I hired Stefanie for a Boudoir photoshoot as a wedding gift to my husband. Of course I was a little nervous at first, but Stefanie made me feel at ease and walked me through the entire process. The album came out amazing. My husband loved the book!

I decided to do a boudoir shoot as a gift for my FH. It was the best decision ever and I'm glad I did it for myself as well. Stephanie made the whole process comfortable and fun. I ordered an 8x8 album. Highly highly recommended!!!

Stefanie is a goddess. I cannot express how amazing this experience was! She is a true professional. She made me feel like a super model! For the end product. All I can say is WOW!!! It was so much more than I expected!! The photos are breathtaking, and I can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE them. I can’t say enough how much I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone to do a boudoir shoot with Stefanie. I could literally go on and on but I’ll try to keep it brief. First of all – you will feel incredibly at ease, sexy, and relaxed from start to finish. Stefanie is a complete expert at what she does and she makes you feel like she is a long time best friend from minute one. And she is a complete professional – she is efficient, she is incredibly organized, she has a website and materials that explain everything so that there will be no question unanswered at any point in time. But if you do ever have a question – she’ll respond to emails in no time at all and answer everything! And as for the result – the photos are incredible – like literally unbelievable. I did one shoot with Stefanie about seven years ago when I got married, and my second shoot this year to celebrate my 50th – and I will absolutely be going back again. The photos we have are something my husband and I cherish and we look at our albums all the time. They bring both of us such joy – each for different reasons – but we both love them and we both are so glad we have found Stefanie. As an aside – my first shoot was with lingerie, by second shoot was all nudes – I never felt awkward or strange in any way – I felt completely comfortable and relaxed and genuinely happy and enjoyed every minute of both shoots. I’ll just close by saying that I hope anyone reading this will go do it – your life will definitely be enriched for it and you will be so glad you did it!!

I never really thought I would do a boudoir shoot but I'm soo glad I did and I'm so glad Stefanie was my photographer! She was extremely professional but also made me very comfortable. The Pouting Room experience was for a lack of better words, AMAZING. Stefanie made me feel calm and not to mention beautiful from the start. She addressed any insecurities that I had and thoroughly explained the entire process. The photography space was open, inviting and comfortable. Like many women, I critique my flaws, wish that I had a bigger bottom, more toned legs, a flatter stomach, you get it. Stefanie eased all my fears of opening my self up for such a vulnerable type of photography session and made me feel strong, confident and powerful. Some of my most favorite photos are of areas on my body that I'm most insecure about. It's truly amazing that what I see in the mirror and what a photographer can capture are absolutely beautiful. Was I nervous? Of course. I interviewed with 4 other boudoir photographers and found that Stefanie was most natural and made me feel most comfortable. She's honest, fun and familiar and there were no awkward moments. After the first couple of minutes, I felt like I was meant to do this! I'm a mom of 3 boys so "girly" is not in my vocabulary at home. This photo shoot helped me feel like a woman. A woman who has earned the body that she lives in. Initially my goal was to have a few solid images to put in an album to give to my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary. When I went to my reveal, there were so many images that I fell in love with. From the start, Stefanie had said that you will realize that is session is also for you, not just your husband. It truly was. I have looked at my photos almost every day and can not believe that "this is me." I needed this! This was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I have ever had. (photoshoot 9/2020)

I found the Pouting Room during my search for a boudoir photographer to create a special wedding gift for my husband. Stefanie was incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about her line of work. Perhaps most importantly, she is a very talented photographer! My photos came out perfectly, and the album I bought is high quality and beautiful. I had been researching different boudoir photography sites in hopes of having an album/book made for my husband for a surprise gift. The Pouting Room was the only site that, I immediately knew, would be the one for me. The detail that Stephanie provides on her website is beyond thorough. She gives tips on what to wear, what not to wear, giving links of places to shop for outfits, how to prep leading up to the shoot, what to expect, from weeks before in preparation to the day of, it’s chock full of invaluable information so that you are fully prepared and at ease with the entire process. The actual day of the shoot was an absolute blast! She had encouraged me to bring some of my favorite music to help create the mood I wanted for the shoot, so I made a playlist which definitely got my energy up and “in the mood”. Stephanie was open to anything I wanted to do (poses, b&w vs. color etc...) and was full of ideas she wanted to try out as as far as props, poses etc...she sees details that I’d never pick up on like a simple readjustment with an arm position, a hand, fingers even, I knew I was in the best hands, with her attention to all of those little things that really do come through in photos, the subtleties. It was such a fun, empowering experience for me. The results were incredible, the pics came out amazing. The one thing she insists on is NOT altering your body in any way, so you can be proud that “it’s all you” when you see yourself in these pictures. If you’ve ever contemplated having boudoir pics taken, I’d highly encourage you to use Stephanie, you’ll have an experience that is solely for u and even better, you’ll have these amazing shots for you (and whoever else😏) to enjoy forever.

My experience with the Pouting Room was simply outstanding and the photos Stephanie created were simply phenomenal! We did a lot of research on all the boudoir photographers in the Boston area and Stephanie's portfolio stood out, a step above the rest. She is extremely talented and well practiced at her art, especially in composition and lighting, and open to trying new things too. The experience was also super comfortable and quite fun in her beautiful studio with wonderful pieces including mirrors, windows and textures. I had such a fun time doing this shoot and really feel like her photos can capture your true self.

My experience with the Pouting Room was exceptional! I was drawn to her studio through the samples she posted online – her use of light and mood was revelatory and I felt I would be able to achieve images that were gorgeously artistic. I was so right! Throughout the process Stefanie was professional, welcoming, and I felt at ease to talk about and explore what I was looking for and how to accomplish it. The pictures she took literally left me speechless. They are truly art. The session started out as a gift for my husband but by the end, the pictures were a gift to me as well. You do not need to have experience in front of a camera, Stefanie makes you feel comfortable and walks you through the entire process. I read the reviews and was confident I had made the right choice, but was still a little nervous for the day if the shoot. My nerves were very soon calmed as soon as I arrived. While getting hair and makeup done ( and her stylist is awesome!!) Stefanie looked at what I brought and took my ideas and made them even better. I had a great time having the photos taken. She talks you through every detail. We had some laughs, listened to great music, and most importantly got some great Photo’s that I will have forever. As great as the shoot went, the best part was seeing those photos a week or so later. My expectations were exceeded and to my surprise my favorites were the ones I really had to go outside my comfort zone to capture. I am glad I did, and now I do not have to wish I would’ve tried something new...I actually did. The photo album was of the best quality and I can not wait to give it to my husband . I had always wanted to do a boudoir shoot, but was too afraid. I decided to be spontaneous and finally try it so I could give my husband a sexy album on our wedding day. I'm so glad I did! Upon meeting Steffanie, she was friendly, warm, and made me feel comfortable right away. Her adorable studio was private, clean, and cozy. Steffanie was open to all of my ideas and built on them with her expertise. I could tell that she knew what she was doing and was so excited to work with her. On the day of the shoot, I was primped by her awesome stylist while I got to drink a glass of champagne....I felt so glamorous! The actual shoot was a blast. Stephanie made me feel confident and beautiful and I found that my nerves melted away almost immediately. The album I had made came out A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and my husband LOVED it as much as I did. This experience was amazing!!!! I would very highly recommend Stephanie to do your boudoir photo shoot! She is amazing, make you feel so comfortable and takes stunning photos! I have been a client at The Pouting Room twice in the past few years, once for a boudoir session that I gifted to my husband and the second session was for my maternity boudoir photos. Both experiences with Stefanie were great! Stefanie is fun, personable and easy to work with as is her stylist, Angela. A couple of weeks after both of my sessions, I went back to Stefanie's studio and she revealed my photos to me for selection and ordering. Each time, I felt empowered, overjoyed and emotional. I couldn't believe that it was me up on that screen. What a wonderful experience. From the initial phone call to receiving the album, everything was fun, professional, and I felt confident. I did this for two reasons. First, myself (although wasn't really sure I want these photos of me lying around :-) and the second for my husbands birthday. Stephanie's space is gorgeous! She has a separate 'barn' dedicated just to this. I valued her honest opinion when I'd come out in an outfit and she'd say nah, or that will look great. Her hair stylist is superb (I've never had better hair and make-up). The album came out beautiful, my husband was shocked and proud and I had that damn I look pretty good thought. Highly recommend. You see these amazing photos of yourself looking your best and the work that she has put into these images is incredible. I received my book a few weeks later and I couldn't be happier. My fiancé is going to LOVE these! This was the most valuable experience for me! It really made me see how beautiful I truly am to myself and it was an amazing anniversary present! Stefanie treats you like a princess for the day and is the nicest person ever! I will definitely be seeing her again in the future!

I was looking to give a wedding gift to my fiancé that would knock his socks off & The Pouting Room was it!  Stefanie was amazing from the consultation, where she eased my worries about the entire process & really listened to what my vision was, to the session itself where I felt extremely comfortable (even though I was a bit nervous) because Stefanie shows you how to pose from head to foot.  At the reveal appointment I was blown away by how beautiful & confident I looked in the images.  It was VERY hard to narrow down images - I wanted them all.   Overall I highly recommend The Pouting Room not only as an awesome gift for your fiancé but more so for the empowering experience for me.  It definitely boosted my confidence & self-esteem.

My experience at the pouting room elevated my body mind and spirit. Stefanie had a unique way of creating a safe comfortable space that allowed for me to reveal my true essence. I had such a SPECTACULAR first experience with the Pouting Room in 2016 that I recently scheduled and experienced my second boudoir photo shoot with Stefanie just last month. The first boudoir experience was a gift from my husband and I was a bit nervous since I'd be showing more skin than I'm used to (I have a conservative side). I was concerned about looking and feeling awkward but I decided to do it anyway just to see what it's like. I am SOOO happy I did as I had SO MUCH FUN! It was such a treat to feel so camera ready and sexy. The make up artist is amazing in creating your hair and make-up look for the shoot. Stefanie has created such a beautiful photo studio with various backdrops to choose from. She has an amazing eye for capturing gorgeous images of the models' natural beauty. Stefanie brings out so much more than just an image but allows the models' attitude and personality to shine through in the photographs. Stefanie creates an atmosphere where you can feel confident and sexy while letting your personality shine or expressing a side of yourself you don't usually show or even knew you had. I had even more fun on my second photo shoot because I knew what to expect and could relax and have fun with the poses without over thinking how I looked. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Stefanie for her professionalism and ability to capture female empowerment through photography.

This was such a great experience. The in depth interview and information I was asked to provide prior to the shoot gave Stefanie an idea of my personality and the kind of photos I was looking for. The boudoir shoot was a gift for my husband's birthday. Stephanie was fantastic to work with. She made scheduling easy and was very accommodating and understanding when I needed to reschedule on short notice. Her and her hair/makeup artist are friendly and professional. I never once felt uncomfortable or self conscious. You are able to bring your own playlist the day of your shoot, which adds to the fun. I had a few ideas for shots that I wanted and Stephanie executed them wonderfully. That aside, this was my first time doing any sort of professional photo shoot and I would have been lost without her, not knowing quite what to do. For all pictures and poses, Stephanie provided clear guidance to make sure every shot was amazing. I am thrilled with the experience and final images. And so is my husband, of course!

I wasn't a bride to be when I went and did a shoot at The Pouting Room the first time, but either way, my experience was so fun and empowering, I went again a second time only 3 years later. Both my shoots were gifts and I can't think of any more fun I could have had giving one. She does amazing work!
