Everything about working with The Oaks was perfect from start to finish. The space is gorgeous and the staff are absolute professionals that take care of you from beginning to end. There is a lot of coordination involved in planning a wedding of course and Anna was always responsive and informative. Our day was flawless and we credit that to the team at The Oaks and how much they care about making it a good experience for you and your guests. They even brought out blankets for our guests during the ceremony when the weather decided to get cloudy and breezy just for the occasion. The food was fantastic and there was never a line at the bar. If ever there’s an opportunity to get back to The Oaks you can count us in!

Can't say enough positive things about The Oaks! The space was amazing, the staff was awesome and the overall experience was the best! I would HIGHLY recommend getting married here. You will not regret it - I had so many guests compliment me on how seamless the day went and how great everyone was! They simplify planning by providing chairs, linens, tables, silverware and food + drinks! They also have a day of coordinator and I specifically had Alex and she was the best!

My partner and I got married at The Oaks over the weekend, and our experience from start to finish was nothing short of magical. Overall, we were blown away with the professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail that the staff demonstrated during both the planning and execution stages. We were lucky enough to work with Justin Grimm as our wedding day coordinator. I could write an entire novel on how much we appreciate his efforts to ensure our day went smoothly! Our guest list included a handful of people with specific dietary accommodations (Kosher, allergies, etc.) and Justin went above and beyond to ensure our guests were taken care of. He worked with the catering staff to make sure beverages and food options accommodated the needs of our guests, and the day of our wedding, he ensured everything transitioned perfectly from event to event. The rest of the staff at The Oaks were incredible as well! We felt so supported the entire day, and it took huge amounts of stress of our plates to know the smaller details were being taken care of. Our guests were blown away at the quality of the food, quality of service, and ambiance of the venue. We would recommend The Oaks ten times over!!

I can't recommend The Oaks enough! The venue was gorgeous, the food was great, and ALL the staff were AMAZING. We worked with Alex from the day we toured through the wedding day and she was phenomenal. She answered our many questions throughout the planning process + was the best day of coordinator we could ask for, she ensured everything went smoothly and the day was perfect!

We had our wedding and reception here at The Oaks in June. If you are considering using them for your wedding, BOOK IT. We had an AMAZING experience!! It was very important to us that our wedding day was minimal stress and maximum fun and The Oaks staff made that possible. We specifically worked with Anna for coordinating and she was wonderful! She stayed in touch regularly and responded quickly throughout the planning process. She helped bring my vision to life. On the day of, she and her staff were extremely attentive, kind, and organized. They managed the timeline all day, kept us all going, and problem solved. My son became sick the day of my wedding and they made managing that situation so much easier by checking to see what he needed and also keeping the party rolling. I seriously did not have to think about a single thing all day because this team was so on it! I would also like to specifically shout out Noah and Xander. Noah took care the Bridal Party during the day. Noah was an absolute joy to be around and made sure we had everything we could possibly need throughout the day. Xander was Anna's assistant the day of and he helped me get where I needed to be all day. He was very helpful and fun and I am so thankful he was there! You all truly made sure we had everything we needed all day long, including a memorable day. Our guests had an amazing time and we have received so many compliments on what an amazing host this venue is! The food was so good, the service outstanding, and the flow was perfect. Many people commented on the obvious, like how beautiful the venue is and how good the food is, but they more often have mentioned so many other "small" details that they enjoyed at our wedding that The Oaks has naturally worked into the service they offer. Some examples include having drinks brought out following the ceremony to eliminate the inevitable open bar line, how the light wands were handed out to everyone instead of just sitting on a table somewhere, and a million other little things they do. Some "small" details I especially enjoyed as the bride was the fact that someone was always there to help with anything at any moment and then at the end of the evening being sent to the hotel with a sampler box of our dessert table since we never had a chance to enjoy it there. We took it back to our room and enjoyed it together. It was a perfect way to end the night! Thank you so much for helping us have an absolutely unforgettable wedding experience! **Bonus points if you or your significant other likes to golf! The guys had the best time on the golf course in the morning and then using the simulator all afternoon!!

We attended the wedding and reception for my nephew and his bride 6/9/24 and the experience was incredible. The weather turned to torrential rain and hail just as the vows were completed and we made it inside before the deluge hit the venue. The food, atmosphere and facilities are beautiful and very inviting. What really made the evening for me was the staff. While it is their job to make the experience pleasurable, they went well above and beyond to make all the guests feel welcomed and their wants and needs we're fulfilled in short order. I was really impressed with how the staff not only prepared the venue for the wedding, but had contingency plans for when the weather tuned biblical. There was a lot of water coming into the venue but the staff was immediately on it to make sure the guests stayed safe and the mess was cleared up quickly, all while the party was going on! The wait and bar staff were exceptionally attentive. I had several of the tastiest martinis and was greeted by Xander as an old friend each time I approached the bar. Not since my favorite watering hole closed 10 years ago has a bartender welcomed me and had my drink being prepared before I needed to ask. The facility, delicious dinner and staff of The Oakes made this, our fist time in CO one that will be remembered and shared for many years. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

The staff at The Oak is awesome! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The space is beautiful, cool and clean. Noah especially stood out! So on top of it and a genuine good human to be around!

We had our wedding at The Oaks in April 2024, and we had the most amazing experience from start to finish! We toured over 10 different venues, both in Colorado and in Southern California, and The Oaks was the standout. With our wedding being in early April, we weren’t sure what the weather would be like on the day, and The Oaks has gorgeous locations for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, so we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed either way. The entire building is absolutely gorgeous, from the insane getting ready rooms for both the girls and the guys, to the separate bar area for cocktail hour and dancing, to the bright and beautiful dining room. The bar packages are robust, and the menu is creative and customizable. We really appreciated that The Oaks had in house tables, chairs, linens and place settings, taking a lot off of our plate when it came to planning. One of the biggest benefits of hosting with The Oaks is that you will get a wedding coordinator from their staff to help you along the way. We worked with Justin Grimm from day one when we toured the venue until the very end of the night of our wedding, and he was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge was very helpful, and he answered all of our questions (of which there were a lot) and knew exactly how to make our event successful. The day of our wedding went as smooth as can be thanks to Justin and his team at The Oaks. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and provided service above and beyond. A huge part of the success of our wedding was our amazing vendor team, the majority of whom were recommended to us by The Oaks. They know the venue and the staff, and that made planning even easier. We can’t say enough good things about The Oaks and the whole team there. We loved this venue!

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at The Oaks this past weekend, Dec 10th. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the venue itself, and ALL of the staff. Alex was our day of coordinator, and she went above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly for us that day. We are so grateful for her and her expertise. Any problem we stumbled across that day, she had it fixed before my eyes. Her time management, professionalism, and overall friendliness really makes her stand out. We recently had the pleasure of getting married at the Oaks and working with Alex as out wedding coordinator and I cannot express enough how incredible our experience was from start to finish! Wow. Wow. Wow. It's been about a week since our wedding and I just have to write a review about our incredible experience with The Oaks. I actually cannot think of a single negative or even sightly negative thing to say about this venue and the staff. When we initially toured The Oaks, we had already seen some other venues in the Denver metro area, but we were so reassured by Janae and the multiple STUNNING spaces that we knew this was our place. It was a major perk for us to have all the rentals, food, and drink come with the venue and we were really excited about not having to do a lot of decorating because everything there is so beautiful. Our day of coordinator, Justin, was so kind, knowledgable, and calm and I didn't have to think about a single thing on the wedding day because he was there at every major moment to whisk us off to the next thing or just update us on our timeline. The other staff members that were working that day were amazing as well, setting up, tearing down, serving, and so so helpful and kind. I could write on and on about how wonderful this venue and management team are; if you are considering them for your special day, do not hesitate, they will take care of you like family and everything will turn out perfect!

WOW! I seriously cannot say enough about the Oaks. From first reaching out and doing our tour...the staff have been nothing short of incredible. Our day of coordinator, Alex was beyond incredible. Her support, follow through, and dependableness are unmatched. The Oaks took care of so much for me on the big day, from coordinating vendors for the day, setting up my décor (100x better than i would have), taking everything down and helping load it in the car, and constantly making sure we were taken care of. I have received numerous comments on the food quality, the amazing and beautiful facility, and just the kindness of the staff. I wish i could get married here again. I felt so at home and everyone is just INCREDIBLE. 10/10 recommend.

Every moment with The Oaks was amazing from the time I toured the venue to the time I left on my wedding day. The staff is amazingly attentive, the food was delicious, and the venue itself is GORGEOUS. My day-of coordinator Anna made the whole day so smooth and really went above and beyond to take care of us and our families. My wedding day was the one day that I wasn’t stressed about details thanks to her. Everything was so perfect and I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

The Oaks made my dreams come true when it came to planning our day but also hosting our special day. Justin was our Day of Coordinator but he wasn’t just there the day of our wedding but throughout this whole process from our initial meeting, answering all my crazy emails, helping us plan the flow of our day and then of course being there to support my husband and me during the day but also being very communicative with my parents. The service, food, flow of the night was outrageous. Our guests are still talking about how smooth the flow and room transitions went and how delicious the food was. Justin and his team were also so supportive and communicative with all of our other vendors. I cant recommend The Oaks, Justin and his team enough!

We had an amazing experience with The Oaks for our wedding from when we toured through wedding day. We were planning our wedding while living out of state and The Oaks was always very responsive when we reached out with questions. Janae was our day of coordinator and she made sure everything ran SO smoothly start to finish on the day of our wedding. Our guests raved about the food that was served (Flatiron Steak and Chicken Wellington) and just how beautiful of a venue that The Oaks was.

The Oaks at Plum Creek was the best place to get ready and host our reception at. The entire staff is superb, but we worked with Justin and he knows what he is doing. From the first tour to the night of the wedding we knew we were in good hands. They were very easy to talk to about our budget and the food and drinks were stellar. The layout of the venue is killer with a new renovation and the well used space. Thank you Oaks!!!

I had my wedding here a few months ago and I would highly recommend to any couple!! Their staff was amazing. My coordinator was Anna and she replied my emails day and night and answered my millions of questions. The venue is so clean and beautiful and has so many cool spaces to use. She also did an amazing job coordinating with all of my vendors and took some of the pressure off of me day of. Everything day of went so smoothly and Anna took care of many things behind the scenes that I didn't even think of. The bar tenders and servers were super friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. Overall, I was very pleased with the venue and staff. :) Take a peak at their Instagram page because their website doesn't do them justice!

The Oaks was awesome! It was all inclusive venue and I had a day of coordinator that helped me with everything I needed for the day of the wedding. Janae was super nice. Made sure everything is good with timeline, decors and food! The venue was stunning! I don’t have so much decor but still the venue itself looks elegant! The food was so delicious as well! Our guests loved it! I couldn’t wish anything more! I had the wedding of my dreams! I would recommend this venue! Good views, beautiful place, good food, and nice people to work with! ❤️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My daughter's wedding was the wedding she dreamed of and it was due to the GREAT service of the staff, and especially Anna, our venue coordinator. She went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Her communication throughout the year of planning was excellent. She took everything off our plates and make the event as stress free as possible. The staff she lead was AMAZING!! The food was EXCELLENT and service 5 star for sure. The timing of the events for the reception was like clockwork!! The venue is BEAUTIFUL (inside and out) and the getting ready rooms are out of this world. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

The Oaks was absolutely amazing for our wedding! If they’re available for a date that works for you, don’t hesitate to book! The venue itself is gorgeous, great scenery as well as beautiful, functional indoor space. We loved having dinner and dancing in separate rooms, and the patio available during cocktail hour and throughout the night. The staff is incredible too! Justin was our coordinator and helped everything go so smoothly. Justin was kind, professional, and kept us on our timeline. He also set up and took down everything in a timely manner, coordinated with our other vendors, and overall just helped out to ensure we could enjoy our day without worry! The waitstaff was very attentive during dinner and made amazing drinks at the bar! The food was also delicious. I can’t recommend The Oaks enough, we had a great experience!

The whole staff at the Oaks made our day perfect! They were so communicative and amazing the day of. Well worth every single penny we spent! The venue itself is amazing and the staff is incredible. Anna did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend the Oaks. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff are exceptional. Our first impression of The Oaks was that it was beyond our budget. Happily we were wrong. From planning to the wedding day, Janae and the entire staff met and exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail was obvious from the beginning and made the wedding day perfect. I can’t recommend them enough.

Best day ever, best venue ever. The Oaks for us was love at first sight. We didn't even tour other venues, and after my wedding day, I am so glad we didn't. The staff was amazing! They promised us so many things we wanted on our day and then exceeded them. My entire family has told me how much they love a certain waiter for helping with their requests, or that the loved that the coordinator had made sure that I wasn't seen in advance. I gave them decorations and what I envisioned and they made it come to life.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue!! The staff at The Oaks are attentive, kind, and wonderful to work with! My wedding was initially supposed to be outside, but because of the weather we had to move it inside last minute. I wasn’t worried for a minute and the indoor ceremony was stunning. The outdoor area is beautiful for pictures as well. I highly recommend The Oaks if you are getting married soon!!

The Oaks was a gorgeous venue for our wedding. It had a beautiful modern interior design and the cocktail/bar area, as well as outdoor greenery for us to have a combined indoor/outdoor ceremony & reception. That flexibility reassured us that regardless of weather, our wedding would be perfect. The bridal suite is to die for, and the groom suite had many activities to pass the time. Our guests were floored by how beautiful the place was. They enjoyed being able to enjoy the weather in the outdoor chairs, yet steps away from the indoor dance floor and pumping music. Anna was our venue coordinator and she was always an email away, responding within a few hours. She was eager to help and made sure we had champagne and quick bites in between our groom & bride duties. She accommodated for many of our requests no matter how silly they seemed, from the way we wanted our place cards to our specialty cocktail. If there was something the venue wasn't able to provide, she was transparent and provided us alternatives. She made sure her team cleaned up, set up, and guided our guests with kindness that we never felt the need to ever step in and just enjoyed our wedding. Finally, the food was on point. We had the steak and fish as our entre, with the majority of our guests choosing steak and could not stop commenting on how good it was. Best of all, with the venue + food package, it was extremely affordable compared to other places. All in all, we could not have asked for better service!

When my husband and I were initially looking for a wedding venue, we knew we either wanted to host the big day in the beautiful Colorado mountains or on a golf course. Scrolling through The Knot, I passed the Oaks so many times not thinking much of it, seeing that it was in Castle Rock. One day, I finally clicked and saw that it was everything I possibly could have dreamed of!!! Justin and his incredible team made every step of the process so easy, took amazing care of us on the day of our wedding, and made our guests all incredibly happy, as well! As you can see from every photo, it is an absolutely stunning venue having been completely remodeled in 2020. What really makes it special is having an option for a full-day buyout so that you and your bridal party can relax in the incredible getting ready suites! The bridal room is stunning and perfect to lounge around pre-ceremony, while having all the perfect set ups for every photo. The gents have the option of either a golf simulator room with showers and great areas to lounge, a speakeasy room with comfy chairs and activities galore, or you can purchase the option for both. Additionally, The Oaks has their own chef on site that offers amazing food (which in my experience is uncommon for weddings), and an amazing staff to negate the need for caterers or any other additional staff required at other venues. We could not have had a better experience, and highly highly recommend The Oaks if you are still looking for the perfect venue for your big day!

The Oaks was amazing!! We had a snow storm on our wedding day that wasn’t planned and ruined the vision we had for an outdoor wedding. The staff at the Oaks made sure to make it perfect inside and made us feel so special on our day. They took care of us from the start to the finish. The venue is gorgeous inside and out! Book this venue for your wedding and you won’t be disappointed!

After our initial tour with Justin, we walked away knowing exactly what our day was going to look like; we hadn’t even gotten to our car to leave and we had our estimated event cost (venue, food and beverage) sitting in our email inbox. That is the kind of service you receive with The Oaks. The venue is stunning. Our decor was very minimal which speaks to the style and beauty of the venue. Our ceremony was outside, our reception in the large ballroom and post-reception was in the lounge with the band. The entire staff was all-smiles on the day of the wedding. They were all easy to find if we needed something but certainly blended into the background when we didn’t need them. Justin, Janae and the entire staff — thank you for everything. We are so happy we chose The Oaks to make our day as smooth and stress-free as you did.

I don’t even know where to begin. If you want a flawless wedding start to finish, you need to book the Oaks. We worked with Justin who did anything and everything to make our day perfect. There isn’t a single thing I’d change about our wedding day and Justin and the staff at the Oaks were a huge reason why. I got married a little over a week ago at The Oaks and I'm still wondering when my jaw will be picked up off the floor. Justin was our day-of coordinator and honestly a friend who helped us through everything from the moment we booked with The Oaks. I am absolutely blown away at every single aspect of our wedding day spent with them. Everything was taken care of, every detail was thought of. Each guest and family member in attendance at our wedding is STILL raving about how incredible the venue and venue team was. Book this place. Seriously. Justin will help your dreams come true. We love these guys!

Our guests could not stop raving about our venue, the food, and service! The venue is naturally beautiful and the decor provided was so beautiful the only thing we brought was some small flower centerpieces. Justin and Janae were amazing at helping us plan for the big day, rescheduling with covid closures, and coordinating our event via Zoom as we live overseas. We did a drink package for our event and our guests loved it. The bar staff had everything they needed and the guests were blown away by how attentive and fast they were. Our photographers were so excited about the venue as well due to the amount of unique shots they were able to take! If you are looking for a gorgeous event with minimal stress - the oaks is worth every cent!!!!!!!!

We cannot say enough amazing things about the Oaks!! We started our planning with Justin and Janae was our month-of/day-of coordinator. Both of them are super incredible, reliable, effective, great at communication, and just fantastic human beings! They made sure we had up to date information consistently. The venue is the most incredible venue- we loved having multiple large rooms & a flow to our day. The bridal/groom suite are incredible and their staff are so wonderful and kind. I LOVE good customer service and we had the best customer service ever here. Any special requests we had they went over and beyond to make them happen. Super easy and great to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There can't be enough said about Janae and her staff. Janae made every effort to make this the perfect day for my daughter. I never heard the word "NO" from her. She would always try to make our dream a reality. If there was something she was not able to do for us she would come up with an alternative solution. Her professionalism and her positive attitude made it an absolute joy to work with. She made the wedding planning process so much easier and less stressful. Above and beyond! I cannot say enough about Justin and the team at The Oaks. From day one he was very easy to communicate with and so helpful. They made our day so special and everything we wanted! The bridal suite was referred to by one of my bridesmaids as “Heaven” and was a dream for all 8 of us to get ready in. My husband was obsessed with his gold simulator in the guys room as well! The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming to not only us but our guests as well! Food was amazing, finishing touches they offer (late night burritos!!) and people told us it was the best wedding they had been to! I truly do not think you can beat the price for the amazing wedding and service you will get!

Janae and the team at The Oaks were wonderful and they were a dream to work with. We had our microwedding in May 2021. The entire planning process felt effortless and Janae was extremely communicative with us for everything: decor details, food and beverage, COVID protocols, etc. We felt like we were in great hands on the day of. I would highly recommend The Oaks! The venue itself was absolutely stunning: the bridal suite was beautiful and bright, the outdoor ceremony overlooked Castle Rock and was stunning during sunset, and the ballroom was simple, but elegant.

WE LOVE THE OAKS!! Seriously the best wedding ever and team. On a personal story: My husband and I moved to Portland from Denver in the middle of our wedding planning. In the midst of chaos, I was so blessed to have the oaks team by my side. I am convinced that the oaks team and my wedding planner planned my entire wedding. This venue is also designed for photography and so beautiful!

I don't know where to begin and there are not enough words to express how wonderful the Oaks, especially Justin, was for our wedding day and the entire process really from start to finish. Having to push our wedding due to covid, Justin didn't skip a beat; he was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. When we were finally able to have our wedding on May 8th, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff, the food, the venue, everything was perfect! I could not have asked for anything better and stress free. Everything was covered and I never once felt like I had to worry about a single thing other than the stress of just being the bride. I cannot thank the Oaks enough for making our day as wonderful as it was.

Though we technically didn’t have our wedding at the The Oaks (more to come on that later) we did all the original planning with them and we were so pleased with the process that I thought to give a review! Our wedding took place on July 25th and were going to be the first wedding The Oaks would host. But due to COVID, final inspections on the building and shipment of kitchen equipment pushed everything to just days before the wedding. Justin and the owners generously offered us a change of venue to The Manor House, with some perks thrown in for the inconvenience, and so we had our wedding there. It was honestly so perfect! But I will say that Justin was very helpful and responded so quickly to all of my emails. I was amazed at their gorgeous bridal suite and loved the details of their grille area and the beautiful high ceilings and chandeliers. The one downfall is that we really wanted to have an indoor ceremony, ease of access for my husband’s disabled dad being the main reason, and we found the reception area a bit small and hard to work with. It’s super beautiful but an interesting layout for a ceremony. And lastly, their chef was the one we ended up having at The Manor House and his food was to die for! I still dream about it 3 months later. Like I said, we didn’t have our wedding here but highly recommend The Oaks to anyone! Thank you Justin and The Oaks team for all of your hard work in such a crazy time.

Wow! Justin and his team at The Oaks went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning when we had to change our location 2 months prior to our wedding date, I found The Oaks and Justin was there for us every step of the way, making everything just so easy and really assured us everything was possible and going to be perfect. On our wedding day, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, the venue was really showing off, my bridesmaids and I really enjoyed getting ready in the bridal suite and could not get enough pictures of how incredible it was. Justin and his team worked so well with my vendors and I didn’t have to do a thing to coordinate it all. The food was INCREDIBLE and the service was also great. My guests had a blast and the size of the space as well as Justin’s creativity, made it feel like things were normal again. We are beyond grateful to have found The Oaks, if you want your wedding to be absolutely amazing and easy, I strongly recommend getting married at The Oaks

My My My, where do I begin. I got married the the Oaks in september and I gotta say, it was such a magical day. The venue is to die for, it was recently renovated and ever corner was well executed. The bridal room has a HUGE hanging bed and Justing has a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we got there. The ballroom, the outdoor space and even the bar are picture worthy spaces on their own with no decoration. I have some picky eaters in the family but everyone was still talking about that steak au poivre days later. The team was amazing and was so accommodating. Justin is the best coordinator I could have hoped for. Communication and execution were 10/10. He provided us with items we didn't have, reassured me when I was worried and always picked up the phone when I had questions. Do yourself a favor and just book the space for your event if you are on the fence.

This venue was AMAZING! The environment was stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to help with anything. They went above and beyond! The food was incredible! I didn’t have to lift a finger with the set up or the clean up! This was my 5th child to get married and I have 5 more to go. If I have any say in the planning, I would have the rest of our weddings here!

Got married here on 9/19 and it could not have gone better. The venue itself is beautiful- literally every space is bright, well lit, decorated perfectly, and with COVID it can accommodate a larger crowd while adhering to county guidelines. Justin was great to work with and handled last minute requests happily and was great at communication. Also the food! Food was really good- got a ton of compliments on it. I highly recommend getting married here if you can- it's just beautiful and the care/service is excellent!

From the moment we stepped into The Oaks Justin was hands-down amazing. We selected this venue while it was still under construction and Justin made it so easy to swing by whenever we wanted to see the progress of the building. He honestly feels like a friend to us, is so organized, a great communicator, and overall so personable!! Everyone at our wedding had amazing things to say about the food, venue and overall flow of the entire night. If you have the chance to have Justin and his team be apart of your special day you won’t regret it.
