About this vendor
We are a rustic monitor style barn on 12 acres outside Chapin, SC. Our barn is 3,200sqft and contains a sitting room, caterer prep room, and four restrooms. On the property itself we have a brand new bridal cottage, a groom's barn, two firepits, a silo bar, enormous deck for the perfect cocktail hour, and a picturesque pavillion perfect for any ceremony. Weddings can get very expensive when you add up vendors and decorations. To try and help included in every wedding is use of all our decorations. Take your time and stroll through our 30x40 "Something Borrowed Barn". Inside you'll find more handmade signs, lanterns, and wedding decor then Hobby Lobby itself. We try to keep things very simple. We only have one package here and the price soley depends on how many guests your anticipating. In that package you receive all the below as well as benches for the ceremony and table and chairs for the reception.
Both packages include the follows:
-Use of the venue and property from 8am to 11pm
-Use of Bridal cottage and Grooms barn
-Use of all our décor (Log slivers, lanterns, card boxes, signs, ect)
-Use of our donut bar, shiplap photobooth, coffee bar, candy bar
-Use of both our wood burning fire pit and propane firepit
-Up to 2 parking attendants to direct traffic
-Setup and Breakdown
-Clean up and trash removal
-Use of all barrels, farmhouse tables, sweetheart tables, antique tables, ect
-Rehearsal the friday night (1 hour)
-Time for bridal portraits and engagement photos on the property (Monday through Thursday or Sundays)
-Use of the barn golf cart with attendant (If needed)
-Use of Silo bar
-Use of either cross, arbor, diamond, or octagon for ceremony
-Unlimited visits to the barn to meet with coordinator or vendors
All weddings at the barn come with a Day of Coordinator and access to AislePlanner a wedding planning portal.
Things included with Day of Coordinator:
-Coordinator coordinates rehearsal friday night
-Wedding questionaire to help us create your personalized wedding timeline.
-Access to all our decor and setups via AislePlanner
-Put your cards & gifts away
-Make newlywed plates & to-go plates
-Coordinate ceremony day of wedding & all of reception
-Cake cutting
-Coordinating with all vendors on time and setups
When you do a package with us we do include linens, overlays, and runners (In available colors) for free so you never have to worry about renting them.

I have so many amazing things to say about Ole Oak Barn and the people behind the magic there! Firstly, thank you Sam and everyone who help make my wedding one of a kind! I had ideas and a different vibe I wanted and Sam and the rest of the barn crew help it come to life. The bridal cottage is absolutely beautiful and I loved spending a lot of the day in there. The pricing was great for everything that was included and well worth every single penny. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with amazing people, you need to take a look at Ole Oak Barn!
The most beautiful venue! Samantha and her mom were amazing, and so sweet. They did the setting up and all the taking down. We couldn’t have been more happier with our wedding!
As soon as I got engaged I called The Ole Oak Barn, I wanted to get married a year after being engaged and the only date they had open was thanksgiving weekend. I knew they were going to be closed so they could spend time with their family but to my surprise they agreed to let me have my wedding then. They made everything so easy for me and the day of my wedding I had nothing to worry about as they did everything for us. They truly are the most amazing people and the venue is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Thanks so much Michelle and Samantha, Larry and I love you so much!!!
Our wedding was amazing and EASY for us! Samantha did everything we could ask for and more that we didn't even think to ask for. The decorations were beautiful and the coordination was perfect. The property is beautiful. Very quiet and private. They have an amazing pavilion and a beautiful barn. I highly recommend this venue!
Michelle and Samantha were so easy and enjoyable to work with! They were so responsive to every question and worked with every idea and vision we wanted for our wedding! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the time we booked our date to the time we left our wedding, Michelle and Samantha were there every step of the way. We highly recommend the Ole Oak Barn for anyone who is interested in the rustic farmhouse style venue!
