eally stands out when a venue does their part to make sure that we are fed and given a safe place to put our gear – and the Pavilion staff did more than just that. They were also incredible at managing the timeline for the day to keep us on track and were just great individuals to be around. I highly recommend this venue for couples, and hope to be back soon!

ut the planning process, they provide regular meetings to help make sure all aspects of your wedding planning are on track, even giving you timelines for when to book other vendors, have suits ordered, etc. On the day of, they provided us with an amazing coordinator (thank you Dimitri!) who made sure our decor was perfectly arranged, our day was on schedule, and any problems that came up were quickly resolved with minimal input needed from my husband and I. Lastly, we're still getting raving reviews from our guests about how phenomenal the food was! I'm a vegetarian and they had plenty of meat-free options for all of the courses. I can't recommend CT Wedding Group enough!

eaceful, with the lake providing a stunning backdrop and the ceremony space being cozy, intimate, and full of charm. We had envisioned a rustic chic vibe, and this venue delivered that and more. The reception area truly took our breath away the first time we walked in — it was exactly what we had been dreaming of. One of the biggest priorities for us was finding a venue with a solid indoor ceremony option in case of rain. We were so happy with what they offered — an indoor space that still had beautiful string lights and large windows overlooking the lake. Luckily, we had sunny weather on our big day and got to use the outdoor space, but it gave us huge peace of mind to know we had such a lovely alternative. Throughout the planning process, the coordinating team was extremely communicative and responsive. Even though we didn’t have one consistent contact person the entire time, every team member we spoke with was fully up-to-date on our details and made us feel heard and supported. Our day-of coordinator, Sean Sullivan, was truly the MVP. He was calm, collected, and so clearly experienced — he made the day run seamlessly and helped take all the stress off our shoulders. We felt completely at ease with him managing everything behind the scenes. If you’re considering Pavilion on Crystal Lake for your wedding, don’t hesitate — we couldn’t be happier with our experience, and we’re so thankful we chose this magical place to celebrate our big day.

y on track with the timeline. You work with many people on the team, however, their communication is great and everyone knew every little detail regarding our day. Every question we had was answered in a very timely manner, simple as texting their number. We came into the day very confident and I was able to trust the team and stay in the moment all evening. Their getting ready cabin on site was the perfect size with a gorgeous make-up/hair room. The groomsmen were able to be upstairs as well which is very unique and perfect for a venue. The best thing of all, they make sure you eat!! Greeting you with an after ceremony cocktail and providing samples of all of the cocktail items so you don’t miss anything! I cannot say enough nice things about Mary and Melissa. They made sure they were right there throughout the day for any questions or needs, making sure we were fully enjoying every moment. It has been over a month and every time we see someone, they comment on how amazing the food was! Which can be very rare at a wedding! They made every unique detail I wanted to come to life, including adding their own decor to really fill up the room. It was absolutely beautiful. I cannot put into words how well they did making our wedding day dreams come true. One guest told me it was a wedding out of a fairy tale. I will forever be grateful to CT Wedding Group and I will always remember our big day at The Pavilion. Take me back 🙁

that was the basics…the enhancements were wonderful as well. Not to mention how helpful the team of planners was. I didn’t have to worry or lift a finger the day of the wedding, and they were very helpful in the planning process, setting up meetings to keep everything on track. My husband and I both work and have two boys under 7, so I needed help keeping my head in straight with all the details, and the planning team came through for me on that end as well. The team at the pavilion made our day incredible and exactly what I imagined it to be. 100% recommend. The location is beautiful…I had a January wedding and was still able to capture incredible pictures with my husband by the lake. The food…don’t get me started on how delicious it was. My guests were beyond impressed!! Love love loved this start to my happily ever after 🥰

ook care of every single detail, none of us had to worry about a thing. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and very private. Our friends and family are still talking about how good the food was months later. We have known a few people who have gotten married there as well and we can totally see why. We are so happy that we picked this venue!

g about the incredible food and the stellar customer service. I'm very into fine dining and cooking, and the food here is impeccable. The whole process of wedding planning with CT Wedding group was really helpful, but they outdid themselves the night of the wedding. They filled in all the things we didn't have decorations for, and made sure that everyone knew where to go and what to do. It really looked magical - like our own fairy tale. Our day-of coordinator, Sean, was so sweet and amazing and I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. This was absolutely worth every penny, and I hope I have friends that get married here just so we can come back and experience it again. Thank you so much, CT Wedding Group!

as so available for any questions we had leading up to signing the contract, all throughout the planning process, and there to calm us during the “stressful” week of the wedding. Quotation marks around stressful because their planning crew really removed any of the stress we had. From the big things like coordinating with our vendors and making sure we didn’t worry about a single aspect of set up day of, to the little things like having pins for the boutonnieres when our florist forgot them or having batteries for a money gun for the wedding party’s entrance to reception, their day of team was absolutely stellar. My husband and I are very Type A people and didn’t feel the need to micro manage any piece of the process with this group. The Lake Cottage on site was SUPERB. The girls were able to get ready there all morning with plenty of space to spread out, eat, do hair and makeup in separate rooms, and have all of our stuff laid out ready for the day. The boys joined mid way through the day, too, to the upstairs part which was perfect so we didn’t have to worry about them getting there late or having to deal with separate getting ready locations. Lake cottage, awesome, but the views!? Incredible. We have a fall wedding and we’re in the peak of the fall foliage. We were able to do our first look and private vows with the beautiful trees around us, and take our pictures by the gazebo, under the string lights, in front of the lake with the beautiful water/tree combo, and at the lake cottage. Our guests would not stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was. There’s complimentary fruit infused water when the guests first arrived which was great, but we really impressed with the hot beverage package which included hot chocolate and hot apple cider (a real crowd favorite). That started off the vibe high and it kept delivering with all of the hors d’oeuvres. Some of the best food we and our guests have had, nevermind at a wedding. They even set us aside a plate since they knew our day would be busy and wanted to make sure the bride and groom got to enjoy during some time away from the guests after cocktail hour! The farm stand board had such a good variety and was a hit. The meals and signature drinks (we did the Apple cider mule to keep with the fall theme) were delicious as were the salads that we started with. They even gave us some chicken tenders in addition to the “adult meal” for the groom since they knew he loves them. For dessert, we did the Lyman Orchard bar which included pies, vanilla ice cream, and apple cider donuts. This was a SHOW STOPPER. If you are looking for fall vibes, this is the absolute best decision you could make. Ditch the cake and go all in on this bar - it was a hit for the kids and adults. Thankfully, the venue also packaged up all of our extra meals and leftover desserts that we got to really enjoy the following day. They thought of everything, they made our vision come to life with every decoration we brought and added in their extra pieces to make it all look like seamless decor without requiring us to buy a bunch of things we’d never use again. If we were to do it all over again we would pick the Pavilion every time.
