I cannot say enough good things about the Oaks! From the day we booked the venue through wedding day every single need of ours was met! Kerry is an AMAZING coordinator. From coordinating vendors to decorating to match your exact vision, Kerry does it all! Our guests could not say enough positive things about the venue and how beautiful it was. The bar serving from both inside and outside made it a perfect atmosphere for the party! I can’t imagine my wedding day being more picture perfect than it was!

I don’t even know where to begin…choosing the Oaks was hands down the best/easiest decision we made! Leslie made our day so special and was so attentive to our every need! The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the reception room, to the ceremony area, and the back patio it is amazing. The food was absolutely amazing and all the guests raved about it. We added on the fireworks package and it was AMAZING! Our guests were so surprised and it just added a special touch to our day! Leslie and her team took care of every need and everything was seamless. We highly recommend the Oaks for your wedding you truly won’t regret it!

Leslie and her team were absolutely incredible from the first meeting to the last. Kerry was our coordinator on the day of and she ran everything so perfectly! I was able to hand over all my decorations beforehand and let her take care of it all. I didnt have to worry about a thing, it was wonderful! I was able to trust her fully. She was so good about keeping us on schedule once we were there so we didnt miss a beat and she made sure our every need was met. Not one issue arose that was brought to my attention and I was able to just enjoy everything! We didn't pick this venue for its food, but it was an added bonus because it was phenomenal! Everyone raved about it!! Everyone was also totally surpised and in awe of the fireworks! They put on an amazing show and we are still hearing to this day how perfect everything was and it was the best wedding theyve ever been to! They hunted down special ingredients so that I could have my signature drink that I requested, they made accomodations for a golf cart to drive away in after the ceremony for a moment alone, and they cleaned everything up and kept everything organized for me... They went above and beyond in so many ways to make our day so perfect and to alleviate any stress that they could. I cant recommend them enough! The bridal suite was my only hesitation but the wedding party and I ended up staying at the Stage House Inn (South Berwick, ME) and their suites were gorgeous for getting ready in. So in the end, the bridal suite at the oaks was plenty good enough for hiding upon arrival, storing our things, and using the bathroom which was all we really needed. With the competative pricing, dream team, elegant room and beautiful grounds it was everything we could have asked for and more! Thank you so much, Leslie & Kerry & team!! You made our dreams come true and it's a day we will never forget!

This was an absolute DREAM venue! My husband and I got married Friday, September 23, and we are still in awe of how perfect our night went. Leslie is the most professional and top notch coordinator to work with. She made sure that our day ran so smoothly - during our rehearsal the night before, our family and friends kept coming up to us and saying how with Leslie by our side that they knew our day was going to go perfectly. The layout of the venue was everything I could have asked for - between the inside/outside bar, the patio area with heaters so we could step outside to enjoy the night, the dance floor - truly I cannot rave about this venue and staff enough! The food was excellent, and the staff even made sure to drop off some of the hors d'oeuvre at our sweetheart table so we didn’t miss them while taking pictures and saying hi to everyone. I cannot say enough great things about this place - I wish I could relive the night over again! Thank you to the amazing staff for the most magical night!

We got married August 27, 2022. Our wedding was magical. Both Kerry and Leslie were amazing throughout the process. I never had a fear or a doubt during our planning process or day of wedding. They both were so attentive and supportive. Kerry made sure our day went smooth. She even made my little one feel special during the process. The venue itself is beautiful. The indoor/outdoor bar and patio was a huge hit. Guests had fun playing corn hole and sitting by the fire when they weren’t dancing on the spacious dance floor. We surprised our guests with fireworks which were absolutely beautiful and made for AMAZING pictures. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I can’t thank Kerry or Leslie enough for everything. ❤️

We got married over Labor Day Weekend and we cannot thank all of the staff members at the Oaks Grandview Ballroom for making our wedding day perfectly seamless! The coordinators Kerry and Leslie are phenomenal, as they are so attentive to your emails and actively listen to your wedding vision! This venue is so beautiful in all lighting and for all color schemes with its neutral interior, and gorgeous view of the golf course on the ceremony green and from the covered patio. So many of our guests got stunning photos during cocktail hour with that backdrop. At night it becomes even more elegant with twinkle lights on the dance floor, votive candles in the windows, and a cozy fire pit on the patio. The chef is excellent too with consistent positive reviews from guests regarding the tuscan chicken and bourbon steak tips :) The dance floor was spacious, as there's no elevated section of flooring, so everyone could spread out and have a blast dancing! Our wedding day never felt rushed, as their timeline flows perfectly between intros, dances, speeches, dinner, etc. The biggest surprise for guests was the fireworks option you can choose with this venue, which was very impressive and made for phenomenal wedding photos! We highly recommend this venue! It truly is a hidden gem and we are so grateful to have had the most memorable wedding day :)

I cannot say enough good things about the oaks! My husband and I had our wedding here this past weekend. It was truly the best day ever! The venue is beautiful. The ceremony area is well maintained with beautiful gardens and views of the golf course and fountain. They have a great patio area for guests with a bar that has indoor and outdoor access and the reception area is modern and updated! The wedding coordinators at the oaks are the best! Ours were Leslie and Kerry. They were so attentive, always checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect for us and seeing what we needed. They were also extremely accommodating to make sure everything was as we wanted for the day. The oaks offers a vendor package including photography, DJ, florals, cake and hotel stay. We were able to make upgrades within the packages to make it fit our needs. This package was really the best, stress free way to go vs. trying to find vendors on our own. All of the vendors knew the venue and did an amazing job, and it made everything really easy for us. The oaks also offers a fireworks display. After we cut our cake we slipped away to sit on one of the tee boxes and the Dj had our guests head out on the patio for a surprise. The guests were wowed by this and it was such a special moment for my husband and I. The pictures are going to be incredible! We are so happy we chose the oaks and again cannot thank our vendors and coordinators enough!!!

The Oaks was the perfect place to get married! From the start to finish I didn’t have to worry about a thing, Leslie and her staff were so wonderful, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, professional and the list goes on! They are very responsive and do all the hard work for you to make your day the best it can be! My husband and I looked at several wedding venues before deciding on the Oaks with a wedding date of 10/24/20. COVID had other plans we we reached out to then day of coordinator, Leslie, who has since been promoted to sales manager, and moved our wedding date to 2021. We received a letter from Leslie soon after notifying us she was promoted and a new day of coordinator would be taking her place. Kate has since become the wedding coordinator at the Oaks, and we could not have been happier with the level of service and attention to detail she provided to us leading up to and on our wedding day. She went above and beyond in helping us surprise our guests with fireworks after a last minute decision. She was always discrete when it was time to sneak away for the next event, and worked directly with our dj before to ensure we were all on the same page. Kate and her team helped create a seamless day for us, and she was an absolute joy to work with. I would also like to acknowledge the staff that helped run the out weddjng. All waitstaff members were well trained, efficient, and very polite. Kate and her team set up my decorations, granted I had very simple decorations, but they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They helped pack up all the decorations at the end of the night, and I didn’t even notice until we were making our grand exit! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with amazing waitstaff, food, and a phenomenal coordinator, look no further. The fireworks were worth every penny. We received many compliments from our friends and families saying how much fun they had, and that it was one of the most fun weddings they have been to in a long time. Thank you so much to Kate, Leslie, and all who helped make our day so special at the Oaks.

The team at the Oaks did an amazing job helping us plan for our big day since day one. They were in contact throughout the process and ensured that things were going to go as smoothly as possible! They have done an amazing job leading up to our wedding, and on the day, they made us feel more relaxed than we could have thought. The Oaks was gorgeous and everything came out so perfect! Where to start?! My husband and I were married on 10/1/2021 at the Oaks and needless to say it was one of the BEST days of our lives. We received numerous compliments about how amazing our wedding was; how delicious the food was, how beautiful the decor was, and how EPIC the fireworks show was at the end of the night. If I could go back and change anything about our wedding day, it would be to make it a 2 day event! Leslie and Kate were so wonderful to work with and day of I knew I wouldn't have a single worry in the world. The day was truly perfect and Kate was phenomenal. We had a wonderful experience with the Oaks! Our original wedding date was scheduled for September of 2020, but due to COVID we rescheduled to September 10th 2021. The wedding coordinator at the time, Leslie, was incredibly accommodating and supportive with our date change. She contacted all of our vendors and allowed us to choose a new date in 2021 with no additional charges. We were so thankful for her! Then in 2021 Leslie was promoted and we were introduced to our new wedding coordinator, Kate. Kate was professional, organized and so helpful. We loved working with her just as much as Leslie! If you want a stress-free wedding, I absolutely recommend this venue and the Platinum Vendor package. Thank you so much Leslie and Kate for helping make our special day unforgettable!

We couldn't recommend a wedding at The Oaks Grandview Ballroom enough! We just got married 9/4/2021. It was such a perfect day. We were lucky with weather to enjoy a ceremony outside in the flower garden. The flowers were beautiful, it was very apparent that The Oaks takes pride in their landscaping and outdoor appearance! Inside, the Ballroom was set up just how we had imagined it by the staff. We really loved the ability to have access to the bar from both inside and outside on the patio. We had a cigar and whiskey bar outside, a killer DJ (Nick from Get Down Tonight Entertainment), and a fireworks show put on by The Oaks that made the night so magical. Kate, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure our day was as special as possible. She was so organized, professional, and accommodating. She made sure to keep the agenda right on track so no small detail was missed! We are beyond pleased with our experience here and will cherish the memories forever.

I started off wedding planning August 2020 with Leslie, from the moment I met her I instantly knew the Oaks was the place we’d be getting married. Beginning of 2021 Leslie was promoted and she hired Kate to replace her. AGAIN the moment I met Kate I knew she’d be just as precise as Leslie in making our dreams come true. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding at The Oaks! Kate and the staff were so wonderful and everything was better than expected. We chose the Oaks originally for a July 2020 wedding and rescheduled to August of 2021. They were fantastic and handled the change of plans likes champs, taking a lot of the stress off of us. Leslie and Kate were awesome and were so helpful in the months and days leading up to our wedding. Our wedding day went seamlessly and the location is absolutely gorgeous! If you have wedding planning anxiety, I absolutely recommend going with their vendor package. Every vendor we used through them was excellent: florist, DJ, cake, and hotel!

We got married this past Saturday 8/28/21 and from start to finish, everything about the Oaks was perfect. Leslie and Kate were a joy to work with: always professional, helpful, quick to respond, patient, and did everything they could to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect. The food was amazing, staff was courteous, and the venue itself looked pristine! It made it even better that the weather was perfect and we could enjoy the patio area with our guests. We wish we could go back and do it all a second time!

We originally had our wedding scheduled for June 2020 with Leslie. The stress of planning a June wedding and navigating COVID became too much and I finally gave Leslie a call which she immediately responded with “let’s find a date in 2021 then” and suddenly the weight of the world was off my shoulders. She reached out to all the vendors and rearranged everything. The process couldn’t have been smoother. Flash forward to 2021, we found out we’d now be working with Kate. I panicked at the idea of not having Leslie there at first!! But then we met Kate and knew Leslie left us in great hands. The day of our wedding was flawless and Kate was absolutely AMAZING. She was so on her game that we had guest come up to us and mention it. She had every detail down, including yanking us off the dance floor early for the fireworks because she was watching the radar and saw rain! It started raining the moment the fireworks ended! The venue was amazing and reasonably priced compared to other venues where multiple weddings are going on at once. We loved that the coordinator was 100% focused on us. Also worth noting - the vendor package was more than worth it. All the vendors exceeded our expectations AND if you’re debating the fireworks. DO IT. They were better than some town fireworks I’ve seen and our guests were in awe. You can’t go wrong picking the Oaks for your venue and while we may be biased, we’ve had so many friends and family tell us it was one of the best wedding they have been to. They also raved about the salmon choice we had as a meal option! Go visit the oaks you won’t regret it!!

We were booked for a wedding in August of 2020. As the wedding date approached, it became clear to us that it was not safe to have guests travel from across the country for the event. The venue refused to cancel and only offered to reschedule to 2021. They were willing to host a scaled down event but we were not comfortable with that in the midst of a global pandemic. We lost thousands of dollars and they would not provide any recourse other than offering a date in 2021. We ended up having a small backyard ceremony with our parents. We have moved on with our lives including welcoming a new child at the end of the year, so hosting an expensive wedding at this point is not an option. It is unfortunate that The Oaks showed no flexibility regarding the deposit despite the circumstances, including travel restrictions that were in place at the time. Use caution if you decide to book an event at this venue.

We cannot say enough great things about The Oaks!! We fell in love with them when we met Leslie almost 2 years ago. When we found out Leslie had been promoted within the company, we were bummed but hopeful that her replacement would be as great as her. Kate was absolutely AMAZING! Her attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and leadership abilities were top notch. The preferred vendors were so convenient and incredible to work with. The staff at The Oaks was professional, welcoming, and so helpful on our big day. From wait staff to bartenders and everyone in between, they were truly the best. Our guests are still raving about how incredible the food was! If you are getting married, you absolutely need to check out The Oaks, you will be blown away. We wish we could relive our day a thousand times over. Thank you to The Oaks team for everything, we will be back!

We had our wedding at the Oaks Grandview Ballroom on June 19, 2021. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. Leslie was awesome to work with and was very helpful throughout the planning process. Our day of wedding coordinator was Kate and she was absolutely outstanding! She was very kind, patient and helpful. She made everything so easy the day of the wedding and was very organized. Kate was so much fun to work with! The venue was beautiful and our guests loved hanging outside for the cocktail hour. Our guests raved about how great the food was as well. 10/10 highly recommended!

Before we settled on any venue, my wife and I agreed that we would tour at least 5 different places. Our first stop was at the Oaks Grandview Ballroom, where we met with Leslie. We didn’t end up touring any other venues because we fell in love with the incredible ballroom, outdoor space and of course the view. Leslie, Kate and the team at the oaks took such great care to make sure our wedding night was perfect, and it was. We opted for the fireworks and it was the best surprise for us and our guests. They seemed to go on forever, it was really an incredible way to celebrate our special evening. In hindsight, we should have gone with their Platinum vendor package, which we thought was a little too pricey at first, because we ended up spending more on the other vendors than we had expected, but everything was still absolutely perfect. We can’t say enough awesome things about Leslie, Kate, and the team at the Oaks. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing.

All I can say is WOW!! The Oaks is an incredible venue with an even better event planner. Leslie took care of my daughter’s, the bride’s, every want and need without hesitation. Everything was seamless, between the delicious food, the quick and steady pace of the wait staff, and the care that went into every detail. Leslie is the type of wedding planner any one would be lucky to have and The Oaks is the dream place to get married. I know it was my daughter’s wedding but it was, hands down, the BEST wedding I have been too and that was possible due to Leslie and the The Oaks. You made my daughter and now son-in-laws dreams come true!

The Oaks Grandview Ballroom is a spectacular and special place to get married. Not only is the venue classy and gorgeous, but the staff there are kind and accommodating. The wait staff is polite and helpful and the wedding planner is incredible and makes sure every detail is perfect down to every last rose petal and candle. On top of the great service the food is some of the best food I have ever had, not just at a wedding and the drinks are spot on. The dance floor is big and so is the space, with the accommodating patio and duel sided bar. It was a completely perfect day for my now husband and I, and our guests raved about the venue, food, and the overall experience. We feel lucky that we were able to get married at such a wonderful place and I believe any couple that gets married here will feel the same.

We are the parents of the Bride and I can speak volumes about Leslie and The Oaks! Right from the beginning Leslie was there. After the first meeting my daughter said "mom, this is the place, and I love Leslie". Each and every detail was taken care of, my daughter is very meticulous and I find Leslie to be the same way! The room looked exactly as Leslie had said and her staff was there for all our needs. Leslie is the "Bee's knees" she knows her job inside and out. Her careful attention to detail was spot on. We had THE MOST beautiful day ever for a day in March. Outside vows and very comfortable inside reception. My husband and son were even able to putt a ball around before the service! Thank you Leslie! Your truly are wonderful!

The Oaks is simply amazing! From the location, to the staff, to the event coordinator, to the food. Simply amazing. Our wedding was so wonderful! Leslie, the event coordinator, set up everything and broke everything down at the end of the night. She helped us plan everything and gave great advise when needed! She is too sweet. The food is so good, the wait staff were very friendly and the location is beautiful! Highly recommend.

Working with Leslie at The Oaks was a phenomenal experience, to say the absolute least. From the moment we met with her for our first tour, we knew she was the one. The Oaks is breathtaking, from the views over the golf course from the ceremony space to the neutral color palette and elegant decor. When we first met Leslie she was preparing for an event that evening, and it was refreshing and reassuring to see her in her element, taking care of the smallest details for that day. We immediately felt a connection with her and knew that she was going to guide us to our dream wedding. Throughout our wedding planning process, which was over 2 years, Leslie was there to answer our questions promptly, reassure us, guide us, and ensure that she understood our vision for our wedding day. When COVID happened, Leslie was on top of the state guidelines and regulations, and once again was a source of calm and guidance for us. We were able to have our wedding and it was beyond perfect. Leslie is a phenomenal event planner, and the vendor package that we went through with The Oaks ensured that all of our vendors worked together seamlessly to make it a perfect and extremely fun day. Just under a month later our family and friends are still raving about the food, the location, and the entire day start to finish. We wish we could plan another wedding with Leslie! And we will certainly be looking to The Oaks for any future events that we have! SERIOUSLY, GET MARRIED HERE!

The Oaks was amazing to work with-especially during Co-Vid 19. Leslie made sure she was communicating with us at every step, and always responded to any concerns we had regarding our wedding. She made the planning process easy, and was willing to work with our outside vendors, and any ideas we had. The night of was simply amazing. The Staff was attentive and anything anyone was needed was taken care of. I have some very severe allergies to food, and Leslie and the Chef worked with me to make sure all the food served was safe and tasty! Our guests raved about the meals, service and the fireworks! I cannot recommend them enough!

The Oaks Grandview Ballroom was the best place we could have ever picked for our wedding ! The venue itself is so beautiful inside and out. Getting married overlooking the well kept greens of the golf course and pond made for amazing photos. Leslie our wedding planner helped every step of the way while planning and when the big day came it was effortless and a great time. Would recommend anyone to get married here. The food was great the staff is amazing.

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams here last week! Planning a wedding during the uncertainty of a pandemic is no easy task, but Leslie kept us sane through the entire process. We fell in love when we toured this venue last August, but meeting Leslie sealed the deal for us. She is the absolute best you will find. We have received nothing but compliments about the venue, the food and of course the fireworks!!! We could not be happier with how everything turned out and the Oaks (especially Leslie) were a joy to work with! Do not hesitate to book your wedding here - you are in the best hands!

Our wedding on 8/28/2020 was incredible. Truly the best day of our lives. The lead up to it was also very smooth despite a few uncertain moments due to the pandemic. Our ceremony was short and sweet but gorgeous. The reception was so fun. I left it up to Leslie to place my centerpieces and decorations and she did not disappoint! Our guests were wowed by the beauty of the venue, the deliciousness of the food (chicken piccata and lots of steak tips that were all SO good w/generous portions. I had a huge piece of baked haddock that was incredible!) and of course the fireworks! We are still getting complements on everything. We choose the platinum vendor package and let me say as someone who works two jobs, it made my life so much easier. This package included the florist, the cake, dj and photography! All of which were super easy to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted. The vendors were - Photography- A Photographic Memory Florist- Celebrations by Heidi DJ - Get Down Tonight - DJ Gregg Cake - Jacques Pastries The Oaks even paid for our hotel for our wedding night under this package! Last but not least, Leslie! She is a powerhouse who knows exactly how to make your day as special as it can be. You can tell she really cares about her couples and wants to see them happy. I was joking around with my husband when we first met her and said “I would trust her with my life” and now it’s no longer a joke. I would definitely trust her to plan any event for me, or even just advise me in life. We can’t wait to go visit The Oaks and Leslie on our anniversary!

Leslie is amazing! We planned our big beautiful wedding for June 2020, unfortunately COVID came along and messed everything up. Leslie worked with us and let us do a small ceremony on site for just immediate family with dinner at their restaurant after. She also helped us move our big beautiful wedding to June of 2021. You could not do better anywhere else!

Most reviews here describe a positive wedding experience with The Oaks. We'd likely have had the same were it not for the COVID19 pandemic. But it brought to light that at the end of the day, they are just another business trying to make and keep your money. Our wedding was for mid-May 2020. Half the estimated total was paid in deposits and all was on track until about mid-March when COVID-19 got serious in NH. The wedding coordinator emailed us suggesting that we reschedule early and offered to provide some available dates. We asked for the dates, but also wanted her to clarify if postponing was now required or if we could keep our date so long as the headcount was under what the gathering size limit would be. We also let her know we were working on various guest lists with counts at under 50, 25, 10, etc. Her email back had the dates, but she also said they could not have any events of more than 50 people until early May. Our rescheduling question got ignored along with the fact we had just said we can shrink our guest list as needed. With the given dates, a reschedule couldn't work so we let her know that and re-asked about group size. She then said if our gathering met all the safety mandates on our date, we could still have it. We let her know that we'd keep the date and also explained the main reason we couldn't reschedule was that there was a terminally-ill grandparent and that their passing would affect other family being emotionally/physically present for the wedding. We repeated that we'd reach out to guests and shrink the list as needed, but asked about a partial or full refund of our deposits in the worst-case scenario that they could no longer host us regardless of headcount. This time her response ignored the refund question. So we re-asked and got back another useless email mentioning rescheduling at no extra charge (which we already said we couldn't do) and stating that all April and May weddings may be affected. Nothing on a refund… We kindly reminded her about our situation and re-asked about a refund, but her last email ended up being the last we'd hear from her. The manager emailed us in late March around when the stay-at-home order was issued. He told us he was aware of our situation and that we were now the only event still on for May, but that he'd explore options for our day and just needed time. And then 30 days later and 3 weeks from our date, we still hadn't heard back. We emailed him for an update and his one-sentence response said that they're awaiting the governor's stay-at-home order update. That Friday, the stay-at-home order got extended to May 31st and then on Monday he told us that they could no longer keep our date and told us to reschedule--while STILL ignoring the refund inquiry. We wrote back quoting the refund part of the contract and how it clearly applied to our situation. He wrote back just saying we'd only be credited towards a rescheduled event. We were happily able to put together a small wedding ceremony elsewhere with our parents, siblings, and a couple of groomsmen there. It was decorated nicely and we still used our DJ and photographer. We have video of it to look back on and several nice post-wedding photos at a park overlooking the water. If you got this far in the review, know that they will likely do a good job for your event if it's not canceled. But sadly, the pandemic exposed that they're a business first and that your event will always come second to lining their pockets.

We can't recommend the Oaks enough! When we first went to visit, I will admit that I was hesitant only based on the "ballroom" in the name. I walked in and all hesitations went out the window. I couldn't wait to discuss the place with my mom, fiancee, and future mother in law! My husband and I loved how bright the inside of the Oaks was. We immediately fell in love with the open space, the huge windows, the perfect dance floor space, the indoor/outdoor bar, the patio, and the beautiful golf course. We were really hoping for a venue that gave us AC (it was August), but a place that also felt very outdoorsy. The Oaks hit a homerun with what we were looking for. We immediately began to plan for cocktail hour and having wildflowers in mason jars outside, we knew we wanted to make a cornhole set, our tables would have wood rounds and wildflowers- all these things I had dreamed of were able to come true at The Oaks. We LOVED how we could be inside but really enjoy the outside space as well! Our guests loved the venue. People were out on the patio throughout the night visiting the photo booth, playing corn hole, drinking, and waiting for the best surprise- the fireworks. Leslie was a dream to work with. She was super responsive to emails, she answered all of my questions (which were a ton), and made sure our dream came true on our wedding day. We were married at a church, but the second we arrived at The Oaks, Leslie was outside and ready to help us. She brought my husband and I a drink immediately, got the bridal party to the bridal suite (this was a great perk), made our vision in the ballroom come true, and stayed the entire evening to make sure all went smoothly. I loved working with her and would gladly work for her anytime! At the end of the night, our cookie bar had TONS of cookies left, and she was helping all of us package them up! Her professionalism and wonderful attitude made me feel at ease through the whole planning process. My husband and I have been married for almost three months and I constantly look at our pictures and think, "we couldn't have chosen a better place." We loved The Oaks and highly recommend it to anyone! What's not to love? An amazing wedding coordinator, a bridal suite, indoor/outdoor bar, a big dance floor, patio space, a fireworks show, and so much more!

The oaks is a beautiful venue however the wedding coordinator Leslie is the only reason I would not recommend a wedding here. Leading up to the wedding she was great but on the day of the wedding she was extremely rude to my bridal party, guests, and vendors. We are disappointed with her actions and are embarrassed how she treated our vendors and some of of guests. She put a large damper on our wedding day. We had heard from other friends who had attended weddings there that she could be this way but we didn’t believe it until we witnessed it ourselves.

We could not have asked for a better wedding and it is all because we hosted it at The Oaks! From the moment I found this venue online, I knew it was the one. The ballroom itself is pristine and allows you to create whatever vision you’re dreaming of with its gleaming hardwood floors, neutral color scheme, and indoor/outdoor bar. The grounds are also beautifully maintained. Most importantly, though, was Leslie. I’m an event planner so knew I needed someone I could trust with every little detail. After our first meeting, I had no doubt that Leslie’s reputation in all of these reviews were anything but the truth! Leslie responded to every email, made sure to cover every detail throughout the planning process, and truly cared about us just as she does for every other couple getting married at The Oaks (who she fondly refers to as “my couples”). The Oaks was everything we were looking for: beautiful, affordable, flexible, delicious food, and Leslie truly is the biggest asset to this venue. 9/28/19 was the best day of our lives and we could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate!

The best decision we ever made was choosing The Oaks as our wedding venue. I can't express enough how amazing this venue is. The wedding coordinator, Leslie was absolutely amazing. She made our dream wedding come to life. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and Leslie will make sure that dream comes true. The food at the venue couldn't have been any better. We still have friends telling us how amazing it was. Please, if you are a bride or groom go check out The Oaks. I can promise you they will not disappoint. My day was so magical and I think of it all the time.

The venue is beautiful! We were lucky enough to have the ceremony outside as well as fireworks!! The food was delicious! They were quick to cater to me (vegetarian) without a hassle. Every one of my guests comment on how fantastic the food was! Leslie is amazing! She was super helpful and patient with my thousands of questions! When I walked into the ballroom on the day of my wedding, all of my anxiety disappeared, because Leslie and her staff set it up just how I would have!

Choosing to have our wedding and reception at the Oaks was the best decision we could have made, hands down. We live in Colorado and having to pick a venue from across the country caused us to have to rely heavily on reviews from others. My mom went to look at the venue in person and I was able to video conference in, which is when I "met" Leslie for the first time. The venue is gorgeous, the outdoor space incredible, and the indoor/outdoor bar was awesome. We were able to see the venue in person a few months after booking it and it is even more beautiful in person. What I believe the star of the show is though, is Leslie. From that initial meeting I could tell that Leslie was something special, you could tell she absolutely loved her job and wanted nothing more than to help make our day perfect. Throughout the planning process she was responsive with any questions I had, was honest, and gave guidance when asked. The day before the wedding we dropped off the decorations we had and her and her team took it from there. I can't tell you how at ease I felt on my wedding day knowing Leslie and her team had everything handled. She kept things on track, let us know where we needed to be and when (without being pushy), kept an eye on the weather to make sure we could squeeze in the fireworks before it rained again, and looked out for us to make sure we were fed (all of the food was so delicious) and had whatever we needed. If there is such a thing as a "fairy wedding godmother", that is Leslie. It's now been 3 weeks since our wedding and I still believe our wedding day truly wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without Leslie and the rest of the staff at the Oaks. I only wish I had all the words to express our appreciation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

When we had our first visit to the Oaks we immediately knew we had found our spot. From the second we walked through the doors we were in love with the indoor/outdoor patio, the gardens, and most of all Leslie. Simply put, Leslie is the best in the biz. I had read many reviews about the venue and her work but I cannot even put into words how incredible she is. I had some ideas of what we'd like to do but she took everything to another level and was with us every step of the way. We ended up doing the "Stress-free" package which made me laugh because how could a wedding be stress-free, right? It ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Leslie does her research with these vendors and everyone that works with the Oaks is truly a top vendor. Even more important, these vendors knew the staff and set-up at the Oaks and they were comfortable there which allowed us to get the best pictures, music, and more. I highly recommend this package to anyone who books their day here. I'm more of a big picture person so it was SO helpful to have Leslie who could take my concept and make it come to life. I was able to drop off our decorations and she just knew what would work best where and how to put everything I was dreaming of together in a way I couldn't have ever imagined possible. She kept the day moving, made sure we got to eat but also that we were able to talk with people. We truly didn't have to worry about a single thing. We heard over and over from our guests how amazing the food was, how beautiful the venue is, how great the staff is and how AMAZING the fireworks are! If you are able to do the fireworks, you will not be disappointed. I can't recommend The Oaks enough. Our day was magical and we're forever grateful.

Leslie is absolutely amazing, the venue was decorated spectacularly, the food was AMAZING - every single person we spoke with enjoyed their meals. Leslie will go above and beyond for you and makes sure your day flows smoothly and is 100% everything you want to be. The garden near the ceremony area is incredible for any plant lovers!! The sun stayed out for our ceremony and guests were able to use the patio during the downpour at the reception. We are so glad we chose the Oaks, thanks again Lesie and staff!

Our son and daughter-in-law had a truly “Happily Ever After” wedding at The Oaks Grandview Ballroom. The venue is spectacular with gorgeous views and fabulous food. The fireworks were an amazing surprise! We can’t thank Leslie and staff enough for their professionalism and quality of service. Under Leslie’s direction, every aspect of the wedding went smoothly, including the rain stopping before the outdoor ceremony! The staff obviously love their jobs as demonstrated by the excellent service they provided. We highly recommend The Oaks if your are planning a wedding or other event. Our guests are still raving that this was “the best wedding ever!”

Where to start. My now husband (WOOT!) and I fell in love with the venue the first time we laid eyes on it, but what truly sold us was Leslie. Our families lived in different states so we were solely responsible for every aspect of the wedding planning process. Leslie was so incredibly understanding of our needs and was so supportive through it all. From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. She explained ways of getting the most our budget and all of our options. She never said no to any idea, she was always incredibly responsive, and always so on top of it! Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing, I get goosebumps every time I think about it. We are so incredibly fortunate to have had her to help us through this, we truly could not have done it without her. I explained my ideas and Leslie turned them into a reality. The wait staff were wonderful and so helpful throughout the night, the food was incredible, and the platinum vendors that they are partnered with are amazing. There are no words. We are so grateful to every person that was involved in planning/executing the BEST day of our lives. I can’t express how grateful I am for the staff at The Oaks for making our wedding so beautiful, especially Leslie. She made everything run so smoothly, she was there for us every step of the way, and her 15 years of experience in this field really show. We received so many compliments on the beautiful venue, the fireworks show, and the delicious food. Absolutely would recommend The Oaks, and I already wish we could go back and do it all over again.

I got married last May and Our coordinator was nothing short of amazing! Her attention to detail, organization, and quick response time with all matters made the whole process smooth and stress free. The day of my wedding, Leslie kept everything on schedule, and took care of every little detail so that I could enjoy my day. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous, and the topper was the fireworks at the end (I HIGHLY recommend investing the extra for them). I would do my wedding over a thousand times there if I could :)

Leslie is absolutely AMAZING! I got married in October 2018, and to say I felt overwhelmed during the planning process is an understatement. Leslie made everything easy, and understood my vision when I didn't even understand it myself! She has so many great ideas, anytime I had a question or concern, she had an answer. She is amazingly creative, and makes any space look beautiful. I honestly could go on and on, working with Leslie is an absolute joy, and I would recommend her to everyone!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Oaks Grandview Ballroom in November 2018, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Oaks, staff, and most of all the wedding coordinator Leslie. Our entire experience from start to finish was absolutely incredible and I honestly don't think I could have said that, had it not been for Leslie and her team. Although a wedding is a very happy time for a couple, it brings with it a lot of stress as well. Leslie took all of that stress from us and created the most beautiful day of our lives. Whenever we had a question, concern, or a 3am lightbulb moment, Leslie was always very punctual in getting back to us as soon as possible and putting us at ease. She always made me feel like I was the only bride she had. That, to me, was irreplaceable. The food at the Oaks was delicious and our guests have been talking about it for months. We had a choreographed first dance, and Leslie offered to have us come in a few days before the wedding to practice on the dance floor. We were able to drop all of our extras off at the same time and they were set up to perfection when we arrived for the reception. I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful this day was. If you are reading this and considering booking the Oaks as your venue, I would tell you to book now, because you've found the best of the best. Thank you Oaks. Thank you staff.
