We worked with both Madison and Kylie during our wedding planning process. They were both very patient with us and worked easily with our vendors all along the way. Kylie was very on top of communication which I appreciated greatly. Even getting closer to the wedding when there was miscommunication close to a deadline Kylie and my other vendors hopped to it and took care of everything without me having to get stressed about it which is truly all a bride can ask for. I knew o was in good hands. The service at the Pearl was exceptional of course and even though it rained briefly before our reception, the staff quickly rushed to dry everything and get it all ready. It turned out to be a beautiful reception and I would do it all over again. My husband and I were very happy with our decision.
We had the pleasure of working with Madison for a year planning 2 different wedding dates due to Covid, to sadly have the Bride, who is a front-line Covid medical professional, test positive the day before her Nov. wedding. We were all heart broken. Madison stepped in with a clear head and graciously facilitated what needed to be done. Chef Rolens prepared fantastic food for us to take home, and Mr Kevin Dixon had the compassion and generosity to work with us for some of our financial burdens. I give The Pearl Hotel my Highest recommendation. They will always be to my whole family, The Hotel With Heart. What a class act during a time when so many are suffering. Bravo!
We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Pearl in Rosemary Beach. Everyone we worked with there were complete professionals and it was the easiest, most low stress process. Ashton, our coordinator, was on top of EVERYTHING and worked seamlessly with our vendors to get everything set up behind the scenes and take us out as the middleman. The venue is incredibly picturesque and all of our guests raved about the view and the charm & sophistication of the Hotel. The food was incredible and the banquet team did an amazing job replicating the food from our tasting menu to the full buffet portion, which is not an easy feat. The staff working our wedding were so delightful and provided impeccable service - there wasn't a line ever at the bars and they were on top of any requests we may have had. Finally, they have the perfect after party spot down in the Havana Bar which makes it easy to take the party downstairs once the reception is complete. It was truly our dream day and the team at the Pearl had so much do with its perfect execution.
By far everyone made me feel like a princess and made everyone who came to our destination wedding feel like they were VIP. On top of their A game with smiles on their faces and ready to help you and make you feel special. So glad I chose the pearl !!!!
We made the best decision choosing The Pearl for our wedding venue and reception. From my initial questions to the ongoing planning process, our wedding coordinator, Zoe, was amazing. Whether I had a specific request (or, most likely, had no idea what I wanted), she made it happen or offered just the right suggestion. I didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day - it really was all taken care of. The food, drinks, and service were perfect. The atmosphere was gorgeous while still feeling laid-back (which is exactly what we wanted). I can't recommend The Pearl enough!
I got married at The Pearl in June 2018, and words cannot express how fantastic my experience was. It was very scary to try and plan a wedding in another state, but Zoe Mathews and her team work like a well-oiled machine. If you step back and let her lead you through the process, you will have a wonderful event that is exactly what you wanted - and may not have even realized!! I had a very small wedding, so I was concerned that my wedding may be overshadowed by other larger events going on…….but I can assure you that I was dead wrong. Every vendor and employee of The Pearl treated my group as if we were the only guests there at that time. The quality and attention to every single detail is unsurpassed, and it’s hands down the most stunning venue that I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t have made a better selection for my wedding day!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding at The Pearl in April 2018! From first learning about what The Pearl had to offer to choosing vendors to making sure I was comfortable with the timeline from start to finish for our wedding weekend, Zoe and The Pearl staff were ON TOP OF IT! I did not have to worry for one second about our wedding day going off without a hitch and Zoe helped me through the planning process from start to finish to ensure every detail was perfect. The food was the absolute best, cocktails were delicious, and our guests had a blast - all while my husband and I were able to soak up our special day - THANK YOU, ZOE!! We will certainly be back to vacation and celebrate our anniversaries! <3
We chose the the rooftop buyout option for our fall wedding/reception at the Pearl Hotel and it was perfection! We had around 65 guests. We worked with Zoe & she was wonderful! Our guests RAVED over the delicious food at our reception & our signature cocktail! I highly recommend this venue & the November season!
Had a beautiful wedding day and everything went off without a hitch. The vendors and food were all wonderful! Zoe could not have been more helpful and made everything so easy and eased my mind the entire process!! Thank you for a magical wedding day!!
I can not say enough about this venue!! Zoe was an amazing coordinator from start to finish. The vendors suggested were all amazing. The process was SO easy and smooth and truly allowed us to enjoy the entire experience without any headache or worry. The staff at The Pearl provided next level service in every way--from the front desk to the bartenders to the housekeepers....every single person went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing and that our special day was perfect!
Ashton was absolutely amazing. I feel like I'm pretty easy going but when it came to my wedding I was anxious and needed to know every detail of everything going on and Ashton put my mind to total ease. You can put full faith in Ashton to make your day as perfect as you have always hoped and imagined!

We had our wedding at The Pearl at the end of October, it was perfect! The location in Rosemary Beach with the weather, amazing beaches and beautiful architecture was topped by the wonderful experience in having our wedding at The Pearl. The planning experience was pretty easy and very organized. We had a couple major special moments that were pulled off happily with lots of thoughtful extra effort by The Pearl. We would 100% recommend this venue-the team and setting were amazing!
I cannot say enough about our experience with The Pearl. From beginning to end they made the process incredibly easy. We have come to Rosemary Beach for the past 10 years but have never visited The Pearl, but have always admired it. When planning our wedding we knew we wanted the Beach feel but with a modern twist that incorporated our style ! When on our family vacation this past summer we set up a meeting with Zoe to preview the space. We knew it was for us immediately and booked it before returning home. Unfortunately, we were unable to revisit The Pearl before our wedding ... I was a little hesitant not having a vendor day and picking, seeing, tasting and confirming BUT the more I talked to Zoe the more I knew it would all be exactly as we wanted. She was constantly available to us and went above and beyond to ensure it was everything we imagined. We got married and had the reception on the rooftop. The backdrop and decor speaks for itself and is the reason we choose it. Every single person we came in contact with at The Pearl was amazing! The food for the reception was incredible and the experience as a whole was super easy and relaxed! I would put the process and experience up against any other venue across the country. For the price and what it includes we were blown away! So happy we choose this venue and thankful for the wonderful people we met in the process, each and every one made our day truly unforgettable.
The Pearl was the most perfect wedding venue - beyond what we could have ever imagined or hoped for. Living in Atlanta, I was worried that it would be difficult to plan the wedding and choose the right vendors. Zoe made everything so easy - she recommended fantastic vendors and put our minds at ease throughout the entire planning process. I assumed that the final weeks leading up to the wedding would be stressful, but we knew that everything was taken care of and could truly enjoy that exciting time. And, of course, then there was the wedding, which was flawless! We are still in awe of how beautiful everything was, and we have Zoe to thank for making it all happen. The food, service, and layout (flowers, band, and every little detail) were all perfect, and everything ran so smoothly that we were able to enjoy every moment. Zoe and the staff were attentive throughout the night and accommodating to all of our requests. We are so glad that we chose the Pearl for our wedding and grateful to Zoe and the entire staff for such a beautiful, wonderful night!
MOST MAGICAL WEDDING EVER! I cannot even begin to describe the service we received from the Pearl Hotel for my daughter's wedding on 9-7-17. It was the most accommodating place I have ever, ever dealt with and I'm talking about every single person who worked there from the wait staff, bartenders, bar backs, front desk personnel, cleaning crew - every single person was so kind, helpful, professional and truly made us all feel like we were royalty. It was the most amazing experience and we absolutely, positively could not have done it without Zoe Mathews. After the horrible treatment we received from the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Co. and after having to cancel our wedding with them 6 weeks before our date, we contacted the Pearl Hotel devastated and deflated and Zoe literally picked us all up and put our shattered minds and hearts at ease and helped us plan what turned out to be the wedding our dreams and gave us memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Zoe - you are a true gem and besides being the best, most awesome wedding coordinator, you are so sweet and kind and so great at your job! You didn't miss a single detail, not a single thing and the day was so calm, so organized, so comfortable and we truly cannot thank you enough. Highest marks to Ashton Burts and the entire staff at the Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach. We had the pleasure of visiting this exquisite property to perform for the Wilson Wedding on 10/29/16. Even during the beginning phone calls to discuss reception plans and layout, I could feel the unique friendly hospitality grow. Wedding and event coordinator Ashton Burk not only covered details with a truly devoted demeanor…but it soon became evident… this lady loves serving others and creating unforgettable events! From the time we stepped through the gate until the final grand exit, the entire staff at the Pearl took care of everyone with such wonderful care and attentiveness. As a band, we certainly play some of the most premiere venues on the Gulf Coast. What a joy it is to join and partner with a hotel and staff of this caliber. This is one spot on the coast where your entire event party including support vendors will be thoroughly spoiled! FIVE STARS is an understatement!
