Honestly she gave us help and suggestions throughout the whole process, not just the month-of. It was so great to have someone working with us to help keep track of vendors and also do some of the vendor communication behind the scenes! Also, having Melissa coordinate those vendors day-of so that we didn't have to worry about any of it was amazing. Melissa also took so much stress off our plates regarding decor! Neither my husband or I had strong opinions on decor, but knew we wanted to incorporate handmade book flowers somehow. Melissa came through with beautiful vision boards to go with our flowers, and it resulted in everything we never would have even known we wanted! She made the day-of run so smoothly, even when we had some hiccups with rain. If anything went wrong, we didn't have to know about it because Melissa had it handled!

We also used her rental company, which made the decor process so easy. Nicole asked thoughtful questions, referenced my Pinterest board, and quickly pulled together a rental package that beautifully matched the florals and the venue. The final result was stunning and cohesive without being overwhelming. Nicole knows the Estes Park area and vendor scene incredibly well, and her pricing was more than fair for the level of service and peace of mind she provided. We also rented our decor (table decor, cake stands, sign holders) and printed our welcome sign and seating chart through The Perfect Touch, which was a HUGE help and greatly reduced the amount of decor we had to handle ourselves. Meridith helped us from going crazy during the last month before the wedding when all of the payment deadlines, vendor timeline decisions, and decor to-dos started to hit. Rosalie did an awesome job day-of, and made sure that everything was set up perfectly. Hiring The Perfect Touch was definitely the best decision we made when planning our wedding. The wedding was everything that we had ever hoped for, thanks to their hard work!

From the initial inquiry to post wedding she was fantastic. Leading up to the wedding she frequently checked in with us on planning, offered help when searching for vendors and overall just listened to whatever we had to talk about. The Perfect Touch had a great online system that was incredibly helpful to track vendors, to do list, schedule, and the layout! After listening to our vision she created the perfect layout and all we had to do was assign seats! It was so easy to use and great visuals. The day of she is a magical event ninja. She had everything absolutely handled so we could focus on the fun parts of the day. She was always there when needed but never felt like she was in the way. She always had our favorite drinks in hand when we didn’t know we needed! She kept the day flowing and on time. I never had to question what was going on or where we needed to be. She was on top of it from start to finish! She managed us, all of our vendors, and some family members that needed a little extra help. Nicole was calm, cool and collected from the very beginning which really set the tone for the day. On top of her exceptional planning and coordination the Perfect Touch also offers rentals which were incredible! Their rental catalog had plenty of wonderful options in multiple styles. We were able to rent some yard games for cocktail hour, table décor, and a gorgeous display for a bud vase wall. If you are on the fence with a coordinator I couldn’t recommend Nicole enough. She will make sure your day is the most special and stress-free. She took care of everything from start to finish and smiled the whole time! You can tell she loves what she does, and it certainly shows! Nicole and the Perfect Touch truly created the most memorable day for us.
