wanted and more. The grand entrance is a dream and let’s not forget the incredible massive bridal suite! Getting ready there day of me and my girls had an absolute blast getting to use every inch of space the bridal suite offers. The guys had a blast in the grooms suite getting use out of the golf simulator for sure! It was a hit with my husband as he loves to play golf. And what better way to spend the day as a guy on your special day as well. I loved how they held cocktail hour, dinner and reception in different rooms which gave our guests a change of scenery throughout the wedding. I truly cannot give enough thanks to our day of coordinator Anna. She is just a gem and the sweetest! She never hesitated to answer all my questions I had through out our planning process and was always there to help guide us whenever we needed her. She made everything go as smooth as possible from our 30day walk through, rehearsal and the day of our wedding. She always checked up on us throughout the day/evening and made sure we had everything we needed. I would do it all over again if we could because The Oaks, Anna and the rest of their staff made our wedding beyond what we could have ever imagined. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

It's not their fault they're so popular...I got married recently and was lucky enough to snag our date for 2025 in the summer of 2024, and things could not have been more perfect from the initial visit with ALEX LEIGH until the very last sendoff. Alex, (you rock!!!!!) our coordinator, was the one who helped all of our dreams come true.. She was truly the heart and soul of our wedding day and the fairy godmother of weddings. Forgot a lint brush? She has it. Bobby pins? Check. Don't know how to fill out your wedding license or where to stand at the ceremony? Yes she can do that too. At one point in the night she delivered me champagne and even helped me adjust and bustle my dress. Hello- this girl has it all. Alex literally coached us throughout so we could make the day as flawless as possible. Nothing was ever too much and she has the patience of a saint throughout the entire planning process, she was a dream to work with. For a bride who planned her entire wedding herself, who thought she thought of everything, ALEX was the one who was one step ahead of my Type A behind that night!! She truly never ever missed a beat for a good 15 months of our planning process. She had wonderful recommendations from decor to vendors (they have an amazing list of preferred vendors), to in-house food. From the very beginning, her friendly and approachable demeanor made planning feel so easy and enjoyable. She always made time to answer questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every little detail was handled perfectly. I also appreciated the thoughtful service the Oaks provided. An A+ staffing group helps your day go smoothly with packing and unpacking your car, they truly delivered white glove service which was highly valued and fairly priced. ZANDER particularly stuck out to all of us offering golf cart rides down the hill for some guests to serving us appetizers when we sat down because we had missed them. Literally he was always so smiley and nice, I just appreciated the entire staff so much that day. They should be praised!! The day's timeline ran seamlessly, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and the entire day flowed effortlessly thanks to their impeccable organization and calm, confident presence. At our tasting earlier this year, Luna Justin and Anna were also sooo welcoming! Staff and leadership are amazing!! It's getting harder and harder to find exceptional service in 2025 but the Oaks nails it. Chef Rhett also delivered incredible food for us all, the gouda mac and cheese and steaks?! TO DIE FOR! Delicious! The place is a perfect blank slate to add your own flair and they will allow you to craft your dream day however you'd like!I felt completely at ease knowing Alex and team were managing everything behind the scenes, which allowed me to be fully present and just enjoy the day. Truly a class act, Alex combines professionalism, warmth, and top-tier management skills in a way that truly sets her apart. We love you Alex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you’re getting married at The Oaks, you are so lucky - cheers to you guys and thank you so much for making our wildest dreams come true. the first meeting she was amazing. She explained everything so thoroughly and was a calm in the wedding planning process. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. And the day of her and her staff were AMAZING. Anything we needed they were there! They set up the decor exactly how I envisioned and the day was literally perfect. My husband and I cannot recommend The Oaks enough!!

lown away. The venue itself is unbelievable but the staff blew us away. Anna was our coordinator throughout and our day of coordinator and she was incredible and we are so grateful to have had her services throughout this whole process! The entire staff were amazing and SO nice! There was no detail missed! Many people have commented on the bartender(s) and how well they did keeping up and even providing drinks before people had to ask because he remembered. How awesome especially given the size of the crowd! The food was delicious and the service was top notch throughout the night. Most of our guests were from out of town. I don't think even the 20ish local guests had ever been to The Oaks. Everyone was AMAZED and absolutely LOVED the venue, just as much as we did when we first visited. It was incredible and we have received so many compliments about all of it. It was an amazing wedding! Everything went off without a hitch and was executed flawlessly! We would literally do it all again exactly the same as we did!

On our wedding day, there happened to be a golf tournament, but don’t let that worry you. At most, you’ll hear a little extra clapping in the background, and everyone was very respectful of the wedding space. We cannot recommend this venue enough—it was everything we dreamed of and more!

They even help with set up and breakdown, everything was easy for us as the couple, our families, and our vendors. Our guests commented on how stunning the venue was and how good the food was! We had a brunch wedding on 7/13/25 and it was a dream come true. We even planned this wedding from out of state and everything turned out better than we could have ever imagined! Justin was our amazing day of coordinator and Alex was our original point of contact, both of them were so helpful and understanding, they made the experience into the most perfect day! to the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space, views, & ballroom, we could not have found a more beautiful venue. The layout is also perfect for facilitating a smooth wedding that prioritizes guest comfort and experience, with each unique space being open, comfortable, and intentionally laid out. And for how stunning the venue is, the staff is even more amazing! We toured with Alex and she ended up being our day-of coordinator, so she helped us through the entire planning & execution process, and she could not be more incredible! There isn't a more prompt communicator out there than Alex (even when she is on vacation!), and she was always so on top of things. She answered every random question we had throughout the whole planning process promptly and worked closely with us to ensure that everything would come together for a perfect wedding day! Seriously nothing could have gone better! And she did everything while always remaining super cheerful, kind, thoughtful, and supportive. All of our family and wedding party kept commenting on the wedding day about how awesome Alex was! And beyond just Alex, every staff member we interacted with at The Oaks was top notch and took great care of us as the bride & groom and of each of our guests. The food there is delicious too (many folks said it was by far the best food they have ever had at a wedding), and they do a fantastic job of accommodating guests with allergies & other dietary restrictions. They even made sure that my husband and I got to eat the appetizers we picked out for cocktail hour so that we didn't miss out even though we weren't able to attend cocktail hour, which was such a nice surprise! All around, The Oaks was THE BEST decision we made for our wedding day, and we'll be talking about how perfect it was for the rest of our lives! There truly isn't a better wedding venue out there. Thank you to The Oaks team for giving us the most perfect day!

From the first moments of the planning process, to our tasting and walk-through, and finally the day-of execution, The Oaks made the entire process stress-free and truly brought our vision to life. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend The Oaks to any couple looking for a venue that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime!

during our rehearsal and the entire wedding day. All of our vendors have told us how easy she and all of The Oaks staff were to work with. The getting ready rooms are a dream and made my wedding morning so relaxing! The food was amazing and they made sure we were able to taste all of our cocktail hour appetizers that we missed while taking pictures. And the best part is that they are dog friendly and we were able to have our best girl with us for getting ready and the ceremony!!

d both knew it was the one! First, there is a getting ready suite for both the girls and the guys - and amazing getting ready suites! The staff is absolutely incredible and helpful. The food is so delicious, and so are the drinks! We got to go to one of their tastings and try all the food and some cocktails and choose our linens and napkins, meet the chef, the bar manager, see some cool vendors, and it was so much fun to do. We chose this venue for a lot of reasons but mainly we loved the look and feel, the getting ready suites, the in-house food and bar, and the staff. We got our month-of coordinator, Alex and she is the most on top of it, amazing coordinator! And her assistant that day was great as well, literally the entire staff is great. I had guests rave about the food and the drinks and how great the service and the bartenders were. I've also attended a wedding here, so I've experienced both sides of a wedding, and truly I don't think our wedding would have gone as as smoothly as it did had we not chosen The Oaks. Every piece of decor was placed perfectly, we got so much food that day, even our appetizers we got to enjoy, and the way they run things is like a well oiled machine. Alex even packed up our cake to send away with us when we left! I can't say enough good things about this venue and the staff, so I'll just end it with - BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!

Anna and her team kept the day running smooth and guests were raving about the venue, food and drinks. pushing it on their max capacity, but Justin (our coordinator) was incredible and bought more tables just for our wedding. They set everything up, used extra decoration I had leftover, and boxed it all back up for my parents to bring home 5 minutes after the wedding ended. They are prompt, professional, and everyone there is so helpful. As the bride and groom, we were very well taken care of and didn’t have to lift a finger the whole night. We planned our wedding in 6 months, and it wouldn’t have been possible if we didn’t choose the Oaks! Thanks again, Justin!
