Facilities and Capacity The Conference Center offers more than 20,000 square feet of versatile event space and can be divided into a total of eight smaller rooms, including the 11,700-square-foot Tuscany Ballroom with West Province and East Province sections. Furthermore, you can enjoy outdoor space in the form of the Piazza Garden Patio. This elegant 1,890-square-foot space, which overlooks lake waters, has the potential to serve as an ideal space for a wedding in the summer sun. This facility offers wheelchair-accessible features, as well as parking, to accommodate the needs of even more guests. Services Offered The Regency Conference Center offers three different wedding packages including an All –Inclusive Package. All packages include tables and chairs, white, black or ivory premium linens, linen napkins, china, mirrored candle centerpieces, cake cutting service, lighting for the head table and accent tables, table numbers and stands, and a complimentary stay for the newlyweds at the Hampton Inn. Additionally we have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space and a Get Ready room for the wedding party.
