The Pavilion on Crystal Lake

Indoors the reception room was beautifully lit and the floor plan was exactly as we wanted.  But the ceremony space and reception building are not all that made our day so perfect . Mary and Ron were amazing. A few days prior to the wedding we dropped off our table items and signs. And from that moment on, Mary and Ron took over. The heat was intense that day, in the very high 90s. In the fly, they rearranged things about guests could wait inside until just before the ceremony time. They also moved things around for cocktail hour so that people didn’t have to be in the unbearable heat. They wrangled our large wedding party, and the ceremony went off perfectly.  I have some serious food allergies and Ron made sure I was still able to taste almost everything offered at cocktail hour by making me a separate platter that was allergy free.  These two made sure we were fed, had a few minutes of alone time, always had a drink in hand, and made sure our wedding reception was perfect. At any moment when we had a question or needed something, they were on it. They made everything so stress free!  They went way  beyond our expectations.

They did a great job repurposing our ceremony florals into the reception space, and all of our decor was set up beautifully. We had to move our ceremony indoors and the team made it beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The food is amazing from cocktail hour all the way to dessert. The day of staff was amazing. We had Dimitri and Melissa as our coordinators and they were truly the dream team. Anything we needed they were already two steps ahead. The whole staff were amazing and ready to have a good time with us and our guests. Our family still talks about the staff, the food, and venue a month later. ith several staff members who were simply lovely and easy to talk to. Mary and Eddie were right alongside us on our big day. They made sure everything ran so seamlessly. They made sure we ate and even sent us home with meals so we wouldn’t have to cook the next day! They also made the space look absolutely beautiful. We also worked a lot with Lexi and Shannon on the days leading up to the wedding. They were amazing and helped with so much of the logistics and timeline! Our planning process was extremely organized and streamlined. Whenever we had a question we received an answer quickly. I never felt stressed or lagging behind. Every decision we made was supported and made easy by those we worked with!  It’s been a few weeks since our wedding and we are still receiving so many compliments about the food, atmosphere, decorations, etc. I would not change a thing about our day and that’s because of the wonderful staff at the Pavilion who made the day so, so special! We knew we wanted a space that provided plated dinners without feeling stuffy or like a traditional banquet hall. Pavilion on Crystal Lake absolutely DELIVERED and everything was simply perfect!

The food was out of this world we had some friends tell us they had prepared food for a backup meal when they got home just incase they didn’t like the typical wedding food, but they were blown away with the food here. The mac and cheese bar and donut wall were a huge hit our guest loved it. The property is so beautiful with plenty of different places to take pictures and plenty of space for guest. Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend using them for your wedding!!!

, the venue is GORGEOUS. We loved the fact that we could have the best of both worlds--both inside and outside--for our wedding day. It was perfect! The outdoor ceremony space is intimate and romantic with a canopy of trees, garden lights, and a gazebo. The indoor reception area is just as intimate and has beautiful windows overlooking the lake. There are many different ways you can add on decor to make the inside as "dolled up" as you want. We also got ready for the day on the property at the Lake Cottage. Having been to multiple weddings where the wedding party had to get shuffled from one place to the next, we knew how much simpler and less stressful things would be if we could eliminate all of that. The Cottage is super cute and had everything we needed! Choosing a wedding venue was challenging, but there were a few things that set The Pavilion apart from the others. First, the food. From the beginning, we came to understand that the CT Wedding Group is very "food forward." They pride themselves on their high-quality food, presentation, and the fact that couples don't have to pick and choose options to save money--so much is just included. And simply put: the food was INCREDIBLE. The 10 passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious. We added on "The Farm Stand" which was the most elaborate charcuterie board anyone has ever seen. The dinner entrees were out of this world and dessert was divine. Every guest continues to rave to us about the food! It did not disappoint! Another thing that set apart this venue was the team of people. Once we signed the contract, we were on board with the CT Wedding Group and part of their little family. This group of people took such good care of us throughout the whole planning process! People ask if we hired a coordinator, and it was hard to answer because we had a whole TEAM of coordinators. They kept us on a schedule, made sure we were checking off things on our to-do list, hosting Zoom meetings, and were available to talk whenever we needed. Since our emails/texts went to an entire group of people, it meant we had rapid responses. Also, we never felt like any question was too small, nor any request too big. They were so kind to us and we felt extremely well cared for. Last but not least, the CT Wedding Group provides a day-of coordinator, which was amazing. By the time the day of your wedding rolls around, you will be done with decision making. All you want is to show up and have everyone tell you what to do! Our coordinator, Dimitri, was great. We knew we were in good hands and he made sure the day ran so smoothly. He also made sure we had exactly what we needed at every point in the day/night. We had no stress on our wedding day because of this! All in all, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. If not this venue, then any of the other CT Wedding Group properties. Our guests loved our wedding and so did we. You will have the BEST day!

We had a last minute switch to an outside ceremony and the venue made it look beautiful and magical.
