The Bartlett Park District’s Oak Room is the perfect place for wedding receptions!
Outside catering is allowed. We have three amazing bar packages as well.
A room rental includes space to
seat 160 people banquet style and 240 theater style and use of the stage
and kitchen.
When you reserve the Oak Room your rental includes the following*:

We offer rental of our historic outdoor roofed Gazebo for your wedding ceremony and photos. This facility is less than two miles from the Oak Room.

Great wedding venue at a great cost! The staff is easy to work with too. So glad we chose the Oak Room at Bartlett.
This venue is incredible value for their cost. Their service throughout the booking and event process was very streamlined and easy to work with.
The large windows were great for a noon event keeping the even naturally bright. The high ceilings give a great airy presence. Their kitchen was perfect for our food vendor to prep all the food.
My daughter's Quinceañera was perfect thanks to Nick, Scheduling Mgr, and to the staff that helped us onsite that evening. Many thanks to the staff onsite you were fantastic, very kind and accommodating.
Nick was always on top of things, answering every email/voicemail/phone call I had.
We all had a great time and would definitely rent out the space again in the near future.

Our experience renting out the Oak Room in Bartlett was amazing! We had a traditional Indian engagement with 100 guests due to COVID and the facility and the service was exceptional.
We used this venue for our bridal shower. They were so accommodating and helpful with all my questions. They have a wonderful space and kitchen that we were able to use. I will definitely be using them for future events!
First. It was a pleasure working with Nick. He is very understanding and patient, because I know I was a mess. The other staff especially the bar tender was amazing as well. Would love to do business with them again. They get a thumbs up from me!!! 👍🏿
We held our Valentine's Day Couples Banquet at the Oak Room and it turned out great. It was set up as previous planned and all ready to go. The staff was great and super friendly. We were able to bring in our Catering. Only downside I found was that we needed to pay the extra hours to include our decoration time and clean up time at the end of our evening. Overall great experience!
The Oak Room at the Bartlett Community Center is a beautifully designed place. The high ceiling, with a full-fledged kitchen, bar (for those that need it) and an excellent stage make the place perfect for a wedding (or for any other event, for that matter). The glass walls allow plenty of sunlight to make the place even more beautiful. (If needed, you can close the glass walls with an easy-to-use blinds). The have lots of nice round table with white sheets, if you need them, which give the place a beautiful feel.
This place also has a huge lawn just outside, which can be used if the event includes any outdoor activity. This lawn being away from the parking lot gives a nice dose of privacy as well. There is plenty of parking space.
There are smaller rooms just across the hallway, which can be rented as well. These rooms, which are not expensive to rent, come in handy when you need a place to have a meeting / organize things while the main event is going on in the Oak Room.
On a different side of the building, they also have 3 well-maintained basketball courts, which can be combined to make one HUGE space. The basketball courts may not be of interest to those that will be having the wedding at the Oak Room, but might be useful in case of some other events.
The staff is very nice. Nick (Nicholas S) is the best when it comes to helping you with scheduling the event. He will give you all the options / dates for you to choose from. Monica, the supervisor, is a pleasure to work with. No matter what support you need on the day of your event, she will be there to help you with a smiling face.
This place is so spacious and affordable if you’re on a budget. There’s a kitchen available that has stoves, warmers, ice maker, microwave, and coffee maker. Also there is a stage that is perfect for any kind of band or Dj. The staff are pleasent to work with as well. They made sure everything was put the way I wanted it and helped me out with whatever I needed. For example, I had tables and seats for 130 persons but more people came than expected and they had tables and chairs put in for the extra people. It really is a great place and awesome customer service.
This place was great! When i initially started looking, being able to bring my own caterer was something i knew i wanted. Nick was very quick to get back to me with quotes and different options. He was a very pleasent person to deal with and worked with me on several changes I had to make. The pricing was very reasonable. All the staff the day of my wedding were very nice. The kitchen was very spacious and clean. There was a stage for our band/DJ. There was a coat room. Bathrooms were nice. The windows and high ceilings made everything look beautiful, everything went so well! I did also rent a seprate room right across the hall to set up my photgrapher, photobooth and a “kids lounge”
loved it i decorated just the way i wanted saved so much money and glad i choose this place over all the rest
