company for our August wedding, expecting a fun experience and digital photos that would serve as a memorable party favor for our guests. Instead, it has become an ongoing headache that is still unresolved nearly two months later. The photo booth itself was set up shoddily, with cords visibly sticking out. There was absolutely no quality control. The attendant clearly had not properly tested the equipment before guests arrived. The backdrop was set up too low and guests had to adjust it themselves throughout the evening. The camera was slow, some photos were blurry, and the entire process created a backup of guests waiting in line because the booth was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, after taking photos, guests were prompted to enter their phone numbers to receive digital copies of their pictures. Not a single guest received their digital photo. Multiple friends and family members have reached out to ask if we have their pictures because they never received anything from The Posh Xperience. Per our contract, we were also supposed to receive access to a complete digital gallery of all photo booth images. Nearly two months later, we still do not have it. My mother and I have repeatedly contacted the company to obtain the gallery and discuss a refund due to the numerous problems we experienced. We have been given excuse after excuse, told someone would call us back, and sent in circles without a resolution. The lack of accountability has been just as disappointing as the poor service itself. We paid a premium for a service that was supposed to add to our guests' experience and provide lasting memories. Instead, we were left embarrassed by a poorly functioning photo booth and are still fighting to receive what was promised in our contract. At this point, the company has had ample opportunity to make this right and has failed to do so. Spare yourself the frustration, disappointment, and embarrassment. There are countless professional photo booth vendors who value their clients and honor their contracts. Book literally anyone else.
