If you are looking for a 6 star location for your wedding, look no further! The Peaks has everything from 360 degree views to incredible staff, to delicious food! My husband and I held our wedding ceremony at the San Sophia overlook and our reception was held at the Peaks resort. The peaks staff made sure everything was perfect! At San Sophia, they had drinks for everyone ahead of the ceremony so everyone could enjoy the views and take pictures before the event began! They even helped make sure everyone had umbrellas! After the ceremony they helped escort the guests back down the gondola to the Peaks Resort where they curated every single detail exactly how I imagined it. The appetizers and dinner was incredible, the quality of the drinks being served was top tier; got rave reviews from so many guests, and the atmosphere was beautiful and everyone had an absolute blast dancing, playing games and spending time together.
Working with the Peaks was one the easiest parts of wedding planning. They were extremely responsive and accommodating with questions and requests. When we came out to visit the site they helped with accommodations and ensured we had top tier service throughout our stay. During our food tasting we met with the head chef and tried everything on the potential menu paired with a large selection of wines that we could offer at dinner and throughout the event. You could tell the chef had a great passion for food and he had a desire to curate a menu that meant something special to us! We did several walkthroughs of the event space with the Peaks team including 6 months prior and the day prior to the event. This allowed us to work out design details and determine the art of the possible to make my vision come true. We also did walk throughs of many different suites and private residences so we could reserve those accommodations for friends and family as well as ourselves on property for the wedding!
The Peaks offers a five star wedding experience with food and drink minimums included in your base contract for the venue. They provide lists of wedding planners and suggestions for local vendors as well. I loved having my wedding here and I know you will too!

The team at the peaks was so responsive and helpful throughout or time of planning. I worked closely with Piper who was fantastic to partner with. She was super responsive and available for any and all questions I had that popped up during planning. The service on the wedding day was unmatched. We had compliments from our guests on how nice everyone was and how delicious the food was at this venue. I am so happy we had our ceremony and reception at The Peaks, I could not think of a more beautiful place to get married.

We had our wedding at the peaks October 7th 2023. IT WAS PERFECT. The Peaks was so accommodating to everything we requested. Tiffany was there every step of the way, and don't even get me started on how amazing the food tasting / food for the wedding was. I still have people mention the hors d'oeuvre to me. I can truly say that all of our guests were so happy with everything. From the service, to the bar efficiency, the wine, and food. The rooms were clean and they allowed us to adjust our room block multiple times. Overall we could not of had a better experience. The location is easy to get to from the gondola and very central. A few of our guests booked spa appointments, and some even went down the water slide. If you are considering a wedding in Telluride, I HIGHLY recommend The Peaks. From personal experience it was absolutely everything we could of asked for and more!

Our Wedding Reception was at the Peaks Resort in September of 2023. We could not have picked a better place to have our reception. The staff at the Peaks were so so helpful, especially with this being a destination wedding, we really did not know where to being. The staff was very responsive to all the questions we had due to us living miles and miles away. They let you customize the reception area to make it your own. Not to mention the views at the Peaks are unmatched !! it truly is the best ! We still look back at our wedding pictures and it is like a painting. We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to get married in Telluride and celebrate at the Peaks. If you are thinking about having your wedding and/or reception at the Peaks, BOOK IT!

We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful place to get married. Stunning views, AMAZING food, friendly staff and the cutest town. We said I Do at San Sophia overlook and had our reception in the Crystal Room at The Peaks in September of 2023. You really can’t beat the dreamy panoramic mountain views. Just celebrated our 1 year anniversary!

A dreamy place to have a wedding! All of our guest raved about the service and food that was provided. As the bride Chelsea our server would run to me with a new drink as she saw I was running low and gave us the best treatment to make us feel special. A ton of space and loved that there was a separate place for dining, ceremony and dancing.

We had our wedding at The Peaks Resort and Spa in June 2024, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day! From the pre-wedding planning to the day-of coordination, the team was absolutely phenomenal. Our ceremony and cocktail hour took place on the breathtaking Mt. Wilson Terrace, followed by dinner in the Legends dining room and music and dancing in the stunning Crystal Room with its floor-to-ceiling windows. Each space was beautifully laid out and accommodated our 150 guests perfectly.
The online virtual map was a game-changer, giving us a clear vision of the venue before we even visited. We felt so confident that we booked sight unseen! When we finally toured in person, the staff was incredibly welcoming and informative, and later, we returned for another walk-through and menu tasting, which was flawless.
One of the highlights of the entire event was the food—we’ve received countless compliments on it since the wedding, and that’s no small feat with a guest list of 150. The day itself went off without a hitch, and that’s a testament to the professionalism and coordination of The Peaks’ team.
We also stayed at The Peaks for a mini-moon after the wedding, and it was the perfect way to cap off such a special time. The amenities are top-tier, and it was the perfect romantic getaway.
If you’re considering The Peaks for your wedding, I can’t recommend it enough—it was everything we dreamed of and more!

There are not enough words to tell you how great it was to have my wedding at the Peaks. The venue is stunning and my husband got the snowy wedding he wanted. Kristen was amazing to work with, and everyone who helped prep and run the day was incredible. The food was amazing and the staff were polite, friendly, and made everyone feel important. No other venue can compete.

I did not stay at the Peaks, but I booked it for my wedding before the pandemic broke out. We toured the venue and did a tasting with Robyn and both were absolutely wonderful, the terrace view is incredible and we were so excited to watch the sun set as we danced with our guests in the crystal room. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic we were forced to postpone and ultimately decided to do a very small ceremony on our original date while the venue was still shut down. Robyn and the Peaks were incredibly kind, gracious, and accommodating. While I was heartbroken not to get to have the wedding we had planned, the Peaks has earned a customer for life because of the way they handled the situation. We hope to renew our vows there some day in the future!

I planned a destination wedding in Telluride all the way from Michigan. From our first Tour with Robin to our wedding day, the Peaks Resort staff was great! Robin responses to emails/calls so fast and makes the process so easy. The week of the wedding the whole team was amazing. They treated our guest and us very well! THE FOOD!!!! I was a little nervous about the food because I never got to try it prior to the wedding but it was amazing! The venue staff helped our wedding day move along seamlessly and I could not be more grateful

The staff at the reception made sure everything was running smooth and went out of the way to make us feel special! Gigi was amazing to work with! Words cannot begin to describe how magical our winter wedding was…our guests stayed at The Peaks Resort where we also had our ceremony and cocktail hour prior to our leaving for our reception. We were married in January on the outdoor deck of the resort where it lightly snowed on us.
While walking down the aisle I was overwhelmed seeing how beautiful our friends and family looked with light snow flakes sprinkled on their heads…I cried happy tears all the way down to my groom. Gigi at The Peaks was my planner and she was perfect from start to finish. This was a destination wedding and she was supportive the entire time with my insane amount of questions and emails. The team at The Peaks were exceptional and our guests told us many times throughout the weekend how great the ladies at the front desk were to how awesome the valet guys were.
We had such an amazing time that our entire wedding group is going back to The Peaks this January for our 1st wedding anniversary. I cannot thank Gigi and The Peaks enough for exceeding every expectation that we had…it was perfection.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Peaks in July 2014. To sum it up, I will use the words of some of our guests, "The most beautiful wedding I have ever been to; wedding of the century!"
We looked at just about every possible venue in the Telluride area, and couldn't be happier that we chose The Peaks. The Peaks' staff, especially their Wedding Coordinator, Gigi, took care of our every need and made planning the wedding much easier than if we had done it anywhere else. The Peaks was the perfect combination of amazing views, an elegant atmosphere, and convenience and versatility in how they set up all of the different rooms (in the Crystal Room combination) for us.
Six weeks later, our wedding guests are still raving about the food, views, sunset, and overall experience they had at The Peaks.

My husband and I got married this July and had our reception at the Peaks. We had a large group of 180 people traveling from all over the country, most of which chose to stay at the Peaks and absolutely loved the amenities, service and stunning views.
Gigi, the Peaks wedding coordinator and events planner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was unique, and exactly what we wanted.
I may be bias, but it was the best wedding I have ever been to. From the stunning views, great food and drinks, wonderful service and space, it was magical for every single guest. I would not change a SINGLE thing about the evening. I am so happy that we chose to get married at the Peaks. They were incredible from the beginning of the planning process, through the night of the wedding. If financially possible, I would do this every single year.
I would strongly encourage anyone looking to get married in Telluride, especially with a large group, to get married at the Peaks.

We will forever be grateful to you for the SPECTACULAR RECEPTION you coordinated and directed at the Peaks Resort for our wedding on Saturday. We couldn't have been more delighted with attention to every detail that contributed an absolutely awesome evening! The setting on the terraces and in the Palmyra Room was simply breathtaking. To a person, the appetizers and meal were considered to be among the absolute best ever served at a wedding dinner. The service was SUPERB. There are few moments in a family's life where you want PERFECTION for one of life's soaring moments and YOU AND YOUR STAFF NAILED IT! We recently got married in Telluride, CO and had our reception on the Wilson Terrace at The Peaks Resort. The Peaks, and particularly Gigi, was wonderful. Gigi worked with every request we had. We desperately wanted cafe lights outside over the terrace, which had never been done before and she worked her magic to get us cafe lights. She also worked with us to get a perfect layout for the reception and dancing. And she even had a full interior room set up in case of rain (which we ended up needing because it was too cold to sit outside). And to top the entire evening off, the food was amazing!! Everyone is still talking about it. The views from the Peaks are breath-taking - with Wilson setting the perfect backdrop for a sunset first dance! If you're getting married in Telluride - definitely check out the Peaks, you won't be disappointed. It was so fun to have all of our guests in one place and to spend the day by the pool!

The Peaks Resort was our venue for accommodations for our 120 guests as well as our back up venue for our wedding ceremony for weather issues. The hotel was perfect for our wedding and they were able to accommodate all of our guests with the help of Meghan in reservations. We were also able to make great use of the terrace as our meeting spot on the first day or arrival and the SPA was great for our makeup and hair appointments! The Peaks staff was very accommodating to our guests -they accommodated a 40 person brunch, re-opened the bar late at night, changed out rooms for guests that needed a different room, delivered our welcome bags and helped with various other items.
When we did need the back up for our wedding ceremony in the Crystal Room, Robin worked with my wedding planner and acted quickly to set up the room so that we were in time for the wedding. I would highly recommend the Peaks!
