The Polo Fields Golf & Country Club

We had an absolutely wonderful experience hosting our wedding reception at the Polo Fields. Despite having a tight three-month timeline to plan everything from start to finish, the team at Polo Fields made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had five major events, and the reception was one of the most important. From start to finish, everyone at Polo Fields was incredibly pleasant to work with. A special shoutout to Desarae, the Director of Hospitality. She was a true delight to collaborate with! Desarae was not only organized and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and generous with her time. She walked us through every detail of our event and helped us fill in the gaps where we needed. She truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful to have had her in my corner throughout the planning process. The chef was also fantastic, eager to incorporate our request for Indian cuisine at both dinner and appetizers. The staff during our reception were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist whenever needed. A particular thank you to whoever kept bringing water to me and my husband throughout the night—it didn’t go unnoticed! We were also impressed with the flexibility the venue offered. Our stage vendor was able to set up on Friday evening, and we were allowed to come in as early as 9 AM on the day of the reception, giving us plenty of time to prepare. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Polo Fields. We absolutely love this venue and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier location in the area.
