I love weddings. Like LOVE love them. I love the part of this process that allows me to ask a bride about her vision for her day, hear a little about the relationship, and then come up with a design that is artful, functional, and sets the tone for the wedding when the guests receive the invitation - or even as early as the save-the-date. I love celebrating love, working hard to build a custom wedding invitation, invitation suite, or complete event branding package that completely coordinates the day and the events surrounding. r source. I initially reached out to Lauren to order seals for our invitations before mailing them. I paid extra for the expedited service to ensure we would receive them quickly. I was promised delivery within a week of the order. After ignoring my requests to check on the status, they were finally delivered to me 10 days after the order. The seals were exactly what I ordered and I was pleased. The invitations were just mailed a few days later than I had planned. I knew her husband had some health problems just before my order, so I forgave the delay and decided to go ahead and order our wedding favors through her (printed koozies, cocktail napkins and matchboxes). I met with her, got the order details finalized, and paid in full on the spot. I was told everything was ordered that day and would be shipped 3 weeks before the wedding. Plenty of time, I was told! Again, she ignored several text messages for order update requests. I happened to see her a few days after the items should have shipped. Put on the spot, she told me a story about one shipment being on the way and the other shipping that day. Then nothing for several days and more ignored texts. Two days before our wedding, Lauren called me with the news that none of the items had come in and excuses about vendor issues. She assured me she had made extra efforts and would have everything delivered to the venue on the day of our wedding. Of course she was extremely apologetic and promised to make it up to me. She did deliver items on the day of the wedding, but nothing was what we ordered! She had promised a refund, so after the honeymoon I emailed her seeking the refund. We finally received the refund almost a month after the wedding. I would not recommend anyone using her services and putting themselves through that headache!

getting a response at every step of the process. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. It took almost two weeks and another vendor reaching out to her before I got a response on the status of my invitations, which should have been in hand by then. When she finally responded, I got the run-around and reassurances that I still had plenty of time. Another week went by with no information, so my mother sent an email. Lauren responded to that in a very defensive manner with more excuses about delays at the printer. My invitations finally arrived many weeks after the promised date and with a promise of complimentary thank you notes. I sent Lauren the information for my thank you notes, along with 2 or 3 follow-up emails, and have received nothing. I finally had to order something else.
Lauren is amazing she did everything I dreamed of for our invitation!! I also totally recommend her hand drawn maps they are incredible!!
