lifetime, smooth, delicious, and thoughtful experience.

Outstanding from beginning to end! We truly could not have asked for a better place to be married than The Monastery. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of. Especially Doug, Trevor, Kris, and Ali. When we first toured The Monastery, we were greeted by Doug and Trevor who were both so kind and immediately made us feel at home at the venue. They answered all our questions and were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. Kris was unbelievable the day of the wedding! She led a perfect rehearsal and made sure every single detail of the wedding day went perfectly. Ali was amazing as well, always answering our questions and was so responsive and sweet! My husband and I look back on our wedding day and constantly talk about how thankful we are that we got married here. Not only because of how unbelievably beautiful it is, but because of the incredible staff. We truly felt like we were the only ones to have ever gotten married there! They put so much time and effort into making couples feel supported. We're still trying to wrap our heads around the amazing service because it was like anything we have ever experienced, and we cannot thank The Monastery team enough. Our day was absolutely perfect because of them.

Everything about our daughter’s wedding was absolute perfection—our guests all raved about the historic and incredible venue, and every detail was managed with the highest level of service by The Monastery team. Kris was an excellent onsite wedding planner, and having personally managed many large professional events, as Mother of the Bride, I didn’t have to worry about anything and could fully soak up the magic of our daughter’s wedding. We knew we wanted a location that was historic, beautiful, and could accommodate a large wedding and reception. I can’t recommend The Monastery highly enough.

We got had our wedding reception at The Monastery a little over a month ago and let me just tell you, our wedding turned out even a million times better than we ever could've imagined and that's not just because of how beautiful the venue is, it's because of their amazing staff. Ali, Trevor, Doug, and Kris are the kindest, nicest, down to earth people and just the best people you will ever work with. They truly care about your special day and want every detail and the full day to be just as perfect as you want it to. From being able to rent out their airbnb that is directly across the street, to helping lead the procession up the hill from our church ceremony, to helping us bring in special alcohol for our signature drinks, to having the best wedding food you could ever imagine (including late night skyline), and to helping us bring our bourbon cigar bar to this life, this group really does it all to make your wedding day run perfectly. We cannot say enough positive things about everyone and this venue and would highly recommend to everyone to get married here!

Absolutely beautiful wedding venue!! I fell in love with The Monastery as soon as I started looking into wedding venues. We fell even more in love when we got to tour in person and met the amazing people who would be helping us. Ali was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. I had a ton of questions and Ali was very responsive and able to help. I knew on wedding day we were going to be in great hands! It really took a lot of pressure off knowing that Ali was on top of everything. We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue, food, workers, etc. It is an absolutely beautiful venue but everyone we met and worked with made it even better!

THE PERFECT VENUE for a wedding. The venue is beautiful and has so much character! All the staff were amazing! Kris is an awesome coordinator and everything ran so smoothly with her direction and she helped us so much. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate the big day. The food was fabulous! It’s easy to see why The Monastery gets tons of 5 star reviews and consistently positive feedback! Our experience was fantastic from the moment we stepped into the doors for our tour. We worked closely with Trevor throughout the planning process and he was always so responsive, communicative and helpful! Kris helped us day of and things went even more smoothly than I ever could imagine. I loved that I could enjoy my wedding knowing everything was taken care of on their end! Food was fantastic, service was phenomenal, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous! We are SO happy we decided to get married here!

Cincinnati had many venues to choose from, but this is by far, the best venue in Cincinnati. The venue is so accommodating to any special request, they are very communicative , and organized. Working with Trevor he kept all of the details on track leading up to the big day. Kris was fantastic the week of the wedding, reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed, and making helpful suggestions. Kris was so helpful on our wedding day, the bussell on my wife’s wedding dress broke, and Kris realized it and was able to fix it quickly in the bridal suite. The service and care at the Monastery was amazing from start to finish. We may be biased since it was our wedding, however it was the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding. We had many many guest comment the same thing to us. The add on late night coney bar is a must have! We cannot thank Kris and Trevor enough for the amazing experience and making sure our wedding day was extra special!

I don’t think 5 stars does the Monastery justice. They deserve 10 stars. They take care of SO MUCH. It amazed our families and wedding party. From the very start, the team was unbelievable. Ali walked with us the entire step of the planning process. And when she handed us off to Kris for the day of schedule, we couldn’t have been in better hands. She genuinely made our special day so smooth and took care of so much. She communicated with all of our vendors and went over and beyond in SO many ways. If you’re on the fence of choosing the to spend your day at the monastery, trust me and trust them. They’re worth every penny and beyond - we really believe we had the best wedding ever, thanks to this incredible team!

Our daughter was married at the Monastery Event Center the middle of July this year. We cannot express how truly impressed and overly satisfied we were with this venue and staff. Kris and Trevor were beyond helpful, present, and were consistently advising when needed. The list of vendors the monastery gave, provided us with stellar choices. The vendors we chose from their list, worked together with the venue wonderfully!! Everything was more than we could have hoped for. Kris is like a built in day-of-coordinator. She made sure everything was in place and running smoothly the day of the wedding. They made sure every request or wish that our daughter had was fulfilled. The wedding, and then flip to the reception was smooth and provided an enjoyable cocktail hour for our guests. The food was phenomenal, and the bartenders and servers were kind, classy and hard working. The entire presentation of the venue was tremendous. We cannot express how truly grateful we are to everyone at the venue for providing the most beautiful wedding and reception for our daughter and son-in-law. I'd love to give more than 5 stars!!

The BEST decision we made throughout our wedding planning process was booking THE Monastery. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Doug, Ali, and Kris were wonderful from the very beginning all the way up until the day of. They truly take care of you and make you feel like family! Every step was handled with detail, care, and the utmost professionalism. What we really appreciated about The Monastery is that they offer all kinds of price ranges and packages which made it seem less daunting and more possible compared to other venues in the area. Our guests were raving about the venue, just completely taken away by its beauty as well as the AMAZING food and drinks to the care of the staff. A lot of our guests said it was one of the BEST weddings they’d ever been to! The Monastery does book up FAST because they are so reputable. Be open to other days to get married other than Saturdays (if you’re able to). We chose to get married on a Friday and it was the best thing ever! We were able to set up for our reception as early as Wednesday!

If I good give Doug, Kris and the entire staff at The Monastery ten stars, I would! From the moment we first met with them and booked the date to the sparkler exit that closed out the reception, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and concern for ensuring that our needs were met, questions promptly answered, and awesome recommendations given when needed. They operate like a well-oiled machine! Many, many guests commented on the “breathtaking” (actual word used) interior of the building, and the beautiful courtyard right outside where we held the cocktail hour, as well as the outstanding quality of the food. I cannot begin to express the gratitude we have for Kris who went above and beyond for us in the weeks leading up to the big day and especially, on the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail and attentiveness ensured that we, the parents of the bride, could enjoy every moment. I can’t recommend The Monastery enough!

From the minute my family and I toured the space to the day of our Wedding, the Monastery has been the best in the business! We worked with Ali to plan the event - I had lots of ideas and changes and questions - she was amazing! She listened to all my concerns, emailed me in a timely fashion, and took copious notes so everyone could be on the same page. A week before the wedding, I switched to Kris who is truly the best there is. She is somehow able to manage being firm & in charge with being sweet and caring. I was anxious on our Rehearsal Day and she had Advil and water when I needed it. She ran the day-of with perfection - the guests had a great time, the food was amazing, and of course - the venue is one of the most beautiful spaces I've ever seen. I wish I could get married again so I could work with Ali & Kris one more time!

Absolutely the best experience I could have ever imagined with my wedding venue. From start to finish it was fantastic. I worked with Ali for sales and she was amazing, incredibly organized, and knowledgeable in every aspect. Kris, the event coordinator, was simply magnificent. I do not have enough good words to speak about her. She was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly. All of my bridesmaids were in awe of her and jokingly mentioned how they would love for her to plan their lives! The Monastery was my dream venue and I am so so happy with how everything went and looked, they truly work like a well-oiled machine. I am incredibly sad that my journey with them is complete.

We had our wedding at the Monastery in early May and it was absolutely perfect. We booked the Monastery almost two years in advance and worked with Ali up until the week of the wedding. She was unbelievably helpful, very professional, and profoundly kind during every interaction. No matter the question or how early in advance we asked, she was quick to respond and very detailed when working with us. The week of the wedding, we worked with Kris for the rehearsal and all throughout the wedding day. Kris was absolutely fantastic - she went out of her way multiple times throughout the day to ensure everything went perfectly (helped my husband get deodorant off his jacket, helped fix the bustle on my dress when the clasp broke, helped us pack up at the end of the night, etc.). She kept things running exactly as planned and was such a joy to work with. We had so many friends and family comment on her excellence. The Monastery is absolutely breathtaking and the staff is incredible - we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The food was excellent, the bartenders were quick and professional, and the atmosphere is so stunning for a wedding. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the Monastery and the transition between each part of the night was executed flawlessly. My husband and I had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they've been to. We are truly grateful for our experience working with the Monastery and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you!!

If you think the venue is amazing ( which it 100% is ) wait till you get to work with Doug, Trevor and Kris!! Everything was perfect Chef and his team had all of the food on point and everyone has told us how it was the best reception food they’ve ever had. More then likely do to the fact that Chef does everything 5 star quality. Doug and Trevor were very welcoming and easy to work with, and did a great job of making themselves available for all our questions and requests. They make sure you feel like you’re the only wedding they’re working on at all times. Just when you think anything else couldn’t be more over the top and amazing with the Monastery you get to work with Kris on the day of your event. Amanda and I both thought it was Kris and her twin sister there that day. She was every where when ever we needed her, kept us on schedule, kept a drink in our hands at all times and still was able to guide the staff all at the same time. We both joked that we wish we could hire her to be our personal assistant, because she was so awesome at her job. Last but far from least, the venue it’s self is a hidden gem in Cincy. Once you walk in the front doors you’ll be simply amazed.

This venue was truly an amazing place for our wedding & reception this past weekend. Everything was spot on - Chef’s food was tremendous, Kris/Ali/Trevor were there every step of the way thru the 18 months leading up to our special day & on the day of the event Kris was literally everywhere simultaneously seeing that our special day was perfect. They also supplied a recommended vendor list that was extremely helpful to us. From the beginning they stood out above the rest of the venues we toured and did not disappoint when our wedding actually transpired. Plus this historic venue is a beautiful place inside and out which adds to the vibe we wanted for our special day. Thank you, thank you, thank you to their whole team who made this the wedding of the year. We are forever grateful.

The Monastery Event Center was the picture perfect venue we chose for our wedding reception. At the first tour, we knew it was the place for us. From its striking beauty to attentive staff, you will not find a better venue. We worked with Trevor during our planning process who was super attentive to all the planning details and getting things ready for the big day. During the week of, we worked with Kris who also made sure our vision came to life with her organization and attention to detail. We received a ton of positive feedback on the venue itself, the food, and the quality of service. We did a plated dinner, and our guests RAVED about the quality of the steaks and how quickly the food was served. The staff kept the evening running with top notch professionalism to make the most of our time during our reception. We are so incredibly happy we chose The Monastery for our special day! You will have the most beautiful memories (and easy planning process) if you choose this venue!

Wow. Where do I even begin?! The Monastery is a beautiful venue, as well as, their incredible staff. My husband and I got married this past January and we cannot say enough positive things about all those who work at the Monastery. We worked with Ali, and she was amazing to work with and on top of everything from checking on us as the day approached to communicating with our various vendors. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception here. All the food was cooked to perfection! Drinks were on point. We were so incredibly happy with The Monastery. Highly recommend for those looking for a venue in Cincinnati. The Monastery will not disappoint.

Best decision to have our wedding at the Monastery! They are true pros at the entire planning process, from the initial planning stages through the big day. I had many questions and they responded to my emails within a day, often within just an hour or so! The food (cooked in-house) is amazing and we had guests personally tell us during the reception how delicious it was! The setting is so romantic and the bridal suite on site made getting ready so easy for bridal party. Their staff thinks of everything and the day-of coordinator is fantastic and so helpful to make the day stress free! They even gifted us the engraved champagne flutes my husband and I used for toasts and they made sure to clean, wrap, and place them on the gift table so that we wouldn’t accidentally leave them behind. Like I said, pros!!!

The monastery event center was easily the best place I could have dreamed of getting married at! From the actual building, to the staff, and food, they made our day flawless and unforgettable! We received several Compliments on how beautiful the place was, but also how helpful and nice the staff was. They encourage you to visit whenever you want to get ideas on what you might want for your special day. They offer plenty of support throughout the planning process, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Ali was top notch in helping us with every little detail from booking until the wedding. Kris took over the week of the wedding and is truly one of a kind!! Chef Michael is next level with the food. This is not your typical wedding food. They start with warm rolls and everything served is hot. I just cannot say enough food about this venue. You can stop looking!!! The Monastery was perfect. I had my wedding ceremony and reception here and I don’t have a single complaint. The staff are awesome, from planning with Ali to the day of with Kris, everything went smoothly and I had no worries! Not to mention the food is great, we had the buffet and guests kept mentioning how much they like it. If I had to do it all over again I would choose The Monastery again!

From beginning to end of planning our wedding, the team at The Monastery was so helpful and supportive. Doug, Trevor, Kris and the rest of the team made sure that everything was taken care of during the planning process and then during the wedding. The venue is breathtaking and the food is DELICIOUS. I still have people calling me to tell me how amazing this venue was. Choosing this venue was the best decision my husband and I could have ever made.

Once I was engaged, I knew I always wanted to be married at the Monastery as the atmosphere & overall vibe is everything I wanted. Little did I know that the staff made it even better than I could have imagined. Ali helped us from day one with all planning and made our lives so easy - she’s sweet, helpful, organized, and responsive. Each step of the wedding planned was made much easier with her help! Kris, well beyond amazing. Not a stress in the world with her helpful with all day of actions. Everyone from the kitchen staff to the bartenders were amazing. Sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better team! Cannot thank them enough for helping create such a magical day for us.

My husband and I truly cannot say enough good things about the Monastery. We got married in January, and 6 weeks later I still cannot wrap my head around how smooth the day went from start to finish. We can attribute that to all of our amazing vendors, but especially Kris K. from the Monastery. She’s the day of coordinator and I wholeheartedly believe she needs a different job title because she was so much more than that. Don’t get me wrong, she is INCREDIBLE at making sure everything is executed as it should, but she makes you feel like she’s family just hanging out and celebrating your big day with everyone else. She, and her team, made it so Tyler and I only had to focus on our guests and soaking in every minute of our amazing wedding, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Kris was our day-of coordinator and I didn't have to worry about anything when it came to the Monastery the day of! They were flexible, extremely helpful with helping me make decisions about details, and the venue is GORGEOUS. I couldn't have picked a better venue. Absolutely perfect day.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have both our ceremony and reception. From the day we went to see the space to the very last minute of our wedding reception, the service at The Monastery was phenomenal. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely beautiful. The entire staff took us under their wing to ensure our day went flawlessly. Doug, Trevor, and Kris were absolute rockstars. Doug and Trevor worked with us leading up to the wedding to ensure we had everything we needed. Kris was our day of coordinator and ensured our entire event went as planned. She contacted each of our vendors prior to the event to make certain that they had what they needed and coordinated their schedules on the day of. She truly went above and beyond and made us feel special every step of the way. The food for both our cocktail hour and reception was also amazing. We had a plated meal which was served to all 220 guests at our wedding in just minutes. We would recommend The Monastery a million times over.

My husband and I fell in love with this place the moment we walked in and knew we had to get married here! This venue is not only stunning on the inside and out, the owners and staff are a dream to work with. You can tell that this place truly cares about its guests and goes above and beyond to make planning easy and enjoyable. Our wedding night was flawless and our coordinator was a dream. I made one mistake when creating the timelines and the venue was quick to realize and adjust without complaint and not a soul in the room knew but us. All of my guests were very impressed with everything and we had so many compliments on the food, the appearance, the staff, everything... The Monastery was the perfect fit for our wedding day from ceremony to reception. The staff was extremely helpful and put us at ease throughout the planning process including a food tasting, meeting before the wedding, and rehearsal/day of coordination. The most helpful part of the Monastery staff was coordinating with our vendors and keeping day of timings on track so we and our family did not have to worry about the schedule.

The Monastery was the absolute best decision we made! From the start they were incredibly kind, excited, and helpful. The initial tour, food tasting, finalizing meeting, and wedding day went smoothly and so enjoyable. I have never been to such a well attentive and coordinated wedding as my own which my guest and family agreed upon! Every detail is thought of and of course the venue itself is so beautiful and full of history. Having in-house catering, bar services, day of coordinating, table wear, and optional desserts was so hassle free. Book this venue and the staff will deliver your dream wedding with the least amount of stress possible.

The Monastery has quite the reputation around town and they lived up to every 5-star review. Our wedding day was absolutely stunning, and was beyond perfect. Trevor worked closely with us leading up to our day and was incredibly professional and helpful. The day of coordinator, Kris, made everything work seamlessly. If there were any hiccups along the way she made sure it was sorted out making the experience stress free. I could not recommend the Monastery enough, our day was truly special.

WOW. We had the most amazing experience with The Monastery for our July wedding. Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding and reception at The Monastery Event Center was spectacular!! Everything was PERFECT from the first time we visited the site and met with Kris, to the Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception on 7/8/2022!! We give the Monastary the highest praise for every aspect of the wedding weekend. Kris, Trevor, Doug, and all the staff were amazing and could not have been more organized and accommodating. The rehearsal was thorough and fun, with Kris explaining every detail and making sure our large bridal party felt comfortable with the day-of schedule! We had a Friday evening wedding and all we heard from guests that night and since is "Best Wedding Ever!" The ceremony was so beautiful with everything going exactly as planned. The cocktail hour went exactly as hoped; as did the smooth and speedy change-over from ceremony to reception. The sit-down dinner service was like watching a symphony- so efficient and the servers were courteous and professional. The food was fantastic (We had a choice of Beef, Salmon, and Chicken-amazing!) The exquisite beauty of the Monastery building, inside and outside, made for gorgeous photo backdrops and a wonderful ambiance. The dance floor was hopping the whole evening and the night was capped off by a sparkler send-off of the Bride and Groom. Ever since I attended a wedding at the Monastery in September 2019, I knew I wanted to have my own wedding at this location. Not only is it gorgeous on the outside, but there is also a uniqueness to the interior that no other venue has. From working with Trevor and Doug to executing the event with Kris, we are truly ecstatic about our wedding at the Monastery (July 2022). The staff is attentive and does everything they can to make the event meet your vision. They are experts in what they do and we could not be happier that we went with the Monastery.

I did not realize in the blur of wedding decisions how crucial this was - it allowed us both to let go of the details & stay in the moment. There is a reason this venue is the best in the city. They think of every. single. detail. From the very first meeting we had with them, their confidence was evident. With that being said, they did not just make us feel like another couple and another wedding. They took time to learn about us and our "must-haves". I would also suggest hiring their coordinator to help you out before the wedding. Ali was a lifesaver and handled everything when it came to coordinating vendor arrival day of, to make sure we ate the night of as bride and groom. If you are considering being a Monastery bride, stop and book now! It will be the best decision ever!!

If you have the privelege of getting married here, you should 10000% do it! My husband and I got married here on May 21, 2022 and things could not have gone smoother. We worked with Trevor throughout the planning process and he answered every question extremely promptly, and no question was ever too small to address. He was open to meeting with us whenever worked with our schedule, whcih was very helpful as we live out of town in Boston and had limited trips back to plan the wedding. We began working with Kris the week of the wedding as well as on our wedding night and she handled everything! My parents and I did not have to worry about a thing as she kept the entire night moving and on time! I have never met someone who could be so efficient, but also so fun! Also highly reccomened doing the march to the Monastery from Immaculata church if you get married there, as well as the sparkler exit... they will make your night so special and memorable <3.

Absolutely outstanding - the Monastery is simply best in class. From the gorgeous venue to the incredibly professional and helpful staff, I cannot imagine a better place to get married. I can't say enough great things about them. My wedding guests were in awe of the beautiful space and most importantly the attentive and amazing staff. The best part is that Ali and Kris work so seamlessly behind the scenes for you as the bride that you do not have to worry about a single thing - just enjoying your wedding day!

Outstanding place to get married! I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The venue is beautiful and the staff are just incredible to work with - before the wedding and on the actual day. Trevor is very responsive and helpful and Kris is so on top of it and exactly what you need the day of the wedding. The only drawback to this place is that they are SO good that you have to book them pretty far in advance (18-24 months+). Would strongly recommend!

The Monastery did a fabulous job for my daughter's wedding. My daughter and her groom said it was the "perfect" wedding and day! And they had fun! They did a beautiful job from the first time we had a tour to the final dance at the wedding. They were so organized and kept us all calm and knew everything was under control. They organized all of the vendors as well. Their fruit and cheese display was phenomenal! Ali did a great job and we appreciated the owner being there for everything. Can't say enough good things about this venue and would recommend it to anyone planning a wedding! Thanks Doug, Trevor and Ali!

I can’t express how great of a job the Monastery did on our wedding 4-9-22. The Manger Kris went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. The monastery communicated the entire time and helped us make decisions. The Monastery even helped us find a Catholic Church to have our ceremony. I could not have imagined a more perfect place to have had our wedding at. The Monastery is truly the most amazing wedding venue I have seen in Cincinnati. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly and that everything is set up perfectly. Our wedding day was amazing and we had so many guests come up to us throughout the night and say how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was! We had both the ceremony and reception at The Monastery with a room flip. The staff was able to flip the room within a matter of minutes during the cocktail hour while people were at the bars and mingling! Everyone was super friendly to work with, very organized and easy to get a hold of, and very efficient! I am so glad we chose to The Monastery as our wedding venue and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is getting married in the Cincinnati area!

Highly recommend this all in one venue! We booked them for our ceremony and reception and seriously did not have to worry about anything other than DJ, cake, flowers, and photos. Kris (event coordinator at no extra cost) was amazing and kept everything on schedule. Ali who helped us throughout the process for a year prior to the wedding was very informational. We had so many compliments about how wonderful the venue was, how great the food was, and how beautiful everything was. I cannot stress how happy we were with this place. I will say it is expensive but there are different levels of food and drink packages that can be more affordable or very high end depending on what you want. if your on the fence about this place just say yes!!!!

Wedding Date: 2/11/22 We decided to get married and have our reception at The Monastery a little over a year ago. It was obvious immediately, after visiting a few other venues, that this place was it. The staff, particularly who we worked with — Trevor and Kris, were incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional from the jump. This wasn’t the case at other local places we had seen, so it was relieving to enter a venue and actually feel like you were in good hands for one of the biggest days of your life. Not only is the space beautiful, but knowing many of the things we’d need (caterer, lights, tables, chairs, linens, alcohol, etc.) were all under one roof and part of the price was so helpful for planning purposes. The staff check in often leading up to the wedding and are incredibly organized. Naturally, planning a wedding can be stressful at times, so knowing we didn’t have to worry about our venue and their coordination of things was priceless. This allowed us to focus on other needs, like logistics with our photographer, bridal party, etc. The day of the wedding, Kris, the coordinator, was in her element. Everything went off so easily, and if there were any hiccups, Kris made sure I wasn’t aware of them. She is top notch in her service, yet isn’t robotic. She’s kind, bubbly and knows exactly what she’s doing! If any part of you is for some reason on the fence, I can assure you that you will not regret booking with The Monastery. We wouldn’t change a thing about our big day.

We loved everything about working with the monastery. Ali was a godsend and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Kris was also the best and it feels like she was born to do the job that she does. She is one of the most efficient people I have ever seen.

What sold us on the Monastery was how friendly, kind and accommodating the Monastery staff was during our initial tour! We were late to our appointment, yet the staff was extremely welcoming and made the best out of every situation. We couldn't recommend a better venue! With every twist and turn going forward, they handled it the same as the beginning: Roll with the punches with a smile always on their faces. Aside from the obvious beautiful building and nearby areas, they were extremely professional the entire time.
