The Palace Center

was always available. The Palace Center made our wedding look like a dream come true! We did not have to worry about anything.

tant to me. We had a large wedding, 350, and we were completely comfortable! Service was great. Management was awesome with communications, meetings, and the final meeting before the weddings. I really felt confident with The Palace Center and their team making my day exactly how I imagine and it turned out exactly that way. The management and planning team was so lovely and kind to make sure my small details were accommodated and they offered me great recommendations on vendors and every other question I had. Sky is the limit at the Palace, give them a call!

them and their staff. We heard great things from our guests.

ture which they did not honor yet it remains up. They do not provide a set day and time for a rehearsal so if they book something days prior i guess you just don't get one? We lucked out and we were able to have ours however halfway after setting up i was told they were having an event there and just rope off my stuff. Luckily nothing was missing or damaged on the wedding day following that event. On the day of you can tell the bathrooms were not cleaned infact i had many complaints from guys stating they had cold water, sinks that didnt even produce water, and they ran out of soap and paper towels. Months prior to the wedding day i found out they no longer had a baker and had to figure out a new plan for a wedding cake. The meals were not correct and were extremely small portions. All guests that were served the chicken did not come with the asparagus creme at all and for the broccoli/cauliflower medley the groom amongst others were served a single Florette of each which is crazy that they could even call that a medley. The filet portions were extremely small and i guess there were actually guests that sent theres back or asked for a different meal. The open bar was a joke and they ran out of alcohol…and there were alot of other little things but my gosh have they changed and i didnt want to have to go this route and leave a review like this but it was quite a bit of money and to run out of liquor and to not have hot water or the meal choices that were chosen as discussed or a wedding cake is just embarrassing as the bride. I should have never needed to apologize to my guests. Although I must say that the staff was great. Joel amongst others really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of if we needed something. Its just a shame that things weren't prepared differently or seemed like they were let go without better planning from the higher ups. Communication minus the wedding cake was always pretty quick even if i didn't like the responses. All in all we got married and thats all that counts.

d helpful. It was the best day ever!

as excellent- The Palace Center recently hired a new head chef and he did an amazing job preparing food for such a large group. We did a combination platter of the Filet and Chicken Marsala; we received many compliments on the plating, flavor, and overall presentation of the food. Anne was a pleasure to work with- she was very accommodating on set up. She was flexible with allowing JHM Event Group to coordinate the décor and floral ahead of time so that not everything was completed the day of/day before the wedding. There was a large snowstorm a couple of days before the wedding, so it was great to have that flexibility. The main ballroom is very spacious and lends itself to a variety of layouts and décor options. The Palace Center is fantastic at accommodating most ideas. I would recommend this venue if you are hosting a large wedding in the Lehigh Valley!

needed, and planned our tasting around other weddings that were there that day. She worked with us through our last minute changes and offered us various suggestions in order to capitalize our enjoyment for our wedding day. On our wedding day, the staff was absolutely great. They put the finishing touches on various décor items, and were more than willing to help out in any way possible. They served all meals efficiently and quickly without any issues. They were very attentive to my husband and I, and even asked us where our parents were sitting in order to get them their meals first as well. We've had various people tell us how great the food was, and how friendly and attentive the staff was the entire night (we've even had a few people tell us how the staff was having such a good time, and they were even dancing on the side!) After the wedding was over, the staff was quick to help with the breakdown. I feel like I looked away for one second, and all the tables were already stripped! We had a bunch of guests stay to help gather our things as well, but the staff was truly great in every aspect. We cannot thank the entire Palace Center staff enough. We couldn't imagine a better venue and we will never get tired of hearing all our guests rave about how much fun everyone had the entire night.

l blue color we wanted. The staff during the wedding was so polite and helpful and very attentive to us being the bride & groom! I’d highly recommend this place!(:

st 2 weeks prior to our wedding due to a snow storm) we still had our final meeting! The team Anne had in place for our big day were unbelieveble - Caroline and Ray were beyond helpful the days leading up to the BIG DAY! They helped move tables to where I wanted, gave me their professional opinion when I asked and the day of everything was perfect! If we needed anything they were there right on top of it getting it done. We would highly recommend the Palace Center for any event from the chefs to waitstaff to bartenders and everyone in between they make your day the best ever. We have zero complaints!

eir menu, answering countless emails to being there with us on our day, Anne not only goes above and beyond to meet your expectations and make your wedding day unforgettable, she treated us like family.. I never once felt like a number, or a burden. Considering i had about 250 guests i figured there might be a hiccup along the way, and no shock their wasn't! ALLLL of my guests raved about how delicious their food was from cocktail to desert!!! Also, we had open bar and they still didn't miss a beat!, all of my guests were taken care of and continued on with the night. Its been about two months since my wedding day and many of my guests still talk about our night & the venue. Anne & team, I cannot thank you enough for really going above and beyond with everything you do! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to The Palace Center! it was the night of my dreams!

oking to have a beautiful event of any kind!

nne made it all happen. She did everything we wanted, and everything was beyond beautiful. The food especially was amazing, and our guests kept telling us how awesome everything was. We highly recommend the Palace Center for any event! Anne was great to work with throughout the whole process and made everything flow nicely. Thank you again, we all had an amazing time!

r enough how great the food was (esp. the Salmon)! Would definitely book another party here!

d 122 guests and the front ballroom we used was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service incredible. I highly recommend The Palace!!! Thank you for making our day so special!!

it at The Palace…With 3 weeks’ notice ( Thank God, they had a cancellation) we had a great elegant wedding Saturday, August 19, 2017, planning the wedding I knew was going to be easy because of course it was going to be at The Palace and we had Anne Abdouche.. I have to say everything was very consistent, which I loved! The food was delish ( I highly recommend to order extra appetizers because they go quick and everyone ranted and raved about them) The staff is just great and very accommodating to our needs as of course we were probably a bit of a pain but Anne Abdouche worked with us. They go above and beyond to make that day extra special for the bride and groom and “wedding planner”. You pay for what you get and I would pay that extra amount to make that day special memorable. Without the Anne and her staff that would of not been possible. Thank you to the PALACE once again for a memorable event!!!! See you at the next event!!!! The best place to have any event in the Lehigh Valley is at the Palace.

eption! Everything was absolutely beautiful and well organized. The ballroom looked like a Cinderella fairy tale room with the gold chiavari chairs and light blue tablecloths. So elegant! The dinner buffet was hot, plentiful and delicious! The Palace Center was very accommodating with my Vegan guests and kids. Anne, the Sales Manager, has many wonderful recommendations! Overall, the Palace Center was EXCELLENT! Anne, Carolyn and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and anticipate. Most places promise for your event to be incredible, but the Palace Center delivers! Because of them, we (and our guests!) have beautiful memories for many years to come!

s can't stop talking about how great the wedding was and neither can we. The food was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was so complimentary of the service of the staff and of the food! Anne was the best coordinator we could ask for. She was so loving, but also kept an eye over every detail to ensure that everything was marvelous! On the day of the wedding, my husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy the day, while Anne and her team made magic happen without us having to worry about a single thing! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. It was truly flawless, thanks in MAJOR part to Anne and her crew. Thank you, thank you, thank you! May God bless you!

dly to help you... Again awesome place and people to work with....

service and affordability this place is for you. Our ballroom was stunning. Anne, is seriously the sweetest woman and so helpful throughout this whole process. She was amazing. She was responsive and very attentive to anything we needed. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us,and you can see she really enjoys what she does. I HIGHLY recommend The Palace Center for a couple who is getting married !!

always got back to us in a timely fashion. The day before and day of Carolyn was great to work with, she made sure everything was just perfect. I have no complaints of the entire experience it was amazing. I have received nothing amazing great reviews from guests about the entire staff, the food and the dessert table. I thank the entire staff at the palace center for making our day absolutely perfect.

have been to a wedding here in October 2016. Food was great, service was amazing as well.

ld cut the filet mignon with a butter knife it was so tender; how the Bearnaise sauce was so great they even dipped their potatoes in it as well as their meat; how wonderful the chicken tasted;...) They also commented on how the wait staff was so thoughtful and perceptive and service was outstanding. The cocktail hour was relaxed and the staff came around frequently, which they liked. I had many comment how this reception and wedding was the best they have been to in such a long time. For anyone booking with The Palace- you will be so happy you did. My daughter and her fiance looked at many places and after we met with Anne, that was IT! Anne is professional and has your best interest at heart for a perfect day. Carolyn could not do enough for us either and came up with ideas when we wanted some advice. She will work so hard to make everything run smoothly. The waiters and waitresses are sweet, polite, and considerate to guests and really aim to please. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection, the ingredients are fresh, and the chef meets with you personally. You won't regret booking The Palace. My daughter and new husband loved everything about their day.

it looked absolutely amazing. I almost couldn't believe it was the same place! The staff is SUPER helpful and made sure all our little details were exactly where they needed to be. You can't beat the bar selection for the price and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend The Palace Center to all brides-to-be in the LV area.

the main ballroom was spacious, beautifully laid out. It has a great structure which makes decorating easy (doesn't need too much to dress it up). And, Anne is fantastic at accommodating most ideas. The food was great, the space looked beautiful, and the cost was the best value we were able to find in the Lehigh Valley. The only piece of advice would be to have a very detailed plan of what you would like done, and assign someone to make sure it happens, as a few things were forgotten at our event and we wish we would have organized it better.

a tasting first and we gave some feedback regarding the food and they listened and it was better than expected the day of the wedding. I was a little surprised during the planning stages that I didn't hear from them at all unless I contacted them first (even for reminders for payment due dates) and I think it would be nice to have a couple phone calls at least where things are reviewed and/or any questions are answered. However, they did get back to me fairly quickly anytime I went to them with questions so that's always a great thing. Though we had established a timeline of events (cocktail hour, salads, dinner, cake cutting) we (the bridal party) was about 15 minutes late to the reception and when we arrived, the salads had already been served and dinner was on it's way out. I think that the Palace Center could have been a little more flexible and waited until we were seated since it was only 15 minutes later and the rest of the guests had already enjoyed a cocktail hour. It felt a bit rushed to me and a little awkward to quickly sit down and have dinner immediately when we walked into our reception. Other than that though, they were easy to work with and the servers at the reception were extremely polite and pleasant. Our guests really enjoyed the food and we wouldn't change our venue looking back. It's a beautiful venue.
