Andrea and Teresa were amazing to work with! They were so patient with us as we looked through all they had to offer. We never felt pressure to make a decision and they always provided honest feedback about what they thought would be best. The invitations we chose were very classy and in our color scheme and best yet were very reasonable! We received so many compliments abou them. We ordered programs for our chruch ceremony and cocktail napkins for our happy hour through them as well. Everything turned out amazing! We plan to use them in the future for other paper needs!
Who knew picking out invitations would be so much fun?! The team was incredibly helpful with providing suggestions and making sure all information was included that was necessary. Our invitations we unique and matched the vibe of our event. We will continue to use The Paper Trail and More for future life events - as well as regular gift shopping. To work with these ladies is a no brainer.
I absolutely adore Andrea at The Paper Trail!!
My friend Brooke recommended I schedule a visit here when I got engaged and I'm so glad that I followed through! My experience working with Andrea and her cousin Teresa was nothing short of amazing. From the first visit up until the day before my wedding, Andrea was so accommodating and helpful. She really is an expert at what she does.
With the help of Andrea and Teresa, I picked out my perfect Wedding invitations, Welcome Dinner invitations, Thank you notes, and cocktail napkins! Despite her busy schedule, Andrea would always answer my emails quickly and she never steered me in the wrong direction. I can't thank The Paper Trail enough for helping to make my wedding experience so amazing! I highly recommend a trip to the store even for greeting cards, center pieces, signage, and even balloons!!!
We recently used The Paper Trail for our wedding, and it was a great experience. We ordered Save the Dates and wedding invitations through Andrea and loved the finish product of both! She was very patient with us as we worked through which photos we wanted to use, the layout, fonts, etc. She offered her opinion, but didn’t push anything on us that we did not want. What I loved most about the experience was the personalization. I felt she really paid attention to us, and I felt important (which you want to during the wedding process!), and like I could customize what I wanted to best fit our needs and wants.
Highly recommend. Not only are you supporting a local business, but you truly get what you pay for. I still have both the Save the Date and invitation on our fridge, just so beautiful! Thanks again for everything, Andrea!
Absolutely amazing! My fiance and I had no clue what we were doing and Andrea and Teresa were so patient. They treat you like your family Would definitely use again for any special event!
Andrea and Teresa were wonderful to work with!! Both patient, kind and accommodating!! We had lots of questions along the way and they could not have been better with us! All of our questions were answered quickly and they were so receptive to our needs!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
I was getting a little frustrated in my search for invites that were in my budget that also had a classic-but-unique look. I went into The Paper Trail on a whim (having made an appointment at another shop in the area the same day) and walked out in about an hour with our wedding invitations!
For a privately owned boutique this shop has a ton of selection. It's cute, quiet and the staff is fantastic. Andrea-- with the help of her sidekick Mr. Big-- showed us a full range of prices and what came within that price range, and was able to clearly communicate exactly what it was that we settled with.
We filled everything out, and she had a proof created and in our inbox the next morning. Then she made the requested changes and we actually had our invitations in our hands in a week of ordering them. We've been getting only positive reviews from our guests about the invites.
I had been to a few shops before The Paper Trail and it was pretty frustrating, so finding this shop was a real gift. I think all too often the wedding industry operates under the guise that the couples "needs" vendors, so they should be happy with what they get. But that wasn't the case at all here-- everyone was so warm and friendly, no one tried to oversell us or overcharge us, and the experience was just a good one. I had a lot of fun in Andrea's shop, and I plan on coming back for their selection of greeting cards and stationary/gifts too!
There are literally not enough words to express how amazing Andrea is! As soon as you walk into her adorable shop in the middle of Haddonfield, you will know you've picked the right place. My love for Andrea & The Paper Trail (including Mr. Big) began when my Mom & I stopped in for Save-The-Dates for my Philadelphia wedding in May. She not only created absolutely adorable Philadelphia inspired Save-The-Dates, but beautiful Bridal Shower invites, chic Bridal Shower Thank-yous & GORGEOUS wedding invitations. She has a great selection, and I guarantee that she will be able to make all of your stationary dreams come true as she did mine :)
I am so glad that we decided to visit the Paper Trail and not order our invitations online!! I learned that there are so many details and there is no way I would have gotten them all correct doing it on my own online.
Andrea, the owner of the store, was awesome and so patient!! She asked questions to get a feel of "who we were" and "what our style" was to be for my daughter's wedding. She helped us find the perfect invitation...helped with the wording, the fonts, EVERYTHING!!! She explained all the "how-tos", options for keeping costs down, etc....the proofs came quickly (online) and changes were easily made (we only have one or two). It was a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend the Paper Trail and More in Haddonfield - you will not be disappointed. If I could rate higher than a 5 star, I WOULD!!
Love, love, LOVE the paper trail!! From the very beginning when I was looking for save the dates until last minute when I was scrambling to figure out welcome letters for hotel bags Andrea was there! The invitations were beautiful! The programs, table cards, place cards & hotel letters were amazing! I never thought I'd get so excited about all of that until I picked them up! I couldn't stop looking at everything & actually ordered pictures my photographer took of the table cards because I forgot to get them back from the reception site. Andrea is fabulous & I would never go anywhere other than The Paper Trail & More!!
Our Invites looked gorgeous thanks to Andrea!!
We are so in Luv with The Paper Trail!
Andrea goes above and beyond for her clients- I had made a big mistake in proofing my wedding programs and I did not catch it until 3 days before the wedding.... Andrea was so calm and sweet... she stayed late to fix MY mistake... I can't thank her enough for helping me in my time of meltdown!!
Also.. noteable mentions:
She can print a lot in house- which not only looks wonderful but can also save a lot of $ instead of sending the job out- She matched our $$$$ invites with a less $$ programs that looked AMAZING!!! The card stock was heavy and rich and the printing and layout was so chic.
NOTE: Her calligrapher is AMAZING- our invites & place cards looked gorgeous!!! They really were the finishing touch!
I did not think the invitation process would be very enjoyable but The Paper Trail gave me a new perspective on invitations. Andrea is FABULOUS and makes you feel like her only customer when you are in the store. She is patient and took the time to show me all of the options. She wasn't pushy at all and she made the process fun. I LOVED my invitations and will always remember what a great experience I had at The Paper Trail.
I was a little overwhelmed with options for invitations, paper, liners, fonts, envelopes. I had no idea how much detail could go into wedding invitations. Andrea got a feel for my personality and narrowed things down for me. I ended up with invitations that were totally me and really classy. She has great taste. I ended up getting the rest of my paper items for the wedding there....and now it's my go-to:)
Andrea at the Paper Trail is amazing. She really takes the time to help you find the perfect invitation. She understands (and stays within) your budget and she really knows her products. She has great ideas and really listens to yours. The only complaint I have is that I thought the proofs were pricey, considering they are an email, but I don't think that's her (I think that's the company she orders from). I would definitely use the Paper Trail again.
I used Andrea for my wedding invitations and they couldn't have turned out better! She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and knew all the right things to say and how everything should look. Looking back at my wedding, my invitations were one of my favorite things. Anyone who wants great customer service and a quality product should definitely check out the Paper Trail in Haddonfield!!
Andrea was so amazing to work with. She designed our wedding invitations from start to finish and I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out. I am so happy I met her and used her stationary expertise! The store is beautiful and so fun and she truly knows the ins and outs of wedding stationary...and of course your experience isn't complete until you meet Mr. Big...her little chiuaua pup! Thanks again for everyting A!
My fiance and I originally considered DIY-ing either save-the-dates or invites (or both!) and quickly got overwhelmed. We also spent some time in stores like Papyrus but never really felt comfortable working with associates there who often seemed bored with us or annoyed by our questions. That being said, I couldn't have been happier working with Andrea at The Paper Trail.
My fiance and I came into the store one rainy Sunday and probably spent about 4 or 5 hours looking at all the books and discussing ideas with Andrea. In the time we were there we completely shifted our vision for the save-the-dates and invitations, but she was patient even when we got close to picking out/designing the invites and I balked at the last second. After seeing a Vera Wang save-the-date that I kind-of liked, Andrea was able to design me something similar (and less expensive) that we both LOVED. She let us do multiple proofs until we were happy and she printed/constructed the save-the-dates for us in her shoppe. My boss actually asked for a copy of my save-the-date and ended up doing something very similar for her own wedding, which was a huge compliment.
As for the invites, we also worked with Andrea to order these but we went with William Arthur instead of DIY. Again, she was very patient (we probably had 3 or 4 meetings - once she kept the store open late just for us to finalize our order). Made lots of helpful suggestions and was overall a pleasure to work with! She has all the same stuff that big chain stores have, but you get the personal attention a bride deserves. Thanks, Andrea! :)
Of all my experiences with vendors for my wedding The Paper Trail provided me the best customer service, quality and personal touch. They have invitations for all budgets and styles and the owner spent time with me helping me find the right invitation to fit my classy beach themed wedding that also fitted my budget. I highly suggest you make an appointment with them for your wedding paper needs! They also have other great items, I picked up a few things there for my bridesmaids as well.
When I initially started my wedding planning I wasn't too concerned about the invitations. As we got closer to needing them, I decided I wanted to go all out. There was no place better than The Paper Trail and Andrea made the experience once of the best I've had during wedding planning. She sat with us while we looked through books to pick the invitation, gave us suggestions, and figured out our pricing. I can't tell you how much better I felt having her hand write what we wanted on them (and give even more suggestions). I don't t hink anyone should leave their wedding invitations up to a website that puts them together. I had some much more trust in the fact that we designed them together. I was so excited to pick up my invitations and Andrea was gushing about them! They truly are beautiful and we have been receiving compliments on them since they were delivered. We also had one of Andrea's vendors do the calligraphy on the inner and outer envelopes, which is unbelievably beautiful and worth every penny. Overall, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for stationery and I am extremely grateful for the help that I received at The Paper Trail.
In an effort to save my parents money, I designed and ordered invitations online. When they came in my father immediately dismissed them as "cheap looking" and not the statement he wanted to make. (Bride 0, Father of the Bride 1). Which led us to make an appointment at The Paper Trail. The store is adorable and quaint and Andrea was our immediate friend. My mother, sister and I grabbed a chair and we all sat around a table and discussed my vision. Immediately, Andrea had albums upon albums for us to look at and she showed us invitations that exceeded my expectations and desires. She knew her selections like the back of her hand, which made our unique project even more seamless. We mixed and matched and eventually came up with absolute PERFECTION. I still get complements on how beautiful our invitations were. Did I also mention that she kept costs down and worked with us on cutting costs for other items? Who doesn't love a little cost savings when planning the most important and yet most expensive day of their lives. Throughout the process, Andrea walked me through making my guest list and other wedding secrets. Her product and services are top-notch -- she delivers everything on time if not early and will work around your schedule (especially if you live out of town). And even when wedding planning may be getting to you -- a quick visit to the store to pick up your invitations will brighten your day, why you may ask? Because aside from the outstanding client service, Mr. Big is always there to give you some old fashion love :)
My entire family highly recommends The Paper Trail for any party needs -- we also ordered Bridal Shower invitations from Andrea and they were to die for -- but she is one of the best when it comes to wedding invitations. The Paper Trail (and Andrea and Mr. Big) are truly one of Haddonfield's treasures.
