The Photo Bus -More than JUST a bus

The GIF photo station at my wedding was so much fun! The photographer was easy to work with, flexible, professional, and fun. My guests really enjoyed the interactive experience!

Thank you to The Photo Bus KC for a wonderful time at our wedding on 10.10.2020. It was everything we hoped for and more. Our photo album will be forever cherished! John and Cate were amazing and I will be sure to refer them on any chance I get and hope to have the opportunity to work with them in the future! The folks behind the original photo bus, John and Cate, are some of the most imaginative and creative people we know when it comes to creating unique photo booth setups that can be the life of your event! Their staff are always super friendly and professional. And John and Cate ore also two of the most genuinely nice and down to earth people we know. They treat everyone they come into contact with respect and professionalism. Their team arrives plenty early to events to make sure everything is running smoothly. They also have tons of customized props and backdrops for clients, and are always willing to go the extra distance. We couldn’t recommend anyone better in the business!

I used The Photo Bus's GIF booth for a corporate event recently. Everyone loved it, and had so much fun! The booking process is so easy, and the day-of staff was absolutely wonderful. They are very professional and helped our event shine! We will definitely be using them in the future!

We booked the GIF booth for our wedding reception and it was SUCH A HUGE HIT!!!! Everyone lovedddddddddd it.. John and his team set up our neon sign as the back drop and sent me a preview the day before the wedding, making sure i liked how it looked. I was seriously obsessed!!!! Loved it sooooo much. There was a line for it the entire night. We were able to choose between a single photo, a gif, or a boomerang. The images and gifs were so so fun to look at after the wedding. My husband and i got copies of every single one that was taken and we enjoy reliving the night by flipping through these images. Would highly recommend. It is so fun and we love seeing our family and friends posting their images from the booth :) Thanks so much Photo Bus KC and your entire team!

The Photo Bus was hands down the BEST event, after the wedding itself. So much fun, interactive and John and Cate were spectacular to work with. They made special props for our farm based wedding and it was "amazing". We love you guys!

The team was so easy to work with. My husband and I even ended up changing our minds about a couple of the details (which booth option, what time to take down, how many prints, etc.) close to the last minute, and there were no problems whatsoever. We also loved the design they came up with for our photo prints, based off just a couple of questions and my instagram. 10/10 would recommend the Photo Bus to anyone planning a wedding.

A true must have for any event. My fiance and I were both wanting a photo booth, and after visiting a bridal show she knew this is exactly what she wanted. And I am glad she did. The Photo Bus was a hit! There was always a line of guests wanting to get photos together, and the book that we received after always makes us laugh. Definitely would recommend.

The open air photo booth was a hit at or wedding and they were so much fun to work with. They were able to cartoonize our puppies to create a fun & custom photo strip for our big day!

This was a MUST HAVE for our wedding. I have a deep love for photography and Volkswagen's, so this was a no brainer. From my very first email to the day of, it was so easy, stress free. Even the emails just brightened my day. The enthusiasm from the emails was exciting and reassuring that we had made the right choice, with the right company! The actual bus, when it pulled up was an immediate hit! Then the inside/background to the props, it was all so cute, so perfect! Since we so busy with the wedding it was great to get an email with all of the pictures so I could see them all! totally worth every cent! And I heard only good things from all of my guests!! Would totally recommend them over and over again!

We've booked The Photo Bus for two separate functions and can't say enough wonderful things about them. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would! They're easy to work with and make the entire process a breeze. John and Cate are both highly involved owners with a passion for fantastic customer service and results. The only mistake you'll make is if you don't book The Photo Bus for your next event!

I HIGHLY recommend The Photo Bus and their attendant Kit!! We used the Open Air Booth and it was a hit all night!!! Kit was very attentive to the needs of our guests and kept the line flowing all night! The company posted copies of all the photos online the next day or so and I loved seeing all the photos! Everyone had so much fun with this and STILL talk about the booth almost two months later! They also email you a link to the individual photos, which is a plus!

As a bride, I knew I wanted to work with these guys a long time ago and I continue to refer them to my clients over and over again. My family and friends had SOOO MUCH FUN in the blue bus. I don't think anyone had experienced The PhotoBus first hand so it was a nice treat and upgrade from a normal photobooth. Such a great add to our wedding day. The photo bus is the cutest concept for an interactive activity for guests and the fact that it is inside an actual working and adorable drivable buggy van makes it that much better. We previously saw the photo bus at an event when we were viewing union station for our wedding and immediately knew we wanted it our wedding. Most of my coordinating was done with Ali and she was so friendly and helpful. She showed us all the different back drops we could choose from and then had a custom logo created for us with flowers and our names for the pictures that get printed out immediately for the guests right after they finish up their photo session. I loved that we got all the guests Photos emailed to us as well.... it was fun looking at everyone’s pics. Would 10/10 recommend adding the photo bus to your reception if you’re looking for something unique and fun!

Photo Bus is amazing! They made us an awesome customized banner for the bottom of our photos that perfectly captured the style of our wedding. Our guests all loved it and had a great time. I would HIGHLY recommend using the Photo Bus as your guestbook. They print you all of the photos and give you a nice book to take home - the same night as the wedding! We love ours and it is a great and fun keepsake to have. The entire Photo Bus team was great and easy to work with.

We booked them for our wedding reception and it was awesome! We went with the GIF booth because it was a more affordable option for us and it turned out super fun! We worked mostly with Ali, but John and Cate are also amazing and very attentive. Ali responded to emails very quickly and they even used our invitation design as part of the background. The Photo Bus was absolutely one of the best vendors I worked with for our wedding day! We decided somewhat late (in "wedding time") that we absolutely wanted a photo booth for our reception. Ali was such a pleasure to work with and took all the anxiety out of booking TPB with only about 6 weeks until our date. We booked the open air booth and were blown away by the quality of the gold sequined background and props they had for us to use! The photo print outs were also of high quality and were the size of a regular photo (which make them easy to frame since they weren't the super skinny strip photos). Everyone had so much fun taking pictures- we will truly treasure these captured moments from our wedding reception. I highly reccomend them for any event!

Ali was so helpful with booking all of the details and John was awesome taking all of the pictures and helping make sure we got a photo of every family member. We loved using photo bus KC! We had the open air booth at our May 26, 2018 wedding at The Grand Hall at Power and Light. Their team was very helpful and responsive. The team that was there on wedding day was also very helpful with using the booth! I loved having this for our guests and it was a hit all night long!

I was introduced to The Photo Bus several years ago at a friend’s wedding, and ever since then I knew I wanted to have them at my wedding! They were so wonderful to work with. They are the friendliest, most easy-going people, and they added so much fun to our reception! We had SUCH A BLAST with the Photo Bus at the wedding. Ali kept everything moving right along so everyone could have fun taking photos without waiting long at all. Plus she was awesome about handing out props and prompting everyone when to be ready. The timing we worked out had them set up the open air booth in the middle of dinner but she was so quiet and subtle that I didn't even notice! Our guests are STILL sharing the gifs and photos online - it was so much more than smile and snap static photo booth, the Photo Bus was a HUGE part of the party! Gif Booth was even more fun than we thought it would be. One of the highlights from our wedding was going through the 200+ gifs, photos and boomerangs when we got back to our hotel at 3am. Seriously so much fun! And their entire team was lovely to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond and never pushy.

My husband and I used The Photo Bus for our wedding last May, and they were absolutely fabulous. The red photo bus came to our reception site and it was perfect. Cate was so easy to talk to, very responsive to messages and provided the best photo experience for us. Everyone at the reception had a blast. Aside from the cool book everyone signed with all of our photos we also go the digital copies. I would use The Photo Bus again for events in the future! Super easy to work with and so happy we used them over any other photo booth.

I used The Photo Bus's awesome gif/social open air booth for an event I was hosting. My guests loved getting to play in the booth, and share the images they took on social media. It was really a highlight of my event! Every step of the way John, Cate, and their staff were so accommodating and easy to work with. I e-mailed with Cate and worked personally with John on the day of our wedding. WITHOUT A DOUBT-- a must have at your wedding! John was fantastic and his colleague (I can't remember her name, so sorry) manned the photo booth and kept our memento book organized and our guests happy. I decided to get the photo book at the last minute and I'm SO GLAD I DID! My husband and I flipped through it before going to bed and have multiple times since! Book them. Seriously. The PhotoBus was absolutely a highlight from our wedding, it created some of our favorite memories and the online albums and printed photos are things we still see at our friends and family members homes long after our wedding. The attendant working the bus for our event felt like a family friend by the end of the night. John and Cate went above and beyond to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect for us. If I had to pick only one vendor for my wedding this is the one I would pick hands down.

I met Cate and John at the Bridal Spectacular, and once I laid eyes on that beautiful red bus I knew I had to have it. They are wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations! When we saw John + Cate at the KC Bridal show, I just KNEW that they had the booth for me! My husband and I got married in March 2017. We got engaged in Chicago, during that weekend of giddiness, we took photos in an enclosed photo booth. We loved the experience and intimacy of it. During the bridal show, I got to share the experience with my mom, future MiL and my bff. It was such a great time and I knew it would be a hit. I underestimated its popularity, for sure. At our wedding, we had a LINE of guests waiting to take photos...THE WHOLE NIGHT. What made the Photo Bus booth unique is the customization and the props. The Photo Bus was such a hit! Everyone enjoyed it and are still talking about it. It went perfect with our vintage theme. The attendants were professional and kind. You must get the photo book! It was so much fun looking through it and seeing everyone's picture along with their comments. All of the guest got to take a copy with them which was nice also!

Statement Maker!! The bus was such a cool addition to my venue (Union Station Kansas City) and customer service was awesome. I know my little nieces each did 5 or more sessions in the booth and they were able to do as many as they wanted! They provided digital images and it shows people from babies to 90-yr-olds having a blast.

I absolutely LOVE the Photo Bus and just adore Cate and John! The Photo Bus is a MUST especially if you have a space where the bus can fit inside. It not only provided fun entertainment and pics of all of our wedding guests but decor for the event as well. The print outs provided for the perfect gift take away for our guests, but they also post them on FB so you can tag everyone. They are so great to work with, I can't wait to hire them again :)
