ded little decoration, as almost everything is supplied for you. John planned with us every detail and it felt so organized. The reality--the "getting ready" room, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception were more than we had dreamed. John and his staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure decorations were perfect and that the night flowed smoothly. The only downfall--it went by too fast! We wish we could do it all over again because it was one of the most amazing experiences. The food....every app and main course was done to perfection. They even gave the couples table a plate of each dish, packed up what we didn't eat, and brought it over to our room! The wedding suite was incredible, the hotel and staff were amazing, and every aspect about this venue was done with care and pride. I can't say enough about how perfect everything was for our wedding. Thank you for making our day so special and we look forward to coming back for our first year anniversary!!

e Grain House at Olde Mill Inn. I can truly say that everyone’s wedding venue search should just start and stop with Olde Mill Inn! From the start, after deciding that the Grain House was the place that most felt like us, Lindsay was incredibly helpful with all our questions and needs! She was responsive to the many emails we sent her in the close to year and a half between us deciding on the venue and the wedding date. Any time we needed anything changed or needed something like more rooms for the wedding block, she was there to take care of it - of all the worries we had leading up to our big day, none of them at all concerned the actual venue (and by extension, the food for the guests). As we got closer to the wedding, the wonderful service we had become accustomed to through the Olde Mill Inn continued with our maître d', David. David was absolutely wonderful to work with: such care was given to all of the small details that make the actual wedding day seamless and perfect, and that became even clearer as my wife and I were able to enjoy our own day to the fullest without worrying about a single thing (no exaggeration, actually). The feeling I got was that David was really aware of the time and effort my wife and I had put into wedding planning and vendor selection over the last year and a half, and he wanted to keep that level of care met to the fullest while making sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. During active roles with us (such as guiding the procession) and passive roles to keep the night moving (like bringing guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception), David put in so much work that it was clear this was not his first wedding. The smallest example I can think of with this was how we needed to meet someone during the reception to drop off our bouquet and boutonniere - we told David, then I promptly completely forgot, but that didn’t matter at all since without us saying anything, the bouquet and boutonniere were where they needed to be. As for Olde Mill Inn as a venue and caterer - everything was amazing and beautiful. Given the fact that people are still telling us how great our wedding was weeks after, we think our guests all feel the same way. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained for our outdoor ceremony and reception (with nature in full bloom), the food was top notch (multiple people told us how great all of the food was, including one couple that said we had the best food out of the other two weddings they were at that weekend), and the hotel rooms everyone was able to easily walk to after the after party were of course clean and nice. Everything really came together to be the amazing night we knew our wedding could be, and so much of that can be attributed to Olde Mill Inn, Lindsay, and David. This will be the only place I tell people to have their weddings :)

One of the things we loved most about the venue is that there is a hotel right on site, which made everything so convenient for our guests. On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless, and the staff made us feel completely taken care of. He kept everything on track and made sure we were always taken care of, which let us just enjoy the day without worrying about anything. The venue itself was beautiful, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend the Olde Mill Inn to anyone looking to get married.

OMI does so much behind the scenes to make sure that everyone has an amazing time, and all of our guests raved about the food. It was also great to have everything on-site (rehearsal dinner the night before, hair/makeup in the morning, hotel room block, ceremony, reception, after party, next-morning breakfast all at OMI) which eliminated the logistic-related stress. I highly recommend OMI. To anyone on the fence - definitely do it, I promise it will be worth it!

John and Lea went above and beyond, helping move countless items and making sure every detail was perfect. The bride’s mom, who was in charge of decorations, said that the design of the day would not have been possible without their incredible help and care. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every single moment of our day. Together, John and Lea made our wedding not just a beautiful event, but a flawless, stress-free, and joyful experience. We are so grateful for them and would hire them a hundred times over! We will miss them so much because they were so kind and we hope our friends have their weddings here too!!!

met with Kate, we did a virtual tour and even from afar she made everything so easy to understand and answered all of our questions. We were so confident that this was the place for us that we booked without even visiting. Throughout the entire process, Kate was always so kind, helpful and responsive! Our maitre d’, Marien, also went above and beyond to make our day exactly what we wanted! She was so responsive and never had any issues with any of our requests! Even with us planning a wedding from out of state, Marien never missed a beat! On the day of, everything ran so smoothly and it is all because of Marien! Everything was on time and went according to the schedule. It ended up raining on our wedding day so Marien and the team quickly switched our ceremony to inside but everything was so seamless and beautiful that guests thought it was the plan the entire time! We are still receiving compliments from so many of our guests on how amazing and plentiful the food was and how charming the venue is. We cannot recommend the Olde Mill Inn as well as Kate, Marien and the entire team to bring your wedding dreams to life!!

The planning process was easy and seamless with email access to Kate in sales and our Maitre'd at all times. I never had a question go un-answered. We held our rehearsal dinner at the Grainhouse Restaurant the day before and we loved the "wedding weekend" experience this created. The highly attentive and experienced staff knows exactly what they are doing. I never wanted for anything, and I felt like a royal guest at the Inn. Our Maitre'd, John, was fun-loving, friendly, and over all just a joy to work with! We were so blessed to have him by our side on our wedding day!

to ensure our wedding was the best day of our lives. We had Reda as our Maitre D' and he did an exceptional job coordinating and handled all of our requests leading up to our wedding in a timely, caring, and effective manner. We felt at home throughout the entire process, especially during our stay throughout our wedding weekend. The food was phenomenal, the courtyard was a beautiful ceremony space, and the ballroom was the perfect size / layout for our reception. The Olde Mill Inn also provided unmatched flexibility and accommodations compared to other venues we looked at. For example, we were able to have a welcome event at the Grain House the night before our wedding and a 2-hour afterparty with a bar and additional food after our reception. The hotel rooms were all beautiful and the honeymoon suite was absolutely stunning. We highly recommend The Olde Mill Inn, as the venue, staff, and overall experience went beyond our wildest dreams for what we hoped our wedding would be.

He checked in on us as were getting ready and reassured us that everything was going as plan. He even made sure we had all our cocktail hour food set up in the Bernard’s suite for our private cocktail hour. He was diligent about checking in on us throughout the night as well. The food was amazing and far exceeded expectations. We have gotten so many compliments on the food especially the cocktail hour. The Inn is so charming and the accommodations were amazing. Staff- thank you for making our day stress free and memorable.

We were lucky to have John as our maitre d and he made sure everything was taken care of leading up to and on the day of the wedding. John brought us and our parents appetizers and drinks throughout cocktail hour and when it was time to cut the cake, he ran to make sure our parents didn't miss it. We were so fortunate to have him help to make the day wonderful. One of the greatest aspects is the convenience of having the rooms right there on site. It was easy for guests to head to bed after the reception - or after the after party at the Grain House across the parking lot.

s off-site but we got ready and had the cocktail hour and reception at the OMI. The morning getting ready was so relaxing and everyone was extremely helpful. ** just a fun tip. My husband and I stayed in the Bernards suite the night before the wedding, that way we had the room for full wedding day and that is actually where the guys got ready and it worked perfectly! We had a cocktail style dinner and had a few little random requests that they accommodated perfectly. The entire staff was welcoming and professional and it was such a cozy winter time wedding. The location is also great because it is right off the highway and easy to access. I recommend the OMI for many types of couples who are looking for a cozy, yet formal wedding venue who want a stress-free and fun day. We had SO MUCH FUN at the OMI from start to finish. Thank you!

left the tour - we knew The Olde Mill was the location for us! Our experience got even better when we were assigned David as our maître d'. David was super accommodating and helpful during the planning process. The day of - he ran the whole day smoothly and EVERY little detail was planned out and thought of ahead of time. In addition to David, the entire staff was wonderful to work with. I received so many positive comments from my bridal party and guests about the venue and the staff. Not to mention - the hotel accommodation is right there to! No need to stress planning a separate location for hotel or shuttle service to get there. I HIGHLY recommend the Olde Mill Inn as a wedding venue!

this wedding become a reality. This was seriously the best day of my life and I couldn’t imagine having found a better venue than this! Our wedding was relatively small, And the Grain House provided for the perfect rustic backdrop for our celebration! We are so grateful to the venue’s staff and crew for all the time and effort put into ensuring our special day went smoothly. both incredible to work with. John was very attentive and was always there for us. Everything went smoothly and our day was wonderful! Our guests raved about the food and the beautiful venue! For food, we highly recommend the french onion boule, southwest station, and mini cheesesteak bar! We are definitely going to be going back to this venue for future events!

wedding. David was our Matri'd and he was nothing short of amazing. David made sure everything was running smoothly and that we always had a drink in our hand! He made sure that we got to eat and enjoy our wedding food and packed up everything we did not finish and put it in our room at the end of the night. Lea was our initial contact who was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Both David & Lea answered all our questions and ensured we had the best day of our lives. David also helped set up the reception space which was even better than I could have imagined. David really made my vision come to life. The food was amazing, our guests are still raving about it a month later and saying it was the best wedding they've been to! We wound up having more no's than anticipated, and added on several extras at cocktail hour and desert options. Everybody loved EVERYTHING, and reheated the next day it was just as tasty. I hope we can attend as guests one day!

ntive. Our maître d’, David, ensured that our wedding celebration ran smoothly. He was responsive over the months leading up to our event and provided informed, honest advice about many of the decisions that we were weighing. On the day of, he checked in with us frequently, to help calm our nerves. Throughout the evening, he gathered samples of the food, so that we could focus on spending time with our guests. So many of those guests shared how impressed they were with The Grain House. David and the staff are very good at what they do.

questions. Our Maitre'D, David, was incredibly attentive and helpful as well. My dad uses adaptive equipment, and everyone at the Olde Mill made sure that he was able to participate in our wedding comfortably and confidently. David arrived early Saturday morning and checked in with us regularly throughout the day. The service was incredible, and the space was absolutely stunning. I didn't have to think about a single thing once the day arrived, and we were truly able to relax and enjoy the day. We have already recommended this venue to many of our friends, and will continue to remember the absolutely perfect day we had.

nager was Reda. Reda was on top of everything, there was nothing he couldn’t do, all he wanted me to do was for me to enjoy the yay! Our wedding was magical at the OMI. All their preferred vendors were masters of their respective crafts. We hosted the ceremony in the courtyard, reception in the ballroom and farewell brunch in the Grain House. We had about 50 rooms and ended up extending the bar…everything exceeded our expectations…understated elegance with a sprinkle of rustic flair. I would HIGHLY recommend the Olde Mill Inn!!!
