I recently had my wedding at The Pond at Triplebrook and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is family-owned, which I think adds a level of care and effort that you wouldn't see at a bigger, corporate-type venue.
Throughout the planning process, the staff at The Pond at Triplebrook were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even helped us set up our cake when we transported it from the bakery ourselves. We also hired Lauren as our day-of coordinator and she did an incredible job making sure everything went smoothly for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day.
One of the things that really impressed me about The Pond at Triplebrook was their flexibility. They allowed us to do some fun, unique things like bring in our own ramen bar, which was a huge hit with our guests. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Hilltop Pavilion, which was a beautiful space that we transformed with lights. The venue also allowed us to upgrade to padded resin folding chairs for the ceremony and using their tables and chairs for the rehearsal dinner.
Additionally, we loved the added convenience of having our guests stay in cabins on the venue's property. It definitely added a unique element to the experience for everyone, and we enjoyed having a sort of weekend getaway with our friends and family.
One potential downside to consider is that cell service may be unreliable. While it was useful for ensuring everyone was present during the wedding, it did make some logistics more challenging (e.g. guests couldn't use Uber to get home) and made it harder to coordinate with family and friends who were helping with the event. In hindsight, it might have been helpful to bring walkie-talkies to improve communication and coordination.
Overall, I highly recommend The Pond at Triplebrook for any special occasion. The staff were wonderful to work with and the venue itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Thank you, Ozzie and Lauren, for your support and prompt responses to all the questions we had leading up to the wedding. A big thank you to the entire team for helping to make our wedding weekend truly unforgettable!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience while planning my wedding and my wedding day at The Pond at Triplebrook. This venue is absolutely breathtaking. All of our guests were stunned at how amazing it really was. Such a fun atmosphere from the beautiful pond ceremony, to the open air pavilion, the fire pit area and the games. We comfortably had 125 guests who all had an amazing time and complimented the space. The bridal suite is absolutely adorable and was perfect for me and all my girls to get ready in. There was plenty of space and we had an awesome time just hanging out while getting ready. Ozzie and her team were so awesome! She answered all of my questions quickly and wasn’t pushy about adding anything extra that we didn’t feel we needed. She made us so comfortable and I have to say that I had ZERO stress while planning my wedding and on my wedding day. We had the most perfect day and loved everything about our experience at Triplebrook! Awesome venue. Hidden gem!
So we knew we wanted an outdoor picnic theme wedding and Triplebrook was the perfect location. We got so many compliments on how pretty it was there. Although it was a very hot and sunny day, there was plenty of shade prior to ceremony to keep our guests cool and once we were in the pavilion, we were able to keep comfortable even in our outfits. Ozzie was so easy to work with, constantly answering our emails immediately. The set up looked great and honestly we didn’t need much decor other than adding to our theme. Triplebrook is definitely a great outdoor venue! Note you won’t have great reception out there but I think that’s a bonus as honestly I think it keeps the guests more in the moment :)
Had the most incredible day at Triplebrook. We got married in Sept there, and had our dream wedding day thanks to Ozzie at Triplebrook. We were a little concerned about the bad weather two days prior but Ozzie worked with us to find a new spot on the lawn to have our outdoor ceremony (and put up a temporary arch) and helped decorate our reception tables and set up for the wedding. She was the sweetest!!! Our caterer forgot to bring reception water glasses and cocktail glasses, and Ozzie worked fast to get us cups for our 100 person wedding. We did the s’mores station option near the end of the night and lawn games during cocktail hour. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a rustic venue. Ozzie even bought new napkin colors since the options she had didn’t go with our color scheme of moss green / sage green. If I did it all again, I would still hands down choose Triplebrook.
We had the best day ever on on our wedding! Ozzie was so responsive during the planning process, and answered every question promptly. She and her team were ready to take a chance on a sunshine ceremony by the pond, but still ready to switch to a ceremony under the roof for the comfort of our guests. When things went wrong on the day of, they were handled and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Ozzie and her team went above and beyond for our wedding. Not just the day of but for the year of planning before hand. Having a wedding at such an out of the box location can be a daunting task and requires a lot of DYI and booking most of your other venders independently, but this was exactly what we wanted.
Any time we had a question our emails were responded to with 24 hours or less. it was wonderful to get instant answers. When our DJ had to cancel on us (no fault of his own) Wendy at TripleBrook suggested their house DJ, Brian, who was absolutely amazing! We were so thrilled to have him and really made our day that much better and stress free.
Ozzie and team were so accommodating. They all love what they do and really enjoy and take pride in making sure your day runs smoothly, that the couple is attended to, and just want you to have the best experience for your day and your guests. She works with you to design the space to make it work for your vision.
They are super prepared to handle whatever the day throws at them. the day of our wedding the town lost power, just before hair and make up showed up. Ozzie stopped by our suite and calmed me down, and informed me they were bring up a generator! Honestly I don't think a "standard" venue would be that prepared. Within 30 minutes we had power again and curlers, airbrushing and lights were up and running.
The whole venue/location is such a wonderful place to have a wedding. Many of our guests stayed on the cabins on location for the whole weekend, making our wedding a mini destination wedding close enough to home. We even had our rehearsal dinner on location. And for guests who don't really want a camping style stay, there are hotels close enough that will transport guest. It created an environment where everyone was free to enjoy themselves and not have to worry about driving afterwards.
I couldn't' have imagined having our wedding anywhere else. Fire ring at our reception, beautiful venue that overlooks a lake, a ceremony spot on the water, and great people who don't treat your day like just another wedding.
Because we were able to pick and choose our venders, and really curate our wedding to be our own, we ended up spending way less than most other locations we found. TripleBrook is open and straight forward with their pricing and don't tack on a "wedding tax." They will work with most caterers and do a site visit with them. You can stock your own bar and hire your own bar tender. Between those 2 factors we saved over 15k.
