THE PARTY PROs

we needed more sternos than we ordered and the replacement tables and extra sternos were there within the hour! Also they forgot our balloons in the first delivery but by the time the truck was unloaded and we realized there were no balloons another employee pulled in our driveway with them in her van! Such great service and amazing employees! We will definitely be using this Party Pros location again!

rentals to be set up and make sure everything will work out. Unfortunately, I was not told about this until it was too late. Thankfully, they were able to work with us to figure out a solution. They are a reasonable company and would suggest checking them out.

never hesitated to answer my questions, and provided me with an updated quote in a timely fashion after each update I had them make. They always answered my e-mails promptly (I never even had to call them) and they delivered/picked up on time to our venue which was out in the middle of no where. Unfortunately, I can only comment about the chairs they provide, because I did not rent anything else. I would highly recommend them to any bride/groom to be.

nd looked absolutely beautiful!

with the delivery on the day of the wedding, which made for a rush at the end to get everything set up in time. Upon special request, their staff brought supplies and strung lighting across the venue for us.

chairs we needed for the wedding and they would not refund us for their mistake. However they did wait until right before the wedding for us to decide if we wanted a tent and even brought up a smaller tent for us

the planning process. They even sent someone out to meet with me at the venue to verify a tent would fit well and the dancefloor would work for my venue. They even let you have the rentals all weekend with only having to pay 1 rental price! Everything went as planned and we got everything we needed. I would definitly use this rental company again if I ever have to plan an event, since they are a great price and are very easy to work with!

e got our sound system, it didn't work properly. However, they promptly brought us a new one and did everything they could to help our day work out. I would rent from them again.

chairs were a bit banged up but nobody but me noticed. I'd use them again if I planned another event.

eemed pretty disorganized. They were late delivering my rentals and although they arrived and delivered I was already gone at the rehearsal dinner. It was stressful to say the least. The good thing is that they weren't picky about how we left the goods. And there were no problems with pick up and no one had to be there for pick up. All goods were as promised as well and well packaged. They were there in the morning ready to be set up.

d they don't tack on a lot of extra fees.

hing I did not like was that they showed up two hours late the day before the wedding to set everything up. We had to start the rehearsal while they were still setting up the tents. Also, they did not set up all of the tables; we had to do that ourselves. Other than that, they were helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or concerns.

me finding vases that I liked from a place that had enough of them. I called The Party Pros and they had just the right amount! Plus they had great customer service. It was right next to my mother-in-laws work, so she ended up stopping by multiple times and picking up stuff, like napkins, some extra tables clothes, and a couple last minute candelabras that we needed.

od condition and right on time though!

p and let them take care of the rest.
