We did a family style dinner and offered the crusted chicken, tenderloin, broccolini and mashed potatoes. There was plenty of food for everyone and everyone ATE. They packed us a to go box for after the wedding since we didnt have a lot of time to eat during the party, and it honestly made me wish I had eaten it with everyone during dinner. It was just so incredibly good. The passed appetizers even made it to our dressing room during cocktail hour and the staff was so kind to bring us as much as we wanted. I could never thank Alexis enough for really providing us with one of the most important things for our wedding. Food was a high priority to us and this caterer did not disappoint.

it was exceptional, and Posh Affair was more than exceptional. We were able to set up a tasting about a year out from our wedding. We were able to choose items we wanted to try. We sat and spoke with Alexis about menu options, catering styles, rentals, and the flow of the day. She was very thorough and I knew that all would be covered. She didn’t miss a detail. Alexis was prompt with all communication prior to the wedding. On the wedding day, The Posh Affair was on time and got straight to work. The food was even better than I remembered at the tasting and Alexis made sure that the wedding party did not miss out on any food. They made the extra effort to find us during photos and bring us appetizers. Our guests have not been able to stop raving about the food and service. All servers were happy and very professional. The family style service was a big hit. No one was left hungry and people had the options for seconds if desired. If you choose to go with Alexis and her team, you will be well taken care of and you will not regret it. I know we will be dreaming of our wedding food for years to come. We are grateful to have been able to work with an amazing catering company.

During our wedding day we had a few small mishaps with guests and Alexis was so quick to fix the problem without anyone noticing. I truly don't know how she does it! Now for the food... I'm not kidding when I say at least 50+ guests reached out to us after the wedding regarding how amazing their meal was. The food truly is THAT GOOD. It's now 3 months after our wedding and we still have friends talking about their meal at our wedding. I typically am very indifferent about "wedding food", but with Posh you're receiving gourmet deliciousness! It's truly something you have to taste for yourself to understand!

She is a woman of integrity and forthrightness, has a calm and cool composure, an incredible mind for details, and she is genuinely committed to making the most of every part of your wedding celebration. Additionally, we found that it’s a great move to have the event coordination and catering services provided by the same people. Everything went so smoothly and I could actually enjoy the day! And the food! Oh, my goodness…Loretta, the chef, and her team are to be commended for mouth-watering appetizers, a beautiful and delicious first-course charcuterie, entrees, and sides. This is not your average wedding food! We served family-style which means that each of our guests got to choose how much he or she wanted and the food was piping hot! The servers were also amazing – they were there when you needed them and then they disappeared. My 86-year-old father-in-law remarked that the servers were gentle - attentive and kind. Posh Affair Event and Catering is a women-owned, family-operated business and they are first class from start to finish! We are grateful to God that they are part of our daughter’s wedding story! Thank you!

not to mention the FOOD. WOW. We had the Tuscan Chicken and Ribeye Ribbons served at our wedding and our guests are still talking about it 3 weeks later!! One of our guests said it was the best steak he ever had! Just so many wonderful things to say about The Posh Affair, simply the best!!

She is awesome to work with and made planning stress-free! As for the food, AMAZING! We got many compliments on how incredible our passed horderves and family style dinner was. Many of my friends asked for her card they were so impressed! Sitting down during our tasting we knew that we were going to have great food, but Alexis and her team knocked it out of the park on our wedding day! The servers and the rest of Alexis' team provided incredible service, and they added more happiness to our joyful day with all their assistance! We cannot recommend The Posh Affair enough. and beyond to find me answers. I think I probably talked to her every single day and sometimes even until 12 or 1 in the morning when the wedding got closer. She made all of my wedding dreams come true... Even dreams I didn’t know I had! The entire wedding day ran so smoothly... Honestly everything felt beyond perfect and I don’t think that would have been the case had we gone with anyone else... Even our photographer said she wished that all coordinators were like Alexis because that would change the entire wedding game (LOL... True!) Everyone was so impressed with how the venue and decor/flowers looked - as well as how perfect the day was. Alexis and Nicole made me feel special and supported all day long... I never wanted the day to end!! As far as food goes - it was just as amazing as I remembered it from the tasting! All of our family and friends enjoyed it and complimented everything! I also remember the day Brian and I went to the tasting and then discussed some day-of details and for the first time I finally felt relief from all the planning. I was also very impressed with how everything was packaged up at the end of the night (didn’t see that until the next day since his parents took this stuff for us but I was so impressed!) I was absolutely blown away by Alexis and the entire Posh team.... I’m glad I don’t have to plan a wedding again since I married my person... But man... In my mind there’s just no one else. I’d pick Posh over and over again and I feel sorry for couples who didn’t get to have them! Absolutely worth every penny and more! Thank you for surpassing my wedding dreams and giving me a day I will never forget for the rest of my life!

ght, this is family business. Take my advise, always pick a family business. There is so much care and love put into everything. Our tasting experience was wonderful. It was filled with good conversation , good food, and laughs. The food was so delicious. And on our wedding day it tasted just as it did at the tasting. All of our guests complemented the food! Their serving staff was so kind and helpful. I will definitely use them for future catering events!!

My husband always jokes that he wishes they were an actual restaurant that we were able to go to so we could get some good food in our area. The servers were incredibly attentive - I reached out to them several times throughout the evening and all were very helpful and kind. We were so fortunate to have Alexis and her team to share our wedding day with, would book with them again in a heartbeat.

One thing that we love about Alexis is that she never pressured us to make any particular selection. She just gave us the info we requested and offered her thoughts/suggestions but ultimately wanted us to make the final decision that was best for us. Alexis and her mom, Loretta, were so great in working with us so diligently in fine-tuning the menu to accommodate what we wanted. The food that we ultimately selected for our wedding was amazing! Everyone loved it! We first hired Alexis and her team to be our caterer. However, at the VERY last minute (and I'm talking about maybe 2 weeks before the wedding) we had to find another wedding coordinator! My fiance and I were obviously in a HUGE dilemma. When Alexis found out that we had no wedding coordinator, she quickly offered to help us out by offering her services/expertise to be our wedding coordinator! I can't stay enough how much this saved my fiance and I. Alexis totally did not have to do this for us. For her to offer to help out (ESPECIALLY AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE), really took a HUGE WEIGHT off of our shoulders. Alexis easily transitioned into being our wedding coordinator. She really came through the clutch for us. The highest compliment that I can give someone is that she was on the "Michael Jordan" level of clutch-ness and excellence. Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player who has ever played and always rose to the occasion and delivered when it counted. Alexis was at that "Michael Jordan" level of excellence during the wedding planning process and on the day of the wedding. Many of the reviews I have read about Alexis mention that she is extremely detailed oriented. I can, without a shadow of doubt, agree and confirm this. Seriously, her administrative skills are on another level. With all that we had going on (catering, wedding planning during COVID, being our wedding coordinator last minute, us requesting last minute changes, wedding guests cancelling on us last minute, last minute changes to the seating chart, etc.), Alexis had everything all under control the whole time and was able to multi-task and use her God given talents/skills to make our wedding a success and very special day! On the day of the wedding, I kid you not, it seemed like Alexis was EVERYWHERE. Throughout the day, Alexis seemed like she had her hands on everything! She was helping hanging signs, moving things around, setting up, unloading boxes full of wedding stuff/supplies from cars, carrying my wife's wedding dress train around (as my wife was walking around), taking photos, overseeing the setup, helping with the rehearsal, communicating with all of the other vendors, helping with the tear-down afterwards, etc. She was literally going a 150 mph the whole day/night and NEVER complained. She was so joyous the entire time! It really seemed like there were 10 of her running around on the day of the wedding. My guess is that she might have shattered her personal record of how many "steps" she got in on her fitbit that day! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Post Affair to others!

Posh Affair has the most amazing food and top notch team to handle the catering that I have ever seen. There are many things guest and the wedding party can compliment you on about a wedding you are hosting and for us the food, service of the food and our day of coordinator was what EVERYONE talked about - in an over the top positive way. We hired Alexis and team for the catering and also hired her for our day of Coordination and little did I know how much of a difference she would make. "Attention to detail" and "being on top of things" are understatements when it comes to Alexis. She has a true heart for this business and a heart for customer service. She is AMAZING. She took care of every detail and never looked stressed. There could have been many things going on...but we would have never known the difference and for me as a Type A, very organized and a person that plans to the greatest detail - that was priceless for us. She allowed us to completely enjoy the day! She treated my daughter like a queen, helped her through all of the nerves of the day and made her day so very special. Alexis has a servant heart, she is so caring, so encouraging and truly has her clients best interest at heart from the start of the planning process to the end of the wedding day (and even beyond!!). Your day will be forever impacted in a positive way by having Alexis and The Posh Affair as part of your wedding day.

Our guests also loved our food, and many of our guests said it was by far the best wedding food they had ever had. Would highly recommend the Posh Affair!

She made sure all the big and tiny details (from order of events, seating charts, to linens, to food choices, etc.) were taken care of and noted. She made my job super easy as a bride with the least amount of stress possible. On the big day, I was able to relax and enjoy myself and had complete faith our wedding was going to be perfect with Alexis in charge. The big day went off without a hitch, and in my eyes it was a perfect day. Alexis and her team made sure everything was taken care of, all the touches I wanted were added, made sure we stayed on schedule, and made sure we always had our favorite drink in our hands. The Posh Affair's catering is absolutely the best. After our food tasting, I was ready to see how much everyone enjoyed the amazing food. We had a plated meal that was served warm and so delicious, rich and flavorful, along with the incredible passed appetizers. We received so many compliments on all the food that we selected. I would not hesitate to have the Posh Affair coordinate and/or cater any big affair. They are incredible and go beyond your expectations!

as changing details on the food and amount of food up to the week of the wedding. ahe was fully supportive of everything I wanted, but also wasn't afraid to share her experience with certain aspects. Now the food. They made the best food. I may be biased but it was the best wedding food I have ever had. We had the pork schnitzel with an onion gravy and roasted chicken with a pomegranate sauce. the sides were mash potatoes and asparagus. I am still think about the food and wishing I had more. We also had 3 Hors d'oeuvres. An artichoke stuffed bread (which was life itself, please get it), venison sausage with a fig preserve, and crawfish beignets. My husband's and I's only complaint is that our wedding party kept stealing the hors d'oeuvres before they could get to us. However, The Posh Affair made sure they fought through the bridal party to get to us. do yourself a favor and book them now. You are not going to find anyone as great as them!

rtichoke stuffed bread (seriously this stuffed bread has been in my dreams this week) were my favorites. I wish I could remember the name of the chef, I had to ask her more than once and I still forgot, but she is outstanding. From the first contact through the very end of the event, Posh Affair was top notch. Ultra kind, compassionate, and professional. They even dealt with family issues like champs. On a more personal note, my daughter has a processing disorder and the Posh Affair Team treated her like a princess and with the utmost respect. My daughter did not feel anything but true thankfulness for them. I am so blessed to have had Posh Affair, Alexis, and the Chef support us at the wedding. I cannot say enough good things. You should choose them, now. Go with the artichoke stuffed bread and the crawfish beignets so I am not the only one dreaming about them!!!!!!!!
