not meet the level of service or attention to detail we expected at this price point.
There were several issues throughout the process:
Communication delays: There were significant gaps in communication. For example, a question about RSVP cards that we sent in November took 53 days and multiple follow-ups from both me and our wedding planner before we received a response.
Quality control errors: We encountered multiple mistakes on printed materials. My name was misspelled on the Save the Date envelopes, and the final invitation suite was delivered with the wrong green envelope liners, even though our selection had been finalized months earlier.
Logistics and timing problems: The invitations were mailed later than expected, which caused unnecessary stress for our guests. In addition, the extra invitations were not mailed to me as planned. Because they weren’t handed off before the business owner’s travel, I wasn’t able to pick them up until March 3rd—two days after our RSVP deadline had already passed.
While the designs themselves are beautiful, the communication, quality control, and fulfillment issues made the experience frustrating—especially given the premium cost and how important these details are for a wedding.

know our wedding would be perfect. When we were figuring out print options, we knew ours would be a little more tricky, because we got our tattoo artist to design custom tattoos for our table numbers. Because of that, we had a lot of prints, and we knew they all had to be perfect to show off the table numbers. At every turn, Lauren was more than helpful, and was able to show us multiple proofs of exactly what our brochures, bar signs, table numbers and everything else would look like. Her attention to detail gave us confidence everything would come out perfect, and it did just that! In addition, we had assigned tables for our guests, so we had a seat chart. She was so flexible on working with us, as we got married on December 3rd. Being the week after thanksgiving, we had several changes to our list last minute, and Lauren was always gracious and never made us feel stressed about those changes. I would absolutely recommend Lauren and The Pink Tulip, because I know first hand what an amazing job they do!

me (most of it by phone since I live in New York) talking through flower prints, lettering. and making sure we had the perfect Ps (for Patrick and Priya) for our invitation -- we did! We loved our Lauren and our invites so much, she did our find your name board for our Rehearsal Dinner and programs, napkins, seating cards, and menu cards for the wedding. She is so good at what she does and wants to make her couples happy. I can not recommend her enough. I look at that stationary often and it is absolutely timeless.

, but I was honestly a little surprised at the lack of customization of the invitations. To me, that is what sets an independent local stationery shop apart from the cheaper, DIY, online invitation printing companies- unique, custom invites for each client. The invites were very nice, and there were lots to choose from, but for the price, I would've liked a little more customization and uniqueness. I guess I just expected us to have our own design, rather than choosing a one from a book and changing the colors to match my wedding palette. Overall, great work, but I'm still not quite sure what sets Pink Tulip apart from the online companies.

ish. I had a vision for my destination wedding but I needed someone to help me make my ideas a reality and Lauren really helped me do that.
To kick everything off, Lauren helped me create amazing save the dates - a set of Texas themed boarding passes. For the main invitations, she helped me bring together my wedding colors in a contemporary yet traditional way with really unique acrylic invitations. I received so many compliments on the creativity and uniqueness on the combination of both these. Lauren had a great attention to detail as she helped me bring together these themes into all the other elements of the wedding- welcome bags, seating assignment cards, programs, etc.
Aside from just the invitations, Lauren went out of her way to be a resource for my wedding planning in general. She had great recommendations about Austin and other vendors. Lauren is kind, personable and was always there for me and my mom, willing to assist in anyway possible.
I would highly recommend Lauren and the Pink Tulip!

price for similar product. Our invites were promised to get to us within 2 weeks. It took over a month, and made it difficult to get our out of country invites out on time. No apology was made or discount given. The process was not as easy as it should or could have been.
