ing, was amazing…..everyone else is incompetent, rude, and VERY unprofessional. I toured the venue last year after getting engaged and loved Loretta…. She seemed so helpful and awesome and like she really cared about her brides experience…..however this is the LAST time I would speak with her because the 10 months leading up to my wedding she left me on read, didn’t respond to my several emails, and even hung up on me one time when I finally got a hold of her. My wedding coordinator finally got a hold of her a month before the wedding, while we were stranded on the side of the road of the venue because her staff was AN HOUR AND HALF LATE to our final walk through and hadn’t planned on showing up at all until we called, and Loretta was very rude and unhelpful. She will only respond to a Coordinator if she thinks her (already bad) rep is on the line. And they either never show up to a meeting THEY scheduled with you or they are extremely late…either way extremely unprofessional. You will ALWAYS hear from them when THEY need to collect a payment though!!!!! It’s all they really care about anyway. They were also doing tours day of my wedding….so there were times where we needed a staff member, like when the power went out while we were getting ready, and their assistant told us we’d have to wait because they were doing a tour???? No I already paid to be here……but they had already gotten their money from me so what did they care, onto the next victims right?? Her catering company and staff was almost just as bad as the venue…. They forgot our Mac n cheese bar completely (according ti the servers) and just used the Mac n cheese they had from the kids plates and someone from the wait staff had to run to H‑E‑B to get the toppings real quick. This of course was AFTER we reminded them about it mid reception. Wait staff that was prepaid for didn’t show up, and they forgot the chargers we had picked out completely. At the end of the night the bar tenders also dug into the top tier of our wedding cake, didn’t even cut pieces they were just eating off of it with forks, that we were saving and wanting to take home…. And now here I am 3 weeks after my wedding and I am just now getting my refund for the staff that didn’t show up and our deposit. We had to email, call, and text Loretta AND her staff several times just to get this done. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything done with this place. I fully believe they had no intention of returning the nearly $900 refund until we RELENTLESSLY annoyed them about it….

Then we visited The Oaks at Heavenly and I knew that’s where we were getting married. It was such a beautiful venue! That was just the beginning. Loretta, the owner, was a god send! She made planning our wedding a breeze! Her experience and knowledge is so immense. Whenever I needed something she was there. She helped us find some of the best vendors we could ask for. Loretta, even welcomed us to the open house even though we had already booked the venue. She walked right up to us and said hello as if we were long time friends. Devin was our go to man the days leading up to, and day of our wedding. He was so helpful and kind. He made our day so AMAZING! His experience was just what we needed. He was there to help make the venue look exactly how we envisioned. The day of the wedding he was there to help us with whatever we needed without hesitation. He was so involved and always there when we needed him. I have to say he has to be one of the main reasons our day was so perfect! I feel like we were so incredibly blessed to have chosen The Oaks at Heaven to be our venue! The basis of our wedding was family, and they definitely made us feel like family. Our day was so perfect, and The Oaks at Heavenly was a huge factor in that. Our guests were so taken back by the whole day, and how beautiful the venue was. Every time we drive by there we will always remember how magical our big day was. I hope one day we can attend a wedding there as guests, so I can experience the venue as a guest and not have to worry about doing wedding things.

We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding at The Oaks and used Heavenly Florals and Heavenly Gourmet for both events and everything was absolutely amazing! The venue is absolutely beautiful during the daytime and the evening. The staff is readily accessible, friendly, and genuinely cares about each couple and their wishes. We could not have been happier with our choice to pick the Heavenly vendors for our wedding day.

We planned the wedding for that December and struggled with the pandemic but the staff at the Oaks worked so well with us and we were still able to hold the event following all safety protocols. I am glad to say that everyone at the reception had a great time and no one got sick due to Covid. Everything went smoothly and according to plan - it all went so well that my daughter wants to do it again! Continue to July, 2021 and we found out that our daughter's wedding was featured in the Texas Wedding Guide magazine and Loretta helped us again in securing a few magazines to show our family and friends. Loretta is absolutely the best and we highly, highly recommend the Oaks at Heavenly. You will not regret it!

I knew I wanted to get married at TOAH 3 years ago when I first saw it online (even though they are beautiful photos, the pictures do the chandelier NO justice). Each time I went there in person, I was both awe-struck and more certain that this is where I was meant to get married. TOAH is both beautiful in structure and character in the venue as well as its staff. Loretta has been a treat since the beginning and throughout everything. Every time we spoke she had so much enthusiasm and care in her voice, and it shined even more in person. We did reach a scare when COVID hit, but Loretta assured my mother and me that everything was going to be Safe and Fantastic for our guests; and it was! Madi was so helpful, patient, professional, informative, and over all kind. Devon was FANTASTIC; I could literally fill a whole review discussing him. Devin was on point from the moment we had an additional tour, to maintaining the venue itself, as well as its plants’ lives. No job was too big or small for him; you could tell he truly cared about the venue and that it was the best it could be at each moment. A part that truly touched my heart and shines on the compassion and care that Devin has in his work can be seen in a LIVE Facebook Video I had of my ceremony. Devin is barely seen in the corner, but as I walk up the stairs to get to the main aisle, he is seen lifting the train of my dress as I go up the stairs, then fixing it before I continue to walk down the aisle. This was in no way requested or practiced, but overall shows how willing he is to go above and beyond to make your day that much more amazing and perfect. TOAH was everything I could have wanted and asked for in my dream wedding Venue, plus more. It is beautiful, rustic, romantic, and just… amazing. You will NOT be disappointed. She was so friendly and never made me feel like I asked a dumb question. After I booked with The Oaks, I was amazed at how they continue to enhance and improve the venue overall. Loretta and her staff (Meghan, Maddie, Julie, and Devon) are some of the most kind, delightful, and sincere people that I now consider part of my extended family. As a bride on a budget this made the decision process so easy! She was also very awesome in helping us through the pandemic. Especially, ensuring that all CDC guidelines were followed - masks being worn, tables social distanced, and sanitizers everywhere. I also have to give major props to Devin who made the day seem to go as seamless as possible!!! Everything that was promised from TOAH was delivered. iewed this venue on New Years day 2020 and Loretta was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely welcoming, super fun, and sold us. We booked the venue the next week. Leading up to our wedding, Manager Madi and Devon we top notch. They helped with all our questions w/o a hitch and let my vision come to reality. They also allowed me to use the venue for my Bridal Portraits w/o a fee and I was able to get ready there as well. We used their in house china, table, chairs, linens and it all was elegant. We had rehearsal dinner at the venue as well. They were able to accommodate our wedding party w/ catering and it was perfect. The day of the wedding was beautiful and again Devon was attentive to all our needs. The girls used the bridal suite and the grooms suite to get ready and we had fun w/ the space. We had a Catholic ceremony, left the venue, and returned to a fully lit up and set up reception. It was perfect. If you are needing a venue, I would highly recommend them. They provide 10/10 service and everyone kept raving about how beautiful it was. This place is literally EPIC!!

My Husband had never stepped foot inside before our wedding due to being stationed in another state; however, stepping into the Oaks blew his mind beyond expectation. She allowed us to have a package wedding which was the easiest process that a bride could have. She was always a text or phone call away at any time of the day. She also allowed us to have rehearsal dinner at the venue the night before the wedding and my gosh it was just gorgeous. We did in-house floral, Julie was AHMAZINGGGG. I had a vision and the outcome was tenfold what I could have ever even dreamt of. We ended up having an indoor ceremony due to ugly weather, and the turn around and transition was so seamless. My whole day and wedding process was a full dream thanks to Loretta and her team. I can’t imagine having kicked off forever with my husband anywhere else but here.

I was upset, but when I saw the way they flipped the venue, my sadness went away! It was gorgeous and the night went very well. The venue is beautiful, they help set up great photos and Loretta is the sweetest business owner you will ever meet. She talked to a nervous bride at 8 and 9 pm to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. If this is on your list and you love the outdoors and Texas hill country, take everything else off of your list!

When we booked 2 years prior to our date, we thought the venue was just perfect. 2 years later, you added so many upgrades like a Champagne Wall!! The water fountain, swing and champagne wall made for beautiful additions. We especially loved the lights inside the venue and outside around the trees. Our guests were absolutely blown away by all this venue had to offer. They provided golf cart service not only to our elderly family members but to us as well, so we could take pictures all over the venue without having to walk in 6 inch heels. Absolutely LOVED this venue!!!

The weather in the hill country is always delightful and was great during our September wedding. There isn’t a single complaint I have about this place. We used their catering service Heavenly Gourmet for brunch the morning of, for appetizers, and then dinner and all were so yummy. We also had the late night snack option of street tacos which our guests are still ranting about. We used Julie their florists and I was absolutely stunned by her work. I told her the colors and I said make it pretty, and did she exceed my expectations. Everything about our wedding day was absolutely great, and large chunk of that was due to this venue and their workers.

As soon as we walked into the reception space I was in AWE. As much as I loved the site and space, I could not have imagined what it would turn out to look like on our wedding day. From phone calls and texts with Loretta and working with the AMAZING staff, we felt like every wish and desire was met 100%. The day was a fairy tale and the site set the mood for the entire ceremony and celebration. Our guests continue to talk about how it was such a beautiful wedding and reception, and we could not have pulled it off without Loretta and the amazing staff.
