Words cannot describe how amazing it was to work with The Party Pretzel! Brett is so thoughtful, intentional and fun to work with! She made our lives SO SO SO much easier. She answered every question under the sun and wants it to be easy for the couple. When the wedding day came and we didn't have to worry about vendors, setting up, details, etc., it was a huge sigh of relief. We walked into Woodlands, our wedding venue, and everything looked perfect. Brett is THE BEST! All my calls were filled with making us feel ready, organized and of course laughter. I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Thank you SO much for making our day so easy, magical and possible! XO

We had an amazing experience with the Party Pretzel team! Brett was incredibly attentive and fun to work with throughout the planning process. She knew our venue well (North Star Gatherings), gave us great advice and suggestions, and was always open to questions as they came up. On our wedding day, Brett and Kelsey did a stellar job!!! We were in great hands, they made sure everything went according to plan and went above and beyond to navigate any hiccups or last minute changes. I really appreciated their warm, welcoming, supportive, fun, and positive energy throughout our wedding day. Brett and Kelsey are the best!! We cannot say enough about the two of them and really the entire Party Pretzel team. We had our wedding at Woodlands and it was really great to have the Party Pretzel team be so familiar with the venue and take care of everything for us. From our first meeting with Brett, we felt a genuine connection and that she truly cared about us and our day... and that continued for all the months leading into the wedding. Brett is so organized, detail oriented and thorough. Going into wedding planning presented so many unknowns on all the different pieces of a large event... Brett made that feel like a breeze. She walked us through all of the steps we would take leading up to our wedding day, provided detailed documents and information to us, created our entire schedule and coordinated with all of our vendors directly. We also leveraged her and the team for our rehearsal dinner on Friday and that was so helpful! There was not a single time throughout the wedding weekend where we had to worry about schedule, vendors or where we/our guests needed to be because Brett and Kelsey took care of all of it. It felt like our wedding was the most important day of their lives too in terms of how much care and attention they paid. We had almost 200 guests and everything went as planned because of the great team at Party Pretzel. Cannot recommend them enough!

Brett and Kaitlyn were the absolute dream team! They truly made me feel like they were my friends helping me plan my wedding! They were so energetic and fun and they made our wedding day go off without a hitch! I have received so many compliments on how smoothly the day flowed, and that is all due to the party pretzel girls! I would highly highly recommend!!

Oh my goodness I don’t even know how to put into words what Brett, Julia and Kaitlyn did for us!! They are so good at what they do! They made all our wedding dreams come true! It can seem so daunting to try to plan and pull off a wedding, but Brett and her team made it feel so easy! They always checked on us throughout the day. Even at moments where it started to feel overwhelming, just seeing Brett, Julia or Kaitlyn made us feel so supported and that we knew everything was all okay! They are so professional and personal, we` don’t even know how they pulled it all off because nothing felt stressful. We never worried about how certain things would happen because the girls are just so amazing at what they do! They are so sweet and cute and really just the best people. We are so grateful and honored to have worked with them. It truly was the best day of our entire lives and Party Pretzel is fully responsible for that, we could never thank them enough! Also, being a queer couple, it was very important to us to pick vendors that supported us, and Party Pretzel made us feel so safe in celebrating our love <3

Choosing to use Brett & the Party Pretzel team was hands down the best wedding decision we made. We were using a different planner for the majority of the planning process, but had to shift gears just 5 weeks before the wedding. Brett and her team stepped in with both grace and confidence. They assured us that they would take care of everything and they were absolutely right. Throughout the process, their communication was impeccable; they are incredibly responsive and reliable, answering every question no matter how big or small. On wedding day, we had absolutely no stress; they took care of every detail and completely put our minds at ease. On a personal note, they are warm, kind, and so down to earth; we hope we can remain friends with them even after our wedding. We cannot overstate how positive our experience was. ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Not sure where to begin - Brett has been the most amazing coordinator to work with! Brings me to tears thinking about how grateful we are for her. She and her team (Kelsey was fantastic too) made the day run so smoothly and we enjoyed every bit of working with them - to the point, we wanted to hang out with them instead of some of our guests! Brett has become a friend and truly someone we will never forget. She is laid back (which was great for me as a type A bride) and pays attention to each and every detail. I want to have another wedding just to work with her again!!!

We are so happy we chose The Party Pretzel as our day-of-coordinator for our special day. Brett was so easy to work with and was patient, thorough, and organized. During the last month leading up to the wedding, she helped to ensure that we thought through all of the (many) details of the day. On the actual day, she made sure the day went smoothly and kept us and our vendors organized/on time. Her knowledge of event logistics is unparalleled and she’s not afraid to stand up for her client when something isn’t going right. She was truly a partner throughout the process, my brain on the day of, and the best wedding planner I could have asked for!

The Party Pretzel was the perfect decision for our wedding planning. Brett made everything feel so easy and fun.. I actually really looked forward to our planning calls! I had complete trust in Brett that everything would go smoothly and that if it didn't, Brett would seamlessly find a solution. I was able to be fully and completely present with my guests without worrying about logistics.. what more could I ask for out of a wedding coordinator?! I love you, Brett!!

Where do I even start? The short version: stop reading these reviews and work with Brett already! You won’t regret it. Brett was a dream to work with. She was truly a partner, providing an invaluable perspective for planning our wedding while also collaborating to bring our vision to life in a way that actually worked. I can’t say I made her life easy; I had 5 food and drink vendors, 2 rental vendors, switched my wedding venue less than 3 months before my wedding, and lots of other moving pieces (including 2 vendors I booked 3 days before my wedding…), but Brett always ran with the punches and truly made it work, making me feel reassured along the way and very kindly nudging me in the right direction if something might not be ideal. I found wedding planning incredibly stressful (decision making is not my forte) but the one thing I did not stress about was everything running smoothly on my wedding day. And that was truly the case. People keep telling me my wedding was one of the best they’ve been to, and I can confidently say that wouldn’t have been the case without Brett’s incredible attention to details and logistics. I am so grateful for Brett and the Party Pretzel team! Added bonus: if you happen to be using Mountain Crust as your caterer, Brett has a wonderful relationship with them and helped me feel really confident about using a food truck at my wedding (something I had never even seen before!).

Brett and Berkley are a dream team. They made our ideas come to life, coordinated vendors, and made sure we were taken care of. Brett was truly our wedding day BFF. We could not have pulled this off without her. Her communication and organization is impeccable, and she is a true expert.

Brett is the absolute BEST! Where do I even start.. Have you ever met someone and instantly clicked with them? That was our experience with Brett at the Party Pretzel! Brett went out of her way to make sure that my dreams came true on my wedding day. Every little idea I had (even some last minute) Brett made sure everything was exactly how I imagined my wedding day would be. I wish we could get married all over again because she made sure that everything was absolutely perfect!!!

Literally the best advice anyone gave us was to hire a day-of coordinator, and we got so lucky with booking Brett and her assistant Berkley. Brett (virtually) met with us twice before the wedding and each of those meetings was to make sure we had everything we needed, especially on the first meeting. She handled contacting all of our vendors the weeks leading up to the event and confirming delivery times and day-of timelines. I honestly didn't have the bandwidth to even put that very important document together. The day-of the wedding, we had one minor emergency where the bridal party left the rings back at our bed and breakfast, but Berkley was on her way to pick up the vendor tips (which I also forgot about) and arrived just in time for us to have them for the ceremony. They also drove our cargo van with all of our decorations to the venue and made sure everything was set up on time. :) So, again, one of the best decisions we made during our wedding was booking Brett! She also answered a million emails in the 3-4 months leading up to the wedding and was wonderful to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend Brett as a day-of coordinator!

Brett from the Party-Pretzel was a family friend of my husband since childhood. When we decided to get married it was without a doubt to use her. Just based on several phone conversations she immediately put me at ease with that “I’ve got you” attitude. Her demeanor was infectious on the days leading up to and on the wedding day. Her cheerful, helpful, organized and calming nature are just a few words that she shared. Most importantly, she was trust worthy and would be her greatest feature as our wedding coordinator. My family even commented on how wonderful and lucky we were to have her! She does not disappoint and would only be an asset for anyone’s event.

The Party Pretzel is the ONLY wedding coordinator that you should consider for your big day. I felt incredibly cared for by Brett and her team throughout our wedding season. For all that went array in the wedding process, Brett and her team kept everything so beautifully under control and offered the ultimate assistance and support. The Party Pretzel is incredibly affordable for the services offered. I truly could not have imagined by big day without them. I have nothing but positive things to say about The Party Pretzel!

Brett was the most amazing wedding planner. She saved me from going absolutely nuts during the planning time. She has such amazing energy and made sure my husband and I always felt taken care of!

She quickly became our rock as covid hit and left us with uncertainty if our wedding would be postponed or not. My husband and I loved working with Brett of ‘The Party Pretzel’ as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. She immediately put us at ease when we were faced with the daunting task of planning a wedding and trying to make decisions about our wedding during a pandemic. She has a wealth of resources and knowledge, is quick to answer any question you have, and makes your event exactly how you envisioned. She is calm, understanding, flexible, and just a fun person to be around. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy our day with no stress because we knew Brett would take care of everything. We recommend Brett to any friends getting married. We truly think that the best money we spent on our wedding day was working with Brett!

We didn't actually have the opportunity to work with Brett for our wedding due to a change of plans because of COVID; however, I was extremely impressed with her in the short time that we did have her as our day-of coordinator. Brett is so kind, and most importantly, she is a wealth of knowledge and resources. Starting the wedding planning process can feel daunting, but Brett immediately put us at ease and helped us feel equipped to tackle each task. I was most grateful to be working with Brett when we made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding for the safety of our guests. Brett was understanding and supportive during this heartbreaking time. She never once made us feel guilty or crazy for making this decision. Not all vendors do business in this way, and we were so thankful for her kindness during this time. I've already recommended Brett to friends and will continue to do so. We hope to work with her again when it is safe to hold a large celebration!
