The Party Pro's did a great job dealing with my back and forth "Bride Brain" - I changed my mind a few times on our chair selection, from black to white, then plastic to wood. They never hesitated to answer my questions, and provided me with an updated quote in a timely fashion after each update I had them make. They always answered my e-mails promptly (I never even had to call them) and they delivered/picked up on time to our venue which was out in the middle of no where. Unfortunately, I can only comment about the chairs they provide, because I did not rent anything else. I would highly recommend them to any bride/groom to be.

We rented pillars and a backdrop as well as a table and table cloth/bow for our wedding cake. These were some of my favorite things at the reception. It was exactly what I wanted and looked absolutely beautiful!

The Party Pros has a large inventory for a good selection. It was easy to make adjustments on our reservation, even up to a few days before the wedding. They were quite a bit late with the delivery on the day of the wedding, which made for a rush at the end to get everything set up in time. Upon special request, their staff brought supplies and strung lighting across the venue for us.

I called them last min with requested. They fulfilled them. They were great to work with and knew their stuff.

party pros delivered the wrong chairs the say before the wedding and could not replace them with the correct ones. we ended up having to call another rental company to get all the chairs we needed for the wedding and they would not refund us for their mistake. However they did wait until right before the wedding for us to decide if we wanted a tent and even brought up a smaller tent for us

I was looking for a rental company to provide a tent and all the tables, chairs and the dancefloor for my wedding. The Party Pros provided all of the above and was very helpful in the planning process. They even sent someone out to meet with me at the venue to verify a tent would fit well and the dancefloor would work for my venue. They even let you have the rentals all weekend with only having to pay 1 rental price! Everything went as planned and we got everything we needed. I would definitly use this rental company again if I ever have to plan an event, since they are a great price and are very easy to work with!

We rented our sound system and some beverage dispensers from them. There were multiple times that I called or went in and felt as if I was dealing with a bunch of teenagers. When we got our sound system, it didn't work properly. However, they promptly brought us a new one and did everything they could to help our day work out. I would rent from them again.

Best value for the area. Reasonable rates and on time service. The rental time is 3 days which was great for us, we set up the day before and took down the day after. White wedding chairs were a bit banged up but nobody but me noticed. I'd use them again if I planned another event.

I have no other rental experience as comparison but I don't think this place went above or beyond. They have everything that other rentals have and they delivered but Party Pros seemed pretty disorganized. They were late delivering my rentals and although they arrived and delivered I was already gone at the rehearsal dinner. It was stressful to say the least. The good thing is that they weren't picky about how we left the goods. And there were no problems with pick up and no one had to be there for pick up. All goods were as promised as well and well packaged. They were there in the morning ready to be set up.

Party Pros did a good job at the delivery, and pickup of our home wedding. They have a wide variety of rentals, from tables and chairs, to pillars. Their pricing is competitive, and they don't tack on a lot of extra fees.

These guys had everything we needed...and had forgotten, like pie servers for all our pie!! They were professional, helpful and REALLY reasonable!!

I liked Party Pros, because we were able to find everything we needed in one place. We rented tents, tables, chairs, linens, and music equipment from them. It was great! The only thing I did not like was that they showed up two hours late the day before the wedding to set everything up. We had to start the rehearsal while they were still setting up the tents. Also, they did not set up all of the tables; we had to do that ourselves. Other than that, they were helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or concerns.

We ended up getting a lot of stuff from The Party Pros, from vase rentals to napkins. I first found them when I was trying to find vases for thirty tables. I was having a hard time finding vases that I liked from a place that had enough of them. I called The Party Pros and they had just the right amount! Plus they had great customer service. It was right next to my mother-in-laws work, so she ended up stopping by multiple times and picking up stuff, like napkins, some extra tables clothes, and a couple last minute candelabras that we needed.

The crew that delivered the items we rented were very professional, they forgot a few things but came back the next day to delivery them, over all they did a great job

We have used them all the time for the place that I work, and there was no question that I would use them for stemware rentals for our wedding. Thank you Party Pros!

The only down side is we had to get all the rentals ready for pick up right after the wedding. Just wish they would give you another day or two. Everything we ordered arrived in good condition and right on time though!

Party Pros provided our tables and chairs. They were very easy to work with. It was great to pick what we wanted tell them what time everything needs to be delivered and picked up and let them take care of the rest.
