My husband and I are extremely happy that we went with the Reception Center for our venue!! Not only was Marybeth very kind and helpful the entire staff was amazing!! The food was exactly what we had wanted and everything went smoothly. They literally took care of everything. Marybeth always made sure to communicate through the whole planning process. Everything was exactly how we wanted it! We got so many compliments from guests about the food being delicious and how friendly the staff was. I couldn’t be happier with choosing The Reception Center. I highly recommend this place!!

Let me start off by saying our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything I envisoned. Marybeth and her team are amazing! Marybeth is very responsive to all emails and makes the wedding process so easy along the way. From the moment you step in the Reception Center til the last day you walk out you are treated like royalty. The place is beautiful and the food is exceptional! All our guests kept telling us throughout the night how good the food was!!! My husband and I absolutely loved all the staff and our maitre D (Amina) and our captain ( Nicole) were incredible! We highly recommend this place for your next event or wedding!

I got married here in November 2022 and I have nothing but great things to say about this venue. They are a Monmouth county hidden gem! Marybeth was amazing from start to finish, answering all of my silly questions and emails, assuring us we were in good hands, and helping us setup our decorations. The food is amazing, the service was top notch, and we could not have been happier with our experience at The Reception Center! My husband and I spent most of our night on the dance floor and they packaged up our food and cake for us to take home at the end of the night and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have an affordable wedding without giving up quality. You get it all here! 5 Stars!!

We had our wedding here 4/22/23 and cannot recommend this venue enough!! The best kept secret in Monmouth County, truly. Their wedding coordinator, Marybeth, is a saint. From the moment we had our tour, I got the best vibes from her - I knew this would be our venue and we would be in good hands…and we were! Communication was spot-on over the 1.5 years we had the wedding booked - all my incessant (and sometimes irrational 🤣) emails were answered with compassion. I had very specific details for decor and Marybeth and the team truly delivered (we used a combination of our decor and theirs - they have absolutely beautiful centerpieces with silk florals). We ended up with the most beautiful spring day and were able to do our first look in their “picture garden” The food was amazing, staff was amazing, everything was amazing. They took such good care of us the night of - the wait staff was so professional, our maitre’d was always available to us, my drink was never empty… we spent the whole night on the dance floor and they packed our food and desserts for us to take home. Pricing was affordable, but quality did not lack at all. I could go on and on and on but to sum it up, if I could do this whole process over, I would choose the reception center again and again. I just hope and pray that someone I know gets married there so I can be a guest 😂

We had our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at The Reception Center in August 2022. Marybeth was awesome, helpful and accommodating from day one. Very responsive to any questions and concerns. She even accommodated to my request for changing the layout based upon the number of people attending (I wanted the whole dance floor and not "cut" in half by a divider). The staff was excellent, the food was great, and it was all-around a wonderful event. The price was well worth the value, and less expensive than most if not all of the other venues we interviewed, and our wedding was amazing. Highly recommend!

We loved this venue as soon as we arrived to our first visit. It was cozy, not too big and not too small either. It was just perfect. Marybeth was super helpful and the staff on the wedding day were fantastic. Thanks to the lady that was in charge of the sweethearts table. She was excellent! The food was delicious and the cake, as my guests put it, was the best wedding cake ever! I'm so happy we picked this place. We had an amazing time at our wedding and our guests did too. I totally recommend it.

Just everything! Fantastic food, fantastic experience, and a fantastic staff. Marybeth was willing to answer any question I had throughout the planning experience. They let us drop our decorations early and had everything decorated exactly how we wanted it the day of. The servers were so kind. Our bridal suite attendant kept our wedding party wined and dined in our own private bridal suite. Our maitre'd Ariana was excellent and checked on us all night and ensured we had enough to eat and kept the drinks flowing whenever we needed. My guests are already saying they want to get re-married just so it can be at the Reception Center. Almost ever guest I spoke to raved about the incredible food. A thousand times over would I chose this venue- a beautiful day made even more special by this incredible venue.

This place is a hidden gem! We had our reception here and it was perfect. Marybeth was so helpful throughout the process and so was our maitre d the day of our wedding. They set up the venue for us and it looked so much better than we could have imagined. The maitre d was so accommodating and always had drinks and food ready for us. The food was amazing and they made the whole evening stress free for us. We highly recommend the reception center!

Covid wedding planning is no joke! The Reception Center and Marybeth made our planning less stressful and were understanding throughout the whole process. Our wedding day was finally in August. It was an amazing day! Our cocktail hour and all the food were great. Our maitre 'd, Amina, was wonderful along with the rest of the staff. We could not have asked for a better day! We highly recommend the venue to others.

My cousin got married here in 2011. Since that day I always knew this is the venue I would hosting my reception at one day! (The food and service were just that unforgettable) Though my fiance and I toured many venues we both decided The Reception Center was the place for us! Our original wedding date was for July 2020 and we postponed to September 2021. Marybeth made this process as stress free as possible I am so grateful! I had my bridal shower at The Reception Center about a month ago. This place is a hidden gem! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff is so polite, friendly and professional. Everyone was so accommodating and happy to help in any way they can to make your day amazing. The food is delicious, and my guests are still complimenting me on the variety and quality of food offered. I am so glad I decided to have my bridal shower here and cannot wait to plan another event at The Reception Center!

I cannot say enough positive things about The Reception Center! Not only is the staff absolutely wonderful, but the food is phenomenal, it's very affordable, and the over all experience was fantastic. As a Covid bride who needed to postpone, they were so kind and helpful during the whole experience. Marybeth, the Wedding Coordinator, is amazing, and was attentive and communicative from booking up until the day of. The staff working our wedding were great as well. We received so many compliments on the food- that it was the best wedding food our guests ever had, and how awesome it was that there were so many different and delicious foods during cocktail hour. (Seriously, cocktail hour is amazing and I hope to be invited to a wedding as a guest to eat it again!) The ballroom was beautiful and the night was perfect. We are so happy to have had our wedding there!

I really don’t know where to begin, truly. I’ll keep it as short as possible. The staff, the food, the environment, the decor, the outdoor garden, the price, the convenience- every single thing about this place was PERFECT. My husband and I just got married July 24, 2021 & let me tell you, the reception center and their staff are FANTASTIC. I was no Bridezilla, but the wedding coordinator MaryBeth, I’m telling you is heaven sent. From beginning to end she had my back making sure everything was going to be perfect, a calm, stress free, soft spoken woman- all the right vibes for someone planning a wedding lol ! There were two women who waited on us hand and foot the day of the wedding, one being The Mater Dei- Jessie and they literally treat you like royalty lol I didn’t have to think about a thing. If o could do it all over, I wouldn’t do a single thing different if it guaranteed the staff, food, and atmosphere would be the same. Thank you guys sooooo much !!!!!!!!

Had our wedding here recently and it was amazing. From the time I went venue shopping, and came to see this place and met Mary Beth, I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. The whole ambiance of the place, and Mary Beth was amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient with all the different gongs I threw her way and changes I made. They test of the staff were amazing as well on the wedding day and made sure everything went smoothly. They were attentive to our every need. Although we didn’t really have time to eat and really enjoy the food, they were kind enough to pack up our dinner to take home that night! I would definitely recommend having your event here.

We had our wedding at the reception center and it was perfect. Marybeth was super responsive and kept us up to date On what restrictions would look like due to the pandemic. It was honestly the best night of our lives! The food was out of this world and we loved that we were able to have a tasting before we booked. The Maitre d’ Jesse made sure me and my husband were able to enjoy our dinners and that our drinks were full all night. The Chateaubriand was both our favorite! However, our family really enjoyed the chicken St Clement and the salmon as well. Everyone is raving about the cocktail hour!! Marybeth and Brian were very understanding about covid and worked with us through out and we’re more than willing to work with us on our original guest count. I can’t thank The Reception Center enough for everything. They truly blew us away and made our wedding a dream.

We had our wedding here! It was perfect, truly the best night of our lives! The FOOD did not disappoint, the reviews truly say it all! The Maitre d’ Hazel made sure me and my husband were able to try everything during cocktail hour. The Chateaubriand was both our favorite! Thankfully we had our Wedding right before COVID, we had some last minute guests drop out for being scared and The Reception Center accommodated and understood. Working with The Reception Center was the best decision we made! Though COVID postponed our April Wedding to August and certainly changed a lot of what we had planned we are so thrilled with everything. Marybeth was so easy to work with in keeping us in the loop and assisting in moving our indoor Wedding to outdoors. The food is out of this world. We still have guests raving about the caterer to this day! Our Maitre d' Jessiann was always at our side and took great care of us throughout the night. The whole staff did great! We cant thank you enough and look forward to hosting future events!

I can't thank The Reception Center (especially Marybeth) enough for making my wedding so amazing! They were so accommodating when we had to change locations due to Covid. They did everything they could to make my day extra special from the AMAZING FOOD and cake (that we received so many compliments on!!), to the decoration set up, taking care of me and my now husband during the reception, and serving buffet and tapas style cocktail food to make my guests feel comfortable with the Covid concerns. The best wedding ever. We were married onsite on February 14th and the set up for the ceremony was beautiful and the ambiance was romantic. Marybeth and her staff are amazing and very accommodating. They followed every detail I wanted to perfection. The food was outstanding and plentiful and the drinks were strong. I’m still getting phone calls on how amazing our wedding was. The Reception Center is definitely the hidden gem of New Jersey. I even had people say they are considering using this place for their future events. My family and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I can not say enough about this place!! We just had our wedding here and every single thing was perfect!! Marybeth was so helpful with the planning and the food was out of this world delicious! Every guest we had raced about the venue as well as the food!!! Great price for an outstanding place! Will definitely be booking here again for another function!

Wedding was wonderful January 25th 2020! The food was hot, delicious and plentiful! Friendly bartenders, wait staff that made sure you did not miss a beat! customer service and food served was awesome, the workers were all pleasant and offered to assist at every point. Would have given a 5 star but there's always room for more improvement. Thank you Marybeth for your attention and patience.

We really cannot say enough wonderful things about The Reception Center, MaryBeth and Brian. Our wedding was more than we could have imagined. Every detail was taken care of, they were so responsive and helpful, and they took all the stress out of the day. They’re also wonderfully personable and a true pleasure to work with! All I have to say is WOW!!! Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect. We could not have asked for a more perfect space to have our wedding. The food was outstanding, the cake and decor were PERFECTION, and don’t even get me started on the service!! Marybeth, Peg, and the rest of the team ensured everyone from myself and my husband to our guests had everything they needed and didn’t have to wait for anything. I can't say enough of this place and Marybeth! Everything from the planning process and the day of was PERFECT. We had our ceremony at the venue and walked right into our cocktail hour. Our guests are still raving about the food and the service! I chose the middle package and still had everything I wanted. It came with the cake, baked on site, centerpieces, lighting, birdcage for the cards, linens, ice sculpture, and pianist playing during cocktail hour. The attention to detail for what we paid was incredible. I had the time of my life and understand why this place is "the best kept secret! " Our wedding was 9/1/19!

The Reception Center is a perfect 10! We had our wedding on July 6th, and people are still calling us daily to express how wonderful our wedding was! Marybeth and the entire staff at the Reception Center went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need to worry about anything except enjoying ourselves! The planning process was so easy because they have everything there for you, from different dining options to napkins and linens, centerpieces, backlighting, and even ice sculptures and a pianist! They have a selection of packages to choose from and even offer impossible to beat specials and add ons. Everyone there was amazing and very accommodating. They answered all questions promptly and nothing was a “stupid question", they really made us feel like everything was normal and simple. Our event coordinator Marybeth was so very helpful and kept everything running on time. She checked up on me to make sure I had everything I needed. She handled any and all situations that came up and everything was just perfect and wonderful. As an example, in the craziness and shuffle of the day, the Maid of Honor speech was misplaced. Within minutes, Marybeth was able to print another one out to calm my MoH's nerves. I absolutely loved having a separate room for the cocktail hour. Our attendant made sure we had every option of food the general room had and made sure to get extra of the bacon and burrata I so desperately wanted. Many of our guests said it was the nicest wedding they had ever been to! Everyone raved about the food, it was plentiful and so delicious. We had excellent service. The bar always made sure our glasses stayed full and made sure our water was replenished to help keep us well hydrated. Everyone raved over our signature cocktails, especially the berry sangria! The food was absolutely superb! They even packed us dinners and our dessert plate to take home at the end of the night, and I heard from many guests that they had their dinners packed up as well from how full they were from the cocktail hour! The late-night passed apps were so cool too! The wait staff came out with light-up platters of mozzarella sticks, mini hot dogs, etc, which looked amazing with everyone on the dance floor. I really hope our videographer got that on film! Great people to work with, and a beautiful night! I have never experienced such great and amazing service before. This will always be the place to go for any parties we have in the future! I am definitely recommending this venue to anyone I know getting married, just for the selfishness of wanting to attend a Mayer Wedding as a guest!

From the booking to the wedding, The Reception Center at St. Clement was PERFECT! We booked our venue 2 years ago, and Mary - Beth kept in contact, updating me every time she got a payment. We actually wound up getting pregnant around the same time, and she accommodated me, calling me instead of having our meetings in person, and even when she went on maternity leave she gave us all of the information we needed so that it was a seamless transition! It was extremely helpful. We picked the venue without doing the tasting, but when we went to the tasting to pick out our food, we had trouble picking just a few because they were all so good! The week of our wedding, we had some people cancel and had to move some tables around, updated our escort cards (which were very confusing) and they did everything we asked! The day of our wedding went perfectly! The cocktail hour was done with a pianist and the entire building was decorated beautifully. We made our own centerpieces and they executed my vision to the T. Our matre’d, Jessica made sure we were taken care of all night. The food the night of was even better than the tasting! Our cake was AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about this place. There is a beautiful outdoor garden where you can take phots, and the fountain out front is another great photo op! Thank you so much for making our wedding more than we could have asked for!

We were recommended to the reception center from a family friend. This person went on and on about how beautiful the venue, and how delicious the food was. Immediately I set up an appointment to take a look for myself. Upon walking I was overwhelmed with how beautiful of a space it was. I especially loved that they only have one wedding at a time. This had been the first venue we visited and we booked that very day for March 30, 2019 choosing the majestic package. Our bridal coordinator, Marybeth, was with us from that the very first day until our wedding day. I cannot begin to explain how easy and effortless she made my wedding planing. We booked 18 months before our “ I do’s”, and no matter how silly my questions were ( and believe me there were MANY) she always answered quickly and professionally. The day of my wedding was extremely smooth. We had both ceremony and reception, and both were beautiful. My husband was so concerned about not enjoying our cocktail hour, and were reassured time and time again we would have lot of treats waiting for us inside the bridal suite. They did not disappoint whatsoever, the food was delicious. My bridal party was able to taste everything without having to go from station to station. Our bridal attendant was amazing, constantly replenishing our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff was excellent. Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but it was delicious! My guests continue to reach out to us with compliments on how wonderful everything was. Best decision we made during our wedding planning for sure!!

The Reception Center at St. Clement was nothing short of amazing! 😊 The service was top-notch and we couldn't believe how attentive, kind, and sweet the servers/ bar attendants were. Our maître d Hazel was absolutely incredible. She was there for us and made us feel so taken care of and made sure we and our guests were alright the whole entire night 😊 Our head servers Jessiann and Amina and bar attendants Cathy and Sue were awesome and so helpful and attentive with us and all of our guests. The wedding coordinator Marybeth was so sweet and helpful and answered all of our questions that we had. She was so awesome with getting back to us in a very timely manner and was just so kind. Peg helped us with the colors for the linens, uplighting and decorating our stunning cake! The attentions to detail were so beyond gorgeous and everyone was complimenting us on how wonderful the food was, how fantastic the atmosphere was, and how the service was incredible. Thank you so much to The Reception Center for making our special day so beautiful, special, and memorable! 😀 It was truly the wedding of our dreams! ❤️

My husband and I toured a few places before we decided we wanted to have our reception at The Reception Center. There were so many things that set them apart from everyone else from the food to the staff. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how great their staff was. Everyone was so sweet and helped us with anything and everything we needed. We worked with Marybeth and she made planning so easy. She walked me through each step and not once stress out.

The Reception Center takes the majority of the stress of wedding planning off your plate. With the cost including an amazing and delicious wedding cake to beautiful silk center pieces you can’t beat it. Everyone at my wedding complimented the food and the service as perfect. We had the most amazing day of our lives and wouldn’t have changed any of the food choices we made. Everything The Reception center did was amazing don’t miss the opportunity for them to do the same for you.

My husband and I visited a few venues prior to visiting the Reception at St. Clements. We both had a few must have's on our list that we were looking for in a venue and once we stepped in the Reception Center we knew we came to the right place. From the decor, layout and huge bridal suite we left and a an hour later called and gave a deposit over the phone. We had the food tasting a few months later and it did not disappoint. We were engaged for a year and a half and throughout the whole process Marybeth answered all of our concerns/questions. Pam was amazing with helping to bring my Gatsby theme to life for our NYE wedding. The day of the wedding could not have gone more smoothly. I cannot say enough about the Reception center. The room was gorgeous, and the food was amazing. Mary Beth was a huge help throughout our planning, and up to the minute my wife walked down the aisle. Peg created the most amazing décor I could imagine. My wife explained her vision, and Peg ran with it. She created a room that blew away anything my wife or I could have ever imagined. The service at the reception center is second to none. All of the staff there are extremely kind, and attentive. My wife and I were never without a drink, and anytime we looked as though we needed something, Hazel, and Amina were there to help. I truly cannot recommend the Reception Center more. They created a beautiful night, and gave my wife and I a wedding that we, and our guests, will never forget.

Marybeth and the entire staff at the Reception Center go above and beyond to make your dream wedding come true! My wedding day was November 24, 2018, it was the best day Ever!!!!! As our guest are still talking about it through social media, how amazing this place is.... Let me start by saying that "The Reception Center Of Saint Clement" is hidden jewel. I came across this venue on the knot, it caught my attention because of the 5 star it was given, 1st venue we looked at and we fell in love with this place, though we looked at several others. This venue was the place for our wedding, the elegant look, intimate and romantic feel of the place, is breathtaking. Lets start with Marybeth the wedding coordinator of the Reception Center, she was an angel, she helped me through every step of the planning, for my dream wedding. Marybeth, you did it, the venue looked beautiful!!! food was exceptional, from the cocktail hour, Buffet Dinner that we choose and Venetian desert, with the Waffle and Ice cream station. Our guest couldn't stop raving about it the whole night, and they are still texting and talking about it through social media, about the food, how beautiful the place looked and the service from the staff. 5 Stars!!! My husband and I want to especially thank our Matrie D, Hazel, I love her!!! We had bridal suite and Hazel took care of us and our bridal party, I can't forget Zoe, she kept our drinks coming, for all of us, thank you girl. Hazel thank you for packing food for my husband and I, since you knew we barely ate the whole night. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was awesome and on top of everything all night. The food was amazing! Every detail was carefully considered and my husband and I had staff asking us and our guests all evening long if we needed anything. They set up exactly like we wanted and helped us with all of our items at the end of the evening. I would highly recommend you go here before you book anywhere else in the area. I heard about The Reception Center on a Facebook thread. I checked out their website & then e-mailed to inquire about packages & cost information. I received a reply quickly, and Marybeth attached the wedding packages and cost information. Most of the other venues that I contacted ignored questions regarding packages and costs until we booked a tour with them. The Reception Center was within our budget, so we did the Tasting and Tour a few days later. I went with my wedding-planner-pro sister. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the décor & ambiance of the venue. Marybeth asked if there were any food allergies beforehand. I have celiac, so they put all of the gluten free food on a different plate to avoid cross-contamination. The food was delicious. My sister and I were sold on the venue. It didn’t take much to convince my husband and we booked the venue the following Saturday. Marybeth was super helpful during the entire planning process, every question I had was answered (even if I asked the same question 3 different times). She somehow managed to alleviate a lot of the stress that goes along with planning a wedding. They even made me my own little gluten free cake! Our wedding went flawlessly. Marybeth & Peg were so helpful and even though I was a nervous wreck, Peg somehow managed to calm me down. Our maître d was amazing… she knew what we needed before we knew it. Everyone was raving about the food and the shakes & slider station was the biggest hit!

I don't even know where to start. Marybeth is AMAZING. I'm not even sure how I came across The Reception Center at Saint Clement but once I met with Marybeth I knew that was our place. Food was amazing and everyone took such great care of us. At one point I looked over and Marybeth was on the floor trying to comfort one of our kids who was upset, she truly goes above and beyond

My husband and I used the Reception Center for our wedding on 9/2/2018. It was amazing from start to finish. Marybeth was the most helpful, responsive contact we dealt with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She answered all of our questions and gave us great advice, both through e-mails and in-person meetings. Everything was set up perfectly and looked beautiful when we arrived at the venue for the ceremony. There is a cute little garden that provides a nice background for photos. The food was plentiful and delicious; people are still raving about it. Our Maître d’, Jessiann, was amazing. She made sure that our sweetheart table always had full drinks and full plates of food, and would remind us to eat. The wedding cake was the best cake that I’ve ever eaten; everyday we fight the temptation to eat the one year anniversary piece early. All of these things for a great value - definitely the best in the area. Our wedding went perfectly because of this venue and the staff and we cannot recommend them enough.

We cannot be happier with our decision to have our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at The Reception Center at Saint Clement! Marybeth and the staff have been extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process, and I cannot thank them enough. Marybeth, especially, was very knowledgeable and experienced so she knew exactly how to handle things ahead of time. Without her, I don't think our wedding would've gone as smoothly as it did! I heard of no issues during our wedding, and everyone had only great things to say about the service and staff members. Most importantly, the food was SUPERB. Everyone RAVED about the food, and I am still wishing we had leftovers to eat! The cake was divine, and they surprised me with how gorgeous the cake looked! It looked exactly like the inspiration photo I sent them. I've recommended this venue to all of my engaged friends - it truly is the best kept secret in NJ. (In fact, I honestly hope that at least one of them will book the venue just so I can experience this all over again!) The ambiance was beautiful, Peggy did a wonderful job with the color scheme for the lighting and tables. Literally everything from beginning to end of the whole wedding planning experience was taken care of by the expertise of the staff. If you want to be assured your wedding will go smoothly and as planned, be sure to book with The Reception Center at Saint Clement. Everyone had a fabulous time because of the amazing food and service, and we are thankful to create such beautiful memories on our wedding day at The Reception Center. Words will never describe how happy my husband and I are that we chose The Reception Center at Saint Clement. The day that we did a tour of the venue, was the day that we just knew that was where we wanted to get married. We did not even look at any other places. From day one, Marybeth and everyone at the Reception Center were absolutely amazing, professional and extremely helpful. Any questions I had, or help I ever needed, Marybeth was ALWAYS there for us, and always so happy to help. She really truly cares about making your wedding as perfect as it could possibly be, and turning all of your wants into a reality. I could not have asked to work with anyone better than Marybeth. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The day of our wedding, was honestly more beautiful than I even pictured. You see the ballroom set up for your tour and you see how beautiful it is.. but when that room is set up for your wedding... it changes everything. I was blown away. Marybeth asked us if we wanted to take a sneak peak of the ballroom during cocktail hour before everyone sees it and I just looked around and started to tear up at how perfect everything was, it was even more amazing than the picture I had in my head. Our guests are still talking about how our cocktail hour was the best that they have ever had at a wedding, and are STILL raving about the dinner and the cake! Our maitre d' was also amazing, she did everything for us. There was never a time that I actually needed something, because she was so on top of everything. If you chose to have your wedding, or any other special event here you will not be disappointed. I can promise they will turn that special day into more than you ever thought possible. I highly recommend The Reception Center at St Clements!! It was the best decision we made. The entire staff is so nice, we always felt so welcomed every time we walked in. The food is so amazing!! Cocktail hour was incredible and we LOVED our cake!! It looked and tasted amazing! We received compliments all night about how great the food was and how nice the venue looked!! The room is very spacious and has a bar on each side!! The wedding coordinator Marybeth is the absolute BEST! She was so extremely helpful and so easy to work with!! She really calmed my nerves and made sure everything was perfect!! The night of the wedding everything turned out so great. I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you so much for making our wedding perfect ♥

There aren't enough ways to explain what an absolutely amazing place this is. The Reception Center was one of 4 places my wife and I had agreed to take a look at this being our third and once we walked in we knew it was the right place. You enter and all you can see is this beautiful piano and you just get this feeling from the place and once we saw the hall it was that Wow feeling people tell you about when you know its the right place. Marybeth was absolutely the best she made you feel like you were her top priority and the only party she was planning but at the same time made you feel so relaxed and calm. She was full of advice and recommendation. You can't explain how great it feels knowing you have nothing to worry about because she was on top of everything and everything was going to be perfect. And to top it all off THE FOOD IS AMAZING! The cocktail hour was so good and the dinner just far and beyond what we imagined The entire staff was so nice and help. I really can't thank them enough for making it the best day ever. And for the price its just unbeatable! You must see this place before choosing your wedding venue

The Reception Center is a hidden gem!! My husband and I had a very difficult time deciding upon a reception venue. After visiting many venues in the Monmouth and Ocean county area, we walked into The Reception Center and we instantly knew it was the one! Our maitre d', MaryBeth was very accommodating and professional throughout the process. Every time I had a question, she was very responsive and clear. MaryBeth also had a very easy going demeanor that put a lot of my anxiety revolving around the day at ease. She was very accommodating with any last minute changes and making sure my husband and I's day went as smoothly as possible! Peg also knew just what to do with color coordination throughout the venue. The venue and the staff were phenomenal! Our guests raved about the food!! I hope to return to The Reception Center as a guest to enjoy the food and experience from a different perspective! The Reception Center is definitely a hidden gem and one of the best values in the Central Jersey area!

We got married on June 23, 2018 and couldn’t be happier that we chose The Reception Center not only for our reception, but for our ceremony as well. From the minute we walked in and met with Marybeth we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Even the owner came out to meet us. Marybeth worked well with our vendors to accommodate their needs since we were having the ceremony and reception at the venue. She made the whole wedding planning process easy. Anytime I had a question or concern I called her and she instantly had an answer or solution. She was vet prompt in getting back to me when she needed to. She was always one step ahead of me (which is pretty difficult to do). We loved that we had our own private bridal suite and cocktail hour. We were able to arrive before our guest and relax a bit before our ceremony. When we arrived Marybeth was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. The attendant in our suite during cocktail hour always made sure we had a drink and that there was always good. We decided to go with a nontraditional cake and decided to have a cupcake tower. We gave the baker some ideas of what we were looking for and could have been more pleased with the outcome. He did a beautiful job. Not only did it look great, but tasted great too!. And the food… people are still talking about the selection and amount of food. They couldn’t get over how great everything looked and tasted. There was plenty to eat during cocktail hour alone. By the time dinner came people said they were full. The staff was even kind enough to wrap some peoples food. As there did for us, since I knew we’d be hungry when we got home. We can’t thank Marybeth and the staff at The Reception Center for all they did to allow us to have the wedding of our dreams .We will definitely be recommending The Reception Center to our friends.

Marybeth and her staff at The Reception Center are nothing short of AMAZING. From working with the budget and many emails and phone conversation to make sure our day was perfect. Marybeth even hung around during the wedding to make sure things were smooth. Our Mait're D, Hazel was excellent and very attentive to not only us but all of our guests as well. The food was excellent especially the double stuffed pork chop. A year later our guests still say great the food was especially during cocktail hour and the Venetian hour. I would HIGHLY recommend The Reception Center.

We had our wedding at the reception center June 29th 2018. And it was the most beautiful, amazing, and breathtaking experience we could never forget. Marybeth was exceptional down to planning, and organizing. On our wedding day everything ran so smooth. The bridal suite attendant and Amanda are extremly attentive and helpful it was as if they knew exactly what was needed at that moment. Amanda also made it a priority my husband and myself sat down to enjoy our dinner. I couldn't be more grateful to have that memory of being able to sit down even it if was for a few minutes .The moment we walked through the door. The reception center team worked there majic. I received so many compliments from our guest in regards to cocktail hr,dinner, and how professional the servers were and how beautiful the venue is. I definitely recommend this venue to everyone! The Reception Center at St. Clement truly made our wedding a night to remember! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This was our first venue we toured and we knew right away we were done looking. Our wedding planner was fantastic! She kept us on schedule and was always available for help. The decor and the food was amazing! We really couldn’t have done any better and didn’t break our budget. We will definitely come back for future anniversaries!

The first time I visit The Reception of Saint Clement, I fell in love with the place and I know in my heart is a perfect place for our wedding.
