The Santa Cruz Experience was awesome!! We used them for both our wedding shuttles, and to get to/from our hotel and the airport on our travel days. The drivers were all on time, kind, and helpful to us and our guests; and Matt, the owner, couldn't have been easier to work with from beginning to end. Will definitely use them any time we fly into Santa Cruz, and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a shuttle for their wedding guests!!

My wife and I had a fall wedding in Ben Lomond: setting up everything with Santa Cruz Experience was really straightforward.
They were very familiar with the area and our venue, so putting together a plan with them was easy.
They are super flexible with regards to what times and locations you'll need them at for your special day. They just give off that vibe that they really know what they are doing, which is always what you want as someone trying to throw together a wedding!

Santa Cruz Experience was so easy to work with when we needed a shuttle to help a few offsite guests get to our wedding venue. They were easy to book, flexible as the guest list was finalized, and communicated well with our coordinator when we had some late arrivals. Highly recommend!

We used Santa Cruz Shuttles for our wedding in June 2024 and are very satisfied with our experience. They were prompt, safe, and courteous drivers and I appreciated that Matt worked with me to draft a timeline of when to pick-up guests at the hotel and drop them off based on our ceremony start time and venue closing time. Whenever we had a questions, Matt was prompt in answering and adjusting the timeline as we received our final guest RSVP. We would highly recommend Santa Cruz Shuttles for a wedding or large event in the area!

Coordinating a wedding is always full of new puzzles to figure out and the puzzle becomes even trickier when it comes to coordinating shuttle service. That’s why I was so happy when I emailed and Matt was so calm, cool and collected and let me change things up until the last minute. I appreciated the professionalism and the visibility on costs upfront. I would definitely recommend them!

We used the Santa Cruz Experience for our wedding day transportation, and it was super easy. After getting some info via email, I decided to book their shuttle service. I liked that their package was a flat rate, included all the fees, and we could divide up the hours how we needed to best fit the wedding party needs. I signed the contract and paid the fee. After that there wasn't really any communication, but there wasn't any needed so that wasn't a downside. They were always responsive to any questions I had.
On the day of, the van showed up as agreed and everything went very smoothly. The times I needed a ride, the van was right there, ready to go. Unfortunately, I was so focused on all the other wedding logistics that I forgot to ask our driver's name, because he was awesome! He was super sweet and helpful. We were very happy with the service from start to finish and would recommend it for anyone needed a wedding day shuttle for guests.

Not super communicative leading up to the event, but REALLY wonderful and helpful on-site. I wasn't too concerned about the lack of communication because all my vendors knew them and I know they had worked at our venue many times before. We had our wedding at Waterfall Lodge and experienced historic rain on our wedding day. The drivers were super flexible and happy to help however they could when they arrived on-site.

Santa Cruz Experience was recommended to us by our venue as a preferred vendor and they did an amazing job shuttling our guests to and from the venue space.
Matt took good care of us and was incredibly accommodating given our guest count fluctuations in this era of COVID. They were on time, professional, and even went above and beyond to take a few of our guests back to the hotel when neither Uber/Lyft were available!
Wonderful team and happy we went with them!

Santa Cruz Experience was a joy to work with as a Planner. They were responsive, flexible, affordable and on time! We had the experience of working with them at The Waterfall Lodge venue, a windy and tight road to get guests in and out of; however they were on time and very accommodating to the guests.
