Working with CT Wedding Group and specifically Pavilion on Crystal Lake was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding. They were so knowledgeable, easy to work with, and profesional throughout the entire planning process. Our day of planners were incredible and allowed us to have a stress free and seamless experience. Our guests raved about the food. We could not be happier with our experience.

CT Wedding Group and the staff at the Pavilion go above and beyond. Our wedding day was magical, and so much better than we could have expected. Our meetings leading up to the day were always so helpful, and communication was completely transparent. The food was INSANE; our gets are still raving about it a month later. The way the staff set up our own decor with what they had made the entire venue look so beautiful. When our timeline was a bit behind, we never felt rushed or stressed out because the staff had it all handled. As the bride and groom, we were so well taken care of the entire night; we actually got to eat and drink and enjoy our night! We had so many amazing memories, and we attribute it all to the efficiency, kindness, and knowledge of the entire staff. Thank you will never be enough!!

CT Wedding Group is absolutely incredible! As a bride juggling graduate school on top of working full time, I needed help keeping all the details straight and sticking to a timeline for all wedding planning purposes! CT Wedding Group helped with all the planning and more! They are incredibly helpful and very friendly, willing to help in any and every way possible so my husband and I could have the best day ever! On the day of our wedding everything was perfect! We didn’t have to worry about anything, our amazing Day of Coordinator, Sean, took care of it all, keeping us on schedule, organized, and well fed. The food was spectacular and bountiful, our guests are still complimenting us a week later saying how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue is! Thank you so much to everyone’s hard work we had the most special and perfect wedding day!

Everything about our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we are so grateful that we will always have these wonderful memories to cherish. Our family and friends are still raving about the incredible food and the stellar customer service. I'm very into fine dining and cooking, and the food here is impeccable. The whole process of wedding planning with CT Wedding group was really helpful, but they outdid themselves the night of the wedding. They filled in all the things we didn't have decorations for, and made sure that everyone knew where to go and what to do. It really looked magical - like our own fairy tale. Our day-of coordinator, Sean, was so sweet and amazing and I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. This was absolutely worth every penny, and I hope I have friends that get married here just so we can come back and experience it again. Thank you so much, CT Wedding Group!

I am so grateful that I chose to get married with the CT Wedding Group at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake. Not only did they provide an absolutely gorgeous venue and the best wedding food I've ever had, but their entire team was an invaluable resource for the year and a half it took to plan our best day ever! They were always available to answer questions, guide us on what to do next, give us tips on cost saving, brain storm ideas and more. They alleviated so, so much stress. They made our vision come to life! Our guests continuously compliment us on the experience. It was truly the best night of my life and I sincerely thank the entire team of the CT Wedding Group for that.

This place is AMAZING! I will be honest, it may be a bit on the pricey side (as is everything) but they did a phenomenal job and we are SO happy we used them for our wedding. We’ll make our money back but we’ll never get our wedding day back and they made it SUCH an amazing experience for my bride and me. Straight from when we booked, staff worked with us for the ENTIRE two year engagement leading up to the big day. Everyone was so nice and helpful. You could text for questions which for me, made it even easier for communication and quick responses. I can’t say enough good things about our actual wedding day. All the staff was AMAZING and we’re still hearing about it from our guests. Not one bad comment. The food was served hot hot hot (per my grandma Connie) and everything was delicious! People are still talking about it being the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to! Our videographer cancelled 45 minutes before arrival and we had to find a fill-in. We had a “thank you to our vendors” sign on one of the tables. The staff of CWG took it totally upon themselves to UPDATE our list and take off the vendor that was a no-show and put in the new videographer’s name!! They pay attention to the small details and my bride nor I would have ever thought to do that. Simply amazing! At the end of the night, staff packed everything up for us and put it into our cars—-we didn’t have to worry about A THING! When we toured the Pavilion, they told us it’s their mission to make sure we enjoy our special day and don’t have to worry about anything—and they were so spot on! Planning was seamless with all of their help. They think of everything. They really did everything they could to accommodate us and make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. I want to renew our vows their next year just so we can keep working with staff!! 😄Just perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

Our perfect, flawless wedding day was 10/5/24. When we first started searching for venues, we found the CT wedding group and saw the endless 5 star reviews. When you read these reviews, please believe every single word!! The staff at CT wedding group and The Pavilion on Crystal Lake made the last 2 years of planning and our wedding day the most incredible, supportive, perfect experience we could have ever dreamed of! From the moment we toured the Barns at Wesleyan Hills and The Pavilion on Crystal Lake, we were immediately sold. We decided to book our wedding at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake because we truly just fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked in. Casey answered every single question we had prior to booking our wedding, and the entire planning team was there morning, noon, and night for the entire duration of our planning. We were able to reach them via email, call, text, and in person meeting and had responses to any questions almost immediately. They checked in with us consistently to ensure we were on track, and were extremely supportive with all of our vendors as well. Mary, our day of coordinator, and Eddie surpassed our expectations. They were genuinely incredible and made our vision come to life. I truly cannot put into words how amazing they were. We had a plate of appetizers and dessert in the bridal suite for my husband and I, our hands always had a drink of our choice in them, and Mary and Eddie flawlessly orchestrated our night and didn’t skip a beat or miss a single detail. Our friends and family have raved about the food, venue, overall experience, and have said that our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. If you are considering booking your wedding with CT wedding group and the Pavilion on Crystal Lake, you NEED TO! We truly cannot say enough positive, amazing things about this crew! If there was an option for 6 stars, Pavilion would get it from us. No joke, they made our wedding experience so seamless from the planning to the actual day of. The planning team was so available for any questions we had leading up to signing the contract, all throughout the planning process, and there to calm us during the “stressful” week of the wedding. Quotation marks around stressful because their planning crew really removed any of the stress we had. From the big things like coordinating with our vendors and making sure we didn’t worry about a single aspect of set up day of, to the little things like having pins for the boutonnieres when our florist forgot them or having batteries for a money gun for the wedding party’s entrance to reception, their day of team was absolutely stellar. My husband and I are very Type A people and didn’t feel the need to micro manage any piece of the process with this group. The Lake Cottage on site was SUPERB. The girls were able to get ready there all morning with plenty of space to spread out, eat, do hair and makeup in separate rooms, and have all of our stuff laid out ready for the day. The boys joined mid way through the day, too, to the upstairs part which was perfect so we didn’t have to worry about them getting there late or having to deal with separate getting ready locations. Lake cottage, awesome, but the views!? Incredible. We have a fall wedding and we’re in the peak of the fall foliage. We were able to do our first look and private vows with the beautiful trees around us, and take our pictures by the gazebo, under the string lights, in front of the lake with the beautiful water/tree combo, and at the lake cottage. Our guests would not stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was. There’s complimentary fruit infused water when the guests first arrived which was great, but we really impressed with the hot beverage package which included hot chocolate and hot apple cider (a real crowd favorite). That started off the vibe high and it kept delivering with all of the hors d’oeuvres. Some of the best food we and our guests have had, nevermind at a wedding. They even set us aside a plate since they knew our day would be busy and wanted to make sure the bride and groom got to enjoy during some time away from the guests after cocktail hour! The farm stand board had such a good variety and was a hit. The meals and signature drinks (we did the Apple cider mule to keep with the fall theme) were delicious as were the salads that we started with. They even gave us some chicken tenders in addition to the “adult meal” for the groom since they knew he loves them. For dessert, we did the Lyman Orchard bar which included pies, vanilla ice cream, and apple cider donuts. This was a SHOW STOPPER. If you are looking for fall vibes, this is the absolute best decision you could make. Ditch the cake and go all in on this bar - it was a hit for the kids and adults. Thankfully, the venue also packaged up all of our extra meals and leftover desserts that we got to really enjoy the following day. They thought of everything, they made our vision come to life with every decoration we brought and added in their extra pieces to make it all look like seamless decor without requiring us to buy a bunch of things we’d never use again. If we were to do it all over again we would pick the Pavilion every time.

This review is for all the procrastinators out there! It took me two years to write this, but today marks our second wedding anniversary—married on October 30, 2022. The Pavilion on Crystal Lake and the CT Wedding Group deserve the utmost recognition for making our day truly perfect. From our first tour with Jess to the incredible day-of experience, the planning team was friendly, organized, and communicative. The breathtaking views, welcoming staff, and amazing food left a lasting impression. We still hear rave reviews about the thick-cut bacon served with the bar snacks! Shelby, our day-of coordinator, was exceptional. She kept me calm and guided me through breathing exercises before I walked down the aisle. If we could do it all again, we would choose this venue without hesitation!

We cannot recommend Pavilion on Crystal Lake and CT Wedding Group enough! From touring the venue to the wedding day, they were there to help through every step. When we reached out to CT Wedding Group, it was originally about another space they own, but after speaking with us, they knew Pavilion on Crystal Lake was exactly the space we were looking for. It was the first venue we toured and nothing else compared to it! We have meetings through out the year prior to the wedding that help keep us on track. My husband loved that we essentially got a to do list each meeting!!! When we weren't able to make the tasting date due to a commitment, they went above and beyond for us. They provided a few meals for us to try during our in person planning meeting where we got to meet the head chef and learn about all the options. They knew the food was important to us and went out of their way for us. We appreciated this so much. On the wedding day, Mary, our day of coordinator was so helpful. Our family and friends were even coming up to us and telling us how great Mary is. It's been a month since our wedding and people are still telling us how great the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and how great of a time they had. I will be recommending CT Wedding Group and Pavilion on Crystal Lake to anyone that asks. There is a reason this is one of The Knot's Top 15 Wedding Venues!!!!!

Very professional and extremely helpful

There's a reason this place is one of the top 15 venues in the country. Not only does this venue have one of the most romantic outdoor ceremony sites I've ever seen nestled among the pine trees with overhead twinkling lights, but it also comes with a team of wedding planners to make the day as easy as possible. While I would have loved to have maybe work with one planner a little more regularly, they still did a phenomenal job. They provide deadlines of when things need to be done by, and they make the decorations easy by providing a book of options and all you have to do is choose. They set up the hall for you (and it looked GORGEOUS). There's also a place on site to get ready in so you don't have to worry about getting ready in a hotel room nearby. My day-of coordinator, Mary, was honestly the best person for my wedding - she and I had the same vibe with the same vision of pink and sparkles and romance. She made sure my husband and I were fed, we always had a drink when we wanted, and helped us navigate saying hello to all our guests. I was SO sad when it rained for my ceremony and I couldn't get married outside like I had dreamed of, but Mary and her team made the inside hall more beautiful than I could have asked for. 1000% would recommend. My job kept me too busy to really be able to do this on my own, and they helped put my vision together. They helped us find a priest to perform our ceremony, and helped me find the remaining vendors. I'm still hearing (about 2 months later) about how DELICIOUS all the food was, about what a wow factor the decorations were, and what a great place it was.

From start to end, the team at the Pavilion were spectacular. Anytime I had a question or needed a recommendation they were right on top of it. We never felt stressed or unsure of what we should be doing when it came to planning. All of the coordinators kept us on track and solved any problems we encountered. They made my vision come true. Mary was our day of coordinator, she was right by our side the entire day. From checking on me and my girls getting ready, to making sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands & food in our bellies all evening long. She solved any problems we ran into, even when we had an unexpected guest show up to our wedding, she handed it in a calm manner. We also worked with Eddie who made our 3000+ family cookie table a literal dream. He turned our family tradition into a magical disney land of cookies!!! His energy and enthusiasm for our wedding made my heart so happy. The food was so incredible, I've heard nothing but amazing reviews from our friends and family. Mary & Eddie were truly a pleasure to work with and I can say they were a huge asset to make our special day so perfect. I cannot thank the two of them and all of the other wonderful staff enough. We're so happy we went with our first instinct and had our wedding at the Pavilion. It was a night no one will ever forget!

Our experience with the CT Wedding Group and their venue at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake was incredible! From our tour of the venue and on, we felt so taken care of in every phase of the wedding planning experience. Our favorite overall element is how all inclusive the CT Wedding group is, everything from food to their beautiful decor could all be handled through their services. I can’t tell you how much weight that took off our shoulders! They were also amazing from a communication standpoint, and the meetings we had at different points of our wedding planning did an excellent job of making sure we were on point and easing our worries. Overall I can’t recommend the CT Wedding Group and the Pavilion on Crystal Lake enough!

My husband and I used the Pavilion on Crystal lake to plan a wedding in just about 6 months. The staff at the Pavilion helped us out immensely! We had no clue what types of things we needed to plan a wedding and they had the checklists for us! On wedding day, the staff at The Pavilion was so helpful and did such a great job with getting the day to flow perfectly! Shout out to Mary and Eddy for being our go to people! If we had to plan a wedding again, I would do it at the Pavilion or with the CT Wedding group staff in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that will keep the planning process stress free!

I would give the Pavilion and CT Wedding Group 10 stars if I could. From the first phone call, to the first tour, to our final details appointment, to the day of we felt 100% supported and cared for. Every single person we communicated with or worked with was friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about our day of team: Sean, Mary, and Cate. It started absolutely downpouring 20 minutes before our ceremony and my dreams of a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the gazebo were crushed. They were so sensitive to that while also being mindful of the timeline of the day. Guests raved about the service and their ability to get the indoor space ready for our ceremony in a matter of minutes (and it was such a gorgeous plan B). And speaking of guests raving- we received countless compliments on the service, food, and drinks. If we could do it all again, we wouldn’t change a thing. The Pavilion was truly the venue of our dreams.

Our wedding at the Pavilion was everything we hoped for! The staff are all extremely friendly and eager to help. Our day of coordinator was amazing. Sean made sure everything ran smoothly and we were able to enjoy our day, stress free. We could not have asked for a better venue or a group of people to help plan our wedding. To top it off, the food is delicious as well!

We had THE best experience getting married at the pavilion on crystal lake! CT Wedding group was amazing through the whole process and I can't thank them enough for everything they did. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the food was so so good. They also have a cottage on site for the bride/bridesmaids to get ready at, as well as an upstairs area for the groomsmen/groom to get dressed in. Our wedding day was literally flawless and everything went perfect. Our day of coordinator, Mary, was fantastic and took care of every little detail. She constantly checked in with us, made sure we sat down and ate our meals, and always had a drink in hand for us. The entire staff were also really great and very nice to all our guests. One server in particular even came out on to the dance floor and was dancing and passing out soft pretzels at the same time. We didn't have anything to worry about the day of our wedding and could truly enjoy every little moment throughout the day because they're not lying when they say the day goes by so fast. Planning a wedding is definitely stressful, but having the extra help from our wedding planners was a total game changer. They were always available any time I had questions or needed advice on whether or not decor I had in mind would fit in our reception area. On top of having zoom calls every month or so to check in on how we're doing and what we still had left to do for the wedding. I would recommend the pavilion on crystal lake to all my friends and family or literally anyone looking at venues because they go above and beyond in literally every category you can think of and I just can't stop raving about them. The wedding group is the best of the best. They handled all of our questions in a very timely manner, were extremely knowledgeable, shared helpful advice, and thought of every little thing along the way. We planned our dream wedding in just 7 months while working full time! Do yourself a favor if you’re going to get married in Connecticut and work with the wedding group! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and compliments both large and smaller weddings. I have nothing but great things to say!

CT Wedding Group and The Pavilion were incredible to work with! They provide preferred vendors and all went above and beyond for our day. From tiny details, lots of questions, and larger items- they handle it all. Our day was beyond perfect. Mary- our day of coordinator was incredible. She took our vision for our day and brought it to life. She was very detail oriented and we instantly felt like we had known her forever. Our experience at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake and CT Wedding Group was excellent! It was incredibly helpful to have the planning team available to ask questions, get recommendations, and generally take the pressure off of planning. Many of the things you often hear couples worry about weren't even on my radar when planning our wedding due to the help of our planners. As for the day of, we felt incredibly well taken care of all day! Our day-of coordinator, Sean, was amazing!! He was so attentive to detail and took care of anything we needed. We utilized the Lake Cottage to get ready in the morning, which made things so much easier. We had plenty of space to spread out and the hair & makeup room was vital! We received so many compliments from our guests on the food (yes, as the bride and groom we got to eat!), the service, location, decor, and friendliness of the staff. You really get what you pay for with this venue.

Booking with the Pavilion was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! These incredibly skilled experts went out of their way during every interaction we had with them, from our first to our last, To make sure our dream come to life. But probably the best thing about the Pavilion is that their staff, every single person was genuinely kind. The joy and excitement that they give off to every client they have is unparalleled. We specifically got to work with Allie a lot in the planning process who is amazing and super fun. She answered all our questions no matter how small leading up to the big day. For the day itself, and the two days leading up to it, we had the opportunity to work with Lindsay and Eddie, who were above and beyond our expectations. Throughout the entire details meeting, rehearsal, and day of they were checking in on us, making sure everything was going according to the way we wanted it to go, and were our support team but also our hype team every minute of the day. They were AMAZING! I don’t have words to accurately describe how great they are. The Pavilion knows how to to take the stress out of planning and make it as it should be, fun. Not just for us though, Our guests had the best time! We had so many questions on how we found them and loads of compliments throughout the night about the venue, the staff, and the food!

Words cannot express how incredible The Pavilion was for our wedding. From the coordinators who would answer every last minute detail texts, soothing wedding anxiety, and making our day run smoothly, they do it all! An extra big shout out to Allie and Lindsay who were ours! The only issue we had with food was that our stomachs were big enough for it all! They have a very inclusive menu and work around allergies/special menu options to make sure everyone had something to eat. The venue itself is a beautiful quiet area where you can just celebrate your love. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue. It made our wedding dreams a reality.

I just wanted to thank you and your entire team for the wedding of our dreams! It was truly magical. Guests have not stopped talking about the food, drinks, and overall service. Sean was absolutely incredible and I can't say enough good things about him. The weather was not on our side but he did everything in his power to make the ceremony happen outside, and he did it! Eddie was incredible as well. Both were very professional, kind, hard working, and clearly passionate about what they do. You are very lucky to have them on your team.

An absolutely incredible venue with CT wedding group providing us with a perfect fairytale wedding. The venue was everything we hoped for and the staff provided us support throughout the planning process and brought our vision to life on our wedding day. The day of they allowed us the privilege to enjoy the day and took care of everything and treated us like royalty. We cannot say enough good things about CT Wedding Group or The Pavilion. We almost want to get married again to experience it twice!

The CT Wedding Group is an AMAZING team of organized, energetic, and passionate people! As someone who gets overwhelmed very easily, they made the entire wedding planning process absolutely stress-free. I can't recommend CT Wedding Group and the Pavilion enough! They made our day so special and it was a dream. We chose The Pavilion on Crystal Lake as the destination for our wedding in March. Myself and the groom, along with everyone who attended, complimented the venue and the staff multiple times. The staff was prepared, accommodating and so friendly. It poured the day of the wedding and the staff at Crystal lake made the indoor experience so magical. We could not have chosen a better location for our wedding. The typical wedding experience can sometimes seem very stuffy, but this was everything but that and more. The food was outstanding, and so plentiful. Everything, from the ceremony to the venue to getting ready, was all in the same location which was truly convenient and took a lot of stress out of planning. The bridesmaids and groomsmen got ready in the cottage, which was a perfect beginning to the day. Everyone appreciated the convenience.

Ct Wedding Group was nothing short of a dream from start to finish. I could not have found a better place to plan a wedding. The entire staff is so attentive and professional with every step of wedding planning that it almost feels like I didn’t have to plan a wedding!! They’re so helpful and communicate so well with their couples and truly want you to have a great wedding day. Day of went amazing! The entire staff from start to finish just had everything in order! It was so seamless! Sean was by far the most amazing, professional, caring and just all around fantastic human, I was thrilled to have him as our day of coordinator! I truly don’t know what we would have done without him, our night went so well with him at our side. Even at our final meeting he had amazing ideas that I loved! It was so easy for him to come up with such thoughtful ideas on the spot! I could not have asked for a better coordinator, he even followed up after the wedding, I absolutely loved him!

The Pavillion On Crystal Lake is the absolute most amazing venue to have your wedding at. The team was amazing to work with guided us along our way to the most perfect wedding day. Every single guest ranted and raved about the amount of food, and how amazing the food was! If I were to recommend a wedding venue to any one, this would be the venue! My wedding day of coordinator, Sean, made me feel relaxed as a bride and provided me and my husband with everything that we needed that day and made it run so smooth!! 💕💕💕

There will never be enough words for how much we LOVED our venue! Now that our wedding is over I wish I could plan another event with CT wedding group. From the countless phone calls, the venue date night, all the details, finding vendors, the days leading up to the wedding, the day of OUR WEDDING and everywhere in between. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. You all are really so amazing especially Cate the great. My husband and I planned our wedding from California and as nerve-racking as that was everything went exactly as planned on our wedding day. This doesn’t happen very often, but there was not one hiccup throughout the day and even if there was CT wedding group, make sure I had no idea! And still no idea! Getting ready on site was so wonderful to make the morning as stress-free as possible. The weather was perfect. We got to get married under the gazebo which was a big reason why we picked the venue in the first place. We are big Disney fans and brought a lot of our own personal and sentimental items. None were ruined, and I told our story of Disney so well. We got married on May 6 of 2023 and I still have guest to this day telling me how wonderful the venue was and how amazing the food was! Once again, we really cannot think the entire team for such a seamless day. Brian and myself are so very thankful for each and everyone of you.

We got married in October and it was the best day! The planning team was so helpful with providing timelines for the whole process and made it feel easy. We had a few special requests that were all met and the answers were all provided quickly. The venue itself is beautiful and we loved the privacy it provided as well. The lake cottage was perfect for our getting ready needs in the morning. The food was delicious, and so many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had. Lexi was our day-of-coordinator and she was amazing. She knew all of our details and kept things on time and fun. I really felt like she knew everything we wanted, and I was comfortable to just exist in the moment during the wedding knowing she was taking care of it all. I couldn’t have asked for anyone or any place better.

The team at the Pavilion exceeded all of our expectations from our first meeting. They worked to accommodate our budget, helped take the "middle man" stress out of communicating with vendors, and were always quick to respond with kindness when we reached out. It's like they have a supersonic team of wedding ninjas who seem to be working 24/7 behind the scenes. These folks KNOW how to wedding. That being said, I never got the sense that the team is overworked or burnt out, even though their jobs are stressful. I no longer can imagine how anyone gets married without an on-site coordinator—and I don't usually like accepting help. They worked with us to incorporate our weird puzzles and games (including secret password to get popcorn), the groom's specific dietary request (see: burgers only), and all the details that were important to us. The food was GENUINELY good, not just "good for wedding food." Having the option for the on-site house rental for getting ready was so nice and stress-relieving. Even though we got rained out, our coordinator made sure the transition to being inside for the ceremony was seamless. Many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. Big thanks to our coordinator Lexi and all the other team members who helped us along the way. We are still glowing while looking over our pictures months later.

My husband and I were able to walk through each step of the endless to do list that comes with weddings with such confidence because we had such an incredible team guiding us. Now lets talk about the real 5 star rating...THE F O O D. Its been a month since our wedding and all of our guests are still bringing up everything they ate and how beyond delicious everything was. I have friends asking if its possible to get recipes for items such as the mini pot pies or the chicken buffalo meatballs. Not only are the options endless, I can honestly say its the best food I have ever had at a wedding, and our guests agree. Next let me rave about our day of wedding coordinator. I am obsessed with her. She had things handled before I could even think about them. She was kind, supportive and a blast to be around. She is in the right field doing the right job. I now consider her a friend (love you Shelby) Truly, start to finish, from day 1 to wedding day the Pavilion on Crystal Lake helped make our wedding dreams come true and I will always be incredibly grateful for their entire team. They are truly the best. I am now depressed because I want to live that day over again and again and again. THANK YOU Pavilion on crystal lake..you guys are all top tier!

The CT wedding group was absolutely amazing every step of the way, and answered all of our planning questions throughout. Sean was fantastic to work with the day of the wedding and made our vision come to life. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We’re still getting messages from guests about it being the best wedding they’ve been to. The food is absolutely incredible, get ready to have everyone come up to you talking about the food! Sean also packed everything up at the end of the night and loaded it right into our car. We can not recommend the Pavilion On Crystal Lake enough!

We got married on September 24th and our wedding day was perfect! From start to finish, the CT Wedding Group was there to answer any questions or offer another solution/option. Our day of coordinator, Sean, was amazing. Constantly checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. We still get guests telling us that our wedding was the best one they’ve ever been too! They were on top of everything and it made the wedding day go by without a hitch. If there was one, my husband and I didn’t know it! Highly recommend them. They are professional, great with communications and triple checking things you want, very responsive with emails, overall 10/10! The food was beyond delicious.

When we saw this venue we just knew it was the one. The rustic/romantic setting was just perfect. The CT Wedding Group was super helpful from day one. They made sure to never miss a beat when it came to planning everything. Our day of coordinator Sean was amazing! He was always there and just knew exactly what to do. Despite it pouring on our day :( we had to make an emergency switch to have our ceremony inside. While this wasn't what I had pictured since booking the venue - the team still made sure everything looked amazing. The food - where to i begin ?! - is absolutely AMAZING! All of our guests are still talking about how good it was! I highly recommend this venue or any venues that they are in charge of! Thanks again for making such great memories for us!

Our experience with getting married at The Pavilion and with the CT Wedding Group was amazing from start to finish. The CT Wedding Group is absolutely fabulous and you truly want them being the ones organizing and planning your special day. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands, the wedding coordinators send out periodical emails with what should be next in the wedding planning journey. They have the couple schedule occasional video chats and in person meetings when it gets closer to the big day. Throughout the planning if you had a question, they encourage emails, as the bride I utilized this very much! I would send over inspiration pictures and details about decor for that ceremony and reception, with all this information they start adding it to your wedding profile. The amount of care and time they gave with emails and video calls was wonderful and felt great knowing you were in such good hands. On my wedding day I had zero worry that my vision wasn’t going to be executed. With in a week of the wedding you get assigned a “day of coordinator,” trust me when I say…Every single coordinator is wonderful and talented. Our wedding coordinator was Melinda and she was nothing shy of perfect!!! We appreciated her thoroughness on every detail for our wedding. She was supportive, helpful and cared about us during the biggest day of our lives. Melinda and the staff at The Pavilion were professional, kind and attentive! Our “favor” was a candy table that I prepared and brought the day of, rather than me being stressed about the assembling of my candy table, they displayed and set it up better than I could have even imagined. We are so grateful for everything they did for us. I was brought to tears seeing how amazing our reception looked, thank you for all you did! The food…DELICIOUS!! This will be the best wedding food you and your guest will ever have, I said what I said! Our families were raving and complimenting the food with the highest praise. The Pavilion has a talented chef & kitchen and I believe this is something that sets them apart from other venues. You will be floored by the delicious food and they venue makes sure to feed the guests well, no one leaves hungry. We opted for a cocktail hour “enhancement,” the Mac & Cheese bar and a “late night snack,” pizza!! The enhancements were well worth it for us, our guests LOVED the additional food during the cocktail hour and reception. Another enhancement well enjoyed by our guests was the “tasty bar snacks,” this was well enjoyed by our bar drinkers who grabbed some thick cut bacon and chips when getting a cocktail. Overall, The Pavilion on Crystal Lake and the coordinators in the CT Wedding Group made the wedding of our dreams come to life. I can’t say it enough, but the CT Wedding Group has so much care and love for the couples getting married. They show and represent organization from start to finish in the wedding planning journey. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have picked the CT Wedding Group to put together our wedding at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake.

We got married back in May at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake and it was everything we wanted and more. The venue was amazing. The food was incredible. The staff and vendors went above and beyond. My husband and I had thee most exceptional experience getting married and having our reception at The Pavilion! Not only is there the most beautiful atmosphere, in addition to phenomenal food, the entire staff ensures that everything is done right! Our special day was like a dream and I would recommend them to anyone!

Pavilion on Crystal Lake was the absolute best venue for our wedding. From the start of the planning process to after the wedding their team was supportive, responsive and helpful. CT Wedding Group helped to decrease our stress in the planning process and make the time enjoyable. Our day of coordinator, Sean, was amazing!! He was so informative, supported us, made sure we always had what we needed including food/drinks! Sean made it a priority to check in with the Bride and the Groom AND our parents and parties. He was the best and our day ran so smoothly! The venue itself is gorgeous! It’s perfect for a couple looking for a modern/rustic/outdoorsy look! The lake, ceremony site and inside is beautiful, (we loved the lights and greenery inside!). Food was amazing from cocktail hour to meals. We are so glad we chose to include the cottage, the women got ready their on site and then both parties and immediate families hung out in the cottage after our first look! Our guests had an amazing time. I have no complaints at all!

Words aren't enough to describe The Pavilion & CT Wedding Group! Our day was absolutely perfect in HUGE part thanks to them. We viewed a bunch of other venues where we really felt like just a number & a dollar sign. CT Wedding Group made us feel special and they actually listened to what we wanted out of our day. We live in the UK so were planning from abroad and immediately felt like we could trust the team at The Pavilion to make our dream wedding come true. And boy were we right!! The planning process was extremely smooth and clearly catered to each couple. They said they would be there as little or as often as we needed them and that's exactly how it was, we felt supported every step of the way. Some months we didn't need much help and other month's I was e-mailing them everyday and always got a response within a few hours! They made all of our wishes come true, even the ones we weren't sure were possible to make happen, they made it all happen and then some! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, situated right on Crystal Lake. The nice thing is that there isn't anything else immediately next door, so you feel like you have your own little oasis. The ceremony space is so incredible, I am SO glad that it's the backdrop for our wedding photos that will hang in our house forever. The pavilion with the greenery behind is just gorgeous. Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was. Inside the venue, it's an old remodelled barn with a light wood. We were looking for a rustic but not TOO rustic feel and it was perfect for us. The windows on the left side look into the lake and the lighting around the room really complimented the wood. The FOOD. I have been to so many weddings with average to below average food. That is not the case here. The food here is to die for. Every single bit of it. I want all of my friends to get married there in the future so I can have all of the food again. Our guests also all commented on the food and how great it was! The day ran so smoothly and it's just a clear indication of how great their team is. Everything flowed organically, even the parts we weren't sure would (we're an international couple so were doing some fun mixed tradition things). I honestly just wish we could get married there again because the day was perfect!

We did our wedding with the Connecticut Wedding Group at Pavilion on Crystal Lake. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We appreciated constant updates, communication and quick responses. No question was silly. They were so helpful throughout the whole planning process. The night of the wedding everything ran so smoothly. Many of our guests said the flow was amazing. Everyone was raving about the food especially the chicken dish. There was so much food for cocktail hour, main meal and dessert. The donuts were AMAZING!! Our wedding coordinator Lexi was absolutely incredible and I want her to be my friend. She was so attentive and listened to our vision of the night. Anything we needed she was there. We could not thank Lexi and the team enough. It was amazing night.

The Pavilion on Crystal Lake can't be beat for their location, service, and food. We were beyond pleased with our experience working with them from start to finish. Long before our wedding day, the team at CT Wedding Group was there to keep us on track and answer any questions that we had. As the wedding date got closer, there were plenty of questions that came up, and they were always answered in a timely and professional manner! We loved the venue itself, which was so picturesque and offered a more rustic feel than most traditional venues while still giving us first-class amenities. The lake, ceremony area, reception area, etc. were just beautiful for our photos. One of the major reasons that we chose the Pavilion was for the food, and it did not disappoint! If you are a foodie, this is the place for you. All of the appetizers were creative and fun and the entrees were more than your run-of-the-mill wedding food. We got several compliments on the food from our guests! Wedding planning always has its challenges, but in those stressful moments, it was great to know we had someone to turn to who wanted to see our vision come to life as much as we did. We could not have asked for a better venue or wedding day!

CT Wedding Group was amazing to work with! From the moment we signed our contract two years prior to our wedding, to our wedding night, they were always so supportive every step of the way. Having a built in team of wedding planners a quick email away helped the planning process be a breeze. We worked with Allie so much leading up to our wedding, and loved her! Lexi was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! She put us right at ease and she had our full confidence which allowed us to relax, take in, and enjoy our wedding night. We got married at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake. The shady ceremony location was perfect for our summer wedding, and the cocktail hour overlooking the lake was gorgeous. We loved every aspect of the venue!! The ladies got ready in the Cottage on site, and wow, we were impressed we had the whole house to ourselves and it gave us so much room to relax and get ready. We are so happy with how our day went. Our guests raved about the food!! Starting with the Prosecco and popsicles for our 90 degree day, to the many, many cocktail hour food options, to our amazing dinner entrees, the guests were well fed and very pleased! Our day was perfect at Pavilion on Crystal Lake. We can’t recommend CT Wedding Group enough!

The Pavilion at Crystal Lake was amazing throughout the entire wedding experience. They were extremely organized and accommodating and are truly great at what they do.
