I tried on about four dresses before going with the one I tried on first. Samantha was my consultant and she was AMAZING. So many beautiful options at great price points

This is my first time trying on dresses. I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in which was nice. After a few minutes, I was walked to my room. My stylists met me there and were friendly. I had two, I’m guessing one was I training? But I did not feel like I was treated like the other brides that were there. I did not have my name written on the board welcoming me like everyone else. Small? Yes but it does make a difference in someone’s appointment. Makes you feel less than the other brides. I’m willing to spend money and I felt like I was not wanted there. Some of the other stylist walked and helped the client look for dresses in the beginning (mine did not) I was so overwhelmed and I Was not walked out at the end either like I seen other stylists doing with their clients. At the end, I walked out the restroom and then I was given a card with the names of my dresses that I was stuck between. Which was really awkward, it would’ve been nice just to meet me at my room. Some positives: I was Asked if I would feel more comfortable if They wore a mask. I said yes which was nice and they did . I have a high-risk mom and my maid of honor is pregnant so it was based on their safety. They did pick out some dresses for me that were really pretty . And they did tell me about options with customizations. But I did not get that bridal Experience I was hoping for. I decided to go here based on the reviews but I’ll be looking at other stores. Honestly disappointed.

I had my wedding dress from here back in June of 2020 for my wedding in august 1, 2020 but it was postponed for January 16, 2021 I went to go wedding dress shopping and I mean I found my dress in 30 minutes! The place is organized and they give you a separate room and give you all the attention you need I mean it was just an amazing experience I highly recommend coming here you won’t regret it!

I went to three dress shops and this was by far my favorite. Not only did I end up purchasing my beautiful gown here, but it was the best experience too. I loved the individual dressing rooms and mimosas. My stylist, Raquel, knew me better than I knew myself. I didn't like any of the dresses my mom or I picked out on, but the first dress she suggested for me was a winner. They were also super helpful in communicating with me when my dress shipment was delayed because of covid.

This bridal shop is such a cute and welcoming place. They were my first and only bridal shop. I also ended up getting the very first dress I tried on! I didn’t want to go to multiple dress appointments and did a lot of research before making my appointment. I was on a strict budget and they had a wide range of price options and the stylist didn’t make me feel bad at all for having one of the lower ended budgets. My dress was amazing and so happy I found it here!

I just left my style appointment and was blown away! Hannah was incredibly helpful. She made me feel comfortable and confident. Their selection was amazing! I can’t wait to go back for my bridal appointment. Thank you princess bridal and thank you Hannah!

A friend recommended this place because I told her about my concerns for being plus size and not being able to find something. Made a style appointment and it was with Hannah. Honestly all the dresses I imagined I’d like from online picks weren’t as flattering as I thought it would be, I know Hannah sensed that and I voiced out my likes and dislikes.. she went out to the floor and picked up 2-3 dresses based off of what I said and tbh I loved her choices way more than what I initially chose, Hannah definitely knows what she’s doing :) Went for my 2nd appointment, unfortunately Hannah wasn’t there and I don’t remember the name of the stylist that was with me but I ended up choosing the last dress I tried on with Hannah. Ordered mid July and had an estimate of it arriving mid November, I actually got it end of October! Like I said, everything went very well, everyone was super duper nice to me, I used to work in retail for a very long time so I know when someone is really listening to their customer :) Overall I definitely recommend.

This bridal shop truly has the best, most beautiful and detailed dresses for affordable prices! I saved up big time for my wedding dress because fashion is so important to me and I am so happy I found my dress at the princess bridal because they truly have the best service start to finish. They give you a 15% discount if you buy your dress on the 1st day and I was lucky enough to find mine on the 1st day shopping! I love their try-on rooms and how spacious and adorable they are. It's a very inviting shop that is super adorable and a great space to find your dream dress!

The employees were very helpful not only in picking out a dress that I both liked and flattered my body shape, but also in suggesting tailoring shops. I was able to walk out of the store the same day with my perfect dress and veil, paying a reasonable price that fit within my budget.

This salon was BY FAR the most attentive to what I was looking for. The rooms were large enough to try on dresses and walk around in. My consultant first asked what I was looking for, then let us pick some selections to try on, and as I was trying the dresses on the consultant must've slipped away after each dress to pull others because she was constantly tailoring what I was trying on to what she noticed I liked in each dress. Ultimately, the consultant picked the PERFECT dress for me, and helped me to envision it in ivory, since they had it stocked in "rum" color by putting other ivory dresses under the top layer. ABOVE and BEYOND. She even helped me pick the veil and helped me think of ideas for a bolero that I wanted made. Highly recommend.

From try on to pick up, The Princess Bridal has been amazing! Their bridal salon is gorgeously decorated and I love that I could have a private space to try on dresses and make the experience with my family more personable. My dress ended up being under my budget while still being full of detail. If you are looking for your dream dress, you must make an appointment at The Princess Bridal!!!!

It's been a long time since I went dress shopping so I don't remember the name of who helped me but she was nice. I was able to try on all the dresses I wanted to. Let whoever is helping you pick some dresses to try. I picked out the dress of my dreams (or so I thought) but I wasn't having that special moment. Loved the dress still think it's beautiful. So she picked a couple dresses in a different style "just to try" and man did she pick out the perfect dress!! As soon as I saw myself I wanted to cry happy tears. I just kept saying everyone is gonna love this. And yes everyone was teary eyed at the wedding and said I had a glow that they've never seen from a bride. I was able to stay under my price range for my dress. She did find me this most gorgeous veil!!! It's a little expensive for a veil, but to me it was worth it!! Got a lot of compliments on it. I was the last bride to try on dresses at their old shop. Their new shop is gorgeous!!!! So much better. Love that they have an actual room for you and your party to try dresses on. It just looks so much better!

Princess Bridal was the first and only dress shop I went to and I’m so glad I found them! I was extremely worried about finding a wedding dress because I am plus size (size 24/26). As soon as I arrived for my appointment, Hannah made me feel comfortable and asked me what I liked and didn’t like. I was able to pick out dresses with her which eased my mind. The dress I chose was the 2nd dress I tried on and I tried on about 8 dresses. The dress I chose was not only a dress that fit me, but one that I truly love! I ordered my dress in early October, and just picked it up today (January)! The process was so easy and way quicker than expected and I can not recommend The Princess Bridal enough! If you’re straight sized or plus sized, they have sooo many options for you to try on. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle is my beautiful gown in September ❤️

I like dress. Dress make me feel pretti. I buy 2. (This is what my husband wrote, lol, please ignore). Really though, I loved my dress and was very happy with working with Princess Bridal. They were the only store I went to that seemed to have actual variety in their styles. They do not work on commission and therefore did not pressure me on any particular dress. The shopping process was great and they were accurate on the time of delivery. I would recommend to any looking for a good wedding dress shopping experience and a unique style of dress.

I bought my wedding dress at this beautiful salon. This was the only wedding salon that had a 'modern' selection of wedding dresses that i found. I went to 7 different places and this was the last place that I went and they ordered my dream dress. Sarah helped me and she was AMAZING! -very happy bride

I found my dress at The Princess Bridal and I absolutely love it! It was part of a truck show collection and I was the only bride in the store when I picked it so all the consultants were helping me and it was a lot of fun! While I had said yes with my mom, my dad was arriving the next day to see dresses with us so the wonderful staff at The Princess Bridal created time in their schedule for me to show my dad the dress the next day. I'm so glad I was able to buy the dress with my parents and have this wonderful memory. The reason I am not giving the full five stars is that I had ordered my dress with some modifications (hem-length and changing some of the sheer parts to opaque) as I am petite. The Princess Bridal assured me that the designer could do these things (and I paid for them), once my dress arrived (3 months to my wedding), the hem was very crooked and they didn't change the sheer parts that were discussed. The store offered to send it back but could let me know when I could expect it back, they didn't even offer me a refund since I had paid for the hem and changes. I had to ask for a refund and they had to call the owner to get permission and called me the next day and I had to go back to the store to get my refund. I had other alterations needed so I couldn't return the dress and ended up going way over budget on my alterations to fix the hem. My advice to future brides is to just get your dress as is and have it altered the you want. Fixing the crooked hem costed more than just having it hemmed! Otherwise The Princess Bridal was a great store, I thought the staff was so accommodating and nice and I said Yes to the best dress in the world there.

I loved the rooms of this bridal salon but that’s about where it stopped. The stylist that I had was cold, unfriendly, rude, and didn’t even introduce herself at any time during the appointment. I felt uncomfortable as someone who was a bit larger, because it felt like an inconvenience to fit me in dresses. The dresses I looked at were beautiful but I was so turned off by the experience that I would never buy my dress from them. It was a really disappointing and dissatisfying experience.

Megan was my consultant; she was so amazing and was so sweet. I had a lot going on the day I picked out my dress but Megan just made it so easy. Nearly cried when I hugged her after everything because she found my perfect dress.

I absolutely loved my dress, my sleeves, and my veil. I was not sure I even wanted the shape of dress that I got until Brooke brought it out. It was the only one I cried in. She knew the perfect touches to add -- it wasn't "the dress" until she added the sleeves that gave it the exact touch that I was looking for. Beware that they are wedding dress and accessory prices, but you will love what she finds for you.

I cannot rave enough about how AMAZING Princess Bridal is! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a Princess. Sarah was my stylist and made my experience unforgettable!! I came in with a large group that had lots of opinions and Sarah made sure I walked out of Princess Bridal with the dress of my dreams! My dress was customized, which made me super nervous, but Tonya and Sarah walked me through the process and assured me that everything would turn out okay! My dress came out better than I imagined! Their selection is vast and they focus their undivided attention on you during your appointment! I HIGHLY recommend Princess Bridal to any bride who wants the royal treatment while finding her dress!

The entire staff is very sweet and Brooke who was my stylist was super helpful. I tried on quite a few dresses and wasn't quite finding THE ONE. Brooke then pulled a dress for me after seeing what I was liking and wasn't liking and pulled THE dress that I ended up getting for my big day and it was everything I could have dreamed of. Definitely recommend Princess Bridal.

This shop was the 5th one I had gone to and the 3rd the day I found the dress. After disappointing/blah type experiences where I felt like I was looking at gowns and thinking “I guess I can try this on but I wish there were other options” to “wow this woman is way pushy”, we had another appointment at a nearby shop (that was super pushy and felt like a used car dealership) my mom decided we should walk into the princess bridal on a whim and look around. We didn’t have an appointment. They encouraged us to look around and we were greeted immediately by every one in the store. I found some gorgeous dresses and went up front to make an appointment for the following weekend, when they said they could actually work with me right then and there!! I was paired with Ollie who literally made me feel so gorgeous I could cry. And I did lol. Their process made it not overwhelming to try things on. There was a cute private area for every bride. They gave us 5 clothes clips to pin to our top dresses. They told us how the store was set up, how the sizing worked, and which areas would blow our budget and remained very respectful of the budget too!! Then they got them for me to try. #3 was the lucky one. Nothing at all like I would’ve initially envisioned for my beach wedding, but I spotted it on the mannequin and was drawn to it. After trying it on, all the staff came by to see the dress on an actual person and not a mannequin. They made me cry from all the love and attention and compliments. I got a veil and had a feeling this would be it. Ollie asked me to shut my eyes and envision my wedding. She talked me through the big day so I could visualize it. Needless to say we all got a bit emotional in a good way!! They asked about my lifestyle - and cautioned me about working out and squatting as my dress wouldn’t allow much changes due to muscle. Based on this - they recommended I do a custom measurement for the dress and told me it would give me more room to accommodate any muscle changes and require less alterations. Although my non gifted my dress to me, I am still so grateful for them explaining payment options and ways to make a dress that was slightly over my budget work in my budget :) Every girl in there was so sweet and I am so happy with my dress, can’t wait to see it in person when it comes in, and beyond amazed with this shop and Ollie and the women in there. When I walked in I had good vibes and a good feeling I’d find something and I did. You have to meet with these ladies and check out their selection!!

Tonya the manager is beyond amazing her attention to detail and positive spirit makes all brides feel like a princess. Sam the owner is incredible and she is down to earth allowing you to chose the gown of your dream. Megan is great and her bubbly personality is what’s set this shop a part from the rest. Sarah is the greatest I went in now even knowing anything about gowns but she took her time and we tried on lots of dresses. She listened to my family suggestions and gave me the wedding dress I know my husband is going to love. Thank you princess bridal staff, my perfect day will be beyond my dreams because I will wear the wedding dress of the century! I kept their card in my wallet and put on my vision board because at the time I didn’t have the funds but I knew that my money couldn’t go anywhere else because of this impeccable service they provided me!

The Princess Bridal was my savior after a second dress appointment with another shop across the street turned into a major disappointment. I had gone to Princess first on a Friday and was greeted by Glenna, she was awesome, she let myself and my mom and bridesmaids look around for what I liked and then she took the reigns from there and ended up picking out THE dress! But like any bride I was worried I needed to look just a little more. (Even though I couldnt get the dress out of my mind) so i had another appointment with any other store on Sunday so i decided to keep that one just to have another opportunity to think and look some more. Well...it ended up being terrible. I was heartbroken. Usually Princess is closed on Sundays but we decided to go walk by the store anyway and to my HAPPY surprise is was open due to it being bridal season!!! Glenna had recorded THE dress info in my profile and Tonya was there to help me get back into THE dress with the veil and I KNEW it was it. No questions. I am so thankful for my luck that day and to the help of Glenna and Tonya for making it happen. 😍😍😍

Today I went in and found a dress that was completely opposite from what I envisioned and it was MAGICAL! Every single person here is absolutely fantastic and so kind. ***Sidney*** was my consultant and she was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! I will always recommend The Princess Bridal! Thank you Thank you Thank you for making this the best experience ever.

Tonya is AH-mazing! Not only is she ridiculously gifted when it comes to helping you find the perfect dress, she is so knowledgeable when it comes to body types and customizations. She listened, she shared her thoughts, she was efficient and professional. So happy I had her for my appointment! Got the perfect dress!!!

Amazing! I thought I had found my dress that morning, but decided to try a few more salons. I am SO glad I did! I walked in and was met with friendly smiles from people who were ready and excited to help me. Melissa (i believe) helped me pull dresses and was a wonderful helping me determine was I was looking for. I was pretty picky but she just got me and started pulling amazing dresses that I would have never thought were my style. We were also there in the evening before they closed and all the ladies in the salon stood around and reassured me about how the dresses looked. I had never felt more confident and excited! All the girls at the salon were so so so sweet and I felt like a princess when they all loved the dress that I loved. Princess Bridal gave me a very warm and personal experience. I loved every moment of working with them!

I booked my appointment at the Bridal Extravaganza. During the appointment, Megan let me walk around the store and clip dresses that I wanted to try on (there were so many beautiful gowns to chose from) before going into the fitting room. She was absolutely incredible! She understood what I wanted and we spent so much time talking about the wedding and agreeing on what we like in dresses, florals and wedding cake! Because my wedding is in July, I decided to buy a sample dress to keep from pushing my timelines too much. Ladies, if you're on a time crunch, there are plenty of options in their salon to choose from. My dress went home with me! I can't wait to wear my dress down the aisle! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Princess Bridal. Their dress selection was outstanding, and everyone was so accommodating and nice. I had been to two other bridal stores previously on the hunt for the perfect dress—I had found a favorite dress at each of those two stores, but I just didn’t know if either of them were THE dress. After reading so many amazing reviews about The Princess Bridal, I decided to make an appointment with them, even though I live three hours from their store. Let me tell y’all, though, it was well worth my drive. They were extremely patient and willing to let me try on all of the dresses I thought I might like. Even when my official appointment time came to an end, they said that I could keep trying on if I wanted to. I was so appreciative of that because I knew I was making progress on figuring out exactly what I was looking for in a dress, but I just hadn’t found it yet. A few minutes later, the lady who had been helping me pulled a stunning dress that she thought I might like. She had really been paying close attention to my commentary about each dress that I had tried on, and she was able to figure out exactly what I liked and didn’t like. That dress ended up being THE dress, and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect. They have a variety of styles and sizes in their inventory, and their customer service from start to finish was really above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

When I first went to try on dresses the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful I loved that she wasn’t pushy and actually listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for (even though the dress I picked wasn’t at all what I had pictured me to get) I didn’t get it that day but, I went back a few months later and tried it again and knew it was the one when I went to check out the lady’s who helped were extremely thorough to make sure they were getting my correct size and were very helpful. I would highly recommend the princess bridal.

LOVED this place ! After have been to a few other places , rushed and ignored, given dresses just are nothing like what I asked for, judged for my price range and it very overwhelmed with the lack of help when shown an entire room of dresses to choose from. We went here and they were amazing ! Very welcoming , patient, and sweet people ! They helped me find what I wanted and made sure of that ! Great price range and choices !

Princess Bridal had the best selection by far in my opinion. I went to 5 other shops before them, and I found the perfect dress that I did not see at any other shops. The girls were so helpful and fun and friendly. They made dress shopping fun! I felt like they gave me the utmost attention, where other places would be handling multiple brides at a time. Their prices were very reasonable. My dress was supposed to be ordered custom length, and I paid extra for it. When it came, it in fact was not hemmed at all. Princess Bridal paid for the extra alterations it cost since the dress did not arrive already hemmed. That was very nice of them! They were great, I would highly recommend them

I had the BEST experience with The Princess Bridal. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. I had one style of dress in my head going into my appointment, tried on those types of dresses and didn’t like them, but Brooke brought out a dress she thought I would like similar to my description and turned out to be the only dress that brought me to tears (in a good way). I can’t thank them enough for helping me find my dream dress. I can’t wait to wear it come June 2019!

I loved everything about this bridal shop. They were the only shop I visited, and needed to visit. Appointments were easy to make and re-schedule if need be. Their selection of gowns was fabulous! They seemed to have something exquisite at each price point. They made the process of finding a dress fun and not stressful for me. The dress arrived within 4-6mo and was a perfect fit for my body. I highly recommend you visit this shop!

Wedding dress shopping was my biggest fear when it came down to planning my wedding. I am a plus size girl and dreaded and feared the sample sizes most Bridal Shops carry. I am a true pear shape. I googled Plus size bridal shops and found The Princess Bridal, it was the only shop I went to, but after the experience they gave me there was no need to go anywhere else. Samantha the new owner and Tonya the store manager were absolutely wonderful. Tonya only had to take one look at me and knew what would and would not work with my body type, but she also let me try on what she did not think would work so that I could judge it for myself. And the fear of sample sizes was laid to rest when I found out they had over 50, yes count that over 50 dresses that I could put on !!! I would recommend this shop to every single Bride out there but especially those Plus size brides like me who feared the idea of dress shopping.

Ladies...look no further!! No matter your style or size (especially if you are a plus size bride) you will find what you're looking for at The Princess Bridal! The first day I walked in and Tonya showed me the plus size selection...I cried right there in the shop! I was so overwhelmed with the selection of dresses and samples that I could actually try on. This was SUCH a great bridal shopping experience. Tonya was amazing and the entire team was so fun and uplifting! I have tried on many dresses in the past at different salons. I tried about 10 different styles and found THE ONE! An added bonus is that their salon is so charming and elegantly quirky. Definitely make an appointment here...you won't be sorry!

The town they are located is one of my favorite places to visit and getting my dream gown from The Princess Bridal felt like a fairy tale. The place is vintage and elegant and the staff are just the sweetest people. They take their time with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Best place to find your dream gown!

This was the only store I went to for wedding dress shopping, and I found my dress there! My consultant was Melissa, and she was awesome at listening to what I was looking for in my dress. She took the bits and pieces of what I liked and didn't like from the dresses I tried on and helped me find the perfect dress! The rest of the staff was so welcoming and so excited to help out all of their brides, which made me enjoy the experience that much more!

All in all my experience could've been much better. Mainly I think I went through with purchasing my dress from them because I pretty much knew what I wanted and just wanted to get the dress shopping over and done with. Looking back I should've tried some other salons as as I probably would've gone with somewhere else. While my dress is beautiful and came in early, the customer service I received from this place was not worth it in my opinion. What I thought would be a simple process turned out to be a long, drawn out nightmare. My issues I did have with them have been resolved, however it took almost a month of only hearing from them when we'd reach out to them. If this is your first bridal salon you're going to, try around at a few others. If you do decide on ordering with them, just be wary. I would hate to see another bride go through the stress with her dress that I did.

Cutest dress boutique and they have a perfect selection of dresses. This is where I found "The One" and I couldn't be happier with the help of the staff there, they are kind and honest about their opinions!

I'm so glad I booked an appointment at The Princess Bridal. I hate the whole shopping and trying on process but the consultants made it so painless and were very personable. I walked in with my bridal party, told them what I wanted, we all looked around (well they all looked around - I looked like I was "looking around"), then I just made my way to our dressing area (you get your very own section of the store for you and your party, so cool). I tried on about 6 to 10 dresses that were picked for me and kept coming back to the same dress, it was dress 3. I wanted simple and that's exactly what they brought me and didn't try to put me into anything else. The other places I went to and told them I wanted "simple" kept bringing me bright, sparkly, big, over-the-top dresses. I loved that they LISTENED to me and not the sound of their register and didn't just see me as dollar signs walking into their store.

I found my wedding dress here and could not be happier with it! The consultants at Princess were absolutely amazing and made me feel very special. The shop is adorable, and the whole experience was my favorite of all the bridal stores I went to!

Princess bridal is AMAZING!!! I had two appointments that day, princess bridal being the second one, I thought I found my dress at the other store until I walked into princess bridal. Their selection of dresses beat any other store I’ve been to. My group and I were so overwhelmed by all of the beautiful dresses, we were running around like little kids in a candy store. I tried on ten dresses and fell in love with every one. Aries was the best stylist, she made me feel comfortable, and most importantly she was very patient with me. I said yes to the dress at my first appointment!! I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my dream dress!! Thank you princess bridal and my awesome stylist!!!

I came into The Princess Bridal knowing the exact dress I wanted to try on but I was open to other options. My mom and I drove out the salon and were greeted by Madison, our amazing bridal consultant. We had the most magical and fun day! I tried on a couple of beautiful dresses and then Madison pulled the dress I had specifically called in about. It was even more gorgeous than in the pictures. A Casablanca Bridal- fitted, deep v gown with long illusion sleeves+lace detailing, and a princess style detachable skirt on the back. An absolute dream. Madison brings it into the dressing room and we start to put it on.. the top of the dress fits all the way down to my butt; BUT unfortunately, it wouldn’t fit. So I put on a dress of similar style just to see how I like the fit. But I still couldn’t imagine it. So I asked Madison if someone could put on the dress so I could just see it in real life... I poked my head out of the dressing room and asked my sweet Mama to put it on. She begrudgingly agreed... and I fell even more in love with it (Madison and I both agreed: My mom needs to renew vows with my dad because she looks amazinggg in a wedding dress). We all had so much fun that day! The cherry on top was taking my “said yes to the dress” picture with my mama still in my future wedding dress. It’s a memory I’ll treasure forever! Madison was such a sweetheart and she made the day a complete treat! Coming in to pick up the dress was also a very smooth process and the rest of the ladies at the boutique are just as incredible! They pampered us and took lots of pictures and even recommended an amazing seamstress to handle the delicate and extensive alterations (I lost a 40 lbs from the time I ordered the dress to when I was having alterations done). From the moment we walked into the store to the moment my husband and I left our wedding, I felt like a princess! Thank you, a million times over, to the whole crew at The Princess Bridal! This was the one and only bridal shop I went into and boy am I glad that I did! Not only did I find the perfect dress, but I had a great experience as well. You do need to make an appointment before you arrive so be sure to take that into consideration! You are assigned a person who will help you get into and out of the gowns as well as make suggestions for other dresses to try on. My stylist actually picked out the dress I ended up choosing. When you first arrive they sit with you and go over your style and budget. Then they give you pins to tag dresses you would like to try on. The stylist will help you get into and out of the dresses. There’s also a nice seating area for your family and friends to sit while you get into and out of the gowns. I highly recommend this place and couldn’t have had a better experience!

This place is great and friendly staff! Found my dress in one appointment. They have gorgeous dresses with reasonable prices if you have a budget!

I LOVE THE PRINCESS BRIDAL! READ FOR THE REASONS WHY! So thankful for The Princess Bridal! First off they recently changed owners and the old owner was the one who I contacted to change my appointment time. Well the old owner didn’t put that in the system, so according to their system I showed up on the wrong day. They were so nice and understanding and brought me in anyways (obviously it’s none of our faults). My stylist was Savaeda Phillips. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! She is so kind and helpful! She and Manager/Stylist Tonya Richardson both stayed an hour after closing as I slowly said yes to a dress. I had THE dress on for an hour! Savaeda sat/walked with me as I slowly said yes to THE dress. Not once did she or Tonya pressure me or tell me to go home and think about it. They both knew my heart was saying yes but my brain was just on the fritz. They are so kind and patient. Savaeda helped me select dresses and would go and grab more as she learned more of what I did and didn’t like. I cant say enough good things about The Princess Bridal. Not only are they so kind but they also have such amazing prices! Talk about bang for your buck! They helped me not only stay in my price range but I actually selected a dress at the lower end of my price range. And it’s gorgeous! Never once did I have to check a tag to see if I was brought a dress out of my price range. Did I mention that Savaeda, Tonya, and The Princess Bridal are amazing? Would definitely recommend the princess bridal to every bride!

First I went to Davids Bridal they just gave me a fitting room and said go for it. They never helped me find dresses for my plus size body, they gave me this awful petticoat as if I need more fluff, and they never helped me into a single dress. Then I learned of The Princess Bridal through a Facebook page for brides. I called and booked the appointment. When we arrived we were given a private dressing room and my mom was provided with a place to sit and relax. Tonya was amazing!!!! They give you a bag with clips to select the dresses you think you might like and hen they bring the dresses to you!!! One of the dresses my mom picked out was alright but then Tonya came with the most beautiful dress ever! She really understood what dress would look best in my body and my style. When I had a question she emailed me back super fast!!!! Pick up was amazing too!!! So excited and so happy they saved my wedding dress shopping experience!!!!

The staff is very nice! They made sure I tried on as many dresses as possible in my time limit. The dresses are beautiful and much more reasonable than other stores I went to! I highly recommend Princess Bridal for your wedding dress shopping needs!
