t Sara knows exactly what to do. I was able to get down to three I liked and left to go home and think about it. When we went back about a month later we were able to decide what one we liked the best. We were unsure of how to do the wording and Sara did an amazing job wording our invitations. She is a good communicator over email, but I found it much easier to try and describe the feel I was going for in person with her. My bonus mom loved her experience. I was so impressed that I went to the Monogram Shoppe for my wedding invitations, cake topper, etc. I, too, had a great experience. Sarah (I think that is the manager/owner's name) was so patient. I was given many choices and she gave me her honest opinion. Because of her experience, I felt confident in my decisions. Glad she gave me the tip about buy extras. After I ordered my invites, I remember ten more people I forgot to invite.

old us that we would be in a really bad spot if we only purchased the amount we thought we would need, which was more than the number of people we were inviting. She also was very adament on telling you when you are wrong or when you shouldn't do something a certain way because it is not the most proper way of doing it. When you are not having a black tie affair and it is more of a casual setting, then it shouldn't matter if you abide by all the wedding rules.

The invitations were lovely. She sent us email drafts to proof-read. My husband had little changes about order and wording and she sent us updates versions right away. They were just beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

ed and kept figuring out more things we needed but were on a time constraint. My finace lives in New York and was only in for the weekend so that made it even more difficult. Sarah willingly came in on a day the shop was closed, had everything book marked that we needed and we flew through everything we needed and then some. That wasn't the only time we saw her or had questions. She was so patient with everything we needed and asked. We dealt with another lady (name escaping me) who was also very wonderful and helpful. We couldn't have done all of it without them and I would have been super stressed if we hadn't had them. There were 3 things we weren't able to get there and that was jewelry. They were truly a life saver; and reasonably priced as well which was a plus for us because we paid for everything! Wonderful experience and will definitely use them again!
