When my fiance and I made the decision to host a destination wedding, we were quite nervous at the amount of planning and work that was going to go into it. When we found Cayleigh, our worries subsided immediately. She is easily the best choice we could have made in our wedding journey and throughout the entire experience she has been organized, easy to work with, detail-oriented and professional. From keeping us on track throughout the planning process to ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly, she has always risen to the occassion. There is not enough that we can say about her - she is truly a master of her craft!

Cayleigh is phenomenal. She is hands-down, the best of the best in the wedding and event planning business! She was so on top of everything and everyone every step of the way, and she made sure any last-minute potential stressors (making sure we had day-of paper and signs, getting the dresses steamed, confirming deliveries, etc.) were handled with ease. Emma was our rock through planning and re-planning our wedding. Our wedding date was originally in November 2020 and like so many others, we postponed to 2021. We ended up choosing to switch venues and with that came conversations with both the original venue and the new venue. Emma helped us through all of those conversations and provided us with both support and guidance of our decisions. This process was made 1000% easier and smoother with Emma's help. She then provided an entirely new design board to fit with our new 2021 venue and coordinated with all of our other vendors we had already hired to switch over to the new venue. She was organized, honest, communicative, and positive through the entire process. All of this hard work culminated in our vision finally coming to life in November 2021 at Cannon Green. The design she put together with the vendors she suggested we work with was breathtaking. We are and will always be appreciative of her and her hard work in making our dream day come to life.

Cayleigh made our lives EASY! She was very easy to communicate with and coordinated basically everything. The big day was a breeze because she took control and made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Very little stress in return for a ton of fun. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Emma was my personal angel. Let me explain why. As the Mom who is usually the family's Project Manager (which could entail managing plans and budgets, assigning and verifying tasks are completed timely, performing quality control, leading hard conversations, and last but not least, ensuring harmony), I was able to delegate it all to likeable Emma. Emma was accountable and responsible for the above and more. Her efforts resulted in our daughter's Ocean Course wedding far exceeding our expectations, and it was done within budget. Because of calm and patient Emma, the MOB enjoyed all things leading up to the event and the day itself. I learned while working with Emma that she is a great business woman, creative, respectful, customer focused and a tactful negotiator. The funds spent here was money well spent. Emma was an absolute dream to work with. Every time I talked with her it was like a breath of fresh air - even when (especially when) I was panicking about something. She was like a second maid-of-honor, keeping me both calm and excited about the big day. Her eye for design was incredible - I gave her so little information to work with and she put together the most beautiful design board, which she executed to perfection day-of. Emma was my biggest cheerleader - listening to my concerns, helping me weigh my options, and making me feel confident in the choices I was making. She let me bounce ideas off her and offered information about “norms” to assist with decision-making. In terms of project management and communication, she was very quick to respond, offering multiple ways to get in touch with her; and she spent time drafting robust emails that could be referenced when information was needed. She also flawlessly juggled multiple stakeholders’ requests! Emma’s true talent is her intentionality and ability to make you feel like the most chill and coolest bride she’s ever worked with (even though you know you’re not that chill!) The past year and a half working with her was the most fun, and I’d pick her again and again. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a wedding (or event) planner.

I cannot say enough about the awesome job that Cayleigh and Emma did for our daughter's wedding. They were both calm, professional and personable. They were excellent at not only meeting our expectations but also anticipating our needs and addressing them in advance. They are both so easy to work with that they actually made the planning process and the wedding day worry-free and fun. This was the second family wedding they have handled for us. I hope they are available for 3 more!

Emma is the absolute best there is!! We got married at The Ocean Course in Oct. 2021 and it was hands down the best weekend of our lives and we can honestly say it is because of her and all of the vendors she chose. Emma is not only the sweetest and most fun, patient person in the world, but she is also so organized and has the best eye for design ever. She kept us on our timeline and recommended the BEST vendors we could have ever asked for. Everything from the venue, linens, stationary, flowers, THE BAND (literally everyone is still talking about Sol Fusion - get them if you can!), were all flawless and it would not have been possible without her. She even worked with Brianna and Cheryl who did hair and makeup for the bride & 10 other girls to ensure the looks were exactly what we all wanted, and we were all SO happy with the results - a lot of saying that it's the best we've ever looked even! She has insanely great relationships with everyone she works with and really takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and honestly is just a true gem. She went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend a dream come true! We can't wait to renew our vows and do it all over again with TP, Emma and all of her awesome vendors :)

I was the officiating clergy person at a wedding that Emma planned and organized. While I can’t speak to how that process went, I can tell you that the day went seamlessly. As the officiant, I had specific questions and concerns on the day of the wedding, concerning the ceremony and the required ritual objects. Emma was literally at my right hand to resolve any issues or worries that I had. She made sure all the ritual objects needed for a Jewish wedding ceremony were right where they should be. She went out of her way to return the ritual wine goblet to me, clean and wrapped in bubble wrap, before the end of the evening! I truly enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her. She’s a delightful and highly responsive and responsible person.

Incredible. We worked with Emma, and she was an absolute JOY to work with. So much so that both my MIL and Father also chose to work with Emma for additional Wedding Weekend events. Every single vendor we spoke to raved about how much they liked working with Emma. She has a beautiful eye for design, is detail oriented, and really listens to and actions the things that are a priority for you. Emma and TPR are terrific! My son and daughter-in-law were married last weekend in Kiawah. My daughter-in-law thoroughly researched local wedding planners and decided on Emma. To ensure continuity and because we had only been to Kiawah twice before the wedding weekend, we decided to hire Emma to plan the rehearsal dinner as well. It was clear from the beginning that Emma and TPR have developed excellent relationships with local Charleston vendors and, most importantly, with Kiawah. She put together an incredible team of dynamic, capable, and creative primarily female-owned vendors to execute our vision perfectly. Emma worked with our stationer, photographer, florist, linen provider, lighting company, and the Kiawah catering staff to ensure our event went off without a hitch. She kept us on our timeline and within our budget throughout the planning process. Most importantly, because of Emma, we were completely relaxed the entire weekend and able to focus on the celebration and spending quality time with our family and friends. In addition to being professional and capable, I should mention that Emma is a joy to work with. She was always fun to talk to over the phone and had a smile on her face the entire weekend. Where do I even begin?!? Cayleigh handled everything!!! You can have her involved as much as you want her to be. She makes suggestions but every choice is your own. From the start of wedding planning to the day of, I can’t imagine having anyone else plan our wedding and execute all the details other than her!! Cayleigh and Emma were amazing to work with! They were so helpful throughout our planning process that went on for a year longer than expected due to covid. A couple things that set TPR apart from the pack - I appreciated their willingness to collaborate and advise on creating a vision for my ceremony and reception. Their expertise in design is incredible and came to life perfectly. The other (this was most important to me) thing that I loved about Cayleigh and Emma is their attention to detail and execution on the actual wedding day. Their calm demeanor and flawless execution made the wedding day a breeze. I observed this when they did my cousin's wedding (which led to me hiring them) and it was true for mine as well. Where to begin? Cayleigh is phenomenal – as a wedding planner, and as a person. My now husband and I interviewed 15+ wedding planners recommended to us for our original wedding plan - which was going to be in downtown Charleston. From the start, Cayleigh impressed us with her attention to detail, vendor knowledge, and genuine interest in planning our perfect wedding experience. She is personable, sweet, and caring – all of which was apparent from our very first conversation. Cayleigh planned the absolute perfect wedding for us in downtown Charleston – complete with arranging numerous room blocks in various price points to accommodate all of our guests, transportation to and from Kiawah Island (45 minutes away) for our rehearsal dinner, and scouting out a fun after party location. Weeks before the wedding, the pandemic began and she quickly helped us secure a new date and rebook everything – including our incredible band which had limited availability for what we thought would be a safer time to celebrate. Unfortunately, the pandemic continued on and the wedding needed to be rescheduled again. This time, our venue was not accommodating, supportive, or even remotely flexible – putting us at the back of the line behind newly engaged couples and unwilling to transfer our deposit. Cayleigh helped us navigate the situation as we felt mistreated and disrespected. During this time, we also experienced a family tragedy. Cayleigh was supportive through it all – always putting our hopes of a happy wedding day and celebrating our love as the top priority. Moving right along, we rescheduled our wedding at a new venue on Kiawah Island and Cayleigh seamlessly transferred everything to our new date and venues. Not all of our vendors were able to accommodate and Cayleigh personally did everything in her power to make sure that we were taken care of with the best possible financial outcome that looked beautiful. Cayleigh managed many family surprises for the wedding day – keeping them from my husband and I and diligently working them into the schedule to make everything special. Our rehearsal dinner and wedding day were gorgeous – capturing our spirit as a couple. We are incredibly grateful to consider Cayleigh a friend – someone who has supported us for the past 3 years – navigating life’s ups and downs and our wedding process. We do not have enough nice things to say about her – she has an eye for the design, the precision of an expert event producer, the patience of a saint, and the charisma to keep things light and fun all the way through – even in the most stressful of situations. Where this ends is that there is no real goodbye with Cayleigh – she is the best wedding planner that we could have hoped for and she already has been in touch about reconnecting when we are all in the same place again. Cayleigh and Emma are simply the best! As a couple who had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and plan everything out of state, we honestly could not have done it without these two! They go so far above and beyond your greatest expectations to create and incredible wedding day/experience! From coordinating all the vendors, finding all suppliers, ensuring weather doesn't ruin your outdoor event, and making sure your glass is always filled, there is literally nothing these two cannot accomplish. You can have complete and utter trust in their ability to carry out your wedding so that you can sit back and just enjoy the incredible day. Hiring them was hands down the best decision we made! Emma was literally the best! Words cannot describe how much of a pleasure it was to work with her and how our wedding would not have happened without her support, guidance, and expertise. It was an absolute dream to have her with us through this entire process (which was a long one to say the least). Emma went with our ideas and enhanced them to a level we could not have even imagined. She helped us with vendors, design and overall support the whole time. If there were any issues the day of, we had no idea because of Emmas fantastic planning skills! Our original wedding date was March 21, 2020 and we had to reschedule due to Covid less than a week prior to the wedding. Emma was literally with us for over 2 years and she was absolutely amazing the entire time. We never felt that our small affair took a back seat to other events, even when we knew she was super busy.

Cayleigh and Emma are the best of the best!!! We had a destination wedding in July of 2021 in Kiawah Island, SC and they made the process as easy as imaginable. My husband and I are from NY and we planned a destination Wedding May 2021 in Charleston with The Petal Report! We chose the month of planning option, and it worked really well for us. Cayleigh was extremely knowledgeable and quick in communication with myself and the team of vendors we hired. My husband and I got married in May of 2021 in Charleston as a destination wedding. We used The Petal Report from the very beginning, and worked directly with Emma Job. Both were AMAZING! We did the full planning process through them and didn’t have to worry about anything being forgotten or feeling like we had to handle anything on our own. Planning our wedding was a true joy and creative outlet during a time when both were needed! Cayleigh was an incredible help in planning our wedding - truly could not have done it without her. I live in New Mexico and was planning my wedding in Charleston. While planning from afar could have been a stressful experience, I had complete trust in Cayleigh to see out my vision. She made everything from booking vendors to day-of set up absolutely stress-free. It's one thing to get your work done and call it a day. We could not have planned our destination wedding without the help of Emma. We are forever grateful for her hard work because our wedding was the absolute best day ever. After speaking with a few Charleston planners, we hired Emma as a part time planner because she seemed down to earth and warm, not corporatey and stiff like some of the others. Emma felt different - we could tell she truly LOVES what she does and we wouldn't just be another client to check off the list. She understood our vision and suggested the best vendors that fit our budget. She never pressured us to do anything we didn't want or couldn't afford. She brought so much positivity and confidence into the planning process. In the 9 months we had to plan we were rarely stressed because Emma had everything taken care of. She is professional, attentive to detail and trustworthy. She always made us feel at ease, even on the day of. I always felt comfortable bouncing ideas off of her and together we would come up with the right plan. There is a wonderful light that beams from Emma. We couldn't imagine having worked with anyone else.

Cayleigh was excellent from start to finish. She brought a positive energy and confidence to the planning that made us very comfortable throughout. Cayleigh overcame many unique challenges while working with us as we were living halfway across the world in a totally different time zone and had to plan and communicate exclusively electronically from the start, but she took it all with grace and patience and helped us fill in any and all gaps as we took a fairly hands-off approach and needed a lot of guidance. She maintains a robust list of recommended vendors which made our planning easy as we could easily pick out the right vibe and price point for us and they all delivered spectacularly and ended up being great recommendations. We had a small vision for our wedding, but what Cayleigh did with the design and vendor recommendations made it come alive better than anything we could have done on our own. She was responsive, flexible to our needs, and extremely knowledgeable and organized. She was also proactive about tracking down any and all answers for us and communicating with all of the involved vendors on our behalf and then some. Despite our venue being a ways outside of Charleston, Cayleigh was very familiar with it and appeared to have an existing and great rapport with the staff there. When the big day finally came, she continued her professionalism and ensured throughout that we were happy and catered to, so we didn’t miss out on any aspects on the big day as many couples can easily do while focusing on their guests. She had total control over everything going on and coordinated all of the moving pieces flawlessly and with a smile. As demonstrated by her genuine joy for us, Cayleigh has a huge heart and a knack for making each couple’s day above and beyond special. We are so grateful we had her to plan our big day and help it go so smoothly. The best decision we made when it came to our big day was hiring TPR and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone considering using any of the company’s services as we are certain everything they touch will turn out amazingly!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Emma and The Petal Report team we’re! We hired Emma as our day-of coordinator, but she was SO much more! We shared our vision with her and she brought it to life. She’s incredibly sweet and worked her tail off on our super hot July date! She was so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process and my fiancé went into our big day completely stress free - we knew Emma had everything taken care of and we seriously can’t thank her enough! Cayleigh was bright and fun to work with throughout our wedding planning process. I planned a destination wedding from Baltimore in Charleston. Cayleigh/ TPR was wonderful to work from day one to post wedding! I can't say enough, she is always positive, professional, and fun to work with. Throughout the planning process she set us up for success. She made it feel easy with step by step tips of vendors to work with, when do complete tasks, etc. She was quick to respond, and gave great advice, suggestions for any challenges we came across. The last week before the wedding Cayleigh's organization made me feel so confident that we were all ready for the event, I really did not stress leading up to the big day! We hired a wedding planner to have piece of mind and be able to enjoy the day without worrying about the event. She went above and beyond! On the day of our wedding if was like a dream! Everything ran smoothly due to Cayleigh and the wonderful vendors she suggested. She allowed me to truly enjoy our big day without worrying about any details. Throughout the event she was one step ahead of us, letting us know what was next for the bride and groom. The event was seamless. We had so many wedding guests compliment Cayleigh! Cayleigh was great to work with! She helped us find the right vendors for our big day, but she truly shined when our outdoor venue unexpectedly flooded hours before our ceremony. The ankle-deep water allowed Cayleigh to really shine. Cayleigh and team did such a wonderful job planning and coordinating our wedding. Her attention to detail, especially when considering the day of timeline was super important to me. If I had a question, Cayleigh provided an answer, always willing to make herself available to meet, take a call or answer texts and emails. She assisted with everything from arranging rentals and deliveries to groomsmen’s tuxedos left at our venue and even helping us apply for a marriage license. There was not one detail left untouched. She is a honest, hard-working individual with a calm demeanor that certainly helped ease my worries throughout the planning process and the day of. She gives just enough creative suggestions while allowing you to make your own decisions. I have worked with many event planners in the past and The Petal Report far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I spoke to her over the phone, and the minute that I met with her, and all throughout the entire wedding planning, Cayleigh has taken so much stress and worry off my shoulders and have given me peace of mind and confidence! She is very organized, thorough, and always takes the initiative to make sure everything goes well and perfect. She definitely delivers! Even in moments when I was panicking on the wedding day she would calm me down and handled everything wonderfully which made me wonder why i was even panicking in the first place. You can also tell other vendors like working with her too which helps you get great people to work with. I am a total control freak - and on my wedding day I really let go of the control and trusted her to do everything and was so pleased in the job she did. She really made it the best day possible for us. My husband and I always say that when it comes to Cayleigh we will be the people to say we knew her when... she is a professional powerhouse that is going places. To have someone that you can trust completely and really grow to like in the process is priceless.

From the moment I met with Cayleigh, I knew I had found the perfect wedding planner. Her laughter and positive attitude is so infectious, along with her Southern style- I knew she was my perfect match! She is beyond organized and had a great breakdown of my to-do's each month; and then each week as we approached the big day. She completely understood my style and theme and I couldn't have been happier!
