Please please please do not use this company if you are booking for a photo booth and want the product you pay for. After booking and paying for the celebrity photo booth with black and white photos, I received neither on my wedding day. When I raised my concerns, stating that I did not receive the product I paid for at all, they offered me a 27% refund. Additionally, they asked me to consider their "significant loss for us" if they refunded me additional funds. I stated that this was not acceptable since I paid for a product and service I did not receive and asked them how they thought I felt about my significant financial loss in paying for something that was not provided. This is a warning to other brides to not ignore the previous reviews like I did and went ahead and booked them. There was hardly any communication leading up to the event when I tried to confirm logistics. I should have cut my losses then. truly heartbreaking as this will be a very clear situation I remember from my wedding.

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of having posh experience at our wedding reception, and I must say, they exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we contacted them to the last photo snapped, their professionalism and enthusiasm were second to none.

I was iffy about choosing The Posh Xperience for our wedding and wasn't pleased with communication pre/post wedding. Having our custom template created was difficult (it shouldn't have been), my guests were told the photo booth printing was having technical difficulties (that's the main reason we booked with Posh) and then I reached out to Posh after the wedding expressing my frustration and they told me they would have the images printed out for the inconvenience (I never received them). I also had to reach out to them after weeks of not receiving my digital gallery. Although the photo booth experience seems like something that should be simple and straightforward, this was not the case with this vendor - I would look elsewhere.
