ually had to rescheduled at one point due to my being due with my little one a month before our original date and the owners were so helpful with that. The catering was also really good! I still can’t get over the tomato bisque. Then the best part of it all was~Haley! Which I’m sure a lot of other brides can agree with. Over the almost two years of planning with my millions of visits and emails and texts I sent her, she was just incredible! The best part of this place, she offered so much advice and assistance with everything.

I actually booked the venue before I had even seen it in person—my husband toured it while I was living out of state, and I just knew this was the place. From the first conversation, Haley and the team made wedding planning so incredibly easy. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They provided nearly everything—linens, glassware, silverware, tables, chairs, cocktail hour tables, and even the gorgeous wooden cross we used during our outdoor ceremony. Most importantly, they handled all the catering, and the food was absolutely incredible. Friends and family raved about every bite. I was especially excited for the tomato basil soup—I talked about it to everyone before the wedding, and it completely lived up to the hype! Haley was such a huge help throughout the entire planning process. She was responsive, organized, and so thoughtful—she coordinated with our day-of coordinator and helped with any extra needs or vendor ideas we hadn’t locked down yet. Her recommendations were fantastic, and she truly went above and beyond. We hosted our rehearsal dinner on Friday night on the property, and it was just as magical as the wedding itself. The outdoor setting was beautiful and once again, the food was absolutely amazing. Being able to have that evening with our closest friends and family so special. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly thanks to the amazing staff and all the preparations the venue helped us make. The space looked stunning, the food was perfect, and we felt completely supported. The natural beauty of the Orchard made for the most incredible backdrop, and staying on property made things incredibly convenient—not just for us, but for our guests. We stayed on site with our closest friends and family, and it made the entire weekend feel personal and meaningful. Having everyone nearby turned the wedding into a full weekend celebration, not just a one-day event. After the wedding, we hosted an after-party right on site, and it was so convenient to have our out-of-town guests already there. It felt like one big, joyful reunion. The Orchard at Caney Creek is not just a venue—it’s a complete experience. They handle so many aspects of the wedding that you would otherwise have to coordinate through multiple vendors. Between the food, the lodging, and the exceptional staff, they truly make wedding dreams come true. I would choose them again a thousand times over. It was the best decision we made for our wedding, and I’ll be forever grateful for the memories we made there.

ery beginning, the staff there is wonderful to work with. They are very reasonable with everything, from pricing to accommodating certain requests to scheduling meetings with the event planner. They really want you to have the best day ever without having to sell an arm or a leg! They have so many options for table settings and linens and alter decor. The food is 5 star!!! Many of our guests commented on how delicious and filling our dinner was. We were blown away. The open house and group tastings are a whole ordeal, very fun and definitely worth going to. Their preferred vendors are top notch. I worked with Arlene Rose Floral Designs and DJ English Chris, who both know the venue and staff very well and we had an incredible experience with both of them! I also absolutely recommend booking lodging for both nights. The rehearsal dinner was a magical, intimate experience with friends and family coming for dinner and staying the night. Renting the lodging the night of the wedding allowed us to keep the party going with a memorable after party which was amazing! And all of the homes are absolutely charming. It made the whole weekend super unique and relaxing for our guests. We didn’t want to leave! Our event coordinator was Haley, who helped us from day 1 when we toured the venue all the way through the end. She was amazingly detail oriented and thought of things I hadn’t come up with myself which saved me many headaches. She was patient and answered all of my questions. And the day of she was impressively efficient and kind while wrangling our giant family and keeping the day going just as planned. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend and I am so grateful for everyone who made it possible!
