They did a great job repurposing our ceremony florals into the reception space, and all of our decor was set up beautifully. The food/drinks were delicious and there was plenty to go around all night long. If we were to do it all again, we wouldn't change a thing!

We had to move our ceremony indoors and the team made it beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The food is amazing from cocktail hour all the way to dessert. The day of staff was amazing. We had Dimitri and Melissa as our coordinators and they were truly the dream team. Anything we needed they were already two steps ahead. The whole staff were amazing and ready to have a good time with us and our guests. Our family still talks about the staff, the food, and venue a month later. We could not have asked for a better team, venue and wedding day❤️

ith several staff members who were simply lovely and easy to talk to. Mary and Eddie were right alongside us on our big day. They made sure everything ran so seamlessly. They made sure we ate and even sent us home with meals so we wouldn’t have to cook the next day! They also made the space look absolutely beautiful. We also worked a lot with Lexi and Shannon on the days leading up to the wedding. They were amazing and helped with so much of the logistics and timeline! Our planning process was extremely organized and streamlined. Whenever we had a question we received an answer quickly. I never felt stressed or lagging behind. Every decision we made was supported and made easy by those we worked with!  It’s been a few weeks since our wedding and we are still receiving so many compliments about the food, atmosphere, decorations, etc. I would not change a thing about our day and that’s because of the wonderful staff at the Pavilion who made the day so, so special! We knew we wanted a space that provided plated dinners without feeling stuffy or like a traditional banquet hall. Pavilion on Crystal Lake absolutely DELIVERED and everything was simply perfect!

The food was out of this world we had some friends tell us they had prepared food for a backup meal when they got home just incase they didn’t like the typical wedding food, but they were blown away with the food here. The mac and cheese bar and donut wall were a huge hit our guest loved it. The property is so beautiful with plenty of different places to take pictures and plenty of space for guest. Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend using them for your wedding!!!

, the venue is GORGEOUS. We loved the fact that we could have the best of both worlds--both inside and outside--for our wedding day. It was perfect! The outdoor ceremony space is intimate and romantic with a canopy of trees, garden lights, and a gazebo. The indoor reception area is just as intimate and has beautiful windows overlooking the lake. There are many different ways you can add on decor to make the inside as "dolled up" as you want. We also got ready for the day on the property at the Lake Cottage. Having been to multiple weddings where the wedding party had to get shuffled from one place to the next, we knew how much simpler and less stressful things would be if we could eliminate all of that. The Cottage is super cute and had everything we needed! Choosing a wedding venue was challenging, but there were a few things that set The Pavilion apart from the others. First, the food. From the beginning, we came to understand that the CT Wedding Group is very "food forward." They pride themselves on their high-quality food, presentation, and the fact that couples don't have to pick and choose options to save money--so much is just included. And simply put: the food was INCREDIBLE. The 10 passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious. We added on "The Farm Stand" which was the most elaborate charcuterie board anyone has ever seen. The dinner entrees were out of this world and dessert was divine. Every guest continues to rave to us about the food! It did not disappoint! Another thing that set apart this venue was the team of people. Once we signed the contract, we were on board with the CT Wedding Group and part of their little family. This group of people took such good care of us throughout the whole planning process! People ask if we hired a coordinator, and it was hard to answer because we had a whole TEAM of coordinators. They kept us on a schedule, made sure we were checking off things on our to-do list, hosting Zoom meetings, and were available to talk whenever we needed. Since our emails/texts went to an entire group of people, it meant we had rapid responses. Also, we never felt like any question was too small, nor any request too big. They were so kind to us and we felt extremely well cared for. Last but not least, the CT Wedding Group provides a day-of coordinator, which was amazing. By the time the day of your wedding rolls around, you will be done with decision making. All you want is to show up and have everyone tell you what to do! Our coordinator, Dimitri, was great. We knew we were in good hands and he made sure the day ran so smoothly. He also made sure we had exactly what we needed at every point in the day/night. We had no stress on our wedding day because of this! All in all, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. If not this venue, then any of the other CT Wedding Group properties. Our guests loved our wedding and so did we. You will have the BEST day!

We also loved Hailee who was right there with me before I walked! All the guests were commenting on how delicious the food was. We also got to have time to ourselves right after cocktail hour and got a platter of all the cocktail hour food. The view from the reception room with the lake was stunning. I would recommend this venue to anyone and we truly had such an amazing wedding.

The space is beautiful and we were able to decorate and pick all the extra food stations and add ons and we recreated the venue for exactly what we wanted. The staff carried out our vision perfectly! We had a last minute switch to an outside ceremony and the venue made it look beautiful and magical. We cannot thank them enough for being proactive and checking the December weather and switching to outside, it was a dream come true. The staff here are truly amazing. Marybeth is kind and accommodating and easy to talk to you and gave us everything we wanted. Mary was THE BEST wedding coordinator we could have hoped for. She is not only an amazing person but she made sure our day ran so smoothly and made it all about the bride and groom while making sure all the guests were happy as well. Eddie was an amazing captain and made all things happen for us! The staff are friendly, they listen, and they get it done. The client really matters. The food at this venue is the best we have ever had at a wedding. We have received many messages from people about how amazing the food was which was a must for us. We added a lot of extra stations and they all ran beautifully. If you are getting married, this venue should be your pick! Everything from the staff, to the getting ready cottage, to the food and decor, there is no better wedding venue.
