Owner, Connie Nye Clark founder of The Perfect Plan has over twenty years of hospitality background. Through her twenty years of experience, fifteen plus years in catering, and expert hospitality consulting, her company has built incredible and valuable relationships with industry vendors in order to fully succeed in the couple's wedding expectation. I originally heard about The Perfect Plan by watching them work their magic as a bridesmaid in a dear friends wedding. I had front row seats to their clear communication, guidance, and ease provided. It was comforting to see the bride and groom enjoy themselves and not stressing.
Then I got engaged and immediately noticed how much responsibility planning a wedding is. I contacted The Perfect Plan and heard from Megan within minutes. She had all of the right answers and knowledge with every call, email, and text. This outstanding first impression continued throughout our whole experience. I always had someone there to guide me when decisions needed to be made between Megan, Connie, and Joanna. Decisions like wording invitations, which vendors to considers, setting up the reception on wedding day....the list is endless. Long story shorter, hiring The Perfect Plan was the best decision made. Both my husband and I cannot be more grateful for them. Thank you for allowing us to fully immerse in the moment and not stress on our wedding day. We will forever recommend The Perfect Plan!

My husband and I interviewed several Wedding Planners and no one was fitting the vibe at all. The last Planners we interviewed were The Perfect Plan and their name says it ALL! Immediately I could sense how friendly, organized, and proactive Megan and Connie were going to be. From the very start they had a plan to support my vision and they constantly made excellent financial and esthetic suggestions along the way! Their advice leading up to the wedding was invaluable. The day of our wedding was a dream come true and it was SEAMLESS thanks to their organizational skills to keep everything and everyone on track. Beyond my husband and I, all of our friends and family LOVED them - they feel like part of the family now! I HIGHLY recommend working with The Perfect Plan. When we renew our vows, Megan will be the first person I call! Thank you Megan and Connie for everything!
We had the pleasure of working with Megan as our day of coordinator for our wedding. She was so helpful and organized. She did a walkthrough of our venue with us before the wedding and thought of all the small details we probably would have missed. On the day of, she made sure everything was set up the way we wanted and the whole evening flowed because of her. There’s so many moving parts to a wedding – I don’t know what we would have done without her! She even noticed the small things, like showing up with my sandals when I took off my shoes to dance. We could not have been happier with our experience!
Connie was invaluable in guiding us through our wedding preparations. From the initial consultation it was clear that she could handle an outdoor multi-venue event like ours without a problem. Connie's list of reliable vendors meant we didn't have to go through the overwhelming task of whittling down a huge number of options. She has a wealth of experience with tented events and totally took control of that aspect - we would have been clueless without her. She kept us on track and didn't hesitate to help us contact vendors. Connie stopped by multiple times in the days leading up to the wedding to supervise deliveries and ensure everything at the site was correct. Day of coordination was done by other members of Connie's team, and although I felt they were not as knowledgeable as Connie they did a great job executing the plan overall. They kept everything moving according to the timeline without being pushy. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional throughout. The event flowed from one end of the property to the other, and all of our guests commented on how smoothly everything proceeded. We hired Connie because we wanted our wedding day to be about joy and love, not stressing over every detail. With her help we were able to have the wedding we dreamed of without having to chase after vendors on our big day. Connie went above and beyond for us and we can't imagine how we could have pulled it off without her!
Connie and her team are absolute rockstars - I would not have been able to pull off my dream wedding without them! I met Connie through my caterer and knew I needed her right away! She is so experienced in Cape weddings and knew all the ins and outs of my venue. We got married at a farm so had to bring in all of our own vendors and rentals; Connie executed it all flawlessly and allowed me and my family to relax and enjoy the day. She is super organized, knows all the vendors personally and coordinated all the set-up and events of the day, even checking in with all my vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Being a super type-A person I thought it would never live up to the expectations in my head, but it was honestly better. Connie truly cared about me and my wedding and even put in the time to add extra touches that she knew I would love. She was available by phone, text or email literally 24/7 to provide advice, information or reassurance!! I'm honestly sad it's all over because she became like a friend! I can't say enough good things about Connie and her team - she was the best investment I put into my wedding!
If you're on the fence about needing a planner or you think you have your wedding under control, I don't care how organized you are, you don't! You NEED Connie!!! Connie knows weddings! And she knows what you need before you knew you needed it! Connie was a blast to work with, she was on top of everything and she made it possible for me to truly relax and enjoy my wedding weekend! Honestly, never worried about a thing, who can say that? Connie's brides can! I hired Connie for the day of planning and she still was on top of my vendors the entire weekend. I was sad that I wouldn't need her after the wedding, she felt like a friend that knew what to do about everything. When I told other vendors I was working with Connie it was very obvious how respected she is in the wedding industry. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work. She's really the best at what she does! You do need her! Call The Perfect Plan!
I don't know if I can say enough good things about Connie at the Perfect Plan. She was amazing! It's as if she knew what me and my husband wanted before we even wanted or asked for it. She was really good at anticipating our needs and making us feel like we were the only wedding she had all year. As a bride who knew what she wanted but had no desire to execute the plan, Connie was right there to help. From day one with Connie I was able to give up control and allow Connie to do what she does best. She did NOT disappoint. When I walked down that aisle and into the reception everything was exactly how I imagined it should. Connie is an absolute expert at planning tented "do it yourself" events. Our wedding was at the Pelham House Resort in Dennisport, MA. We had to bring everything in from tent, tables, linens, caterers, etc. Connie knew exactly what we needed and how many of everything we needed. She thought of the details I never could have thought of!! She honestly made my day run smoothly and flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend Connie and her team. They are amazing!!!
Working with Connie was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding process. She helped us coordinate our Cape Cod tented wedding of 125. Her knowledge and experience of the wedding industry is amazing. One of her best recommendations was to hire a bar service (The Bartending Service) and we were SO glad we did. They took care of everything and it was well worth the money of hiring professionals. The day of my wedding her coordinators (Megan & Kelly) were absolutely amazing! Knowing they were there to take care of anything that came up made my day completely stress free. They worked hard so that I didn't have to!
Connie helped us plan our Cape Cod wedding from 3,000 miles away. We flew in for a weekend and after an hour sitting with her, had recommendations for all of the vendors we needed. She also worked with us to plan a fantastic welcome dinner which was a blast. She is friendly and responsive, and helps you as much or as little as you'd like. She really goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is the best possible.
Connie was my co-ordinater for my cape cod wedding. She was so helpful & absolutely made sure my day was 100% stress free! She was very friendly, professional & made sure that I had nothing to worry about. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish & I absolutely recommend working with her. She really did ensure that my day was perfect!
If you are having an event on the Cape it is worth it to have a coordinator who knows the area, venue, and vendors.
Connie's advice and guidance was worth gold.
I did the majority of the planning myself for our wedding- coordinated the tent, table, linen, china rentals, catering, decorations, invitations, ceremony set up, etc.-- because I had such a heavy hand I decided to hire Connie for 'Day of Coordination' - my best decision (other than marrying my husband of course). We also met two or three times before the wedding. Connie was always available to help me with any small or large question or concern I had during my planning process, even if it was just how to phrase an email, get in touch with a Cape vendor, decide table cloth length for the DJ table, etc.- she knows her sh*t.
Kaci, one of her senior staff- was our coordinator for the day of the wedding. She was great- organized (of course), sweet but staunch with all of the vendors and staff. Everything went great.
Our wedding literally happened because of these ladies- we highly recommend them!
I started planning my stepdaughter's wedding back in August of 2011. I knew then that the day of the wedding, I would need to involve a wedding planner. I had started working with Connie Nye, the Perfect Plan, through the cater, Chapins, that we hired for the wedding. We hit it off right away and I knew I would use her for the ceremony. She was organized and detailed and listened to what we wanted for the wedding. She worked with the vendors we hired (rentals, florist, cater and venue), and made sure that everyone was on the same page. The morning of the wedding, the tent was not yet decorated and I wasn't sure how everything was going to get done, but when I arrived an hour and a half prior to the wedding ceremony, I could not believe the transformation. It was beautiful. Connie was there throughout the reception and made sure everything went well. The wedding was beautiful and everything ran smoothly. I could not have asked for a better day. Everyone involved in the wedding (the bride and groom, the groom's parents and the bride's mother) said that Connie was an excellent addition to coordinating the wedding.
We used The Perfect Plan for our daughter's wedding in June and couldn't have been more pleased!! Connie and her crew were fabulous! The attention to detail is what makes The Perfect Plan a winning choice for any event. Connie is so experienced that she thinks of everything that you might not even know to ask. She was involved with every aspect of the planning process and when the big day came we all had nothing to worry about. She makes sure that you have a stress free day and that everything goes smoothly! We couldn't have done it without her, she was a godsend!!
I hired The Perfect Plan for day of coordination and they were excellent! I spent much time talking with and emailing with Connie and Kasi. Working on my timeline and making sure there weren't any details I'd forgotten. Kasi helped me through my rehearsal as well as my wedding day. I heard from my friends and family that she was a great help in taking care of any issues and she took care of everything that I needed her to!
Connie and her team are just amazing. Hiring her team is the best money you could ever spend on your wedding. Connie, the owner, is incredible. She kept me sane throughout the later stages of my wedding planning. I hired her for day of coordination but she managed my vendors and assisted me for several months prior to my wedding. Her responsiveness to email and phone calls is lightning fast. She makes sure every last miniscule detail is planned and organized to make your wedding day perfect. I honestly can say my wedding day was 100% stress free because of her and her team. They handled setting up & decorating my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception which looked better than I could have ever dreamed of. Then they handled, taking down all of the decorations and transporting them back to my mother's house down the street from the reception location. Her staff made sure my every need was tended to from getting me a diet coke during family photo session to fluffing my dress before I walked down the aisle to making sure the groomsmen were on time and in good form. Words cannot express my gratitude for everything Connie and The Perfect Plan did for my wedding. I love you ladies so much!!!! Finally some advice for future brides, if you want a stress free wedding day experience take my advice and hire the Perfect Plan. I promise it will be the best money you have ever spent.
Connie, the owner, was great to work with. We used her for day of coordination and she also helped up with a few issues prior to the big day. She has an answer to every question and has a ton of experience. My wedding was total DIY but the day of she and her staff completely took over so I could enjoy it all.
