We wanted a venue with everything in one spot - so to have the gorgeous ceremony space, terrace for cocktail hour, and reception ballroom all within a few feet of each other was perfect. Every detail and decor piece was perfectly placed by the time we arrived, and all-star Jasmine kept everything running smoothly and on time. Important to note that on the day of the whole team went above and beyond. When we had some difficulties with other vendors they handled it on our behalf so we could just enjoy. Also - the food was incredible. It really was a dream wedding venue worth every penny for the memories that we are cherishing. h planning a wedding from afar. I utilized majority of my vendors from the Preferred List and none of them disappointed! Every vendor I selected took the time to get to know us and offered to assist with anything we needed along the way. The communication we had with the RCR was seamless. This was such a huge satisfier! Responses were quick, typically no more than 24 hours. The RCR was also very accommodating. For our rehearsals we had a few people arrive late due to flight delays but they allowed us to extend our timing slightly so that everyone had a chance to rehearse. The food was AMAZING!!!! I couldn’t believe how delicious our food was at our trial and on our special day it tasted even better. Everyone raved about our food and how breathtaking the venue/view was! Lastly, adding the Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions I made. Brittany was AMAZING!!! She was so organized, pleasant, fun and helped me with so much. She was always two steps ahead and made sure everything was perfect, at all times! I honestly had NO stressors that day. I could never thank her enough for all that she did. If you are looking for a venue, I promise you this is it!

My venue manager was Jackie and I also hired the day of coordinator Brittany. The two of them made sure that our day was the way that we wanted to be. I trusted the Royal Crest Room team and they made our wedding day magical and stress free. I had to worry about nothing. Brittany is amazing. She worked very well with all the vendors that were hired for the day and she made sure that me and my husband moved along with our planned events effortlessly and in a timely fashion. My guess all were very happy with the Royal Crest Room. They mentioned that this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and the location was excellent and beautiful. The food was also good. We got good reviews from our guests. The hors d’oeuvres that were chosen for the guest to have during cocktail hour was bourbon, meatballs, the deep dish pizza, and the Asian flank steak. For dinner the guest had a choice of Parmesan crusted chicken or short ribs. The Parmesan crusted chicken was a decent size for the guest, and the short ribs were so tender that you can cut it with a fork. All the food had very good flavor and well seasoned. If you have any doubts in choosing the Royal Crest Room, don’t you’ll be happy with your choice like all of us, couples that have chosen and have been married through The Royal Crest Room.

ith everything in one place (catering, drinks, coordinator) was a dream. Getting married in their garden, under a pergola, surrounded by magnolia trees and flower….magical. Everything felt so elegant and perfect. Communicating with their team ahead of our wedding was so easy, everyone is response and willing to answer all of your questions no matter of small. Brittany was our coordinator and she was phenomenal! Thought of everything and more in helping us plan our perfect day and even helped get grass stains out of my dress before we entered the reception! Truly thought of everything and was thoughtful enough to send us pictures the following day that she snapped for us. If you’re thinking about working with RCR, you won’t be disappointed.

Our wedding was a very magical day all thanks to the venue managers but most importantly thanking our day of coordinator Brittney who was literally AMAZING she put my husband and I at ease the entire day without her I don’t think our wedding would have been so memorable every little detail was not missed out by her. As a bride you can get very overwhelmed in the matter of minutes on your wedding and when I tell you Brittney literally makes you feel like your walking on a cloud 9 with how smooth and well handle everything gets planned out. e to another. To ANYONE booking vendors PLEASE use the ones that they recommend on the venues suggested vendor list. (Unless you know 100% they know what they are doing) The only vendor (wedding coordinator) that we used off the recommended vendor list ended up making everything very stressful. Also, if you are in need of a day of coordinator, Brittany is amazing. When I unfortunately had to fire my 3 month coordinator 2 days before the wedding, she came in and saved the day. As the bride, I was scared that the day of would be chaos but I was all smiles and had extra time to chill.

Plenty of amazing photo ops on the golf course too, especially a bridge, huge oak trees, cute phone booth and more. It came out to exactly what I wanted and it was within my budget with their package options. They had a day of planner, catering, tastings, décor all rolled up in and one and even gave me their preferred vendor lists for everything including hotels for out of town guests! They made the whole process much easier and my guests LOVED the venue too!!

We also wanted to acknowledge how beautiful The Magnolia Garden was for the ceremony, we had 85 guest and there was more than enough space for everyone. We highly recommend Juan from Sensational Ceremonies as he was so friendly and entertaining but also extremely professional as our wedding officiant. All our guests said that he made the ceremony enjoyable and everyone felt included, as part of the ceremony was bilingual. The cocktail hour was on the Terrace overlooking the gorgeous sun setting on the golf course was amazing, and the Hors D’oeuvres were first class! The reception was in White Ballroom and that was like being inside a Fairytale! Our Florist Marylou from Flowers and Designs told us what to expect, but her flowers and decorations were even better than we could imagine! The décor and food was loved by all our guest, and even the adults enjoyed the ice-cream station! We used Vendors recommended by Lizz. We also rented a few sofas for our elderly guest and very posh gold plates, glasses and cutlery from "A Chair Affair" so we also recommend Jamie . Our Photographer, Jacob was from Corner House and was also easy to work with from planning to the day. I remember seeing him throughout the evening and he was in no way, in the way of things. He got some very beautiful shots of everything, the bride and groom and of all our guests. We had other vendors from Christy’s side for the cake and entertainment and Lizz made sure to get in contact with everyone and on the day, and everyone was in sync as to what the timeline was, so everything went as smoothly as planned with no hiccups. I think what also made the day perfect was that the bride and groom were so relaxed in having their own areas to get ready in, walking into the venue and seeing that everything was being put together nicely, then heading to their separate suites with their bridesmaids and groomsmen, to chill and get ready, really helped them not to feel too nervous. So, our Wedding was perfect and well worth every penny spent! which if you shop around, you will find this beautiful venue very reasonably priced. This venue has everything you can imagine to have your perfect wedding and we, the Forrest and Bohorquez Family highly recommend all aspects that this very beautiful place has to offer, Thank You Again!
