This Venue is gorgeous and has an endless amount of potential for any type of wedding vibe you are going for. They are really helpful with everything and made our experience more than perfect with their help! We had the best day at The Pavilion!!

She also gave me and my bridesmaids her personal phone number to instantly contact her at all, but we never needed to because she was always there when needed. Destiny single-handedly helped make our special day the best day ever. I hear so many wedding horror stories, but I knew I had nothing to worry about thanks to her amazing work! They treat you like family, and do everything in their power to make your dream Wedding come true. Destiny was our Coordinator, we LOVED her approach and support to ensure we stayed on schedule and things went as smooth as possible. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in EVERYTHING, and our family and friends LOVED her too!!!! Taylor and Kacie were always smiling and cheerful, and they work so hard alongside the team! Evan was a great Manager and Bar Tender, he made our guests laugh and have fun! The cost is affordable, and they even have a wide variety of linens, centerpieces, arbors, and so much more! We used the outdoor space for the ceremony because the landscaping was breathtaking and romantic. They even lit up the open air chapel at night with purple lights, which was fun for nighttime photos too! The indoor reception hall is gorgeous, with a Jr. Ballroom and Bridal suite for getting ready. We also appreciated that we were able to bring our own alcohol instead of committing to a Bar minimum. It was truly an honor to have our wedding at the Pavilion, we would do it 100 times again if we could! We even hope to go back for a Vow renewal in the years to come. We THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for being the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Through out the year and a half engagement they were always there to answer questions whether it was email or over the phone. I truly felt like they were there for me and my now husband the whole way. Fast forward to the couple weeks leading up to the wedding and the day off. Destiny and Taylor (day of coordinators) were absolutely amazing. They made sure my husband and I didn’t see each other even if that meant they stood in front of me lol. Destiny and Taylor always made sure I had someone with me 24/7 on the day of incase something happened. They also checked on my husband and I throughout the whole day/night to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. Evan (bartender) was absolutely amazing as well. He served my husband his special drink all night and everyone was ranting and raving about his energy the whole night. He even got on the dance floor and showed some of his own moves. Our wedding was perfect, everything went so smoothly, and I feel like that wouldn’t of happened without these three workers who would do anything for their bride and groom. 100% recommend the pavilion event space. Kacie (the owner) and her colleagues are absolutely amazing and the venue itself is gorgeous!!

She was/is a heaven sent. If you want someone who is there to really advocate for you as the bride on your special day, someone to take on the little stress worries, give you great energy, make you laugh, etc. she is 100% the girl for the job! My husband, bridal party, parents, we all LOVED her! She truly cares about you and making sure your day is enjoyed with no problems. I was able to work alongside her from designing everything for the reception, rehearsal, & wedding day. She's easy going, relaxing, just absolutely perfect! EVAN is also amazing! He helped so much with the numbers for alcohol that we needed to buy, gave great tips to help and his personality is perfect! I was so happy that he was able to be the bartender on our wedding night! I highly recommend The Pavilion to anyone! They made my wedding experience so stress free and I am forever grateful for them!

Picking a photographer and videographer that knew the venue also generated some amazing shots that I'm sure others would have missed. The Pavilion offers a lot of support compared to other venues we looked at. A day-of-coordinator is included. They offer the ability to customize the space without having to buy all the drapery and linens, they just had a small fee. So we had a beautiful wedding and were not left with a bunch of decorations we did not need. The team there makes you feel very special and they want you to have a great event. They were there for us every step of the way and made planning easier than we were expecting. Our wedding was in April, so we planned for an outdoor wedding and were able to have a back-up plan in case it rained. Luckily for us, we had a beautiful spring day that went off without a hitch! I 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and trouble-free experience for the couple.

The day-of coordinator will meet with you as often as needed, make sure that your vision is possible and met, and make sure that, on the day, you are catered to and comfortable to the best of their ability. While we were planning and preparing for our day, our coordinator, Destiny, met with us to pick out linens, decor to rent from the facility, and go over our plan for the day to ensure she understood what we wanted the day to feel like, how we wanted it to flow, and what we wanted it to look like. Destiny met with us again to go over our plans after we had finalized more information later in our process, was available by phone very readily, and was a reassuring presence leading up to the day. During the rehearsal, Destiny made sure to explain what she would be doing to make our plans a reality, how she would keep people in order, and was flexible in including people we offered to help support her from our families and wedding party so that we could have someone else close to us involved in ensuring the day went well. The day of, Destiny was on top of everything. She had the floor laid out, placed all the linens with her team, frequently checked in with us to make sure we were feeling like the day was progressing smoothly, and ensured that we had the best time possible that day. Destiny helped ensure that the plan we had built was kept to and we stayed on schedule the entire day thanks to her awesome support. In addition to Destiny, Evan, the GM, helped us build our drink order for our caterer, ran the bar for us, and was also readily available by phone as needed. When we had a small concern from our meal caterer, Evan helped step in and reassure the caterer of their concerns and get everything back on track. When we had a more finalized count for our wedding, Evan advised reducing the bar tenders we had hired through them from 2 to 1, a move that definitely demonstrates what the Pavillion Event Space showed us time and time again: A willingness to lose a bit on the price to ensure we were spending our money and time in an efficient and appropriate manner even when it was against their own bottom dollar. That focus on us and our best interests is by far the strongest selling point we can point out. They are not out to flip weddings or take advantage of you. The Pavillion Event Space cherishes your experience and happiness. It's a great feeling to have that you are spending your money at a place that acts that way and that your guests will enjoy. The day-of Evan made sure that any holes we had not filled got covered to the best of their ability, such as when we realized that we did not have serving tongs for our cocktail snacks. He also made sure that when we came in first from the ceremony, we had drinks and a moment to celebrate ourselves before our guests rejoined inside. We greatly enjoyed our time at The Pavillion Event Space, and highly recommend checking them out to host your events, as they will definitely give you a great experience.

I had an anxiety meltdown but she swooped in and provided me with what I needed to get me going. She made sure everything was perfect and well managed and she did absolutely amazing . Our bartender Evan was just as amazing. Had a drink ready for me after ceremony and knew exactly what I wanted . He was calm and very very helpful with any questions I had. Plus his dance moves are pretty great haha . I would recommend this venue 100% again and again and again . The professionalism and communication was perfect . If I could give this venue 20 stars I most definitely would.

They had things we could rent that we didn’t even think about or think we needed they suggested drinks and literally anything we needed help with. I will have to say the best part about this process is that they give you a coordinator the day of. Destiny was absolutely AMAZING! I truly can’t put into words my appreciation. Seating guest , making sure my kids were ok to just bringing me bottles of water so I wouldn’t be dehydrated Destiny truly did it all and I wouldn’t have made it through the day without them honestly. The amount of support I received was priceless. Love love love everything about this place. For sure a fairytale wedding venue.

g you ever need. You can tell she’s been doing this for awhile and genuinely cares that your day is as beautiful as you imagined - and makes it happen. The venue also comes with the most incredible bartender (Evan) who is just amazing. You get a full bar consultation prior to your wedding. And if you’re like me and forget ice, he’ll go to 3 gas stations until he finds ice for you and you’ll have no idea a crisis was averted until the end of the night. Not only that, but they provide all the linens, table decorations, some signs, and do all of the setup and takedown. I can’t say it enough how happy I am that I chose this venue!

r but especially because being an LGBTQ couple, we hoped we would be treated just as normal as other couples. From the moment we stepped inside, all of those fears quickly faded. Evan gave us the tour and really sold us on everything. But it wasn’t just that he sold us on the venue, he sold us when he found out we were at our first tour and on his willingness to talk to us about what questions we had, what questions we SHOULD have, answered those for us. He provided us with a list of amazing vendors and the order of which we need to book them. We saw one more venue directly after the Pavilion and as soon as we left we emailed the Pavilion and wanted to book. Not only did Evan sell us on the venue but he is the bartender and he CRUSHED it. All of our guests were so impressed with him and told us this all night. He helped us create signature drinks and come up with a shopping list so we had enough alcohol for the evening. He had us drinks waiting when we came inside from the ceremony and kept the guests happy all evening! Not only was Evan amazing, but Kacie CRUSHED it as well. She’s so fun L, creative, and energetic and came up with amazing ideas during the design meeting. She created bomb custom quad panel pipe and backdrop for our reception and she along with the rest of the staff kept things flawless from the day we booked up until the end of the evening of our wedding. The entire staff at the Pavilion was absolutely amazing and we 20/10 recommend to anyone. Not to mention their venue speaks for itself in the beauty of the open air chapel and beautiful indoor space. Our guests complimented the venue and the staff all evening. We could not have had our dream wedding without Kacie, Evan, Leah, and the entire staff at The Pavilion and we are forever grateful to them!
