**TT events & Perstige banquet hall are not affiliated** I used my own decorator and that is the only way my event turned out beautiful.
They could not be professional with a baby shower so I don’t recommend doing a wedding here.
I had my baby shower about a month ago here and everything started off great and jayden was very sweet and made sure to keep things up to date with me. Before you give your deposit the venue is extremely accommodating but soon as your book that’s when a lot of confusion and miscommunication started. The venue has a policy that they do not reserve or quote promise any of the rooms that could be changed the day of the event it is in the contract even though they write the room down very confusing…. why write down that you get a specific room than change it at anytime?
Unfortunately they changed my room the week of the event after my decorator did a walk through. I lost money with my decorator because she was accommodating that specific space that they assured us we would have. My guest and the room was really tight even with the pandemic still going on that was not taking into consideration.
After sitting down with the manager who was not sympathetic at all of the change they were willing to switch the room back if I paid close to 3,000 more the week of my event. So unprofessional! No one cares once you pay the money they just want you to deal with it. The day of my event we made the best of it I will say the staff who served us and helped out the day of was really nice. But the process towards the end of the miscommunication was such a bad experience I wouldn’t book with the venue again. I posted pictures because it’s a beautiful venue but they really should understand just because it’s a baby shower or they feel like its just a small event compared to a wedding people spend a lot of money and it’s there special moments MY DECORATOR did a wonderful job with making it work but I wanted to do my another event here prior to my baby shower but I definitely will take my money to another venue. With all that comes with pregnancy this whole situation had me stressed out and so pissed the week of my shower. My advice to management don’t have your employees write a room down if you can change it whenever you want or better yet allow people to pay a rental fee for the actual room, and find a new management that actually care about customer service instead of dismissing the miscommunication like it was nothing.
The Prestige made our special day absolutely perfect. The venue was gorgeous. The food was amazing. The staff was spectacular. All of our guests had an amazing time. Next time we need a venue for an event, The Prestige will be the first and only call we make.
Good food and the venue has been nicely updated. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with.
Updated very nicely, easy to work with, great price! Food was AMAZING!
