ns into a beautiful tiled entry with a sweeping circular staircase. There are several rooms on the first room to include, "The Oak Room" which has a beautiful paneled ceiling. The room opens into a breathtaking atrium on one side and a patio on the back side. There is an Art Deco styled lounge, a dining area, a beautiful bar area and a large elegant ballroom. The food was exceptional! Our guests are still raving about the fantastic food at the cocktail hour, the mini margaritas and delicious diner entrees. The staff at the Muttontown Club was top notch with an incredible team. The teams professionalism, vision, experience, willingness to think outside the box, kindness and flexibility made the day an unforgettable celebration. Prior to the event the staff was receptive and informative, answered all our questions and offered suggestions to enhance the day. Emails were answered immediately and the staff was engaged in the planning. The day of the event the Director of Catering was a rock. He addressed any concerns and made special accommodations for elderly guests. He was gracious to our guests while overlooking and shepherding things along, always in the background and stepping in to take action. The day of the celebration the staff was everywhere without being obtrusive and made sure everyone had what they needed. The celebration flowed smoothly. The servers were professional, upbeat, caring and friendly. They were eager to get you anything you needed and never made you feel as if anything you asked for was a problem. Our guests are still complementing the venue, the delicious food and the wonderful hospitality of the staff. The Muttontown Club has an amazing team. The care and professionalism of each person contributed to the magical evening. They truly made this celebration a night to remember.

I love this venue so much that I even hosted my bridal shower here, and as you can probably guess, it was just as amazing. From start to finish, Jennifer, Samantha, and the entire staff were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and worked with us to bring our vision to life in the most beautiful way. Our guests are still talking about how stunning the venue was and how delicious the food was. Every detail, from the cocktail hour to the dessert display, was flawless. I can say with complete confidence that I had the wedding I always dreamed of at Muttontown Country Club, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering hosting a special event. ality — and with 215 guests and a few nontraditional ideas, that was no small feat. Our cocktail hour spread throughout the oak room, the sun room and the terrace was like something out of a movie. People RAVED about the food. I dreamed of having long tables and a family-style dinner, something intimate and warm despite the large guest count. Not only did they make it happen — they made it stunning. Every detail felt intentional, and the room was exactly what I imagined. We also wanted to separate dinner from dancing to create a real “nightclub” feel for the second half of the night. That could have easily been complicated or clunky, but the transitions were smooth, the energy never dipped, and the flow of the night was perfect. And I have to give a special shoutout to Robert, who somehow managed to say “yes” to everything. His attitude was always, “Let’s figure it out,” and he delivered every single time. I genuinely felt like we were in the best hands. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only gorgeous, but also flexible, thoughtful, and willing to take on big ideas with grace — I can’t recommend The Muttontown Club enough. Our guests haven’t stopped raving, and we’ll never forget how it all came together.

They kept incredible notes of every single conversation and email correspondence, no detail was missed and they put us at ease that everything was taken care of. The food is unbelievable, our guests raved about every cocktail station, appetizer, entree and desert. We couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else! From the minute we met Jen, she was professional, accommodating and truly went over and above for my husband and I. Jen, along with all the other staff members at the Muttontown Club quickly became family to us during our experience. After changing our original venue and wanting to keep our date, Jen and her team had less then 4 months when we booked with them. Being a COVID bride I was obviously nervous and hesitant to book another venue, but my feelings quickly changed. We could not be happier with every detail of our wedding day thanks to the incredible team at the Muttontown Club. In addition to their impeccable customer service, the food was outstanding. Not only were our guests raving about cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. They once again went over and above to accommodate my Vegan diet and also include our new puppy Hank as the signature drink!! When you walk into the venue, the grounds and stunning mansion speak for themselves. But it was really the staff that made our night perfect. From the cheerful servers & bartenders to my bridal attendant. Every single employee did right by us. They also were great about always wearing masks.. which covered their mouth AND NOSE!! My husband and I really cannot thank them enough for giving us a magical wedding day. We will continue to highly recommend this venue and can’t wait to visit for all of our future anniversaries!! ❤️❤️❤️

They completely exceeded our expectation the day of the wedding - the staff was on top of everything and the way they set up the club looked incredible. I've gotten nothing but rave reviews from our guests not just about the day itself (which is also thanks to the club team) but specifically about how perfect the venue was. We received so many compliments on the food - everything from the cocktail hour (sushi bar was delicious) to the food at the after party. Jen was such a pleasure to work with and was so patient with my never ending laundry list of questions. She made sure everything was executed with ease and I was confident that I had nothing to worry about on our wedding day due to her attention to detail. ALL of the staff at the Club were so genuine and professional and were part of the reason that our wedding day was so special. We loved spending time at the Club and will miss it! They always made us feel so welcomed and were beyond accommodating. Thank you Muttontown Club for everything you did to make our day a fairy tale - we are so thankful!

It was a smooth transition and I honestly believe everything happens for a reason now. Jen had exceeded our expectations, Her and her team have been nothing short of stellar this entire experience. She walked us through every step of the planning process and did everything to ensure this was the wedding of our dreams. Words cannot express how stunning this venue is. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and perfectly maintained. We were brought to tears when we had our photo viewing, every single shot was perfect in the most beautiful venue you could ever imagine. The staff pays attention to every single detail and go above and beyond for everyone. We cannot thank Jen and the staff at The Muttontown Club enough for our PERFECT day!

y, we booked our outdoor Indian wedding for 250 people. I wrote to Mary one day, Jennifer replied to my question. At this moment, Jennifer never introduced herself as the new manager, nor she did not express Mary was longer there or asked for us to have a meet and great. I wrote back asking her if she was on Mary's team and she did not respond, instead she proceeded to tell me how many years she's been working there. I had to call the receptionist to learn Mary a few months ago. I took it upon myself to set up a meet and greet with Jennifer and start fresh! WHERE IT WENT DOWNHILL: Initially meeting with Jennifer she was not nice at all, very snarky and didn't make you feel comfortable as a bride. She seemed bothered I was asking questions, and not a people person at all. In fact she ran more of the back of house prior. I asked about our decor, Jennifer told me it depends on what time our caterer is coming in. WHAT!?! We had no caterer, everything was being done through Muttontown. I SHOWED her my contract, it stated 3 course meal and no outside food brought in my customer. Jennifer had NO CLUE, she didn’t bother to read our contract prior. I repeated that catering was to be done by the venue and all she insisted she’d have to talk to management. We left stressed & confused, do we have to find a new venue 6 months before our wedding? I followed up several times, as you can imagine this couldn’t go on for weeks. She responded with a new proposed menu saying these were our choices for our price. I was insulted with the choice options like bread pudding for dessert and literally only one type of pasta for a station with one sauce!! Because our contract only stated 3 course meal, and we didn't decide on our choices, or did it specify all the items, they tried to be sneaky since nothing was outlined and basically say yes you can have 3 meals but your hordouves are going to be cut from 12 to 6, you are only getting two stations etc. The menu was cut down to about 2 pages from about 20 page choice I got management involved , who said apparently Mary gave us the wrong pricing – but how is that our fault!?!?!? Management agreed the choices Jennifer gave us were not for a wedding and and proposed we would either have to walk away, raise our price or lower our food options. We raised our budget to add more food items but asked for a food tasting. At the food tasting, choices were so limited. Jennifer decided to give us the same sauces for the meals, we couldn’t really have a true tasting. Her attitude towards me was so blatant, my fiancé told me it was apparent. I was trying my best to be nice, for us to salvage our wedding. What took us to the edge was the dessert, they offered us a cupcake with icing on top. I would be so embarrassed to serve the so little food and terrible options to my guests. My fiancé didn’t want me to be stressed on our wedding day , he could sense Jennifer would not be easy to work with. I'd advise anyone to walk away from this place. They act like they are doing YOU a favor by having your wedding. It was the most stressful issue we had to deal with and they were not nice or apologetic. In the end we had to change our wedding venue to avoid any stress and handing over our money to people who did not appreciate us!
