Samantha is absolutely incredible she’s a girl with a plan for sure. I asked for her help very last minute and shared minimal vision and she made something truly incredible come to life. She is so organized. I literally handed her two boxes of things that kind of went together and she created such a beautiful ceremony and reception. I do not know what we would’ve done without her. My family could not stop talking about how smooth everything went that day. She is also a great advocate. Something was off schedule at our ceremony for our welcome snacks. She knew about, and fixed it before it was even an issue. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Samantha was so welcoming and made the overall process stress free. There is something so intimate in how she plans and brings everything together. She really prioritizes telling your love tory and making sure your execution comes to life. She is amazing at what she does and is a great communicator! The Perfect Moment was the best decision we made for our wedding. Planning our wedding from out of state, we didn't know much about local vendor options. Samantha listened to our budget and then sent us several options for each vendor that we were able to choose between. We absolutely loved our photographer, musicians, florist, and cake bakery that she identified for us. She was also so incredibly helpful at working directly with the venue and vendors to make everything perfect!

She provided anything and everything we needed throughout our wedding planning process and went above and beyond on the day of our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. I definitely had a different expectation with a day of coordinator. I was confused when in the contract it says they will reach out to all vendors prior to the wedding day as point of contact, and none of my vendors had heard from the day of, so I sent the day of schedule to them and tried to get the line of communication going. I don’t think it’s worth $2,500. My mom and MOH as well as family was not impressed with the day of coordinator, we definitely felt the 2 girls who ran the venue, as well as my head of catering were way more helpful before and on the day of. Just don’t have high expectations for the price.

Samantha, made everything so seamless. The day flowed, and if anything went wrong I have no idea about it because she took care of everything! The day was absolutely perfect thanks to her help. She is so easy to work with, and made my life as the bride so EASY!!!

Samantha was great to work with - we hired her as a day-of coordinator in 2020 when we were planning our wedding for May 2021. She then helped us through the decision to postpone our wedding to 2022. Having her on our team was helpful as we navigated our vendors, wedding planning, timelines, day-of details and more. She made it so on our wedding day we could just focus on enjoying the day and she had all the details covered. We had a day-of issue with our florals/centerpieces from another vendor being delivered without promised setup and she took it upon herself to assemble the centerpieces, going above and beyond in her role, and making sure our vision was a reality. Would absolutely recommend Samantha and were thrilled we could work together for our special day!

I cannot begin to say enough about Samantha and her awesome work! We were planning the wedding from Vegas, and it was so nice to have her on the ground, coordinating with vendors and offering her insight on other local options when a few items popped up, like transportation. In the weeks leading up to January, Samantha was very thorough in making sure we had everything to ensure a perfect day. We also had an unforeseen circumstance pop up just a couple of days before our wedding, and Samantha was compassionate and at the ready to take over where I needed help. The big day turned out so well, and we are truly grateful for all of Samantha's guidance, insight and planning. 10/10 would recommend The Perfect Moment!

We used The Perfect Moment for our day of coordination. Sammi was phenomenal during our wedding process. She was very communicative and available for what we needed during the planning process, and did an amazing and professional job on the day of the wedding!

Samantha was absolutely amazing! We hired her somewhat last minute as a day-of coordinator after I became too overwhelmed with all of the planning and I am SO glad we did! She thought of little details that I never would have thought of on my own, kept the entire day running smoothly with the vendors, and helped make sure that I never had to stress about a single thing all day.

I was never a bride who thought too much about my wedding and the level of planning that would be required for it. In fact, I thought so little about it that it took almost a year of being engaged before I even started planning the wedding at all. Despite that, I never thought about have a wedding planner because it was never something anyone in my family had done before. That being said, we hired Samantha at the request of our reception venue, and without a doubt it was the best recommendation we could have received in the lead up to our *two* big days (thanks covid). Although our first wedding last year in 2020 was just a small family affair, she was a huge presence as we rearranged our reception date and coordinated with our other vendors to move the reception to the following summer. And even though we only hired Samantha as our day of coordinator for the reception this summer, she ultimately went above and beyond that title in the months leading up to the big day. There were numerous times my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by other things in our life, work for him and medical school for me, and Samantha consistently stepped in to save the day, corralling our vendors, organizing timelines, following up on loose ends. And she did so in the most professional and efficient manner. There’s no way I would have had the head space and time to do half of what she did for leading up to our reception. When she let us know that there would be a conflict for her on our wedding date due to another rescheduled wedding (again – thanks covid!), she made sure to set us up with her experienced and trusted counterpart, Paige. And although Paige was going to be our main point person for the day, Samantha continued to be a strong presence alongside her. And she still was at our wedding for the vast majority of the day, fielding questions, keeping us on track and catering to our every need, often before we even realized it! There were so many small fires put out throughout the day by her and Paige that I never even was aware of and it allowed me to have the most wonderful time with my family, friends and husband. Thankful from the bottom on my heart that we went with Samantha and Paige and The Perfect Moment! Without a doubt, you should choose this team!

Samantha is AMAZING. We hired her for the day of package and I am so glad we did. She took any stress away we had for the day of details. She picked up flowers, cake and decorated our venue for us. She also made sure everything went smoothly during our reception and truly allowed us to have an amazing and stress-free time! Sam is always a pleasure to work with. As a wedding photographer, it is SUPER important to work with a great wedding planning team. It is the planner's job to host the wedding while I host the couple. We have to work together seamlessly to make sure that the wedding is PERFECT and everyone is happy. And some planners just do not play well with others. Samantha and I worked a wedding together where we were faced with a lot of challenges due to weather and even a power outage. Samantha was able to get the ceremony moved indoors, ensure that the caterers weren't too far behind working on the generators and kept the couple calm and happy. She even brought their pup over to see the bride to cheer her up a little bit. Samantha is and extremely hard worker but is not overbearing like many planners can be and trusts the other vendors to get their jobs done and do them right. She checks in often to make sure things are going as planned and manages the whole situation without micromanaging. Anyway, love her. If you are looking for an awesome, professional, hard working planner who can deal with a little bit of chaos and trouble. Samantha is your girl!

We contracted Samantha/Perfect Moment to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding planned for May 15, 2021 and just had to postpone our wedding until 2022 due to concerns around COVID and the number of guests we had travelling in from out of state. Samantha has been so great to work with, understood our concerns, and was super helpful as we worked to find a new date and transfer everything over. We also love working with a woman-owned business! Throughout the whole process she has been responsive and helpful with navigating wedding planning in such a unique time, we are so glad to be working with her for our wedding and can't wait for 2022!

My husband and I were hesitant in hiring a wedding coordinator. We were convinced we could tackle it all ourselves but when it really came down to planning every little detail we realized we just needed that extra help. We searched for day-of wedding coordinators online and came across Samantha, owner of The Perfect Moment. Her amazing communication and desire to meet in person to gather our expectations and vision for our wedding was appreciated. We had to change our plans three times (during COVID) and finally were able to get married in our best friends backyard. Samantha listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life. I’m from Illinois and planned a destination wedding in Estes Park and Samantha at the perfect moment truly allowed for me to enjoy my wedding day. I did not stress or worry about anything the day of thanks to her. Only critique I have would be to have a little bit more communication the weeks leading up to the wedding, but that could just be my personal preference. For reference, we would touch base about once a week the month leading up to the wedding. We did not meet in person until 2 days before the wedding, but she was on top of her game the entire time. I felt somewhat unorganized and yet she was able to remember every request I had for decor and totally brought my vision to life. Thank you for making mine and David’s wedding day literally seamless!!!

We hired Samantha as our day-of-coordinator. We interviewed many other planners before choosing her. Samantha has a very practical and straightforward personality, to the point and prompt. Exactly what you want from a planner. She maintained all the details leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was squared away well before our special day. She was a great person to contact when we had any general questions about...really anything wedding related! Samantha was flexible with logistics and willingly took on some requests that made our day that much easier. Samantha was instrumental in my daughters perfect day. I can't say enough about the amazing job she did for us. We were very organized ahead of the day and she took it from there. We were able to relax and enjoy every special moment because she took care of every detail for us. She is so on top of everything and made all my daughters ideas/wishes happen. There are so many moving parts of planning a wedding even if you are the most organized person, but I can't say enough good things about Samantha and The Perfect Moment team. She not only worked with us on our planning timeline and vendor appointments, but she made sure our decorations and set up were completed exactly they way we envisioned. We were planning to have a wedding in Colorado in Sept 2020 and we live in California. I was looking for someone who can help the day of to relieve stress from my family. Even though initially I didn't get a great vibe from Samantha from our first phone call, I thought she was the most flexible for day of planning. After the Covid19 pandemic started, we initially were planning to postpone the wedding. But unfortunately we had to make the very difficult decision to cancel the wedding overall because were affected financially by the pandemic and because large gatherings seem unclear. Every vendor refunded us the deposit due to the circumstances, except Samantha. I understand per the contract, all monies paid is non-refundable. because there are cases where there are last minute cancellations that would affect them booking another date, or even to cover the work that was put in prior to cancellation. However, we had to cancel because of something that was beyond our control, and there was plenty of notice before the date. On top of that, she had not done one thing for us yet. Again, I understand it's a business, but I'm very disappointed because I feel like she couldn't be sympathetic enough to understand the circumstances of the cancellation and to think its fair to keep $600 for doing absolutely nothing is really disappointing for someone who works in this industry. Even if we changed our minds and had a wedding, we wouldn't use The Perfect Moment because we would not want a wedding planner like this to be a part of a loving day.

We couldn't have been any happier with our decision to work with Samantha for our big day! Samantha helped us throw the biggest party of our lives while creating a stress free environment for us and our families. As much as we could write about the coordination of the wedding alone, the execution of the days and months working up to our "i do's" were just as impressive. Samantha worked great as our wedding team leader with the Venue, Caterer, DJ, Florist, Baker, Photographer and Videographer from start to finish. We should also mention that not only was our wedding was in Longmont, CO while we live in Indiana, but I was six months pregnant too! Thank you for everything, Samantha!

Having Samantha's assistance during the weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of our wedding was so amazing! We had a venue change a week prior to our wedding day and she helped us get in contact with our vendors and move things around as needed. I wouldn't have survived the day of the wedding without her helpful hand! She decorated centerpieces, hung decor, and took care of all of those last minute things that come up on your wedding day. Thank you for everything, Samantha!

Samantha was always punctual, great personality, and very professional. The wedding day timeline was executed to perfection. The only reason we didn't give a rating of fantastic would be the planning leading up to the wedding. While she was always on time and organized we would have liked more follow up once tasks were completed. While everything was completed in a timely manner, we always had to follow back up and ask if things were taken care of when a simple "done" or Cc on an email communication would have let us know everything was on track. Trying to juggle all the decisions leading up to our wedding day and following up with all the vendors caused a little more stress than anticipated. That said I would definitely recommend The Perfect Moment. Knowing Samantha's personality, we have no doubt that she will continue to improve on the communication side of the business. She certainly delivered the day of which allowed us to enjoy our day!

Samantha did a great job working with all of our vendors to ensure the day went as smoothly as it could. It made it easy for my husband and I just to enjoy the day and not worry about any of the logistics. She was very responsive and was able to deal with last minute issues arising on the day.

I was one of those brides who "didn't need a wedding planner" because I wanted to be in control of everything from start to finish. I thought I could handle the work load in addition to my full time job. Three months before our big day, I broke down and panicked when I realized I had no clue how I was possibly going to manage this event while trying to actually enjoy it. My planning would be worth nothing if a vendor didn't show up, if the flowers weren't fresh, a bridesmaid backed out, the chairs weren't lined up properly, or guests didn't make the shuttle etc. So many logistics, I couldn't keep up. I had spent nearly my entire savings on this event and had no clue how to actually manage it to ensure everything went according to plan. It was at this point when I contacted Sami. Her immediate response, "send me your vendors and your time line". It was like music to my ears, I had no idea how badly I needed the help. She took so much of the pressure off our plate. We were actually able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about logistics for the months leading up to our big day. She went above and beyond our expectations and without her I honestly don't know what would have happened. She stepped in when friends who were "supposed to get there early to help with set up" bailed. She set up our entire arbor without a trace of hesitation just hours before the wedding. She facilitated setting up all the vendors without me even knowing it on the day of. Our wedding day was everything we could have possibly dreamed of and more, and hiring Sami just sealed the outcome for us! It was the best money we spent and 100% worth it!

Samantha did an excellent job. She had a lot to do on our wedding day: set up decor, handle a 19 person wedding party, and deal with a 45 minute delay & change of ceremony venue (super bad rain storm). She was there on time & very efficient. I didn't get to set up any of the decor, nor did I give her any direction. When I came out, I was SO happy to see how everything looked. She did everything how I would have, and I'm so thankful we hired her! It was super convenient to drop off decor with her prior and pick it up after (along with cards & gifts). She was technically our "day of coordinator" but she worked far beyond the day of and was always very calm and collected. Without her the day would have been a huge mess!

Samantha did a great job on our wedding day! It went flawlessly. She moved the timeline along as needed so we never got behind but also allowed us the flexibility to just enjoy our wedding! Very easy going and relaxed personality! Thanks again for a great day Samantha!

I had a wonderful experience with Samantha and The Perfect Moment as my Day Of Coordinator for my October wedding in the mountains. After debating if we should hire someone, I am so glad we did. She was very thoughtful when we originally spoke on the phone and I knew immediately it was a good fit. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations about 30 minutes apart and her help setting up, organizing everything, and managing other vendors was incredible. She made sure that all the details were set and if there was anything that might have gone wrong, I still have no idea. Samantha and her team were beyond five stars! Samantha was incredibly professional, efficient, and highly effective throughout the whole process. We had a complicated outdoor wedding with many different vendors and complex set-up needs over several days. Samantha and Patricia made sure that every single detail of our wedding vision was executed perfectly. Samantha handled all the questions from vendors, as well as ensure the schedule moved along as planned and made it so we didn't have a single worry around the event. We were very lucky to find and get to work with Perfect Moment and would highly highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Samantha. Looking back I don't know how people get by without having a day event coordinator. Planning a wedding is hard, planning a wedding alone is even harder. Samantha took so much off my plate from timeline, reaching out to vendors, picking last minute things up day of, chasing around groomsman to make sure they were where they needed to be, and just overall support the entire day. Not only is she so great at what she does, but she is so much fun to hang out with while the day goes on. She kept in touch all throughout the planning process, came out to the venue (which was at my moms farm) and had so many great ideas and little details I didn't even think of. I highly recommend booking with her for your special day.

The Perfect Moment made our 300-person wedding the best day ever. Samantha met with us early-on to help us curate our wedding day. She communicated with each of our vendors and built out a custom itinerary to keep everyone on point. Samantha communicated regularly and provided helpful suggestions based on our venue and wedding size. Her approach reduced our stress and made us feel at ease! During our walkthrough at our venue(Mile High Station), Samantha seamlessly worked with our vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly. She took our centerpieces, guest gifts, and more the day of our rehearsal to ensure the caterer and venue staff would have everything setup for our guests. The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother. Samantha and her assistant made our day the best day ever. At the end of our reception as we headed out with friends late in the night, she even collected all of gifts and delivered them to our hotel valet the next morning so they could be put in our car. For any bride and groom-to-be, I would highly recommend Samantha as your wedding planner and/or day-of planner. She reduced stress, communicated thoroughly, and was a phenomenal person to have behind-the-scenes. Samantha and The Perfect Moment made our day spectacular!
