She helped bring our Fourth of July wedding to life, and every detail was handled with such care, professionalism, and creativity. From the very beginning, Samantha made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. She was organized, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was perfect. The Perfect Moment wedding planning services were incredible for our event. We purchased the "Day of Coordination" package and it was far more than day of assistance. Samantha helped us throughout the process, which was extremely helpful since she has been a part of hundreds of weddings and this was our first one. She advised on and pulled together a timeline (with other helpful information), which was shared with all our vendors ahead of the event. She also became the main point of contact for vendors a few weeks before the wedding and was very responsive and quick to answer any questions that came through. Since she had never worked at our venue, she also offered to come up with us for one of our venue walk throughs a few months before to see the space, meet the venue coordinator and take pictures of our mock set up. She attended the rehearsal dinner to help direct and ensure friends and family knew who to go to if there were questions. On the day of the event - Samantha helped bring our vision to life. We had a relatively DIY wedding, so she worked with the catering staff to set up the ceremony site, tables (including place settings, flowers, center pieces, etc.), and other decor throughout the venue. She also came with a kit that included anything the wedding party might need throughout the day - including a stick to help get some grass stains out of my dress from first look pictures ;) The event ran smoothly and on time, thanks to her organization and leadership. I truly can't put into words how much stress she took off our plates on the day of the wedding and executed with such perfection and attention to detail. At the end of the night, she also helped coordinate clean up, packed stuff into our cars and dropped important things off in the garage at our AirBnB. To top it off, a few days later when we were opening cards, there was a local newspaper from the day of our wedding. I turned to my partner and was like - what a thoughtful, creative gift, who did this? And of course it was from Samantha and something that we will keep forever. We would highly recommend Samantha to make your wedding "the perfect moment" :)
