The Orchard at Caney Creek

We had our wedding on December 29th. The Orchard at Caney Creek was a perfect venue and we heard from many of our guests about how beautiful it was and how amazing the food was. The staff was great and everything was perfect. Not a single complaint from me, my wife, party, or any of our 150 guests.

We are so happy that we chose this venue. It was absolutely beautiful. All of the trees and the little pond were exactly the vibe we were going for. The reception room was perfect and the staff was amazing as well as the food! I think our favorite part other than the beautiful scenery was the on site lodging and the after party. I hope to come back one day for someone’s wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about The Orchard at Caney Creek! It was the very first venue my husband and I visited and we knew nothing else would compare. Aside from the beauty, the service was exceptional! Haley was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! Honestly, she deserves her own review and five stars. She made the day go by so smoothly and handled everything with such grace! We're still getting compliments from the venue, to the food, to the after party and we could not agree with everyone more! Our wedding day was perfect & we're sooo happy we came across The OCC on our search for wedding venues!

Everything was perfection. From start to finish, everyone at this venue is professional, flexible, and extremely motivated to make sure your wedding is spectacular. The Orchard at Caney Creek is the absolute best place we could have found to get married. It's perfectly tucked away while still being close to the highway. It has the best Airbnb-style houses to stay at and get ready in. The ceremony sites are picture-perfect. The reception space was just the right size for our wedding. The onsite catering was absolutely delicious. The best part of the OCC is that they cover so many things - they provide the TABC-certified staff and all mixers, they cut your cake, they have wonderful coordinators and staff (shoutout to our coordinator Haley who was a godsend), they allow an after-party, and so much more. Everyone that attended our wedding commented on what a perfect venue it was! I would get married here all over again.

My husband and I got married here just 2 weeks ago, and I can’t say enough good things about The Orchard and their team! The convenience of having the venue also be your caterer was so helpful, and all of food tasted great! The service staff and bartender were also very nice, and are great at what they do. We had gone with the Wedding Eve and the After Party packages so that we could host our families and wedding party onsite for 2 nights, and I love how it worked out! After the reception was over, our older guests were able to leave while the younger crowd stayed on-site a bit longer to hang out, which was so much fun! Finally, I have to give the biggest shoutout to Haley, the coordinator that works with the venue. We decided to opt-in for their coordination package, and it was the best choice we made for the entire wedding. Haley is truly the guardian angel of weddings- she asked for our preference on details I never would have thought of, she helped set up both our ceremony and reception decor, and she truly just made everything fall into place. She made sure we ate and had drinks when we wanted them, and once everything was done, she helped box everything up so it could be put away into cars for the night. Being a Type A person, it can be harder for me to let someone else take lead on things, but with Haley it felt so natural, not to mention she handles every situation so gracefully! Using The Orchard for our wedding and having Haley help us is a decision I would make 1000 times over again!

Absolutely wonderful. My husband and I got married here the other day, and we couldn't have picked a better venue! From the great food that we got so many compliments on, to the cute, cozy feel of the place, down to the wonderful service from the coordinators Haley and Hannah, we completely recommend this place. They had great prices on inclusive packages that are hard to beat.

This is a must see venue!!! It is truly magical!!! My husband and I got married here 3 weeks ago and I cannot say enough great things about the Orchard!!! The venue itself is beautiful - the trees and green spaces on property make for beautiful pictures! There are 4 houses on property that allowed our family and wedding party to stay on site allowing us to enjoy the whole weekend together! We also did our rehearsal dinner on the outdoor deck and it was just a beautiful view over looking the creek on the back of the property! The best part of the venue has to be the staff and food! We worked with the Orchard’s coordinator Haley Sabrsula who truly was a dream wedding coordinator! I do not know how we could have done the wedding day without her help!! From ensuring the day went smooth to making sure the decor was perfect to coordinating vendors - she did it all! Haley made our day so smooth and worked to make our whole day the best day of our lives! We loved getting married at the Orchard!!!

Such a beautiful venue for the wedding day! We signed our contract on the day of our visit at the venue. The team was very helpful and organized throughout the process, leading up to the wedding day. Food served on our wedding day was fabulous! Highly recommended!

My husband and I got married here two weeks ago and absolutely LOVED the venue. The pecan orchard, the land, and the indoor/outdoor space is absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for! Haley was our coordinator, and she was GREAT, and we are so glad we decided to hire her for our special day. We cannot thank the OCC and Haley enough for all that they did. Thank you so much!!!

I am so incredibly happy that we chose the Orchard and grateful they had availability for the date we wanted. Haley was our day of coordinator and was an angel. She is so sweet and is constantly in the background making things go smoothly and thinking about every tiny detail. The staff is all extremely professional and the venue is absolutely breathtaking. It felt like a second home being there and I didn’t want to leave! We finally got our photos back and I am gushing at how beautiful they all are and how beautiful the venue was. It’s a beautiful pecan orchard with a creek and an indoor dining space. It’s in Wharton, and they have charming little houses for your guests to stay in overnight. Lots of pretty places to take pictures! The food is delicious. Guests raved about it. Add on the charcuterie board for your cocktail hour. Definitely worth it! I did a lot of my own wedding planning, so I really appreciated that they had a preferred vendor list. You're not required to use their list, but it really helped me a ton because I didn't have to research vendors. Our day of coordinator Haley was sweet and calm. Can’t say enough positive things. We got married outside in the orchard, but I also liked that we could have gotten married inside if the weather had been bad.

We absolutely LOVED The Orchard at Caney Creek!! Haley, the coordinator at Caney Creek was so quick to respond and very helpful the day of! I was at ease knowing there was basically nothing for me to handle on wedding day. If you’re hesitant about booking a day of coordinator at The Orchard, just do it!! Jeff, the owner was also super helpful and friendly to work with. I ended up wanting my ceremony space moved the morning of the wedding and he got out there himself and got it handled and organized. The food catered through the venue was absolutely amazing too! So many people came up to us at the wedding telling us the food was SO good! There was a great discount for our Friday wedding too. We also loved the fact we had the houses on the property for the night before and the night after. We didn’t have to worry about family and wedding party driving around before or after the wedding and we got to continue the party after the reception, which was amazing for us to spend more time with everyone. We had an absolutely perfect day and there was nothing we would have changed! It was just beautiful and we loved every moment of it! HUGE thank you to The Orchard at Caney Creek, Haley, Hannah and Jeff for making our day perfect!

Amazing!!! Two Forks out did themselves on our wedding day. Our guests loved the appetizers at cocktail hour, dinner was hot and delicious, open bar was so well attended for everyone. We received so many compliments after our wedding of how great everything went that day but especially how delicious the food was and they wished they could have gone for seconds. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, very professional and we couldn't thank our catering coordinator, Christina, enough for all she did. Two Forks made our day even more special!

My fiancé and I toured The Orchard at Caney Creek while searching for our wedding venue. We loved absolutely everything about this venue. The grounds are breathtaking, the reception area is beautiful, and the optional guest accommodations are an added bonus! Hannah, the venue's wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable! I can't say enough good things about her. Also, their package option is a wedding planning lifesaver. Our venue choice came down to location, and unfortunately this venue was just a little too far from our hometown, otherwise we would've had our wedding here!

Soooo amazing! Love the Orchard! Staying at the venue before and after the wedding is such a special feature I would 100% recommend it! Also the wedding coordinators Hannah and Haley are so awesome! It rained the day of my wedding and Hannah and Haley were rockstars the entire time. I definitely would not have been able to keep it together without them! Everything turned out perfectly and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Let me tell y’all something. This beautiful secluded wedding/events venue is everything you could ever picture and more. The entire team was so easy and wonderful to work with! Hannah literally made our weekend so special and was so attentive with any/all questions I had. From the moment we stepped on site for the initial visit and then again for the open house every one was so caring and excited for you to be there. We went with the al inclusive package and it was amazing. The food that is catered is delicious!!!! The entire day flew by and if I could do it all again at the orchard at caney creek I would !!

Absolutely loved working with the orchard for our wedding! My husband and I would highly recommend this fantastic venue! Hannah, Jeff and the fantastic staff did an amazing job making sure our night went smoothly. The food was delicious. We also had two vendors from their preferred vendors list, who were amazing including: Arlene Rose Designs(florist), Royal Dukes Band(live pianist- Jordan). We love you guys! I wish I had enough words to describe how amazing this venue and their staff are! I booked the Orchard at first sight and it was the only venue I looked at in person- it is absolutely incredible! We did the Wedding Eve package so we were able to have our rehearsal dinner there and have guests stay over night for both rehearsal dinner and night of the wedding- I HIGHLY recommend this (All the guests with children loved this)! The property is beautiful and made for a perfect outdoor ceremony. Every detail of the decor on the property is impeccable- we were blown away at all the small design touches in the houses we stayed in. Hannah and Haley were INCREDIBLE and AMAZING! I am so thankful we had them both as day of coordinators. We initially booked our wedding in January 2020 but due to COVID postponed to November 2021, the staff made this transition SEAMLESS and so easy. THE FOOD- WOW, everyone LOVED it. Also, the mixed china pattern plates for the place settings was the icing on the cake and what sealed the deal for me booking them. I just honestly can't recommend this venue or the staff enough, our wedding was beyond my wildest dreams.

From the moment we first looked at this venue, we were in love with it. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful from the orchard and ponds to the reception hall and various houses available to rent. The staff are very professional, responsive & helpful. We enjoyed every moment of the wedding. The option to rent the various houses and have guests stay on site overnight was a great bonus and allowed us to continue our celebration after the official reception was finished. It was very convenient that the venue includes the catering service, and their food is fantastic. I highly recommend this location to any person planning their wedding celebration. A special thanks to Hannah for all her assistance throughout the planning process.

Hannah was our main contact for our wedding. She was kind and professional and very patient with my opinionated family. The venue was beautiful and immaculately clean. They have inclusive packages to choose from and also a capability to host up to 40 people the night before the wedding! Anything we asked for they were flexible to accommodate. It was honestly the most relaxing day. Hannah also offers to be the day of coordinator which I highly recommend!

My husband and I had an incredible experience with OCC for our June wedding. Hannah was wonderful to work with, very responsive to our many emails and questions, kind and helpful. The venue is gorgeous - outside and inside - the food is delicious, and I just want to live in the Orchard House. We highly recommend to other couples for a stress-free wedding day!

The Orchard at Caney Creek is truly a hidden gem. I cannot imagine having our wedding at another venue. My husband and I were pretty picky when it came to finding a venue - we wanted a stunning entrance, lots of greenery, and a modern/chic dining area. The Orchard met all these and more. The property is beautiful and maintained well. The guest houses are so convenient and comfortable. The food was warm, delicious, and exceeded expectations. We had several wedding guests share their enthusiasm for the venue! I cannot begin to thank Hannah and the rest of the OCC team enough for everything that they did leading up to and on the wedding day. Our day was magical and wonderful thanks to the Orchard.

I’m beyond glad that we booked The Orchard for our wedding. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but Hannah is beyond amazing! She helped with everything and made planning my wedding less stressful and I’ll forever be grateful for that. I highly recommend having her as your day of coordinator. It’s definitely worth it! I really appreciated that they gave me a preferred vendors list. It made it so much easier when looking for other vendors. You don’t have to go with who’s on the list but it really helps knowing that they’ve already been to the venue. They also have open houses where you can meet some of the vendors. The Orchard was AMAZING!! Hannah was our coordinator and there aren't enough amazing words to describe her! She was so helpful from the moment we booked. She showed us around the venue many times and was so helpful and ready to answer questions anytime we needed! The venue is beautiful, and everyone helped to create my exact vision for our big day. 10/10 from me! If you are looking for wide open spaces, the ability to make your day extremely unique, and the most helpful and kind staff, this is the place!

From beginning to end the orchard was perfect! They were prompt and answering our questions and they were professional in every way! The tasting was really good and it helped us to confirm our choices. They were so good and listening to Claire and Will‘s ideas and putting them in motion. They have good social media that gets their name out there. Hannah was so good the day of the wedding about stopping by all the time to see if we needed anything and to see if our vendors were showing up and doing what we wanted. We cannot sing her praises enough! Everyone we came in contact with was so kind and professional. I would highly recommend them for all your needs when you are planning a wedding!

We love everyone at OCC!! We just had our wedding there about 2 weeks ago and we couldn't have made a better choice. The owners Susan and Jeff made us feel like family there and were the most helpful people. When we toured with them we knew immediately this was our place. Hannah our day of coordinator was also amazing. She made everything easy and fun on the wedding day. NO STRESS!!! Not to mention the site is beautiful, all of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been too. This venue is absolutely perfect! We got married here a few weeks ago and everything went so smoothly with the help of our wonderful coordinator, Christina. Jeff and Susan are so down to earth and extremely easy to work with... they made my planning super easy. This venue is beautiful and truly comes with everything you need. We received so many compliments on the food as well as the beauty of the entire property. The lodging on site was exactly what we needed for our guests and family. My husband's family traveled from Minnesota with 20 people, the groom's house accommodated them perfectly. This place is truly a one stop shop, and if that's what you're looking for, book quickly!!

We were married at OCC a few weeks ago and could not have chosen a more perfect venue. The Orchard is an incredibly beautiful place with extremely knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond in helping to make your planning easy and your wedding day fun. Susan, Hannah, and staff are respectful and work hard to meet your needs for your wedding day. The atmosphere of OCC is magical and romantic. When the sun sets, the trees glow in the light, making pictures amazing. Many details, such as linens, silverware, flatware, and catering, are included in the price which saves you time and effort during your planning process. All the prices are upfront without any hidden fees or charges, which is so helpful when you are trying to budget for the big day. We opted for their Wedding Eve package, which allowed us to stay on site with our friends and family Friday night as well. This is one of the big reasons we loved our experience with OCC. By having an extra evening with our friends and family the night before, it felt like a weekend getaway and the wedding day felt much more relaxed and fun. We had so many guests tell us the grounds were beautiful and that the food was delicious. If you are considering this venue, we highly recommend that you visit in person and meet with the staff. This venue was FANTASTIC! It was so naturally beautiful with all the trees and the creek that it needed very little decorating. The whole place was simple, light and airy. Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Our families loved the setup of the venue as well. We all stayed for the weekend (got there Friday, left Sunday), which made things a lot less hectic. It was nice to get some family time together while finishing up some crafts for the wedding. We all had our own space but there were enough big common areas for people to hang out, too. It was great! Last but certainly not least -the staff! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They helped with WAY more than I expected them to. Once I showed them what I wanted they setup the centerpieces, did almost all of the setup for the ceremony site, setup the prop table for the photo booth, my coordinator Hannah even wrote the flavors of my cake in cute calligraphy and it looked amazing! The owners, Susan and Jeff, were there to help every step of the way as well. My DJ was stranded in Chicago the night before the wedding and they were right there at 11pm texting people they knew so that we would have a DJ. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly, fun, professional and compassionate group of people to work with. If I had it to do all over again, I would choose them and their gorgeous venue hands down.

The Orchard did everything perfectly and was so easy to book and enjoy. No hidden fees for linens/tables etc., venue, food and drink were all available in one place for a very straightforward price. Also, their taxes are not a "gratuity" only going to waiters, but it is a true tax which gets distributed to ALL working staff, which I think is wonderful! Military discount, very reasonable pricing, and VERY affordable on-property accommodations for family and friends, so no one has to worry about getting there late! It made the rehearsal dinner and night before the wedding so fun and stress-free. The owners also have several restaurant franchises which guaranteed AMAZING food! No sad chicken or rubbery steak. Getting the Wedding Eve package (all housing on property for the night before) with our wedding day made us feel like we were at a little getaway, even though there is a Wal-Mart just 5 minutes away. Beautiful, luxurious, and the employees (Hannah Jo!) were always available via email or text, usually within 12 hours! Sweet, generous people with a passion for special days, and a beautiful location that so many of my family members said was one of the most beautiful weddings they've been to, with some of the best dinner they've had. We had minimal wedding decorations and it was still so beautiful, AND they graciously donated their lanterns to help spice up the tables. I'm sure with bigger, more extravagant decorations the reception hall would be a DREAM! Overall, best place, best people, best price, best wedding :-)

My husband and I could not speak higher of The Orchard at Caney Creek and their incredible team! We met Susan at a Bridal Expo and she was the ONLY vendor to take the time to answer all of our questions before we even saw the venue. She went over pricing, accommodations and stayed so patient with us when we came back around for a SECOND time to ask additional questions we had though of while walking around. Susan then invited us to their open house the following weekend where we would be able to sample items from their menu as well as meet with some vendors they had invited. The moment we arrived, we were pretty much sold from the appearance alone but then we were personally greeted by Susan and she actually remembered us!! She gave us a tour of the grounds and I immediately fell in love. My, now, husband was also convinced this had to be our venue. And, because they invited a DJ to work the event and give out information, my mother in law was also able to book him on the spot! The very best part preparing for our wedding day was working with Susan and Jeff. They are so kind and SO accommodating! Susan even helped me find a flower vendor LAST MINUTE when mine backed out! I could go on and on about this venue, the houses included and the team. We had the best day ever and our families LOVED the rooms and houses. Thank you, Orchard Team, for the best experience!! I'm so happy we picked OCC! We got married here three weeks ago and they made it easy. Jeff, Susan, and the entire team are so nice and helpful. They are quick to answer any question or help find a solution for you. Hannah did amazing at managing the chaos as our day-of-coordinator. She created our timeline, coordinated with vendors, helped decorate, herded cats, etc. - a true angel! The OCC team worked with us to accommodate our large guest count and had backup plans to make sure everyone would be comfortable. I heard so many compliments from guests about the beautiful venue and the great food. The lighted outside deck for dancing is definitely a unique set-up, and I can't wait to see it in my pictures! Also, the bride house and lodge are perfect spots to relax before the ceremony. All-in-all, I truly recommend OCC to anyone. Thank you OCC! :)

Susan, Jeff, and the staff at The Orchard made our April wedding and reception truly memorable!! My husband and I fell in love with the beautiful front orchard and it’s trees and just knew that’s where we wanted to share our vows with family and friends. The Orchard easily and comfortably accommodated our 100+ wedding party and guests, and offered beautiful spaces for our guests to enjoy during the event. We all especially loved the outdoor deck and it’s convenience to its inside spaces - everyone felt included. Susan was so fun to work with, creating and delivering a truly unique and eclectic space that I had envisioned!! Prompt and easy correspondence with Susan and Jeff made pre-wedding planning less stressful. In addition to the main venue, our wedding party enjoyed the separate houses to relax and get ready. Overall, The Orchard at Caney Creek was a wonderful space, offering the flexibility to customize our wedding; deliver LOTS of wonderful food for our sit down reception dinner; and provided wonderful staff to work with to deliver our day!!! We are an outdoorsy couple and so I cannot say enough about our love of the TREES and the feeling of exchanging our vows in that space with each other among our pastor, and friends and family! Highly, highly recommended!

We were married here in early May 2019. Such a peaceful, breathtaking venue with many unique areas for photos. When we saw this place we knew it was absolutely perfect for us. We really enjoyed using the bridal house & groom's suite to hang out and get ready. Susan was an awesome day of coordinator and spent time answering my dozens of questions prior to the wedding, and they were very accommodating in many areas. The food they catered was also very yummy! Overall 100% recommend- they made our day even more special and we are so grateful.

Wow, wow, wow. Susan and her husband were my favorite vendor to work with BY FAR. Any request I had, not a problem. The food was amazing. It was hot, they served our guests quickly and bussed the tables professionally. We had so many people compliment our food. It was SO good! We had chicken with a spinach cream sauce and beef tenderloin, my mouth drools just thinking about! I loved working with Two Forks and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! They were professional, nice, and they truly care about your day being special!

I knew from my first visit to the orchard that this was where I wanted to get married. It was beautiful and Susan was friendly and helpful from the very start! We had nothing but great interactions with everyone who worked at the venue. They recently renovated their reception area and it looks amazing and there's so much space! You could not find nicer staff or a more beautiful venue. We loved everything about this amazing place and so did our guests! The food from their restaurants was also fantastic and it was great to be able to deal with the same wonderful people for the catering too.

Absolutely beautiful venue. I had multiple guest tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and they were obsessed with my venue. We rented the grooms house for the night and had an after party there which was perfect so people didn't have to drive home! They are very accommodating and friendly.

The newly renovated reception area is absolutely stunning and is exactly what I envisioned - y'all did an outstanding job on the renovations! It is absolutely amazing, as well as all the other food!! Not only do they have an amazing venue, they provide amazing food!

We were searching for the perfect place to renew our vows but after only a few other venues we came across The Orchard at Caney Creek. We knew at our first visit this was the place for us. It is just beautiful beyond words and the staff were quick to treat us like family. We never felt pressured nor like just another business meeting. The day of coordinator was amazing which allowed my mom and mother n law enjoy our special day with us without having to worry what needed to get done next. The food was so delicious and a big hit! The Orchard is amazing! Not only is the property gorgeous (and great for all those photos), Susan, Jeff, and Sheridan was wonderful! Susan was quick in responding to emails/questions, Sheridan did a fantastic job as my day-of coordinator, and Jeff took excellent care of us! If you want your BIG day to be extra special, make the trip out here. You will not regret it!

From the moment we finished our first tour of The Orchard, we knew this was the place! Susan and Jeff were incredible to work with, honest, and very helpful. The Orchard made planning very easy, emailing and calling us throughout the process. Pictures do not do it justice, the property is beyond beautiful! We were so glad we decided to rent the lodging for 2 nights for family and friends. It made the whole experience that much more special, to spend quality time with close friends and family. They were always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and also gave tips and recommendations that we used to make things easier and run smoother. The food was out of this world and the only problem you will have is deciding what to have on your menu! Our friends and family cannot get over how good everything was, it's great to hear still. Sheridan was amazing as our Wedding Coordinator, she was on top of everything all day, it took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. We really got to enjoy ourselves and did not have to worry about anything that needed to be done. We just loved every single minute of our wedding, everything was perfect! I can't stop day dreaming about our fairy tale wedding that finally became a reality!

We were married in late May at The Orchard at Caney Creek and it was the perfect place. Susan, Jeff, and Sheridan were so helpful throughout the entire process, and everything ran wonderfully the wedding weekend. We loved that The Orchard had on-site accommodations, as most of our guests came in from out of town. We were able to stay on site with our family and friends, which made the weekend extra special. The Orchard is beautiful and so many of our guests commented on how unique and relaxing the venue was. The food was also amazing. We really liked how The Orchard includes most things in their packages, which makes the planning process so much easier. Thank you so much for being incredible to work with and for making our wedding so special!

I absolutely loved the Orchard at Caney Creek. We were really able to have the wedding I envisioned come to life at their beautiful venue. Communication with all of their management team was top notch and they were highly responsive. The accommodations on site were very helpful for us in creating a wedding weekend for our bridal party where we were all able to celebrate for the whole weekend rather than just one night. The only thing we thought could have been better was how quickly things were packed up and put out of the wedding venue room at the conclusion of the event. We ended up with several items (candle holders primarily) broken because things were just thrown into boxes and rushed out. My mom was shocked that she didn't feel like she had enough time to properly box things up and was rushed out within 20 or 30 minutes which really isn't enough time to get everything in order.

It is difficult to even begin to express what a special place The Orchard at Caney Creek is - the beautiful location (even better than the pictures), the exceptional people from the owners Susan & Jeff Smith who personally hosted the event and treated us like honored guests in their home to their staff/servers who were so professional and helpful (several guests in the hospitality industry remarked on the wonderful service), to the unbelievably delicious and plentiful food and excellent bar service. I haven't even mentioned the wonderful accommodations on-site - if it works with your plans definitely plan on staying on-site. We arrived Friday afternoon and had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on-site and the entire wedding party and immediate families stayed the night in the beautiful, homey accommodations - plenty of towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc. The wedding party proceeded to party well into the evening - enjoying the large fire pit and Adirondack chairs out on the patio area, pool table, big screen TV, etc. On Saturday morning, everyone enjoyed a big breakfast that we cooked ourselves on-site (everything you need to cook - serving dishes, platters, dishes, flatware, glasses, full size appliances) and then preparations began. We had several of the groomsmen fishing in the creek, tossing the football around in the orchard, watching the games on the big screen TV (and recovering from the evening before). Susan & Jeff could not have been more accommodating (Jeff even ordered the UFC fight for the after party Saturday night and even joined us to catch a few rounds!) Many of out guests questioned the location (Wharton ??? what the he**) but when they saw it they understood the appeal - dancing on the deck under the stars (and the beautiful café lights gracing the deck), enjoying a s'more around the cozy stone fire pit, strolling down to the softly lit gazebo for a private moment - it was magical. I would say more but space prohibits me.

I have heard great things about this venue and would love to book a tour and come take a look for my upcoming wedding !! Unfortunately every number I try to contact you with is no good and I do not live in Wharton. What is a good contact number for you ??

The staff at The Orchard of Caney Creek is terrific to work with the entire way from planning to the big day!!! They are very organized and on top of details:). I felt like my wedding day was perfect and everything fell right into place to where I was able to enjoy my day! The property is extremely well taken care of and just beautiful.

Everything was perfect for our special day!! They were so accommodating and sweet and helpful. The food was AMAZING and we could not have asked for a more beautiful location. All of our guest reported back that they had the best weekend staying there. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!!

We loved working with Susan and Jeff - they were there to help us every step of the way. Their venue is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and there is so much included in the one price model - which is really helpful as you are watching your budget! I can't say enough nice things about our wedding - and our guests keep talking about it as well! I love every second of our day - thanks for everything!

The orchard was exactly what we wanted in a venue and place to celebrate or big day! We rented the accomodations for the entire weekend and had our rehearsal dinner there as well! We had so many out of town guests that we wanted to spend as much time with them as possible, so this was perfect for us! Susan, Jeff and their family were so warm, welcoming and completely accommodating to our needs. They made us feel right at home! The setting of the ceremony was just breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. Everyone raved about our menu, spectacular food! We would love to come back to another wedding or celebrate our 10yr anniversary by renting the venue again!

After visiting numerous venues, mostly for the sake of seeing what all was out there, I easily picked The Orchard at Caney Creek for my wedding ceremony/reception venue. I picked an April wedding date, so the property was full of greenery, which was awesome! I really loved everything about with the venue had to offer. The process was super easy and wasn't at all stressful like the horror stories you may hear about wedding planning, mainly because the staff (Susan and Jeff) were extremely easy to work with and get a hold of. OCC provided service staff, catering, set up and break down, overnight amenities (if desired, but we did not use), ceremony site, reception venue. Basically anything you need for a turnkey wedding was offered. I highly recommend The Orchard. This venue gave me the opportunity to produce the wedding I envisioned. That is one of the great things about it, no matter what you envision for your wedding day, OCC has the versatility that it can be exactly how you want it. I will remember my wedding day as one of the easiest, stress free , enjoyable moments of my life! I truly appreciated the effort by Susan (and entire staff) to make sure our special day was perfect!

We selected The Orchard at Caney Creek because we were looking for a location for both wedding ceremony and reception. The outdoor space under the 'wedding tree' provided a beautiful backdrop with plenty of seating for 140 guests. The reception space gave us both indoor and outdoor areas which allowed those who wanted a quieter atmosphere to have a place to settle. Plus, the outdoor deck served as a spacious dance floor with plenty of room to mingle. The OCC staff was fabulous from start to finish. They made themselves available for us to visit as often as needed to determine how we were going to decorate, etc. The staff on the day of the wedding was very professional, friendly, and attentive. OCC provides all of the basics needed for a nice reception with all of the table settings and a delicious food selection, but more importantly, they are very flexible in allowing you to decorate and personalize the space to make it your own style. OCC has a great bridal house and grooms rooms to allow the bridal party ample space for getting ready. We liked the set pricing structure they used, because it didn't have any hidden fees or surprises. It made it much easier to plan and manage our budget. We were extremely pleased with how the entire wedding day went. We even had to contend with the potential of rain, and OCC worked diligently with us to create a 'plan B' if needed. We were lucky that the rain held out, but OCC took away the stress by being flexible to prepare an alternate plan if it had been needed. I would recommend this venue to anyone - especially if you want to have the best of both worlds with indoor and outdoor space to use. This venue resulted in a fabulous wedding, beautiful photos, and a lifetime of memories.

First off, I want to thank everyone at The Orchard at Caney Creek for all their help from when we booked the venue last fall, until the day of our wedding. You all were wonderful to work with! If you're looking to have a beautiful wedding outside, a perfect reception that can be indoors or outdoors look know further. My now husband and I saw two other outdoor venues before visiting The Orchard at Caney Creek. When we pulled into the driveway we knew instantly that this is where we wanted to get married. The grounds are so beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. The food was wonderful. A huge bonus is you bring your own alcohol, which saves a lot of money! They have accommodations for your guests to stay onsite. That was a very nice option to have. The only detail that was a little tricky was you, the bride and groom, have to deal with all the accommodations; money and arrange where each person will stay. You have to pay for the accommodations upfront(whatever house or houses you are going to occupy), and your wedding party has to pay you directly. The bridal house, where all the girls get ready is so perfect! Every room in the house is so rustically darling. The Groomsmen house is great for the men to get ready! TV and a pool table is all they need!;-) I just can't say enough great things about The Orchard at Caney Creek! I wish I could relive the whole day again! The Orchard is beautiful, peaceful and it was exactly what we were wanting for our wedding day. Susan and Jeff are amazing! We booked the venue a little over a year in advanced and Susan was there every step of the way and answered EVERY question! They were super helpful and great to work with. Our wedding day had a few time adjustments that had to be made but Susan, Jeff and their staff worked with our wedding planners to get us back on track and made sure the guests and my husband and I were taken care of. My husband and I couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding.

My husband and I knew we didn't want to get married or celebrate in a church or hotel ballroom, but we didn't know what we DID want -- until we visited the Orchard. It's obviously a bit of a drive, but the venue itself is easy to get to off the highway, and we fell in love with the 100-year-old pecan trees that define the property. What really sold us was that Susan had an answer for every logistical question we had, including the all-important rain plan. We knew we wanted to be married outside under the ceremony tree, but as our wedding day drew closer and the forecast worsened, we were so glad we were in Susan's capable hands. She helped our wedding party rehearse both our ideal outdoor option and our rainy-day option; fortunately, the weather cleared just in time. The food, which the Orchard provided, was great, and we appreciated that Susan and Jeff provided a vegan entree for our vegan guests. Additionally, unlike other venues we considered, the Orchard has a space for the groom and groomsmen to hang out in before the ceremony, as well as a separate space for the bride and bridesmaids. Susan and Jeff were so great to work with and had a wealth of knowledge and experience that helped us immensely. Several of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they'd attended. We're so glad we had our wedding at the Orchard.

The Orchard at Caney Creek is the place to have your wedding if you want a gorgeous outdoor setting. All of the staff were so helpful from the day we signed our contract until the day of our wedding. Everything was planned and organized. (Just the way I like it.) The property is so vast and we took full advantage of this quality by holding the ceremony underneath the "wedding tree", the dinner underneath a tent placed in the orchard, and the reception on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. All of our guests were so impressed with the property and had the best time. My husband and I could not be happier with our big day. Truly the best day of our lives.

From the time my daughter and I viewed the property, until the day of the wedding we KNEW we had made the right venue choice. Susan and Jeff,(venue owners), are remarkable to work with. They are quick to respond to your emails and phone calls. So willing to help take all the stress off of your shoulders the day of as well. We rented all of the onsite houses from Friday-Sunday. Our rehearsal dinner was there as well. We also had an after party after the wedding on site. The whole weekend felt more like a family reunion than a wedding. All of our guests said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to because of the "after party". They didn't feel rushed to leave and could visit with the bride and groom a little longer. The fun part aside, I must stress again that the working relationship with Susan and Jeff was UNBELIEVABLE! The staff they employ is professional and very courteous. After wedding, two sweet young ladies came to the bridal house to offer appetizers to my daughter and I as we were trying to bustle her dress. I was told they did this on their own!!! So thoughtful!!! Even though my daughter's dream wedding is over...we walked away with new friends. Thank you all for your help...we couldn't have done it without you! Kim Campbell
