bsolute delight to work with from start to finish. The planning was easy and stress free. She was accommadating for any request we made. The venue was fun and magical. Right on the lake with beautiful sunset views and lit up beautifully at night for dancing. The vendors that we worked with for flowers, DJ, food and desserts were all easy to work with, provided great ideas and input and did a fabulous job all the way around. The guests commented about how they enjoyed all the food. This wedding was absolutely perfect. From the Welcome Drink Event, the ceremony, the reception, after party at the Pines Bar and then a lake day after the wedding. A perfect weekend with friends and family! I should also mention the nice touches and thoughtful items delivered to the honeymoon suite. Everything was thought of and cared for. The Pines Resort at Bass Lake will hold a special place in all of our hearts and our guests too - everyone loved everything about this wedding weekend. Thank you!

were together for the week on the property. Hanging out on the lake and the different bars/restaurants within walking distance was great. Everyone had a blast! We were looking for a stunning mountain/forest/trees outdoors vibe for our wedding, so the Pines was perfect! The views, the resort , the layout, venue setup, coordinating team, catering, florist; I mean I could go on how amazing this place is to get married at. We were honored to have Brittney Neal as our coordinator. This woman is incredible! She is so professional, kind and extremely detailed! She was there through the entire process which made everything so easy and enjoyable. I can honestly say I was not stressed in the slightest the entire lead up to the wedding day. Brittney handled and was on top of everything! Seriously a God send! We stayed the entire week in the honeymoon suite. It was stunning! The Pines hands down was the best place to have our wedding. Highly recommend this venue to any couple! Make sure to book the Clausens for your photographers (they're vendors of the Pines). We got our pictures back days after the wedding and they're stunning!! We were so happy how they turned out! Make-up by Mattie did our makeup, he is incredible, I've never felt so beautiful. Oh, and our DJ Mario (which is also a vendor of The Pines) made the party! Kept everyone dancing and hyped the entire reception. Book him, you won't be disappointed!

onversation with Brittany in the planning stages, and especially the day of the rehearsal and wedding with planners Brittany, Jennifer and the entire staff. They were kind, patient, and the epitome of professionalism. Every request was accommodated no questions asked. Kudos to the catering staff as all of the food was not just OK “wedding food”, but DELICIOUS! The number of options to choose from was amazing for the rehearsal dinner, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. We received MANY compliments from guests about how delicious the food was!!!! We did learn, after the event, about unprofessional behavior from a bartender with regard to tipping. When this was brought to the attention of the wedding planners, it was immediately elevated up to management and handled in a manner beyond our expectations. This only furthered our respect for this team. They heard our only grievance and dealt with it swiftly and appropriately. The day was perfect for my daughter, our family, and all of our guests. It exceeded all expectations. If you are considering having your wedding at The Pines, don’t waste any time, BOOK IT! The natural beauty cannot be beat and the people you will work with are THE BEST!!! A very content Mother of the Bride!

r any stress that arose were quickly dealt with at ease. The packages they gave us were so helpful for us traveling from the East coast and affordable. The food was top notch, the staff were so sweet and attentive and the bridal sweet is beautiful!! Thank you so much to this amazing team! We wish we could do it again! ☺️

us on all of our requests to make our day feel authentic to us. We chose The Tuolumne, their 50 guest package, which gave us the intimate wedding we wanted. It came with the DJ (Mark) who kept the energy going all night, and we added on a couple upgrades. It’s clear that the resort has perfected their wedding hosting service and nothing was skipped over. This was so helpful, as they took care of details I never would have thought of. Brittany checked in regularly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and her responses were all prompt. The wedding space itself is the most beautiful place imaginable! We had a dream of getting married on a mountain lake and The Pines checked all of my boxes. We were married June 14th while the lake was lively, the sun was shining and the skies were perfectly blue. The wedding lawn overlooks the lake and is well manicured. The deck where the reception took place is dreamy and decorated with twinkly lights, adding a magical feel the night. Through our wedding we kept pausing and looking around and it just took our breath away that we were so lucky to have the most stunning venue. Lastly I’ll add that while most people will tell you to be prepared for something to go wrong at your wedding, NOTHING went wrong at ours! I entirely credit this to the venue, their staff, our coordinators (Brittany and Jennifer), and our local vendors. We were so pleased and shocked that it went so smoothly. All of our guests had a wonderful time, raved about the food, and we received nothing but compliments about how perfectly the wedding day went.

On my wedding day, the literal only thing I had to be worried about was getting married. The Pines team made sure everything else was taken care of, and absolutely perfect. Another reason everything went so smoothly was coordinating all of our vendors through The Pines' flexible add-on packages. Having our florist, decor, and DJ booked through The Pines made our lives SO easy, especially on the day of! All of their vendors have tons of experience with the team and the venue, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall, I can't recommend The Pines Resort enough as a venue. Nick and Brittany were wonderful during our rehearsal, wedding, and reception -- they truly were on top of things and helped with every little thing that came up. The rest of the staff was also fantastic and professional. The setting is beautiful! We had our reception on the deck and had smores and our guests had a blast! Our wedding day was truly better than I could ever have imagined! The Pines gave us support in planning and flexibility to make it our own -- highly, highly recommend.
