Lexi and Arielle established The Pines of Alvarado, a wood and stone building tucked in between lawns and trees, with weddings very much in mind. These friendly professionals understood the importance of each couple’s festivities and created a venue where nuptial dreams could come true. Lexi’s interior design experience and Arielle’s marketing and management background coalesce to form a great combination for their clients. Their exquisite venue is only a 30-minute drive from downtown Fort Worth and a 45-minute drive from downtown Dallas. Out-of-state visitors may avail of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, less than an hour away.
The Pines of Alvarado hosts a variety of special events including wedding ceremonies, civil unions, vow renewals, receptions, and more. Lexi and Arielle offer wedding services in a range of packages to suit your requirements and taste. All packages include the use of an outdoor ceremony area, outdoor reception area, and indoor reception area. Additionally, you will have access to get-ready rooms and a kitchen, along with the use of a public address system. Depending on your selections, the owners will provide day-of coordination services, additional venue time, and the use of the tables and chairs. I just had my wedding at The Pines & loved everything about it! It’s beautiful & was on the cheaper end for venues, which is why we went with it! They provided all tables & chairs. I even had my Bridals & rehearsal here! Couldn’t have picked a better place to share our big day with!

We have only positive things to say about the Pines of Alvarado. There was ample parking. With the gazebo, two pergolas and multiple blooming plants, the approach to the building was very attractive. It was 99 degrees when we arrived at the venue, but the room was cool and comfortable. The catering kitchen worked well (our caterer loved it) and included a freezer, which was really nice since we served ice cream for our groom's treat. The kitchen also worked very well as our bar, with a convenient place to put a large frozen margarita machine. We loved having the ability to provide our own alcohol and appreciated the Pines providing the (required) security officers. We did put one row of pipe and drape up so bar goers didn't see the catering work going on behind the drape. The room was large enough to seat 130 guests for a dinner buffet - with adequate space to move about. There was also room for multiple "specialty" tables and a dance floor. There are giant barn doors that were perfect for entrance of the wedding party, as well as for the sparkler send off. A large window at the far end of the building let in ample natural lighting. The building was spotless every time we were there and they had ample tables, chairs, and cloths to meet our needs. The building is rustic in design, but became really pretty with minimal decorations - especially once the strings lights were turned on. Kylie was great to work with. She was flexible, responsive and attentive. Her knowledge and suggestions (when solicited) were invaluable. We are so glad we found the Pines of Alvarado. It was definitely worth the short drive from the metroplex.

We loved everything about the venue, the service is superb. All our guest loved the decor and how elegant it looks. Kyle was so helpful from the start to the end.
We have a furbaby and we were so happy that the venue is pet friendly and our Maya was able to be part of our wedding

We don’t even know where to begin with how fabulous The Pines was for our wedding! It was an absolute dream! Kylie and her team were so easy to work with and communicate with and they helped us to create the best day of our lives!
Not only did Kylie and her team keep a constant open line of communication with us, but she also answered any and all questions our coordinator had as well!
The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the bridal suite was every girls dream, and even the guys had a comfortable groom suite to hang out in and watch football! I would highly recommend this hidden gem to literally anyone looking to have a wedding in the DFW area! Thank you again to the Pines for facilitating the best day of our lives!

From the moment that we walked into the courtyard, The Pines became my Fiancé's top choice. There was beauty in every corner, and The Pines had a tasteful set up for an outdoor ceremony. But her eyes lit up at the size of the barn and indoor space. We were looking for something spacious to accommodate for dinner and a spacious dance floor.
The professionalism and communication from the staff was excellent. They were more than easy to reach and accommodating. On the build up to the wedding there was smooth communication about all the details, confirmations, and everything necessary to make our night very special. The value and price of venue was perfect for our modest budget.
The aesthetics of the venue, size, quality of service, and amenities made The Pines the perfect place for our wedding.

The venue is stunning and well priced. We did our ceremony and reception in the barn, and all our guests commented on how beautiful it was. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because we had plumbing issues and guests could not use the bathrooms near the end of the night.

The Pines of Alvarado is a true gem! The staff was incredibly easy to work with and professional. The venue is stunning with a perfect rustic, chic vibe. Exactly what our daughter wanted for her special day. There are only two public restroom stalls which could be a challenge for a very large group, but it was fine for our medium sized crowd. There is an outside ceremony area and a cocktail area that both are wonderful spots for an outdoor ceremony. Due to the extreme Texas heat, we choose an indoor ceremony in front of the large barn doors and it turned out wonderful. So many of our guest commented on how great it was. I highly recommend this beautiful venue and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

The venue was beautiful. Management wasn't great or helpful. They wanted me to pay $100/hour for about 7hrs for security and for 2 security guards. We were only going to serve alcohol for the toast and that's it! So maybe an hour or 2 they would of been needed. Let them know that was too much then said they can do $60/hr instead. Since we felt forced to hire security we decided to serve alcohol and not just for the toast. They then let me know we would only need the security for the hours the alcohol and not the 7hrs they had said before. Honestly I felt they were just making up prices and didn't really seem to care about my event only cause I got the cheaper package. They wouldn't answer phone calls or messages immediately and nobody was at the venue physically in case we needed help.
The AC broke down who knows how long. Was notified by the security guard. He asked me if I wanted to cool off in the groom suite let him know we didn't have access to that area. Didn't want to risk management making it a big deal. He told me not to worry about them and to go cool off. The least they could of done is returned our deposit which I was never notified why we didn't get it. It shouldn't matter what package a customer gets or what kind of event someone is having they're all equally important. Although the venue is very beautiful, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

From start to finish I had an amazing experience here. The venue was everything I wanted and so much more. My husband and I are all about the rustic/ Texas county theme this venue offers. Kylie was my day of coordinator and I would have never made it through the wedding day without her. She put my vision to life and made all the “hard” decisions a breeze. She was a superhero at my wedding. I am just so grateful the venue has someone like her working there. Thank you The Pines for making my wedding dreams come to life!

The Pines is the most BEAUTIFUL venue! Everyone that helps run this venue are so sweet and very helpful. I had my wedding here on September 4th, and sadly it rained, but we were able to transition it to have an inside ceremony. It is so easy to decorate because the venue itself is gorgeous, so I really didn’t need a whole lot of decorations! The kitchen is so nice to have and my husband loved the groom’s suite! I loved how spacious the bridal suite was, the only thing was that it would get really warm in there so all of us were sweating at one point, but overall it was an amazing experience and the perfect day!
I would definitley recommend this venue for your wedding, special occasions, or any event!

I was fortunate enough to go to The Pines for my company Christmas party while on a work trip to Texas, and the venue was absolutely beautiful! I can see how gorgeous a wedding would be here. Very spacious and bright with a chic Texas flare. Definitely recommend checking it out for weddings, parties, and other events.

Phenomenal, just the perfect space practically in my backyard! So many picture opportunities and the barn gave the perfect rustic theme. Vendors were phenomenal at making things were to my liking and working with my wedding crew.
