I hadn't even considered the style that she picked for me but I'm so glad because I ended up saying yes to one of their suggestions! It was absolutely gorgeous, it came in earlier than planned (took about 4 months), and they were honest about the cost of their in-house alterations and gave me a list of some other suggestions. Jessica was my stylist and she helped me that day find the most beautiful dress and veil. She was very helpful, informative, kind, and so fun to be around! She immediately made the entire process comfortable, fun, and easy! She picked out beautiful dresses for me to try on and knew the look I was going for with the little detail I gave her. I ended up choosing a dress that is exclusive to The Poinsett Bride, and it’s absolutely stunning. Overall, it was such a great experience and one that I’ll never forget. Also, due to my family living out of town, the staff helped me with every step. They took pictures, videos, wrote guides and visuals for my bustle, they showed me how to get into/out of my dress, and helped me get my shoes on and learn to navigate the world of wedding dresses. She really listened to what I liked, my preferences, and was never pushy or made me feel like I had to try anything on that I didn't want to. Once I had it narrowed down to 2 dresses, I tried them both back on, and decided on the one. She had me envision my wedding day, seeing my family and fiancé, and really made the moment of "saying yes to the dress" extra special and memorable for both me and my mom and sister who were there with me. From the first day I came in just to order the dress I found else where, but not in my size, she still made sure that I was truly in love with the dress. Every appointment after has been awesome and probably the only time I have truly felt bridal through the whole wedding planning experience. The Poinsett Bride also takes it a step further after your have joined their family and they welcome their brides to the Sisterhood, which comes with a yearly celebration. d offered Mimosas. I went shopping with just my fiance and we had a private room all to our selves where I got to try on about 10 dresses in the 1.5 hour long appointment. Kellie was so kind and really helped me just enjoy the process. She listened carefully to what I was liking and not liking about the dresses and refined what she was pulling based on that. Kellie also helped me include my mom and sister through face time calls as they were not able to make it. And thanks to Kellie and her team, I now have the most gorgeous wedding dress :)

I almost said yes but we had another appointment that day. I went there and I didn’t get the same kind of service and I instantly wanted to go back to Jessica. I left that appointment earlier and went back to Jessica to buy my dress right before they closed. I couldn’t do it without her!

ey really listen to what you want and what you're looking for. Can't fit into every sample dress they have? No worries there! They do anything and everything they can to get a dress on you, even if it's pinned on top of another dress that you are actually wearing. I have had two of my fittings already and I have yet to encounter a negative experience. Customer service is supreme and it is such a fun environment! I was there for one of my fittings for almost 3 hours, but it definitely did not feel that long! I honestly just can't say enough good things about this place. 10 out of 10 would recommend, ladies!
