The Paddock at Champions Circle

We thought something would go wrong with the venue and the food. We had some a few changes when it came to coordinator here. But to our surprise, it was a PERFECT DAY! Perfect ceremony, perfect food and everything was AMAZING! Rogelio Adame made sure our day was perfect. He was there the day before and the day of just to make sure it was our prefect day! Halle Atkins and her attention to detail caught somethings that we didn’t even think about! She was there the day before making sure everything was going well and we didn’t need anything. Karla Massey was amazing making sure everyone got a reservation and our room block had enough rooms. The chef listened to our comments and changes and the food was beyond amazing. And we have picky eaters. The food was a hit and everyone said it all night! Overall, it was an amazing event with amazing people. If you all are lucky enough to have your event here, you will be in good hands. I can’t say enough about all of them and making sure our wedding was beyond amazing.

This venue is a newer location and I can’t express how great the venue, hotel and staff all were when we were planning. I didn’t think my now husband would have such an opinion about where we had our wedding but he was groomzilla. We saw several venue and he really wanted a hotel and I wanted a barn or something with a rustic element. Since most of our guest were coming from out of town we also needed a location that was close to airports and hotels. We saw about 5 or 6 places and couldn’t agree on a place. I finally saw a place that was still under construction but I decided to check it out. I called to book an appointment and they sure but I would have to wear a hard hat just to tour the location. I am great at seeing the potential in a location or design and after viewing the location I knew it would be the perfect venue. A barn for me and a hotel for my now husband. Not only would the venue be brand new and gorgeous the hotel was in the middle of getting a complete face lift. I am a Bonvoy loyalty member so I knew I loved Marriotts already and what to expect from a hotel. As you can imagine we had some issues with staff being steady during the whole pandemic but the management team made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Every detail we talked about they executed on. I am also extremely particular about everything especially the small details and I didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of my event. Actually the whole weekend everything was just perfect. I also thought there is nothing better than fireworks, I absolutely love them, so I was really excited when we got the approval from the hotel to use Pyrotex to have a firework send off. The hotel went out of their way to make that happen for us and we were so excited. We never had a moment where we didn’t have a drink in our hand or someone to take care of our request. All of our guest were beyond impressed with the whole weekend and the entire staff. This venue is the best of all worlds.
