If you are considering Red Barn then BOOK IT! So many gorgeous shots here for photographers and overall the staff are the most helpful! Any vendor we went to and told them Red Barn said “oh you are in great hands”. They truly care and want your day to be special and help in any way! We also stayed at the Stage House Inn and did our rehearsal lunch there, which made the whole experience easy and seamless for ourselves and guests. One thing future bride/grooms will understand is how overwhelming starting wedding planning can be, and how hard it is to figure out pricing for all your vendors. I've heard horror stories from girlfriends on hidden fees and surprise costs. The Red Barn was so transparent on costs from the start, which was a huge differentiator for me. We worked with Alex and Colleen and they were both fantastic- so organized and communicative. As someone who didn't have a dedicated planner, it was invaluable to have Colleen available to help plan our day. Colleen was on top of my 10,000 emailed questions and put me at ease in the days leading up to the wedding. Everything went so well, our guests had a great time and we owe that to the Red Barn and the staff! Big shout out to Moe as well who made sure the groom and I were well fed and always had a cocktail in hand (and a smile on our faces!). is truly what makes this venue stand out. From the very beginning we felt that we had someone to guide us and help answer all of our questions. Our coordinator Colleen was truly the most AMAZING human. She guided us throughout our wedding planning journey and when the day came she kept our day running smoothly and right on schedule. She made sure we were fed (with might I add the most delicious food) and that the day went off without a hitch. Guest were always well aware of where they needed to be. She helped us make our vision become a reality. I seriously cannot say enough about how grateful we were to have Colleen be part of our day and how amazing The Red Barn is! The Red Barn staff went above and beyond in the months leading up to our wedding to make sure we were on track, and on the day of the wedding Colleen was simply wonderful and we could not have had the day we did without her. absolutely gorgeous, and you really can't go wrong with either an indoor or outdoor ceremony, which was especially great because it rained over the weekend, and we had to pivot our ceremony indoors. The staff at the Red Barn is also phenomenal, and I would be remiss not to shout out our coordinator, Emily, directly. If you get Emily as your coordinator, consider yourself lucky. She is absolutely fantastic, and felt more like a friend than a coordinator by the end of the weekend. On that note, the coordination services at the Red Barn are one of the best parts about booking here. Your coordinator will work with all of your vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly. We also booked out both the Nealley House and the Stage House Inn for the weekend (owned by the property) and that added to the experience. Book The Red Barn!!

It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew that Alex was taking care of everything. If you are considering The Red Barn for your wedding- DO IT! You will not be disappointed. Our families and friends still talk about how great the wedding was and how professional the staff was. We also stayed at the Nealley House and The Stage House Inn. The Nealley House was perfect for our immediate families. They appreciated the kitchen space and all the bathrooms throughout the house. We even hosted a welcome party the night before the wedding and got to make use of the backyard and deck. The bridesmaids, mothers, and I (the bride) got ready here in the Bridal Suite. There is a separate room for hair and makeup, which makes getting ready feel more relaxing. The bridal suite and other rooms in the Nealley House made for the most dreamy pictures. Many of our friends and families stayed at the Stage House Inn for the weekend. Everyone had very positive things to say about the rooms—they were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. They also said that the staff there was very professional and kind.

Our assigned coordinator, Emily, played a HUGE role in making our wedding day the day of our dreams. From the moment we booked our date and through the wedding day itself, she went out of her way to be helpful, responsive, and reassuring. My husband and I truly felt that we could relax and soak in every moment of our wedding day thanks to Emily and the rest of the team, and there are no words to describe how grateful we are for that. We received so many compliments from guests about the food, drinks, decor, and friendliness of the staff. Thanks to everyone at The Red Barn, our wedding experience exceeded our expectations by a landslide.

t we loved the venue, and that was while it was torrentially down-pouring! The all inclusive pricing is very straightforward but still allowed for plenty of options to make it feel more personalized. And our coordinator, Emily, was unbelievable! From the multiple phone calls with her to review every aspect of our wedding, her accommodating us with specific timeline requests but also thoughtfully steering us in the right direction with certain decisions, to her making sure a certain beer was on tap for our bar, for corralling our energetic wedding party, helping my mom bustle my dress and fixing my hair mid reception, making sure we had drinks and food, checking in with me to see if I wanted a little extra time during cocktail —I truly don’t know how she does it but she was by far the reason behind everything at our wedding running so smoothly so we could have fun and enjoy our night! I can’t thank her and her staff enough for all of their hard work and giving my husband and I the best night of our lives!

The space is stunning and the food and drinks were incredible. We truly cannot say enough good things about The Red Barn! We had our reception and ceremony indoors and the fireplace backdrop was absolutely perfect. The space itself is beautiful and we really didn’t feel that we needed to do a ton of decorating which lessened stress and saved us on decor costs. However, all we really had to do was drop off what decorations we did have and Alex and her team took care of set up and breakdown with our vendors. We really didn’t have a single worry the weekend of the wedding. The amazing staff at The Red Barn took care of it all. We also stayed at Stage House Inn the weekend of the wedding and got ready there. Darien was a pleasure to work with and made coordinating room blocks so easy! The bridal suite comfortably fit all the girls getting ready (12 total people) plus 4 hair and makeup girls. It was also the perfect room for getting ready photos! We held our rehearsal lunch at The Links restaurant and the staff was so accommodating! We had a last minute reservation for around 25 and they took us no problem. Excellent and affordable food and drinks! Overall we had a perfect experience with every aspect of The Red Barn. We absolutely would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect spot for their wedding!

The day before and day-of she executed all my visions completely and ensured to constantly check-in with us throughout the day. The actual venue is beautiful and we had so many compliments on the food and drink! We had the perfect day.

born and raised in Berwick and planted the seed about the Red Barn in my mind as we were searching for the perfect New England venue after now living in North Carolina. From the gorgeous overlook of the golf course, to the beautiful modern barn, it quickly became our top choice. The staff make it so easy to fall in love with The Red Barn and also made the process a piece of cake to plan from several states away. Thankfully, we were able to meet with Lisa Flynn virtually (as my sister met her in person) and she showed us around the entire building and ceremony space. She explained all the package details and noted that they are straight forward with all prices and fees listed out and included in the total pricing. Wedding budgeting is HARD, so to see that the package is all inclusive was a huge relief. When you sign the contract you are assigned a day-of coordinator to help work through any stressors and kinks on your big day. We were so lucky to have Alex Jones as our coordinator as she helped with more than just day-of needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when I emailed her questions almost every other day for months leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, she helped ensure that we kept our timeline flowing and everyone calm. She was an absolute super hero and easily became our best friend for the night—handing us drinks, making sure we ate, and making sure we were having the best time. And speaking of food, their caterers are absolutely FANTASTIC and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. No guest was disappointed! We would absolutely recommend this venue and staff to anyone looking for elegance, ease, and expertise!

The bridal party stayed at the Nealley House which was absolutely beautiful and made for a great after party spot. It was nice being so close to the venue and having shuttles through them. Our guests stayed at the Stage House Inn across the street and loved it as well. The Red Barn is absolutely stunning and was exactly the aesthetic we were looking for. We loved the elegant barn look while also being on a golf course as my husband and I love to golf. They were very accommodating with booking tee times for our guests wedding weekend and even gave us a free round! All of the staff at the red barn were amazing, there was rarely a line at the bar and the food came out promptly which left plenty of time for dancing. Nothing is worse than when dinner gets dragged out and takes time away from dancing but that was not the case at all. Very impressed that the food can be that good while coming out so quickly. Overall I am so happy we chose to get married at the Red Barn!

before she was my main girl working with all the vendors to make sure set up was seamless! The weekend of our wedding she made me feel so calm and that she had everything handled and under control from the rehearsal to the very last second of our wedding! SHE IS AMAZING! She was so attentive to us and the bridal party all night making sure we had all the snacks and drinks that we needed. Not only was Emily an absolute dream to work with but the entire staff at The Red Barn and The Stage House Inn were so easy and great to work with! Our entire bridal party and immediate family stayed at both The Stage House Inn and The Nealley House which was so convenient and fun to have everybody so close all weekend! Both places were very clean and a beautiful spot for getting ready/bridal party photos! Check-in was easy for all guests and we were able to place welcome bags in all the rooms before guests arrived, which was an added treat. I would recommend these venues over and over again!

charges were all rolled into one price up front so there really weren’t any surprises. It was also great to not even need to hire additional vendors since most of what you’d need was included in their services- definitely a money saver.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the event. All aspects of the evening ran smoothly – it is evident the Red Barn has mastered wedding planning, logistics, and throwing FANTASTIC events. Huge shout out to my wedding coordinator Emily. She was friendly, polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to be around. She was available through the months leading to address any of my questions and she was a rockstar the day of my wedding. She arranged a DIY photobooth better than I ever could have, helped cart my husband and I around to several picture spots around the venue, assisted with my bustle when I was having a malfunction, and my entire wedding party couldn’t stop raving about her! Overall, I would highly recommend the Red Barn at Outlook Farm to anyone looking for a gorgeous and unforgettable wedding venue.

One of the best parts of the venue was its staff, especially our coordinator, Alex. All of the staff were so nice and professional; you can clearly tell they are so passionate about what they do. Alex was truly amazing and was such a huge part of making our day everything we dreamed of. She was assigned as our coordinator as soon as we booked our date and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She always made us feel like a priority and was quick to put us at ease at every meeting. On our wedding day, we never had to worry about the flow of the day or anything related to the venue. Alex and the rest of the staff took care of everything from putting up and taking down our decorations to directing guests, keeping the day on track, and putting out desserts and favors. They really listened to our vision for the day and made it come true. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, from the beautiful setting to the amazing staff.
